技术领域
本发明涉及厨房烹饪器具技术领域,特别是一种锅具顶部感温计的防水结构。
背景技术
温度是智能锅具烹饪时非常关键的一个物理量,智能锅具对温度进行实时监控,并按照事先设定的温度运行从而保证烹饪的质量,使食物更加鲜美。锅具顶部感温计是在锅具顶部安装感温计以实现精确控温,为避免锅具使用过程中产生水蒸气或发生溢锅时,会影响感温计的电性连接端,故需要设计一种用于锅具顶部安装感温计的防水结构。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种结构合理、设计巧妙、防水性能佳的锅具顶部感温计的防水结构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种锅具顶部感温计的防水结构,包括:枢接于锅具本体的安装架,所述安装架上设有安装孔;防止水由安装孔进入安装架的密封结构,所述密封结构包括具有中心孔的密封圈,感温计穿过所述中心孔,且与中心孔过盈配合,所述密封圈安装在安装孔内,且与安装孔过盈配合。
优选的,所述安装孔的周边设有防水台。
优选的,所述密封圈的上边沿设有与防水台相匹配的防水翻边,所述防水翻边可包覆防水台。
优选的,所述防水台和防水翻边之间设有固定密封圈的定位机构。
优选的,所述定位机构包括成型在所述防水翻边上的定位槽或定位块,以及与所述定位槽或定位块相匹配的,成型在所述防水台上的定位块或定位槽。
优选的,所述密封圈的下边沿设有挡水结构,所述挡水结构呈伞形张开。
优选的,还包括设置在锅盖上的通孔,且当感温计经通孔插入锅具本体时,所述挡水结构可遮盖通孔。
本发明的有益效果是:锅具本体上枢接有具有安装孔的安装架,感温计和安装孔间设有密封圈,其中,密封圈与感温计、安装孔均采用过盈配合,此时,密封圈与感温计、密封圈与安装孔均紧密连接,可防止水由安装孔进入安装架。本发明结构合理、设计巧妙,不仅密封性能好、防水效果佳、使用安全可靠,而且装配方便、快捷,生产成本低,产品竞争力强,故适于广泛推广应用。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图5,如图所示,一种锅具顶部感温计的防水结构,包括:枢接于锅具本体1的安装架2,所述安装架2上设有安装孔3;防止水由安装孔3进入安装架2的密封结构,所述密封结构包括具有中心孔4的密封圈5,感温计6穿过所述中心孔4,且与中心孔4过盈配合,所述密封圈5安装在安装孔3内,且与安装孔3过盈配合。
本发明中,锅具本体1上枢接有具有安装孔3的安装架2,感温计6和安装孔3间设有密封圈5,其中,密封圈5与感温计6、安装孔3均采用过盈配合,此时,密封圈5与感温计6、密封圈5与安装孔3均紧密连接,可防止水由安装孔3进入安装架2。本发明结构合理、设计巧妙,不仅密封性能好、防水效果佳、使用安全可靠,而且装配方便、快捷,生产成本低,产品竞争力强,故适于广泛推广应用。
使用时,锅盖12上设有通孔13,感温计6在安装架2的带动下可相对于锅具本体1旋转,感温计6的下端能够插入锅内,从而与锅内食物直接接触测温,感温计6上端通过设置在安装架2内的电线与锅具本体1的控制板直接连接,实现精确控温,本发明所述的防水结构,能够避免水蒸气进入安装架2与线路板接触,避免烧坏线路板或造成触电危险。
其中,安装架2可直接铰接在锅具本体1上,也可以通过支架14安装在锅具本体1上。在本实施例中,所述安装架2是通过支架14连接在锅具本体1上的,支架14固定安装在锅具本体1上,所述安装架2铰接在支架14上。
如图3、图5所示,所述安装孔3的周边设有防水台7,能够对水起到阻隔作用,防止水进入安装架2,进一步地,所述密封圈5的上边沿设有与防水台7相匹配的防水翻边8,防水翻边8包覆防水台7。
为避免使用过程中,密封圈5移动影响防水性能,所述防水台7和防水翻边8之间设有固定密封圈5的定位机构。
具体来说,所述定位机构包括成型在所述防水翻边8上的定位槽9或定位块,以及与所述定位槽9或定位块相匹配的,成型在所述防水台7上的定位块10或定位槽。
在本实施例中,所述防水翻边8上成型有定位槽9,防水台7上成型有与定位槽9相匹配的定位块10,防水翻边8包覆防水台7时,所述定位块10卡接在定位槽9内,防止密封圈5随意移动。
进一步地,所述密封圈5的下边沿设有挡水结构11,所述挡水结构11呈伞形张开。其中,挡水结构11的面积大于通孔13的面积,当感温计6经通孔13插入锅内时,安装架2基于自身重力将挡水结构11压在锅盖12上,此时,挡水结构11完全遮盖通孔13,防止水蒸气直接喷射在安装架2上,实现密封,上升的水蒸气穿过通孔13后,将沿着伞状的挡水结构11回流至锅内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种锅具顶部感温计的防水结构,其特征在于,包括:
    枢接于锅具本体(1)的安装架(2),所述安装架(2)上设有安装孔(3);
    防止水由安装孔(3)进入安装架(2)的密封结构,所述密封结构包括具有中心孔(4)的密封圈(5),感温计(6)穿过所述中心孔(4),且与中心孔(4)过盈配合,所述密封圈(5)安装在安装孔(3)内,且与安装孔(3)过盈配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的锅具顶部感温计的防水结构,其特征在于,所述安装孔(3)的周边设有防水台(7)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的锅具顶部感温计的防水结构,其特征在于,所述密封圈(5)的上边沿设有与防水台(7)相匹配的防水翻边(8),所述防水翻边(8)可包覆防水台(7)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的锅具顶部感温计的防水结构,其特征在于,所述防水台(7)和防水翻边(8)之间设有固定密封圈(5)的定位机构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的锅具顶部感温计的防水结构,其特征在于,所述定位机构包括成型在所述防水翻边(8)上的定位槽(9)或定位块,以及与所述定位槽(9)或定位块相匹配的,成型在所述防水台(7)上的定位块(10)或定位槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的锅具顶部感温计的防水结构,其特征在于,所述密封圈(5)的下边沿设有挡水结构(11),所述挡水结构(11)呈伞形张开。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的锅具顶部感温计的防水结构,其特征在于,还包括设置在锅盖(12)上的通孔(13),且当感温计(6)经通孔(13)插入锅具本体(1)时,所述挡水结构(11)可遮盖通孔(13)。
