本发明涉及厨房烹饪器具技术领域,特别是一种锅具顶部感温结构。
背景技术
温度是智能锅具烹饪时非常关键的一个物理量,智能锅具对温度进行实时监控,并按照事先设定的温度运行从而保证烹饪的质量,使食物更加鲜美。然而,现有的智能锅具,如多功能锅、慢炖锅、电饭煲等,是在发热盘中心安装温度传感器,温度传感器紧贴锅胆底部,从而对锅内温度进行检测,由于锅胆热传导时存在热量损失,锅内温度与锅底温度存在差异,上述控温方式不精确。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种能够精确检测温度的锅具顶部感温结构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种锅具顶部感温结构,包括:设置在锅盖上的通孔;枢接于锅体上的安装架;感温计,所述感温计的上端安装在安装架上,且当感温计在安装架的带动下相对锅体旋转时,所述感温计的下端能够经通孔插入锅胆,并能够与锅胆内的食物直接接触以检测温度。
优选的,当感温计插入锅胆时,感温计的下端至少位于锅胆的最大水位线下方2mm。
优选的,还包括设置在安装架和感温计之间的防水结构。
优选的,所述防水结构包括具有中心孔的密封圈,所述感温计安装在中心孔内,且与中心孔过盈配合,安装架上设有安装孔,所述密封圈安装在安装孔内,且与安装孔过盈配合。
优选的,所述安装孔的周边设有防水台。
优选的,所述密封圈的上边沿设有与防水台相匹配的防水翻边,所述防水翻边可包覆防水台。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图6,如图所示,一种锅具顶部感温结构,包括:设置在锅盖1上的通孔2;枢接于锅体3上的安装架4;感温计5,所述感温计5的上端安装在安装架4上,且当感温计5在安装架4的带动下相对锅体3旋转时,所述感温计5的下端能够经通孔2插入锅胆6,并能够与锅胆6内的食物直接接触以检测温度。
本发明中,感温计5能够经通孔2进入锅胆6,从而与锅胆6内的食物直接接触测温,该接触式测温的方式克服了现有技术的不足,避免了热传导所带来的温差,使温度的检测更加精确,烹饪出的食物更加鲜美,此外,通过安装架4将感温计5转动连接在锅体3上,感温计5可在安装架4的带动下经通孔2插入锅胆6或从锅胆6内取出,结构简单、设计合理,可避免感温计5丢失,使用方便。
当锅具用于99℃以下的低温烹饪时,锅胆6的最大水位线应至少高于感温计5下端2mm,即当感温计5插入锅胆6时,感温计5的下端至少位于锅胆6的最大水位线下方2mm,此时,感温计5可与锅胆6内的食物充分接触,检测的温度误差在0.5℃左右,精确的控温使食物更加鲜美。
如图2所示,本发明中,感温计5上端通过电线直接连接锅体3内的控制板,为避免水进入安装架4后与线路板接触而烧坏线路板或造成触电危险,安装架4和感温计5之间设有防水结构。
具体来说,所述防水结构包括具有中心孔7的密封圈8,所述感温计5安装在中心孔7内,且与中心孔7过盈配合,安装架4上设有安装孔9,所述密封圈8安装在安装孔9内,且与安装孔9过盈配合。
由于密封圈8与感温计5、安装孔9均采用过盈配合,此时,密封圈8与感温计5、密封圈8与安装孔9均紧密连接,防止水由安装孔9进入安装架4。其结构合理、设计巧妙,不仅密封性能好、防水效果佳、使用安全可靠,而且装配方便、快捷,生产成本低,产品竞争力强,故适于广泛推广应用。
使用时,感温计5在安装架4的带动下相对于锅体3转动,感温计5经通孔2插入锅胆6,从而与锅胆6内的食物直接接触测温,使用过程中产生的水蒸气在密封圈8的阻隔下,不会进入安装架4,使用安全放心;烹饪完成后,转动安装架4,感温计5从通孔2内取出,然后取下锅盖1即可。
进一步地,所述安装孔9的周边设有防水台10,能够对水起到阻隔作用,防止水进入安装架4,所述密封圈8的上边沿设有与防水台10相匹配的防水翻边11,所述防水翻边11可包覆防水台10。
为避免使用过程中,密封圈8移动影响防水性能,所述防水台10和防水翻边11之间设有固定密封圈8的定位机构。
具体来说,所述定位机构包括成型在所述防水翻边11上的定位槽12或定位块,以及与所述定位槽12或定位块相匹配的,成型在所述防水台10上的定位块13或定位槽。
在本实施例中,所述防水翻边11上成型有定位槽12,防水台10上成型有与定位槽12相匹配的定位块13,防水翻边11包覆防水台10时,所述定位块13卡接在定位槽12内,防止密封圈8随意移动。
进一步地,所述密封圈8下边沿设有呈伞状张开的挡水结构14,挡水结构14的面积大于通孔2的面积,当感温计5经通孔2插入锅胆6时,安装架4基于自身重量将挡水结构14压在锅盖1上,此时,所述挡水结构14能够遮盖通孔2,防止水蒸气直接喷射在安装架4上,实现密封,上升的水蒸气穿过通孔2后,将沿着伞状的挡水结构14回流至锅胆6内。
当然,本发明还可以通过在安装架4内灌环氧树脂的方式实现防水,在此不做限制。
其中,所述感温计5可以通过螺丝直接锁固在安装架4上,也可以采用其他结构简化安装方式。本实施例中,还包括可盖合在安装架4上的安装盖15,感温计5的上端设有定位片16,且当安装盖15盖合在安装架4时,所述定位片16被夹紧固定在安装盖15和安装架4之间,省去了螺丝安装步骤,安装便捷、高效,也降低了安装成本,其中,定位片16在图3中未显示。
安装盖15和安装架4之间的连接方式可以通过卡接、螺丝固定或现有技术中已经存在的其他连接方式,在此不做限制。
安装架4可直接铰接在锅体3上,也可以通过支架17安装在锅体3上,锅体3上可以同时安装底部温测结构,如在发热盘中心安装温度传感器,当然也可以不安装,在此不做限制。
