Abstract
본 발명은 그람음성균에 향균 활성을 갖는 박테리오파지 유래 재조합 단백질에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 박테리오파지 유래 재조합 단백질 LysSS는 그람음성균에 사멸능을 나타내어 세균에 의해 유발되는 감염성 질환을 예방 또는 치료할 수 있으며, 항생제, 소독제, 식품 첨가제, 사료 첨가제 등에 광범위하게 활용될 수 있다.
Description
본 발명은 박테리오파지 유래 항균 활성을 가지는 재조합 단백질 LysSS에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 상기 항균 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 감염성 질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물, 상기 항균 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항생제, 소독제, 식품 첨가제, 또는 사료 첨가제에 관한 것이다.
병원성 세균들이 다약제 항균제 내성을 획득하여 항생제로 치료가 되지 않는 사례가 크게 증가함에 따라 새로운 항균제제의 개발이 시급한 실정이다.
신규 항균제의 개발에서 주목해야 할 생물자원으로서 세균에 특이적 사멸능을 가지는 박테리오파지(bacteriophage)가 연구되고 있으며, 박테리오파지가 가지고 있는 항균 물질을 이용하려는 시도가 진행 중에 있다. 세균의 바이러스인 박테리오파지는 그 생물학적 생활사에 따라 숙주인 세균을 감염하여 자신의 복제 파지를 생산하고, 숙주 세균을 사멸하는 과정에서 세균의 세포벽을 뚫거나 분해하는 단백질들을 만드는 데, 상기 단백질은 펩티도글리칸으로 구성되는 세포벽을 분해하여 세포벽을 와해시키고 세균을 사멸시킨다.
지금까지 상기의 박테리오파지 유래 항균 단백질들을 유전공학적으로 생산 및 정제하고, 목표 세균에 처리하여 항균 단백질에 의한 세균 사멸 효과를 예상하였으나, 종래 항균제만큼의 효과를 얻진 못하였다. 특히, 그람음성균에 대한 항균 단백질들의 효과가 미비하였는데, 그 이유는 정제된 항균 단백질을 세균 외부로 처리하였을 때, 그람음성균의 막 구조상 외막(outer membrane)을 가지는 특성 때문에 항균 단백질이 펩티도글리칸 세포벽에 도달하지 못하여 효과적인 항균 활성을 나타내지 못하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 이유로 세포벽을 분해하는 항균 단백질의 활용도는 그람양성균을 대상으로 개발 방향이 치우쳐졌으며, 따라서 항균 단백질이 그람음성균에 효과적인 사멸능을 가질 수 있다면 매우 유망한 항균제로 각광받을 수 있을 것이다.
또한, 항균제로서 박테리오파지 자체를 사용하지 않고, 박테리오파지로부터 유래된 항균 단백질을 생산 및 정제하여 사용하는 이유는 박테리오파지의 안정성 문제, 품질관리 문제 등으로 인하여 박테리오파지 자체보다 박테리오파지 유래 항균 활성을 가지는 단백질을 제품화 하는 것이 더 유리하기 때문이다.
이에, 본 발명에서는 그람음성균에 사멸능을 갖는 박테리오파지 유래 재조합 단백질을 이용하여 다약제 항균제 내성을 갖는 세균을 치료하는 항균제제 등으로 개발하고자 한다.
따라서, 본 발명의 목적은 병원성 세균에 대한 항균 활성을 갖는 박테리오파지 유래 재조합 단백질의 용도를 제공하는 데 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명은 병원성 세균에 대한 사멸능을 가지며, 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 세균 감염성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물을 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명은 병원성 세균에 대한 사멸능을 가지며, 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항생제, 소독제, 식품 첨가제 또는 사료 첨가제를 제공한다.
본 발명의 박테리오파지 유래 재조합 단백질 LysSS는 그람음성균에 사멸능을 나타내어 세균에 의해 유발되는 감염성 질환을 예방 또는 치료할 수 있으며, 항생제, 소독제, 식품 첨가제, 사료 첨가제 등에 광범위하게 활용될 수 있다. 특히, 상기 LysSS는 세균의 세포벽 성분인 펩티도글리칸을 기질로 사용하여 펩티도글리칸 분해로 인한 세균 사멸능을 나타내고, 펩티도글리칸은 세균에만 존재하고 사람이나 동물에는 존재하지 않는 바, 본 발명의 LysSS는 사람과 동물에 영향을 미치지 않아 안전하면서도 의약산업, 식품산업, 생명공학 등에 응용이 가능할 뿐 아니라, 다약제 항균제 내성에 대한 문제점 없이 세균을 목표장소 또는 목표물질에서 효과적으로 사멸시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.

본 발명의 발명자들은 박테리오파지 SS3e로부터 유래된 재조합 단백질('LysSS'로 명명함)을 암호화하는 DNA를 벡터와 함께 대장균에 형질전환하여 단백질을 발현시켰으며, 상기 단백질이 그람음성균에 사멸능을 나타내어 세균에 대한 광범위 항균제제로 활용이 가능함을 확인하며 본 발명을 완성하였다. 한편, LysSS의 소스인 SS3e 박테리오파지는 살모넬라를 포함한 여러 그람음성균을 사멸시킬 수 있으나 아시네토박터 바우마니균, 녹농균 등의 그람음성균은 사멸시킬 수 없는 반면, LysSS는 이들 모두에 항균 효과를 보이는 광범위 항균능을 나타낸다.
본 발명은 병원성 세균에 대한 사멸능을 가지며, 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 세균 감염성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물을 제공한다.
상기 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자는 서열번호 2로 표시될 수 있으나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
상기 단백질은 시포비리대 과(Siphoviridae)의 박테리오파지 SS3e(기탁번호 KCTC 11492BP)에서 유래된 것일 수 있다. 본 발명자들은 수도권 지역의 하천수로부터 다양한 병원성 세균에 대하여 사멸능을 가지는 신규한 박테리오파지를 선별하였고, 분리된 박테리오파지를 한국 생명공학연구원의 유전자은행에 2009년 3월 27일자로 기탁하였다.
상기 병원성 세균은 그람음성균일 수 있으며, 상기 그람음성균은 아시네토박터 바우마니균, 살모넬라균, 이질균, 대장균, 콜레라균, 녹농균, 티푸스균, 페스트균, 임균, 수막염균, 백일해균, 리케차, 스피로헤타, 점액세균, 진정세균, 엔테로박터균, 시트로박터균 또는 세라티아균일 수 있으나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
상기 그람음성균은 그람염색법으로 염색했을 때 적색으로 염색되는 세균으로, 내부 세포질막과 외막 사이에 펩티도글리칸 세포벽이 샌드위치 모양처럼 구성된 것이 특징이다. 그람음성균은 전 세계적으로 퍼져 있으며, 거의 모든 생활환경에서 살 수 있다.
본 발명의 단백질은 세균의 세포벽 성분인 펩티도글리칸을 기질로 하여 세포벽을 분해하고 와해시켜 세균을 사멸시킨다. 상기 펩티도글리칸은 세균에만 존재하고 사람이나 동물에는 존재하지 않는 바, 본 발명의 단백질은 사람과 동물에 영향을 미치지 않아 안전하면서도 의약산업, 식품산업, 생명공학 등에 응용이 가능할 뿐 아니라, 다약제 항균제 내성에 대한 문제점 없이 세균을 목표장소 또는 목표물질에서 효과적으로 사멸시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.
상기 병원성 세균은 다양한 질환을 유발하는데, 상기 세균 감염성 질환으로는 패혈증, 폐렴, 식중독, 이질, 녹농균 감염, 농가진, 화농성 질환, 급성 피부염, 균혈증, 심내막염 및 장염으로 이루어진 군에서 선택될 수 있으나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아님을 명시한다.
본 명세서에서 사용된 용어 '치료'는 병원성 세균에 의해 유발되는 감염성 질환의 예방, 억제 및 경감을 의미한다.
본 발명의 조성물이 약학 조성물인 경우, 투여를 위하여, 상기 기재한 유효성분 이외에 약학적으로 허용 가능한 담체, 부형제 또는 희석제를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 담체, 부형제 및 희석제로는 락토오스, 덱스트로오스, 수크로오스, 소르비톨, 만니톨, 자일리톨, 에리스리톨, 말티톨, 전분, 아카시아 고무, 알지네이트, 젤라틴, 칼슘 포스페이트, 칼슘 실리케이트, 셀룰로오스, 메틸 셀룰로오스, 미정질 셀룰로오스, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 물, 메틸히드록시벤조에이트, 프로필히드록시벤조에이트, 탈크, 마그네슘 스테아레이트 및 광물유를 들 수 있다.
본 발명의 약학 조성물은 각각 통상의 방법에 따라 산제, 과립제, 정제, 캡슐제, 현탁액, 에멀젼, 시럽, 에어로졸 등의 경구형 제형, 외용제, 좌제 또는 멸균 주사용액의 형태로 제형화하여 사용할 수 있다. 상세하게는 제형화할 경우 통상 사용하는 충진제, 중량제, 결합제, 습윤제, 붕해제, 계면활성제 등의 희석제 또는 부형제를 사용하여 조제될 수 있다. 경구투여를 위한 고형 제제로는 정제, 환제, 산제, 과립제, 캡슐제 등을 포함하나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 이러한 고형 제제는 상기 유효성분 외에 적어도 하나 이상의 부형제, 예를 들면, 전분, 칼슘 카보네이트, 수크로오스, 락토오스, 젤라틴 등을 섞어 조제될 수 있다. 또한, 단순한 부형제 이외에 마그네슘 스테아레이트, 탈크 같은 윤활제들도 사용될 수 있다. 경구를 위한 액상물, 리퀴드 파라핀 이외에 여러 가지 부형제, 예를 들면 습윤제, 감미제, 방향제, 보존제 등을 첨가하여 조제될 수 있다. 비경구 투여를 위한 제제는 멸균된 수용액, 비수성 용제, 현탁제, 유제, 동결건조 제제 및 과제를 포함한다. 비수성 용제 및 현탁제로는 프로필렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 올리브 오일과 같은 식물성 오일, 에틸올레이트와 같은 주사 가능한 에스테르 등이 사용될 수 있다. 좌제의 기제로는 위텝솔, 마크로솔, 트윈 61, 카카오지, 라우린지, 글리세로젤라틴 등이 사용될 수 있다.
본 발명의 약학 조성물의 적합한 투여량은 환자의 상태 및 체중, 질병의 정도, 약물형태, 시간에 따라 다르지만, 당 업자에 의해 적절하게 선택될 수 있는 바, 상기 조성물의 일일 투여량은 바람직하게는 0.001 mg/kg 내지 50 mg/kg이며, 필요에 따라 일일 1회 내지 수회로 나누어 투여할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 병원성 세균에 대한 사멸능을 가지며, 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 화장품용 항균제 및 의약용 항생제를 제공한다.
화장품은 기름이나 물을 주성분으로 하며, 미생물의 탄소원이 되는 글리세린이나 솔비톨 등과 질소원이 되는 아미노산 유도체, 단백질 등이 배합된 것이 많으므로 세균 등의 미생물 침투가 용이하다. 또한, 식품에 비하여 사용 기간이 매우 길기 때문에 미생물에 의한 오염 위험이 훨씬 크다고 할 수 있다. 사용함에 따른 미생물 오염으로 나타나는 변색이나 변취 등으로부터 화장품을 장기간 보호하기 위하여 항균제의 첨가가 필수적이다.
본 발명의 단백질은 종래 항균제에 비하여 탁월한 광범위 세균 사멸능을 가진다. 상기 단백질을 항균제로 활용하면 종래 항균제와 달리, 세균의 내성 내지 저항성(resistance)을 유도하지 않는다는 이점을 가지기 때문에 종래의 항생 물질에 비하여 제품 수명(life cycling)이 긴 항생 물질을 제공할 수 있다. 대부분의 항생 물질들은 내성 증가에 직면함에 따라 갈수록 사용 범위가 줄어드는데 반해, 본 발명의 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항균제는 항균제 내성 문제를 근본적으로 해결할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 항균제로서의 제품 수명을 증가시킬 수 있다.
따라서, 병원성 세균에 대한 사멸능을 가지는 본 발명의 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항생제는 항균 효과, 살균 효과 및 방부 효과가 뛰어난 항생제로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 본 명세서에서 사용된 ‘항생제’라는 용어는 방부제, 살균제 및 항균제를 총칭한다.
또한, 본 발명은 병원성 세균에 대한 사멸능을 가지며, 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 소독제를 제공한다.
상기 세균에 광범위 사멸능을 가지는 본 발명의 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 소독제는 병원 감염을 막기 위한 병원 및 보건용의 소독제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있고 또한, 일반 생활 소독제, 식품 및 조리 장소 및 설비의 소독제, 축산산업의 축사 소독제로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 병원성 세균에 대한 사멸능을 가지며, 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 식품 첨가제를 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명은 병원성 세균에 대한 사멸능을 가지며, 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 사료 첨가제를 제공한다.
본 발명의 단백질은 세균의 감염을 예방 또는 치료하는 목적으로 하는 축산용 사료 및 축산용 음수의 첨가제로서 사용될 수 있으며, 동물의 사료 섭취, 성장, 사료 효율, 생존율, 사양 상태, 생산능 등을 개선시키거나 유지시킬 수 있다.
이하에서는 실시예를 통하여 본 발명을 더욱 상세히 설명하고자 한다. 이들 실시예는 오로지 본 발명을 보다 구체적으로 설명하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 요지에 따라 본 발명의 범위가 이들 실시예에 의해 제한되지 않는다는 것은 당업계에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 있어서 자명할 것이다.
실시예 1: 박테리오파지 유래 재조합 단백질 LysSS의 생산 및 정제
살모넬라에 특이적 사멸능을 가지는 시포비리대 과(Siphoviridae)의 박테리오파지 SS3e(기탁번호 KCTC 11492BP)의 오픈 리딩 프레임(open reading frame25; ORF25)을 포함하는 단편을 얻기 위해, 박테리오파지 SS3e의 gDNA을 추출하였다. 상기 gDNA를 주형으로 하여 중합효소 연쇄 반응(polymerase chain reaction; PCR)을 수행하였으며, 이때 사용된 프라이머는 다음과 같다: SS3e25-F: GGGAATTCCATATGTCAAACCGAAACATTAG, SS3e25-R: ATCCGCTCGAGCTTTGCTTCGCGGCCGATG. 상기 PCR 단편은 아가로즈 겔에서 전기영동한 후, 원하는 크기의 밴드를 용리하여 수득하였다.
상기 PCR 단편은 제한효소 NdeI 및 XhoI를 처리하여 절단한 후, 동일한 효소로 절단된 발현 벡터(pET21a)와 라이게이션(ligation)하였다. 대장균 BL21(DE3)을 상기 제작된 벡터로 형질전환(LysSS-pET21a)시킨 후, 100 ㎍/ml의 암피실린(ampicilin)이 첨가된 LB 액체 배지에서 세균의 흡광도가 0.6(600 nm 파장)이 될 때 까지 배양하였다. 다음으로 최종 농도가 0.1 mM이 되도록 IPTG(isopropyl β-D-1-thiogalactopyranoside)를 첨가하고 18℃에서 16시간 동안 배양하여 단백질이 발현될 수 있도록 유도하였다.
이후, 세균을 수확한 후, 용해 버퍼[50 mM Tris-Cl(pH 8.0), 200 mM NaCl] 및 초음파 파쇄기로 세균을 파쇄하였다. 파쇄된 세균 용해물을 원심분리하여 상등액을 취하고, Ni-NTA 컬럼에 주입하였으며, 용출 버퍼[500 mM 이미다졸(imidazole), 50 mM Tris-Cl(pH 8.0), 200 mM NaCl]를 이용하여 C-말단에 6개의 히스티딘(histidine)이 태그 된 LysSS 단백질을 정제하였다.
상기 정제된 LysSS 단백질을 확인하기 위하여, SDS-PAGE (12%)를 수행한 후, 쿠마씨 블루(coomassie blue) 염색한 결과, 도 3과 같이 LysSS 단백질이 18.5 kD에서 확인되었으며 anti-6xHis monoclonal antibody를 사용하여 웨스턴 분석을 한 결과 18.5 kD의 단백질이 6xHis 태그된 LysSS임을 확인하였다.
도 3A에서 M은 단백질 크기 마커, 1은 Ni-NTA 컬럼에서 최초 흘려내린 샘플의 flow-through, 2는 wash 샘플, 3-5는 LysSS를 수확한 분획 3가지 샘플이고, 도 3B는 LysSS에 대한 anti-6xHis monoclonal antibody를 사용한 웨스턴 시험결과이며 M은 단백질 크기 마커, 1은 LysSS를 수확한 분획 샘플이다.
LysSS의 아미노산 서열과 수는 도 1과 같이 히스티딘 태그 포함 170개의 아미노산으로 구성되며 총 크기가 18.5 kDa이고 살모넬라 박테리오파지의 리소자임과 60-97% 상동성을 갖고 있다(NCBI Blast Search). 유전자 암호화 서열은 도 2와 같이 510 bp이다.
실시예 2: LysSS의 세균 사멸능 분석
그람음성균인 Salmonella enteritidis 2주, Salmonella typhimurium 2주, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 1주, Acinetobacter baumannii 1주, Klebsiella pneumoniae 2주, Escherichia coli 2주, 그리고 그람양성균 Staphylococcus aureus 2주를 대상으로 LysSS의 세균사멸능을 다음과 같이 실행하였다(표 1). 각 세균은 버퍼[50 mM Tris-Cl(pH 8.0), 200 mM NaCl]를 이용하여 5 X 105/mL CFU의 세균수가 되도록 준비하고, 여기에 정제된 LysSS 단백질을 각각 0.25, 0.5, 1.0 mg/mL이 되도록 가하여 35℃에서 16시간 동안 반응시킨 다음, 세균의 탁도를 관찰하였으며 MAC 한천(MacConkey agar; MCA)배지 또는 LB 한천(Luria Bertani agar: LBA)배지에 도말하여 16 시간 동안 배양한 후 세균 수를 측정하였다.
그 결과, 도 4에 제시된 바와 같이 시험관과 well plate에서 모두 대조군(-LysSS)에서는 세균의 생장이 관찰되는 반면에 시험군(+LysSS)에서는 세균의 생장이 관찰되지 않은 투명한 액상을 보인다. 고체배지에서는 대조군(-LysSS)에서 약 5 X 106 CFU 균수가 관찰된 반면, LysSS를 처리한 시험군에서 10 CFU 미만의 살모넬라균만이 생존하여 99.99999%의 살모넬라 사멸 효과를 갖는 것을 확인하였다.
아래 표 1은 LysSS의 세균 사멸능 시험에 사용된 균주와 각 시험 균주에 대한 LysSS의 최소억제농도 (MIC)를 나타낸다.

한편, 하기에 본 발명의 단백질을 이용한 제제예를 예시하나 이는 본 발명을 이에 한정하고자 함이 아닌 단지 구체적으로 설명하고자 함이다.
[제제예 1: 산제의 제조]
재조합 단백질 LysSS 300 ㎎
유당 100 ㎎
탈크 10 ㎎
상기의 성분들을 혼합하고 기밀포에 충진하여 산제를 제조한다.
[제제예 2: 정제의 제조]
재조합 단백질 LysSS 300 ㎎
옥수수전분 100 ㎎
유당 100 ㎎
스테아린산 마그네슘 2 ㎎
상기의 성분들을 혼합한 후 통상의 정제의 제조방법에 따라서 타정하여 정제를 제조한다.
[제제예 3: 캡슐제의 제조]
재조합 단백질 LysSS 300 ㎎
결정성 셀룰로오스 3 ㎎
락토오스 14.8 ㎎
마그네슘 스테아레이트 0.2 ㎎
통상의 캡슐제 제조방법에 따라 상기의 성분을 혼합하고 젤라틴 캡슐에 충전하여 캡슐제를 제조한다.
[제제예 4: 주사제의 제조]
재조합 단백질 LysSS 300 ㎎
만니톨 180 ㎎
주사용 멸균 증류수 2974 ㎎
Na2HPO4·2H2O 26 ㎎
통상의 주사제의 제조방법에 따라 1 앰플당(2) 상기의 성분 함량으로 제조한다.
[제제예 5: 액제의 제조]
재조합 단백질 LysSS 300 ㎎
이성화당 10 g
만니톨 5 g
정제수 적량
통상의 액제의 제조방법에 따라 정제수에 각각의 성분을 가하여 용해시키고 레몬향을 적량 가한 다음 상기의 성분을 혼합한 다음 정제수를 가하여 전체를 정제수를 가하여 전체 100 로 조절한 후 갈색 병에 충진하여 멸균시켜 액제를 제조한다.
[제제예 6: 식품 첨가제 제조]
시판 중인 S 제조의 우유 200 mL에 본 발명의 재조합 단백질 LysSS를 1%(w/v) 첨가하여 본 발명에 따른 우유 조성물을 제조하였다.
[제제예 7: 사료 첨가제 제조]
본 발명의 재조합 단백질 LysSS 100 g 및 적량의 부형제를 혼합하여 사료 첨가제의 제조방법에 따라 사료 첨가제를 제조하였다.
[제제예 8: 사료 제조]
본 발명의 재조합 단백질 LysSS 50 g, 버섯배지 200 g, 소맥피 30 g, 비트펄프 50 g, 쌀주정박 220 g, 옥수수후레이크 200 g, 전지대두 40 g, 전분박 100 g, 콘싸일리지 200 g, 옥수수속대 180 g, 비지 400 g, 라이그라스 323 g, 지오라이트 14 g 및 타피오카 40 g을 혼합하여 통상의 사료 제조방법에 따라 사료를 제조하였다.
이상으로 본 발명의 특정한 부분을 상세히 기술한 바, 당업계의 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 있어서 이러한 구체적인 기술은 단지 바람직한 구현 예일 뿐이며, 이에 본 발명의 범위가 제한되는 것이 아닌 점은 명백하다. 따라서, 본 발명의 실질적인 범위는 첨부된 청구항과 그의 등가물에 의하여 정의된다고 할 것이다.
본 발명의 범위는 후술하는 특허청구범위에 의하여 나타내어지며, 특허청구범위의 의미 및 범위 그리고 그 균등 개념으로부터 도출되는 모든 변경 또는 변형된 형태가 본 발명의 범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 한다.
Claims (10)
- 병원성 세균에 대한 사멸능을 가지며, 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 세균 감염성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자는 서열번호 2로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세균 감염성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단백질은 박테리오파지 SS3e에서 유래된 것을 특징으로 하는 세균 감염성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 병원성 세균은 그람음성 세균인 것을 특징으로 하는 세균 감염성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 그람음성 세균은 아시네토박터 바우마니균, 살모넬라균, 이질균, 대장균, 콜레라균, 녹농균, 티푸스균, 페스트균, 임균, 수막염균, 백일해균, 리케차, 스피로헤타, 점액세균, 진정세균, 엔테로박터균, 시트로박터균 및 세라티아균으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세균 감염성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 세균 감염성 질환은 패혈증, 폐렴, 식중독, 이질, 녹농균 감염, 농가진, 화농성 질환, 급성 피부염, 균혈증, 심내막염 및 장염으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세균 감염성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 병원성 세균에 대한 사멸능을 가지며, 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항생제.
- 병원성 세균에 대한 사멸능을 가지며, 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 소독제.
- 병원성 세균에 대한 사멸능을 가지며, 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 식품 첨가제.
- 병원성 세균에 대한 사멸능을 가지며, 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 사료 첨가제.
