本发明公开了一种新型SNCR喷枪固定装置,包括喷枪,喷枪上设置有气源接口和还原剂接口,喷枪上设置有喷杆,喷杆的一端设置有喷嘴,喷杆的一端穿过锅炉开孔短接延伸到锅炉开孔短接的外侧,锅炉开孔短接通过固定螺栓与喷杆紧固,锅炉开孔短接的一端设置有连接法兰。本发明SNCR喷枪固定装置,在运行过程中能有效的防止喷枪因固定装置发生松动现象而发生转动,同时还可以通过固定丝杆和固定桥来调整喷枪伸入锅炉的长度,从而保证喷枪的使用寿命,不仅在生产过程中减少了工人劳动强度,而且保证了脱硝的稳定运行,保证脱硝效率,达到治理环境污染的最终目的,提高了生产效率,具有制作简单、操作方便以及维护方便等各方面的特点。

Description

一种新型SNCR喷枪固定装置 技术领域
本发明涉及喷枪技术领域,具体为一种新型SNCR喷枪固定装置。
背景技术
随着工业现代化和科技现代化的不断迈进,锅炉技术日益完善,很大程度上减少了硝的含量对空气的污染,随着生产技术的不断更新发展,以及生产要求的不断提升,使我们对设备的操作方式以及安装方式都要求越来越高,既要提高工作效率,又需要提高使用效率,在锅炉脱硝方式中,SNCR(选择性非催化还原法)是针对循环流化床锅炉的一种在高温下进行、无需催化剂、成本控制低的脱硝方式,仅使用一种气液混合式喷枪把还原剂以雾状形式喷入锅炉,目前市场上喷枪有很多种,其固定方式亦有很多种,但是综合使用效果来说,扁形喷嘴式喷枪在喷射角度和还原剂在烟气中均匀分布的效果上来说具有更大的优势,且其喷射的射程亦对锅炉内壁的浇注料冲击力最小降低对锅炉的损伤,但是大多数固定方式都存在弊端,特别是针对扁形喷嘴喷枪的固定方式,常规的固定方式在扁形喷嘴喷枪运行使用过程中经常出现因固定装置发生松动而发生转动现象,而不能体现扁形喷嘴喷枪的优势,使脱硝效果受到影响,严重污染坏境,另外,目前的喷枪固定装置也很难做到有效的调节喷枪的伸入长度,使喷嘴受到的摩擦力增大而影响其寿命和喷洒效果,使设备不能尽其所能达到最大化的使用效果,影响环境的治理。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型SNCR喷枪固定装置,有效防止喷枪因固定装置发生松动而发生转动,同时通过固定桥和固定丝杆来调整喷枪伸入锅炉的长度,保证喷枪的使用寿命,可以解决现有技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型SNCR喷枪固定 装置,包括喷枪,所述喷枪上设置有气源接口和还原剂接口,所述还原剂接口位于气源接口的一侧,所述喷枪上设置有喷杆,所述喷杆的一端设置有喷嘴,所述喷杆靠近喷嘴的一端穿过锅炉开孔短接延伸到锅炉开孔短接的外侧,所述锅炉开孔短接位于锅炉的内侧,所述锅炉开孔短接的上端和下端均设置有固定螺栓,所述锅炉开孔短接通过固定螺栓与喷杆紧固,所述锅炉开孔短接的一端设置有连接法兰,所述连接法兰套设在喷杆上,所述连接法兰的一侧设置有套法兰,所述套法兰也套设在喷杆上,所述套法兰上设置有固定丝杆,所述固定丝杆远离套法兰的一端安装在固定桥上采用第一螺母和第二螺母固定。
优选的,所述气源接口通过金属软管与压缩空气连接,还原剂接口通过金属软管与还原剂连接。
优选的,所述套法兰通过螺栓与连接法兰固定连接。
优选的,所述套法兰与固定丝杆为一体式结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明SNCR喷枪固定装置,喷嘴主要选择扁嘴的设计能最大化的使还原剂在烟风道内均匀分布,确保吸收效率,均布功能其相对于圆角喷嘴具有更优越性,通过第一螺母和第二螺母将固定丝杆和固定桥锁紧连接,同时采用固定螺栓可有效防止锅炉开孔短接与喷杆发生相对转动,在运行过程中能有效的防止喷枪因固定装置发生松动现象而发生转动,无法满足原工艺设计所需要的喷射角度,避免了老式固定方式松动而使脱硝效率得不到保证仍需要人工矫正的弊端,同时还可以通过固定丝杆和固定桥来调整喷枪伸入锅炉的长度,从而保证喷枪的使用寿命,不仅在生产过程中减少了工人劳动强度,而且保证了脱硝的稳定运行,保证脱硝效率,达到治理环境污染的最终目的,提高了生产效率,具有制作简单、操作方便以及维护方便等各方面的特点。

请参阅图1-2,一种新型SNCR喷枪固定装置,包括喷枪5,喷枪5上设置有气源接口6和还原剂接口7,还原剂接口7位于气源接口6的一侧,气源接口6通过金属软管与压缩空气连接,喷枪5通过气源接口6进气,还原剂接口7通过金属软管与还原剂连接,喷枪5通过还原剂接口7进还原剂,喷枪5上设置有喷杆12,喷杆12的一端设置有喷嘴1,通过喷嘴1将还原剂以雾状形式喷入锅炉11,喷杆12靠近喷嘴1的一端穿过锅炉开孔短接3延伸到锅炉开孔短接3的外侧,锅炉开孔短接3位于锅炉11的内侧,锅炉开孔短接3的上端和下端均设置有固定螺栓2,锅炉开孔短接3通过固定螺栓2与喷杆12紧固,采用固定螺栓2可有效防止锅炉开孔短接3与喷杆12发生相对转动,锅炉开孔短接3的一端设置有连接法兰4,连接法兰4套设在喷杆12上,连接法兰4的一侧设置有套法兰10,套法兰10通过螺栓与连接法兰4固定连接,连接法兰4和套法兰10为配对法兰,通过螺栓连接能够保证相对固定的位置,通过连接法兰4和套法兰10使喷枪5的喷嘴1放入锅炉11,套法兰10也套设在喷杆12上,套法兰10上设置有固定丝杆9,套法兰10与固定丝杆9为一体式结构,通过第一螺母13和第二螺母14将固定丝杆9和固定桥8锁紧 连接,同时采用固定螺栓2可有效防止锅炉开孔短接3与喷杆12发生相对转动,能够确保在运行过程中喷枪5不会因为局部螺丝松动而发生转动,来满足喷枪5在正常使用过程中达到最佳的使用效果,固定丝杆9远离套法兰10的一端安装在固定桥8上采用第一螺母13和第二螺母14固定,通过第一螺母13和第二螺母14将固定丝杆9和固定桥8锁紧连接,同时采用固定螺栓2可有效防止锅炉开孔短接3与喷杆12发生相对转动,能够确保在运行过程中喷枪5不会因为局部螺丝松动而发生转动,来满足喷枪5在正常使用过程中达到最佳的使用效果,同时还可以通过固定丝杆9和固定桥8来调整喷枪5伸入锅炉11的长度,从而保证喷枪5的使用寿命。
综上所述:本发明SNCR喷枪固定装置,喷嘴1主要选择扁嘴的设计能最大化的使还原剂在烟风道内均匀分布,确保吸收效率,均布功能其相对于圆角喷嘴具有更优越性,并且该固定装置设计在运行过程中能有效的防止喷枪5因固定装置发生松动现象而发生转动,无法满足原工艺设计所需要的喷射角度,避免了老式固定方式松动而使脱硝效率得不到保证仍需要人工矫正的弊端,该SNCR喷枪固定装置,不仅在生产过程中减少了工人劳动强度,而且保证了脱硝的稳定运行,保证脱硝效率,达到治理环境污染的最终目的,提高了生产效率,具有制作简单、操作方便以及维护方便等各方面的特点。

  1. 一种新型SNCR喷枪固定装置,包括喷枪(5),其特征在于:所述喷枪(5)上设置有气源接口(6)和还原剂接口(7),所述还原剂接口(7)位于气源接口(6)的一侧,所述喷枪(5)上设置有喷杆(12),所述喷杆(12)的一端设置有喷嘴(1),所述喷杆(12)靠近喷嘴(1)的一端穿过锅炉开孔短接(3)延伸到锅炉开孔短接(3)的外侧,所述锅炉开孔短接(3)位于锅炉(11)的内侧,所述锅炉开孔短接(3)的上端和下端均设置有固定螺栓(2),所述锅炉开孔短接(3)通过固定螺栓(2)与喷杆(12)紧固,所述锅炉开孔短接(3)的一端设置有连接法兰(4),所述连接法兰(4)套设在喷杆(12)上,所述连接法兰(4)的一侧设置有套法兰(10),所述套法兰(10)也套设在喷杆(12)上,所述套法兰(10)上设置有固定丝杆(9),所述固定丝杆(9)远离套法兰(10)的一端安装在固定桥(8)上采用第一螺母(13)和第二螺母(14)固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型SNCR喷枪固定装置,其特征在于:所述气源接口(6)通过金属软管与压缩空气连接,还原剂接口(7)通过金属软管与还原剂连接。
