一种动力接收部件以及粉筒。粉筒包括筒体及动力接收部件,动力接收部件用于从图像形成装置上接收动力并传递给筒体。动力接收部件包含可活动的活动部(110),用于接收动力的接收部(120)和传递动力的传动部(130)等。接收部(120)包括能够沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移的支撑杆(124),设置在支撑杆(124)自由端的接收齿(123),以及将动力传递到粉筒筒体的传动杆(125)。活动部(110)能够相对于支撑杆(124)运动,并且在活动部(110)相对于支撑杆(124)运动的过程中,至少有一个位置由于支撑杆(124)和活动部(110)互相作用导致使接收部(120)不能与图像形成装置脱离啮合。动力接收部件使粉筒安装到图像形成装置上后,自动产生开口并在使用时出粉,不使用时关闭不出粉,防止粉筒内的显影剂泄露产生污染和危害。

【技术领域】
本申请涉及打印技术领域,尤其涉及一种动力接收部件以及粉筒。
【背景技术】
粉筒是一种广泛用于电子成像领域可替换耗材,用于图像形成装置上并为图像形成装置提供显影剂。图像形成装置是通过电照相成像处理技术在记录材料上形成图像的设备,例如:电子照相复印件、激光打印机、电子照相打印机、传真机、文字处理机等。
现有的粉筒主要包含筒体和动力接收部件。筒体内装有大量显影剂;筒体一般是柱状结构。通常在筒体长度方向的一端的侧壁上设置有动力接收部件。动力接收部件与筒体连接。动力接收部件从图像形成装置中接收旋转驱动力,再将旋转驱动力传递到粉筒的其他部分上,使粉筒可以向外排出显影剂。通常粉筒用于排出显影剂的出粉口位于动力接收部件附近或动力接收部件上。
现有的图像形成装置与粉筒相连的部分是图像形成装置的旋转驱动力传递部件。旋转驱动力传递部件设置有特殊的结构,有一个针状装置位于旋转驱动力传递部件的中心,并与旋转驱动力传递部件的开口处基本平齐。当粉筒安装在图像形成装置上时,旋转驱动力传递部件向粉筒方向运动,旋转驱动力传递部件的针状装置相应的深入动力接收部件的内部。之后环绕旋转驱动力传递部件内壁的推动装置沿远离粉筒的方向收回,然后图像形成装置拖动粉筒向远离旋转驱动力 传递部件的方向运动,将粉筒打开开口,显影剂可以流出;当图像形成装置停止成像工作,将粉筒从图像形成装置上卸下时,图像形成装置拖动粉筒向旋转驱动力传递部件的方向运动将粉筒上开口关闭,环绕旋转驱动力传递部件的内壁的推动装置向粉筒方向推动,旋转驱动力传递部件向远离粉筒方向运动,此时可以将粉筒取出。由于现有的粉筒结构设计不佳、使用不规范、生产材料不合格等原因,造成旋转驱动力传递部件不能与动力接收部件完成啮合或啮合之后易脱离啮合。
【发明内容】
本申请提供一种动力接收部件以及粉筒,可避免粉筒在运输、移动时将储存在粉筒中的显影剂泄露,对环境造成污染。
一方面,本申请提供一种动力接收部件,用于粉筒,粉筒包含粉筒筒体,粉筒可拆卸的安装于电子成像装置,动力接收部件包含:
接收部,接收部包含接收齿、支撑杆、传动杆,接收部能够与电子成像装置啮合;
接收齿,接收齿用于从电子成像装置接收动力;
支撑杆,支撑杆能够沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移,接收齿设置在支撑杆的自由端;
传动杆,传动杆能够将接收齿接收的来自电子成像装置的动力传递到粉筒筒体;
活动部,活动部能够相对于支撑杆运动,并且在活动部相对于支撑杆运动的过程中,至少有一个位置由于支撑杆和活动部互相作用导致使接收部不能与电子成像装置脱离啮合。
可选的,活动部相对于支撑杆运动的过程中,至少有一个位置使支撑杆在活动部的作用下不能沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移。
可选的,活动部与接收部之间设置有第一弹性件;活动部包含抵接部和迫推部;电子成像装置与抵接部抵接并推动活动部沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴方向运动;迫推部与支撑杆抵接。
可选的,支撑杆上设置有防脱槽,迫推部位于防脱槽内部,防脱槽可以防止活动部相对于支撑杆运动时从动力接收部件中脱出。
可选的,传动杆与支撑杆刚性连接;动力接收部件包含传动部,传动部与粉筒筒体连接且传动部与传动杆抵接,从而使传动杆能够将接收齿接收的来自电子成像装置的动力传递到粉筒筒体。
可选的,传动杆上设置有锁定齿以防止接收部与传动部脱出分离。
可选的,动力接收部件包含第二弹性件,第二弹性件使支撑杆相对于粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移。
可选的,第二弹性件为环装弹性件且第二弹性件与接收齿抵接。
可选的,活动部包含第一活动部和第二活动部,第一活动部和第二活动部之间互相独立。
另一方面,本申请提供一种粉筒,粉筒包含如上所述的动力接收部件。
本申请提供的动力接收部件以及粉筒,动力接收部件一端连接在粉筒的筒体上,另一端可与图像形成装置的旋转驱动力传递部件啮合,从而将旋转驱动力传递给筒体。当粉筒在图像形成装置中工作时,旋转驱动力传递部件与动力接收部件啮合且粉筒中的显影剂可以从粉筒进入图像形成装置;当粉筒从图像形成装置中取下后,粉筒中的显影剂不再从粉筒进入外界,可避免粉筒在运输、移动时将储存在粉筒中的显影剂泄露,对环境造成污染。

【具体实施方式】
实施例一
本实施例提供了一种动力接收部件,如图1、图2所示,包含活动部110、接收部120、传动部130、第一弹性件150,优选地,还设置有弹性垫圈140。
如图3所示,传动部130上设置有凸檐131和凸起块132。传动部130与粉筒筒体相连接,粉筒筒体内壁可与传动部130外壁抵接或粉筒筒体外壁可以传动部130内壁抵接。连接方式包含但不限于热成型、胶粘、铆接等机械行业中的现有技术,在此不再赘述。
接收部120上设置有接收齿123、支撑杆124、传动杆125、防脱槽126、第一锁定齿122和第二锁定齿121。其中,接收齿123可接收来自图像形成装置的旋转驱动力;支撑杆124具有弹性,可沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移;传动杆125可与凸起块132抵接,使旋转驱动力从接收部120传递到传动部130,进而传递到粉筒筒体;第一锁定齿122和第二锁定齿121用于防止接收部120从传动部130上脱出。当粉筒在图像形成装置中正常工作时,第一锁定齿122刚好与凸檐131抵接,或第一锁定齿122尚未与凸檐131抵接。第二锁定齿121为备用措施,用于第一锁定齿122发生断裂或随着接收部120被拉出第一锁定齿122与凸檐抵接的位置时的保险手段,此时第二锁定齿121与凸檐抵接,防止接收部120整体被拉出传动部130。优选地,为保证接收部120和传动部130分离顺畅,第一锁定齿122和第二锁定齿121不会与传动部130上的其他部分发生干涉。一旦在图像形成装置内部发生防止接收部120整体被拉出传动部130这样的故障,不仅会影响本次打印品质,还会破坏图像形成装置内部,同时,如果损坏的粉筒没有得到妥善处理的话,还会影响使用者的健康,甚至污染空气和水源。
活动部110上设置有抵接部111和迫推部112。抵接部111可以与图像形成装置抵接,使活动部110沿粉筒筒体旋转轴的方向移动。抵接部111在粉筒筒体旋转轴径向凸起的高度大于接收齿123在粉筒筒体旋转轴径向凸起的高度。迫推部112可进入防脱槽126,当迫推部112在防脱槽126中时,支撑杆124由于活 动部110的存在,不能沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移。
在活动部110与接收部120之间还设置有第一弹性件150。优选地,第一弹性件150为弹簧。活动部110的活动位置受接收部120所限制。
下面详细的描述粉筒装入图像形成装置的过程。图像成形装置上的活动部件998位于旋转驱动力传递部件999的内部。
第一步,如图4所示,当粉筒未装入图像形成装置时,动力接收部件的迫推部112在防脱槽126中,此时支撑杆124不能沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移。接收部120和传动部130之间紧贴,使粉筒筒体中储存的显影剂不能流出。优选地,接收部120与传动部130之间还设置有弹性垫圈140以提升密封性能。
第二步,当粉筒装入图像形成装置后,由于抵接部111与粉筒筒体的旋转轴之间的径向距离大于接收齿123与粉筒筒体的旋转轴之间的径向距离,图像形成装置上的活动部件998推动抵接部111,使活动部110向粉筒筒体方向运动,迫退部112离开防脱槽126,如图5所示。支撑杆124此时可以沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移。
第三步,图像形成装置上的旋转驱动力传递部件999向粉筒筒体方向运动。由于旋转驱动力传递部件999和驱动齿123之间干涉,支撑杆沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移,接收部120与旋转驱动力传递部件999啮合,如图6所示。
第四步,图像形成装置上的活动部件998向远离粉筒筒体的方向运动。由于第一弹性件150的存在,活动部110跟随活动部件998向远离粉筒筒体的方向运动,直到迫推部112进入防脱槽126,如图7所示。此时支撑杆124由于被抵接部112抵接挤压,无法沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移。
第五步,图像形成装置拖动传动部130或粉筒筒体向远离旋转驱动力传递部件999的方向(与第三步中粉筒筒体方向方向相同)运动。由于支撑杆124无法沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移,接收部120无法与旋转驱动力传递部件999脱离啮合,接收部120与传动部130之间会出现能够让粉筒筒体中储存的显影剂流出的缝隙,如图8所示。之后图像形成装置就可以通过旋转驱动力传递部件999向接收部120传递旋转驱动力,再通过传动杆125和凸起块132传递到传动部130,最终传递到粉筒筒体,使粉筒筒体内储存的显影剂能够源源不断的流出。
当粉筒从图像形成装置上卸下时,在图8中的状态下,先由图像形成装置推动传动部130或粉筒筒体使接收部120与传动部130之间的缝隙闭合,变为图7 的状态;然后活动部件998向粉筒筒体方向运动并带动活动部110向粉筒筒体的方向运动变为图6的状态;之后旋转驱动力传递部件999向远离粉筒筒体的方向运动,变为图5的状态;接下来活动部件998向远离粉筒筒体的方向运动,活动部110跟随活动部件998一起运动,直到迫推部112与防脱槽126干涉,阻止活动部110进一步向远离粉筒方向运动;最后用户可拔出粉筒,动力接收部件即可恢复为图4中的状态。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一中涉及的动力接收部件的结构基本相同,其区别在于,本实施例中的动力接收部件还包含一个第二弹性件160,同时为了容纳第二弹性件160,修改了接收部120的形状。
如图9所示,第二弹性件160位于接收部120上,优选地,第二弹性件160位于接收齿123上,当然,第二弹性件160也可以设置在接收部120的其他位置。接收齿123上可以设置一个凹槽,使第二弹性件160容纳在凹槽中。当活动部110沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴方向向粉筒筒体方向进行运动时,支撑杆124在第二弹性件160的作用下相对于粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移。在本实施例中,第二弹性件160为环装弹性件,与动力接收部件的旋转轴同轴设置。优选地,第二弹性件160为橡皮筋。
本实施例中涉及的动力接收部件与实施例一中涉及的动力接收部件相比,由于第二弹性件160由于弹力作用径向向内约束接收部120,使粉筒在安装和拆卸过程中减少接收齿123与图像形成装置间的干涉,防止因为接收齿123与图像成形装置间的摩擦、碰撞而造成的粉筒装机和拆卸过程中的不顺畅。
优选地,为防止第二弹性件160为橡胶制品时老化断裂掉入图像形成装置中对电子成像的品质造成破坏或损伤图像形成装置,可将第二弹性件与接收齿123或支撑杆124连接。可选用粘接、热成型或过盈配合等,在此不再赘述。
实施例三
本实施例与实施例一中涉及的动力接收部件的结构基本相同,其区别在于,本实施例中的活动部110a和110b与实施例一中的活动部110结构存在差异。
下面详细的描述粉筒装入图像形成装置的过程。图像成形装置上的活动部件 997位于旋转驱动力传递部件999的外部。
第一步,如图10所示,当粉筒未装入图像形成装置时,动力接收部件的迫推部112a(112b)在防脱槽126中,此时支撑杆124不能沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移。接收部120和传动部130之间紧贴,使粉筒筒体中储存的显影剂不能流出。优选地,接收部120与传动部130之间还设置有弹性垫圈140以提升密封性能。
第二步,当粉筒装入图像形成装置后,由于抵接部111a(111b)与粉筒筒体的旋转轴之间的径向距离大于接收齿123与粉筒筒体的旋转轴之间的径向距离,图像形成装置上的活动部件997推动抵接部111a(111b),使活动部110a(110b)向粉筒筒体方向运动,迫退部112a(112b)离开防脱槽126,如图11所示。支撑杆124此时可以沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移。
第三步,图像形成装置上的旋转驱动力传递部件999向粉筒筒体方向运动。由于旋转驱动力传递部件999和驱动齿123之间干涉,支撑杆沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移,接收部120与旋转驱动力传递部件999啮合,如图12所示。
第四步,图像形成装置上的活动部件997向远离粉筒筒体的方向运动。由于第一弹性件150的存在,活动部110a(110b)跟随活动部件997向远离粉筒筒体的方向运动,但与实施例一中不同,活动部件997限制了活动部110a(110b)向远离粉筒方向运动的距离,使抵接部112a(112b)无法完全进入防脱槽126。如图13所示。此时支撑杆124由于被抵接部112a(112b)抵接挤压,无法自由沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移,但如果施加合适的力,支撑杆124靠近防脱槽126和接收齿123的一端仍可轻微的沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移。
第五步,图像形成装置拖动传动部130或粉筒筒体向远离旋转驱动力传递部件999的方向(与第三步中粉筒筒体方向方向相同)运动。由于支撑杆124沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移受限,接收部120与旋转驱动力传递部件999脱离啮合所需的力远大于接收部120和传动部130之间的摩擦力,接收部120与传动部130之间会出现能够让粉筒筒体中储存的显影剂流出的缝隙,如图14所示。之后图像形成装置就可以通过旋转驱动力传递部件999向接收部120传递旋转驱动力,再通过传动杆125和凸起块132传递到传动部130,最终传递到粉筒筒体,使粉筒筒体内储存的显影剂能够源源不断的流出。
当动力接收部件从图像形成装置上拆下时的过程与实施例一中的拆下过程 基本相同,在此不再赘述。本实施例中这样设计的好处在于,在某些型号的机器中旋转驱动力传递部件由于精度等问题在粉筒从图像形成装置上拆下的过程中仍可向粉筒筒体方向位移一小段距离,使用本实施例中的方案比实施例一中的方案更容易卸下粉筒。
图15为活动部110a,图16为活动部110b。这两种活动部均可运用在本实施例中的方案中,其区别在于,活动部110b的抵接部111b相比于活动部110a的抵接部更不容易发生变形损坏,且在迫推部112b的附近设置有加强筋113b。使用这两种不同的活动部主要取决于动力接收部件的大小、粉筒容纳显影剂的多少、不同品质的产品成本制约等因素。
实施例四
本实施例主要提供了另一种活动部,第一活动部110c1和第二活动部110c2,其他部分与实施例三中的动力接收部件相同。
如图17、图18所示,为本实施例中涉及的第一活动部110c1和第二活动部110c2。第一活动部110c1和第二活动部110c2相互独立并且均可以完成活动部110的功能。当第一活动部110c1和第二活动部110c2装配完成安装在动力接收部件上时,第一活动部110c1和第二活动部110c2这两个活动部与接收部120之间各设置有一个弹性件。由于弹性件的作用和接收部120上的防脱槽126的限制,此时第一活动部110c1和第二活动部110c2的组合体位于同一平面上,其组合体结构与实施例三中的活动部110b(图16)结构类似。图像形成装置正常工作时,第一活动部110c1和第二活动部110c2的结构也是如此,与实施例三中的动力接收部件基本相同。此时如图17a、图18a所示。
但是,当图像形成装置内部部件由于长时间的工作发生断裂,形变,或由于图像形成装置生产过程中的精度问题导致图像形成装置内部部件与活动部发生干涉时,倘若活动部是一体结构,会造成活动部被限制位移而无法正常工作,粉筒无法正常安装,影响电子成像。但在本实施例中,倘若第二活动部110c2被限制位移,第一活动部110c1仍能够正常的完成活动部的功能,使粉筒正常工作,如图17b、18b所示;同样的,当第一活动部110c1被限制位移,第二活动部110c2仍能够正常的完成活动部的功能,使粉筒正常工作,如图17c、18c所示。
例如,在实施例三中的第四步,粉筒向图像形成装置上安装时,图像形成装 置上的活动部件997向远离粉筒筒体的方向运动的过程中,倘若第二活动部110c2被限制位移,第一活动部110c1仍能够正常的向远离粉筒筒体的方向运动,并限制活动部120,使活动部120无法与图像形成装置上的旋转驱动力传递部件999脱离啮合,如图19、图20所示,从而能够继续进行第五步,使显影剂能够正常流出。图19、图20中所示的状态与图17b、18b中所示的状态相同,图17c、图18c中所示状态与此类似,在此不再赘述。
值得一提的是,在本实施例中,当向粉筒筒体方向推动第一活动部110c1到最大距离并固定第一活动部110c1时,第二活动部110c2相对于第一活动部110c1可以向远离粉筒筒体方向移动的距离大于或等于第二活动部110c2被图像成形装置上的活动部件997推动而发生的位移,以确保在图17c、图18c的状态下,当第一活动部110c1被限制位移时第二活动部110c2能向远离粉筒筒体方向运动足够的距离,从而阻止传动部120上的支撑杆124关于粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种动力接收部件,用于粉筒,所述粉筒包含粉筒筒体,所述粉筒可拆卸的安装于电子成像装置,其特征在于,所述动力接收部件包含:
    接收部,所述接收部包含接收齿、支撑杆、传动杆,所述接收部能够与电子成像装置啮合;
    接收齿,所述接收齿用于从电子成像装置接收动力;
    支撑杆,所述支撑杆能够沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移,所述接收齿设置在所述支撑杆的自由端;
    传动杆,所述传动杆能够将所述接收齿接收的来自所述电子成像装置的动力传递到粉筒筒体;
    活动部,所述活动部能够相对于所述支撑杆运动,并且在所述活动部相对于所述支撑杆运动的过程中,至少有一个位置由于所述支撑杆和所述活动部互相作用导致使所述接收部不能与所述电子成像装置脱离啮合。
  2. 如权利要求1中所述的动力接收部件,其特征在于,所述活动部相对于所述支撑杆运动的过程中,至少有一个位置使所述支撑杆在所述活动部的作用下不能沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移。
  3. 如权利要求1或2中任意一种所述的动力接收部件,其特征在于,所述活动部与所述接收部之间设置有第一弹性件;所述活动部包含抵接部和迫推部;所述电子成像装置与所述抵接部抵接并推动所述活动部沿粉筒筒体的旋转轴方向运动;所述迫推部与所述支撑杆抵接。
  4. 如权利要求3中所述的动力接收部件,其特征在于,所述支撑杆上设置有防脱槽,所述迫推部位于所述防脱槽内部,所述防脱槽可以防止所述活动部相对于所述支撑杆运动时从所述动力接收部件中脱出。
  5. 如权利要求1或2中任意一种所述的动力接收部件,其特征在于,所述传动杆与所述支撑杆刚性连接;所述动力接收部件包含传动部,所述传动部与所述 粉筒筒体连接且所述传动部与所述传动杆抵接,从而使所述所述传动杆能够将所述接收齿接收的来自所述电子成像装置的动力传递到粉筒筒体。
  6. 如权利要求5中所述的动力接收部件,其特征在于,所述传动杆上设置有锁定齿以防止所述接收部与所述传动部脱出分离。
  7. 如权利要求1或2中任意一种所述的动力接收部件,其特征在于,所述动力接收部件包含第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件使所述支撑杆相对于粉筒筒体的旋转轴径向向内偏移。
  8. 如权利要求7中所述的动力接收部件,其特征在于,所述第二弹性件为环装弹性件且所述第二弹性件与所述接收齿抵接。
  9. 如权利要求1或2中任意一种所述的动力接收部件,其特征在于,所述活动部包含第一活动部和第二活动部,所述第一活动部和所述第二活动部之间互相独立。
  10. 一种粉筒,其特征在于,所述粉筒包含权利要求1-9中任意一种所述的动力接收部件。
