일반적으로 칫솔은 각자 사용하는 도구이므로 여러 개를 동시에 거치할 수 있는 거치대를 세면대 근처의 벽에 고정하고 상기 거치대에 칫솔을 거치하여 보관한다.

상기 거치부재는 직선 또는 곡선 형태의 경사 방향으로 연장되도록 구성되어 2개의 거치부재 사이의 공간은 상부로 갈수록 좁아지도록 구성되고, 상기 거치부재 사이의 공간에 세면도구의 손잡이부가 끼워지면 하부의 넓은 공간으로부터 상부의 좁은 공간으로 진입하면서 2개의 거치부재와 맞닿게 되고, 상기 2개의 거치부재가 탄성력에 의해 거치대 프레임의 내측면 방향으로 힘을 받으면서 변위가 발생하고 상기 2개의 거치부재 사이에 세면도구의 손잡이부가 끼워져서 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
그리고 상기 거치대 프레임은 상부 프레임 내측에서 상기 거치 유닛을 착탈식으로 결합하여 고정하는 거치유닛 고정부를 포함하고 하부가 개방되되 하부 프레임이 스틱형 물품이 가이드되도록 상방으로 경사를 가지도록 형성되고; 상기 거치유닛은 상기 거치유닛 고정부와 결합되는 체결부재와 상기 체결부재와 경사방향으로 연장되는 거치부재가 일체로 형성되되; 상기 거치부재가 탄성을 가지고 하방으로 경사를 가지도록 형성되고; 상기 하부 프레임과 상기 거치부재 사이의 공간을 통해 스틱형 물품의 손잡이부가 끼워져 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 거치 유닛 고정부는 상기 거치유닛의 체결부재가 삽입될 수 있는 가이드 레일로 형성되고; 상기 거치유닛은 상기 체결부재에 수직방향으로 결합되는 복수 개의 거치부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
여기서, 상기 복수 개의 거치부재는 상기 체결부재와 간격없이 연속적으로 결합되는 형태로 구성될 수 있으며, 이에 따라 2개 이상의 거치부재와 하부 프레임 사이에 하나의 스틱형 물품이 거치될 수 있다. 따라서, 스틱형 물품의 너비나 두께와 같은 크기 또는 형상에 제한없이 안정적인 거치가 가능하다.
상기 거치 유닛은 모듈식으로 외부에서 착탈이 가능한 방식으로 구성되고; 상기 거치대 프레임의 일측면이 개방되도록 구성되고, 상기 개방된 측면을 개폐하기 위한 커버를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
한편, 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 스틱형 물품 거치대는 상기 거치 유닛 고정부는 복수 개의 거치 유닛이 연속적으로 체결되도록 격벽이 일정 격으로 연속적으로 형성되고, 상기 격벽 사이에 거치 유닛이 장착되어 고정되고; 상기 거치 유닛은 상기 거치 유닛 고정부에 착탈이 가능하게 체결되는 체결부재와 상기 체결부재 하부에서 일체로 결합되어 집게 방식으로 스틱형 물품의 손잡이부를 고정하여 거치하는 거치부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 체결부재는 고정돌기와 상기 고정돌기 상부에서 경사방향으로 연장된 레버와 상기 레버 상에 형성된 후크를 구비한 후크 레버를 포함하고 상기 거치 유닛 고정부는 체결되는 체결부재의 형상에 대응되는 음각 형태의 공간으로 구성되고, 상기 체결부재의 고정 돌기와 체결되는 돌기수용홈과 상기 후크 레버의 후크가 체결되는 후크수용홈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 체결부재의 고정돌기가 거치 유닛 고정부의 돌기수용홈에 체결되고, 상기 후크레버의 후크가 거치 유닛 고정부의 후크수용홈에 체결되면서 거치 유닛이 거치 유닛 고정부에 결합되되; 상기 고정돌기와 후크는 대략 수직 방향으로 체결되고 레버가 후크를 후크 홈에 고정시키도록 힘이 작용하여 강한 고정력으로 거치 유닛이 부착되고; 상기 거치 유닛이 거치 유닛 고정부에 부착될 때 상기 레버의 끝이 상기 거치 유닛 고정부로부터 돌출되도록 구성되어 상기 돌출된 레버를 하부로 가압하면 후크가 상기 후크수용홈으로부터 이탈하면서 거치 유닛이 거치 유닛 고정부로부터 쉽게 분리되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기에서 살펴본 바와 같이 본 발명에 따른 스틱형 물품 거치대는 스틱형 물품의 파지부를 고정하여 사용부가 하부를 향하도록 거치함으로써 사용이 편리하고, 칫솔과 같은 세면도구의 경우 사용부에 남아있는 수분을 하부로 배출시킴으로써 세균 증식을 억제하여 세면 도구의 오염을 방지할 수 있는 탁월한 효과가 발생한다.

본 발명에 따른 스틱형 물품 거치대는 하부가 개방된 거치대 프레임과 상기 거치대 프레임 내에 장착되어 탄성력에 의해 세면도구의 손잡이부를 거치하는 적어도 하나의 거치 유닛을 포함하여 스틱형 물품의 사용부가 하방을 향하도록 거치하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본 발명의 구체적인 실시예에 대하여 도면을 참조하여 상세하게 설명하기로 한다.
도 2 및 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 스틱형 물품 거치대를 개략적으로 도시한 것이다.
도 2 및 3을 참조하면, 하부가 개방된 거치대 프레임(10)과 상기 거치대 프레임 내에 장착되어 탄성력에 의해 스틱형 물품 손잡이부를 파지하는 적어도 하나의 거치 유닛(20)을 포함하여 사용부가 하방을 향하도록 거치하도록 구성될 수 있다.
여기서, 상기 스틱형 물품은 청결과 위생이 필요한 칫솔, 면도기, 치약과 같은 세면도구에 최적으로 적용되지만, 숟가락, 젓가락, 주걱, 국자와 같은 취식도구는 물론, 필기구, 문방구, 펜슬형 화장품 등 스틱 형태로 손에 파지하여 사용하는 모든 물품에 적용될 수 있다.
상기 손잡이부는 유저가 스틱형 물품을 파지하는 부분을 의미하고, 상기 사용부는 스틱형 물품을 직접 사용하는 부분으로 칫솔의 경우 칫솔모 부분, 면도기인 경우 커터 부분, 치약의 경우 치약 뚜껑부, 숟가락과 젓가락의 경우 음식을 섭취할 때 직접 닿는 부분을 의미한다.
상기와 같이 사용부가 하부를 향하도록 손잡이부를 거치할 경우 칫솔과 같은 위생 물품의 경우 사용부에 남아 있는 수분과 찌꺼기가 중력에 의해 빠지게 되고, 보관시 사용부는 거치되지 않고 매달려 있는 상태가 되므로 세균이 증식하는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
상기 거치대 프레임(10)은 내부 양 측면에 상기 거치 유닛(20)을 착탈식으로 결합하여 고정하는 거치유닛 고정부(110)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상기 거치유닛 고정부(110)는 상기 거치 유닛이 슬라이딩 이동을 통해 착탈될 수 있도록 레일(111)이 형성될 수 있다.
상기 거치유닛(20)은 상기 거치유닛 고정부와 결합되는 체결부재(210)와 상기 체결부재와 경사를 가지고 연장되는 거치부재(220)가 일체로 형성된다.
상기 거치유닛 고정부의 레일(111)은 상기 체결부재(210)의 두께와 적어도 동일한 두께의 장홈으로 구성될 수 있으며, 상기 레일(111)에 상기 체결부재(210)가 체결되어 슬라이딩 이동되어 원하는 위치로 수평이동 될 수 있다.
상기 레일(111)에는 도 4와 같이 레일 홈 또는 레일 돌기가 형성될 수 있으며, 상기 체결부재의 측면에는 상기 거치유닛 고정부의 레일에 결합될 수 있는 양각 또는 음각 형태의 레일가이드가 형성될 수 있다. 따라서, 상기 체결부재의 레일 가이드가 상기 거치유닛 고정부의 레일의 레일 홈 또는 레일 돌기에 체결되어 슬라이딩 이동되면서 거치유닛의 거치대 프레임 내부로 탈착될 수 있다.
상기 거치 유닛(20)은 2개의 유닛이 하나의 쌍으로 구성되고, 2개의 유닛이 대칭형태를 이루게 되고, 2개의 대향하는 유닛의 거치부재(220) 사이의 공간을 통해 스틱형 물품의 손잡이부가 상부로 끼워지면서 상기 거치부재(220)가 거치대 프레임의 내측면 방향으로 힘을 받아 탄성력에 의해 상기 거치부재 사이의 공간이 넓어지면서 상기 스틱형 물품의 손잡이부가 파지된다.
여기서, 상기 거치부재(220)는 직선 또는 곡선 형태의 경사 방향으로 연장되도록 구성되어 2개의 거치부재 사이의 공간은 상부로 갈수록 좁아지도록 구성되고, 상기 거치부재(220) 사이의 공간에 스틱형 물품의 손잡이부가 끼워지면 하부의 넓은 공간으로부터 상부의 좁은 공간으로 진입하면서 2개의 거치부재와 맞닿게 되고, 상기 2개의 거치부재가 탄성력에 의해 거치대 프레임의 내측면 방향으로 힘을 받으면서 변위가 발생하고 상기 2개의 거치부재 사이에 스틱형 물품의 손잡이부가 끼워져서 고정된다.
상기 거치부재(220)는 판스프링과 같이 힘을 받으면 탄성력에 의해 변위될 수 있는 재질로 구성될 수 있으며, 플라스틱, 스테인레스, 실리콘 등 다양한 재질로 구성될 수 있다.
상기와 같이 스틱형 물품의 손잡이부가 2개의 거치부재 사이에 끼워져 고정된 상태에서 상기 스틱형 물품의 손잡이부를 아래로 잡아 당기면 상기 세면도구의 손잡이부가 쉽게 빠지면서 상기 2개의 거치부재에 복원력이 작용하여 원위치로 변위되면서 상기 2개의 거치부재 사이의 공간이 좁아지게 된다.
따라서, 스틱형 물품의 손잡이부를 손쉽게 거치할 수 있다.
상기 거치부재의 경사의 각도와 길이 탄성력은 체결되는 스틱형 물품의 손잡이 형상 및 크기에 따라 달라질 수 있다.
상기 거치 유닛(20)은 도 5와 같이 모듈식으로 외부에서 착탈이 가능한 방식으로 구성될 수 있으며, 이를 위해 상기 거치대 프레임의 일측면이 개방되도록 구성되고, 상기 개방된 측면을 개폐하기 위한 커버(120)를 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 여기서, 상기 커버(120)는 도 5와 같이 분리형으로 구성될 수 있으며, 뚜껑이나 문처럼 일체로 결합되어 개폐가 가능한 형태로 구성될 수 있다.
이에 따라, 상기 커버(120)를 개방한 상태에서 상기 거치유닛(20)의 체결부재(210)를 거치대 프레임 내부의 양 측면에 형성된 거치유닛 고정부의 레일(111)에 체결하여 통해 내부로 삽입한다.
상기 거치유닛 고정부에 형성된 레일에는 상기 거치 유닛이 삽입된 후 좌우 이동을 방지하기 위해 일정 간격으로 형성된 스토퍼(미도시)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상기 스토퍼는 돌기 형태로 구성되고, 상기 거치 유닛을 이동시킬 때 상기 스토퍼에 걸리면서 이동하게 되고, 유저가 원하는 위치에 거치 유닛을 위치시킬 수 있다.
그리고 상기 거치유닛(20)은 단일의 단으로 구성될 수 있지만, 스틱형 물품의 손잡이부의 고정력을 높이기 위해 적어도 2개의 단으로 구성될 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 거치유닛을 통해 칫솔이 거치되는 것을 도시한 것이다.
도 6과 같이 거치유닛(20)이 2단으로 구성될 경우 좌우 및 위 아래에서 작용하는 자유로운 텐션 변화로 인해 굴곡진 형태의 칫솔도 단단하게 고정할 수 있다.
적어도 2개의 단으로 구성될 경우 각 단 별로 거치 유닛의 형상과 재질을 다르게 구성될 수 있으며, 상부의 단으로 갈수록 탄성력이 커지도록 구성할 경우 스틱형 물품을 보다 적은 힘으로 쉽게 체결할 수 있다.
도 7은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 다양한 세면도구가 거치된 상태를 도시한 것이다.
본 발명은 거치유닛(20)이 연속적으로 거치대 프레임(10) 내부에 체결되어 이웃하는 2개 이상의 거치유닛(20)을 통해 면적이 큰 물품도 용이하게 거치시킬 수 있다.
도 8은 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 스틱형 물품 거치대를 개략적으로 도시한 것이다.
도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 스틱형 물품 거치대는 내부 측면에 거치 유닛을 체결하여 고정하는 거치 유닛 고정부(140)를 포함하고, 상기 거치 유닛(20)은 상기 거치 유닛 고정부(140)에 착탈이 가능하게 체결되는 체결부재(230)와 상기 체결부재 하부에서 일체로 결합되어 집게 방식으로 스틱형 물품의 손잡이부를 고정하여 거치하는 거치부재(240)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상기 거치 유닛 고정부(140)는 복수 개의 거치 유닛(20)이 연속적으로 체결되도록 격벽(141)이 일정 간격으로 연속적으로 형성되고, 상기 격벽(141) 사이에 거치 유닛(20)이 장착되어 고정된다.
상기 거치대 프레임(10)은 일 측면에 개방하거나 닫을 수 있는 커버 케이스(130)를 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 커버 케이스(130)는 도 9와 같이 레일을 따라 열고 닫을 수 있는 구조로 구성될 수 있다.
도 10은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따라 거치 유닛이 거치 유닛 고정부에 체결되는 것을 개략적으로 도시한 것이다.
상기 체결부재(230)는 고정돌기(231)와 상기 고정돌기 상부에서 경사방향으로 연장되는 레버로 상기 레버 상에 형성된 후크(232a)를 구비한 후크 레버(232)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상기 거치 유닛 고정부(140)는 체결되는 체결부재의 형상에 대응되는 음각 형태의 공간으로 구성되고, 상기 체결부재의 고정 돌기와 체결되는 돌기수용홈(140a)과 상기 후크 레버의 후크(232a)가 체결되는 후크수용홈(140b)을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상기 체결부재의 고정돌기(231)가 거치 유닛 고정부의 돌기수용홈(140a)에 수용되어 1차적으로 거치 유닛(20)을 거치 유닛 고정부(140)에 체결하고, 상기 후크레버의 후크(232a)가 거치 유닛 고정부의 후크수용홈(140b)에 체결되면서 거치 유닛이 거치 유닛 고정부에 강하게 결합된다.
상기 고정돌기(231)와 후크(232a)는 대략 수직 방향으로 체결되고 레버가 후크(232a)를 후크수용홈(140b)에 고정시키도록 힘이 작용하여 강한 고정력으로 거치 유닛이 부착될 수 있다.
그리고 거치 유닛이 거치 유닛 고정부에 부착될 때 상기 레버의 끝이 상기 거치 유닛 고정부로부터 돌출되도록 구성되어 상기 돌출된 레버를 하부로 가압하면 후크가 상기 후크수용홈으로부터 이탈하면서 거치 유닛이 거치 유닛 고정부로부터 손쉽게 분리될 수 있다.
도 11은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따라 칫솔이 집게 형상의 거치부재에 파지되는 것을 도시한 것이다.
상기 거치부재(240)는 고리형태로 구성된 체결부재와 결합되면서 집게 형상을 가지는 거치부를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상기 거치부는 2개의 암이 탄성에 의해 맞닿아 있는 형태로 구성되고, 2개의 암 사이에 세면도구 손잡이부가 삽입되면 상기 2개의 암 사이의 공간이 넓어지면서 탄성력에 의해 세면도구 손잡이부를 파지하기 힘이 작용하여 세면도구 손잡이부를 단단하게 고정하여 거치하게 된다.
상기 거치된 세면도구를 분리하는 경우에는 스틱형 물품을 하부로 잡아당기기만 하면 2개의 암 사이에서 스틱형 물품 손잡이부가 손쉽게 분리된다.
도 13 및 14는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 스틱형 물품 거치대를 개략적으로 도시한 것이고, 도 15는 도 13, 14의 스틱형 물품 거치대의 결합구조를 개략적으로 도시한 것이고, 도 16은 도 13, 14의 스틱형 물품 거치대에 스틱형 물품이 삽입되어 거치되는 것을 개략적으로 도시한 것이고, 도 17은 도 13, 14의 스틱형 물품 거치대에 스틱형 물품이 거치된 것을 도시한 것이다.
도 13 내지 17을 참조하면, 거치대 프레임(10)은 상부 프레임(10A) 내측에서 상기 거치 유닛을 착탈식으로 결합하여 고정하는 거치유닛 고정부(150)를 포함하고 하부 또는 측하부가 개방되되 하부 프레임(10B)이 스틱형 물품이 가이드되도록 상방으로 경사를 가지도록 형성된다.
상기 거치유닛(20)은 상기 거치유닛 고정부(150)와 결합되는 체결부재(250)와 상기 체결부재와 경사방향으로 연장되는 거치부재(260)가 일체로 형성되되; 상기 거치부재(260)가 탄성을 가지고 하방으로 경사를 가지도록 형성된다.
여기서, 상기 하부 프레임(10B)은 상방으로 경사를 가지고, 상기 거치부재(260)는 하방으로 경사를 가지고 대향하고 있으므로 상기 거치부재(260)와 하부 프레임(10B) 사이의 공간은 스틱형 물품이 삽입됨에 따라 좁아지게 되고, 스틱형 물품의 두께보다 좁아지게 되고, 상기 거치부재(260)가 탄성을 가지고 있으므로 스틱형 물품을 깊숙히 밀어넣으면 도 15와 같이 상기 스틱형 물품이 상기 거치부재(260)와 하부 프레임(10B) 사이에 강하고 고정하면서 거치된다.
이에 따라, 상기 하부 프레임과 상기 거치부재 사이의 공간을 통해 스틱형 물품의 손잡이부가 끼워져 고정된다.
상기 거치 유닛 고정부(150)는 상기 거치유닛의 체결부재(250)가 프레임의 측면을 통해 삽입될거나 분리될 수 있는 가이드 레일로 형성되고, 상기 거치유닛(20)은 상기 체결부재(250)에 수직방향으로 결합되는 복수 개의 거치부재(260)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
그리고 상기 거치부재(260)는 도 15와 같이 상기 체결부재(250)와 간격없이 연속적으로 결합될 수 있으며, 이를 통해 하나의 스틱형 물품이 2개 이상의 거치부재(260)와 하부 프레임(10B)사이에 끼워져 거치될 수 있으며, 스틱형 물품의 두께나 너비에 상관없이 다양한 크기 및 형상의 스틱형 물품을 안정적으로 거치할 수 있다.
거치부재 프레임은 도 13b와 같이 변형된 형태의 프레임 형상으로 구성될 수 있으며, 거치부재(260)와 하부 프레임(10B)의 사이에 끼워지는 동일한 구성 및 작용을 나타내는 한 다양한 형태로 변형될 수 있음은 자명한 것이다.
상기 거치대 프레임(10)의 일측면은 도 15와 같이 상기 거치 유닛의 탈착을 위해 분리를 통한 개폐가 가능한 개폐 프레임(160)을 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상기 개폐 프레임(160)과 결합되는 거치대 프레임 측면은 돌기와 이에 대응되는 요홈이 형성되어 체결 또는 분리될 수 있으며, 상기 개폐 프레임(160)이 체결된 상태에서는 개폐 프레임(160)은 상기 거치대 프레임(10)과 일체로 구성된 것과 같은 외형을 제공하게 된다.
상기에서 설명한 본 발명의 상세한 설명에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 참조하여 설명하였지만, 본 발명의 보호범위는 상기 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니며, 해당 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 갖는 자라면 본 발명의 사상 및 기술영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.
본 발명은 칫솔, 치약, 면도기와 같은 스틱형 세면도구, 숟가락, 젓가락 같은 취식도구, 문규류 등을 포함하는 스틱형 물품의 파지부를 고정하여 사용부가 하부를 향하도록 거치함으로써 탈착이 용이하여 사용이 편리하므로 생활 용품 산업에 매우 유용한 발명이다.

  1. 하부가 개방된 거치대 프레임과
    상기 거치대 프레임 내에 장착되어 탄성력에 의해 세면도구의 손잡이부를 거치하는 적어도 하나의 거치 유닛을 포함하여 스틱형 물품의 사용부가 하방을 향하도록 거치하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스틱형 물품 거치대.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 거치대 프레임은
    내부 양 측면에서 상기 거치 유닛을 착탈식으로 결합하여 고정하는 거치유닛 고정부를 포함하고;
    상기 거치유닛은
    상기 거치유닛 고정부와 결합되는 체결부재와 상기 체결부재와 경사방향으로 연장되는 거치부재가 일체로 형성되되; 상기 거치대 프레임 양 측면에 체결된 2개의 유닛이 하나의 쌍으로 구성되고, 2개의 유닛이 대칭형태를 이루게 되고, 2개의 유닛의 거치부재 사이의 공간을 통해 스틱형 물품의 손잡이부가 끼워져 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스틱형 물품 거치대.

    상기 거치유닛 고정부의 레일에 결합될 수 있는 레일가이드가 형성되어, 상기 체결부재의 레일 가이드가 상기 거치유닛 고정부의 레일에 체결되어 슬라이딩 이동되면서 거치유닛의 거치대 프레임 내부로 탈착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스틱형 물품 거치대
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 거치유닛 고정부에 형성된 레일에는
    상기 거치 유닛이 삽입된 후 좌우 이동을 방지하기 위해 일정 간격으로 형성된 스토퍼를 포함하여 구성되되;
    상기 스토퍼는 돌기 형태로 구성되고, 상기 거치 유닛을 이동시킬 때 상기 스토퍼에 걸리면서 이동하게 되고, 유저가 원하는 위치에 거치 유닛을 위치시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스틱형 물품 거치대
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 거치유닛은
    스틱형 물품의 손잡이부에 대한 고정력을 높이기 위해 적어도 2개의 단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스틱형 물품 거치대
  6. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 거치부재는
    직선 또는 곡선 형태의 경사 방향으로 연장되도록 구성되어 2개의 거치부재 사이의 공간은 상부로 갈수록 좁아지도록 구성되고,
    상기 거치부재 사이의 공간에 세면도구의 손잡이부가 끼워지면 하부의 넓은 공간으로부터 상부의 좁은 공간으로 진입하면서 2개의 거치부재와 맞닿게 되고, 상기 2개의 거치부재가 탄성력에 의해 거치대 프레임의 내측면 방향으로 힘을 받으면서 변위가 발생하고 상기 2개의 거치부재 사이에 세면도구의 손잡이부가 끼워져서 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스틱형 물품 거치대.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 거치대 프레임은
    상부 프레임 내측에서 상기 거치 유닛을 착탈식으로 결합하여 고정하는 거치유닛 고정부를 포함하고 하부가 개방되되 하부 프레임이 스틱형 물품이 가이드되도록 상방으로 경사를 가지도록 형성되고;
    상기 거치유닛은
    상기 거치유닛 고정부와 결합되는 체결부재와 상기 체결부재와 경사방향으로 연장되는 거치부재가 일체로 형성되되; 상기 거치부재가 탄성을 가지고 하방으로 경사를 가지도록 형성되고;
    상기 하부 프레임과 상기 거치부재 사이의 공간을 통해 스틱형 물품의 손잡이부가 끼워져 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스틱형 물품 거치대.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 거치 유닛 고정부는
    상기 거치유닛의 체결부재가 삽입될 수 있는 가이드 레일로 형성되고;
    상기 거치유닛은
    상기 체결부재에 수직방향으로 결합되는 복수 개의 거치부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스틱형 물품 거치대.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 거치 유닛은 모듈식으로 외부에서 착탈이 가능한 방식으로 구성되고;
    상기 거치대 프레임의 일측면이 개방되도록 구성되고, 상기 개방된 측면을 개폐하기 위한 커버를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스틱형 물품 거치대.
  10. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 거치 유닛 고정부는
    복수 개의 거치 유닛이 연속적으로 체결되도록 격벽이 일정 간격으로 연속적으로 형성되고, 상기 격벽 사이에 거치 유닛이 장착되어 고정되고;
    상기 거치 유닛은 상기 거치 유닛 고정부에 착탈이 가능하게 체결되는 체결부재와 상기 체결부재 하부에서 일체로 결합되어 집게 방식으로 스틱형 물품의 손잡이부를 고정하여 거치하는 거치부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스틱형 물품 거치대.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서,
    상기 체결부재는
    고정돌기와 상기 고정돌기 상부에서 경사방향으로 연장된 레버와 상기 레버 상에 형성된 후크를 구비한 후크 레버를 포함하고
    상기 거치 유닛 고정부는 체결되는 체결부재의 형상에 대응되는 음각 형태의 공간으로 구성되고, 상기 체결부재의 고정 돌기와 체결되는 돌기수용홈과 상기 후크 레버의 후크가 체결되는 후크수용홈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스틱형 물품 거치대.
  12. 제 11항에 있어서,
    상기 체결부재의 고정돌기가 거치 유닛 고정부의 돌기수용홈에 체결되고, 상기 후크레버의 후크가 거치 유닛 고정부의 후크수용홈에 체결되면서 거치 유닛이 거치 유닛 고정부에 결합되되;
    상기 고정돌기와 후크는 대략 수직 방향으로 체결되고 레버가 후크를 후크 홈에 고정시키도록 힘이 작용하여 강한 고정력으로 거치 유닛이 부착되고;
    상기 거치 유닛이 거치 유닛 고정부에 부착될 때 상기 레버의 끝이 상기 거치 유닛 고정부로부터 돌출되도록 구성되어 상기 돌출된 레버를 하부로 가압하면 후크가 상기 후크수용홈으로부터 이탈하면서 거치 유닛이 거치 유닛 고정부로부터 쉽게 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스틱형 물품 거치대.
