Abstract
Selon l'invention, une matière plastique (4) est déplacée vers le récipient d'un réacteur (2) par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif d'alimentation (1) dans un état préchauffé et comprimé à une température d'au moins 150 °C. La matière plastique (4), pendant la dépolymérisation effectuée dans le récipient du réacteur (2), est guidée vers le récipient en continu avec un débit volumique ou massique qui est régulé afin d'obtenir un niveau stable et/ou une quantité de masse stable de la matière (5) dans le récipient du réacteur (2). La matière plastique (4) dans le récipient du réacteur (2) se dépolymérise sans l'accès de l'air et sans catalyseur pendant au moins un mélange partiel à une température allant de 200 °C à 500 °C. Le dispositif d'alimentation (1) peut se présenter sous la forme d'une extrudeuse à vis ayant un boîtier chauffé et des rotations de vis réglables, ce qui permet d'avoir une zone de transport (11), une zone de compression (12), une zone d'homogénéisation (13) et une aspiration (9). L'écoulement de la matière plastique (4) sur la sortie du dispositif d'alimentation (1) par minute est inférieur à 5 % du volume ou à 5 % de la masse de la matière (5) dans le réacteur (2).
