需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“中”、“上”、“内”、“外”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
此外,还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“设置”、“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接; 可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
基于背景技术指出的现有洗衣机采用分体式的洗涤剂投放组件易导致洗涤剂/柔顺剂等衣物处理剂泄露的问题,本发明提供了一种用于洗衣机的洗涤剂投放组件及洗衣机,旨在提高洗涤剂投放组件中投放容器和存储容器之间的密封效果,使得在抽屉抽拉的过程中,能够始终保持投放容器和存储容器的密封,避免在长时间的使用过后出现洗涤剂/柔顺剂等衣物处理剂泄露的问题。
具体地,如图1和2所示,本发明的洗涤剂投放组件包括投放容器1和存储容器2,投放容器1与存储容器2以直接相连的方式密封连接。其中,直接相连指的是投放容器1和存储容器2之间直接相连,并不通过其他连接构件(例如套管组等)采用间接相连的连接方式。此外,洗涤剂投放组件还包括投放机构,该投放机构与洗衣机的本体固定连接或一体制成,投放容器1和存储容器2与投放机构滑动连接,使得投放容器1和存储容器2组成的抽屉能够相对于投放机构滑动。在本发明中,投放容器1和存储容器2的密封方式可以通过密封圈3来直接进行密封,或者在投放容器1上设置一体式的密封凸起,在存储容器2上设置与该密封凸起相配合的密封凹槽,通过密封凸起和密封凹槽来实现投放容器1和存储容器2之间的密封连接,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置投放容器1和存储容器2之间的密封方式,只要能够实现投放容器1和存储容器2的密封即可,这种密封结构以及方式的改变并不偏离本发明的原理和范围,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内,下面以投放容器1和存储容器2通过密封圈3密封连接为例,详细地阐述本发明的技术方案。
优选地,如图3和4所示,投放容器1上设置有液体出口接头4,存储容器2上设置有液体入口接头5,密封圈3设置在液体出口接头4和液体入口接头5之间以对液体出口接头4和液体入口接头5进行密封。其中,液体出口接头4可以与投放容器1固定连接或者设置为一体,液体入口接头5可以与存储容器2固定连接或者设置为一体。在一种可能的实施方式中,液体出口接头4的内径大于或等于液体入口接头5 的外径,在组装好的状态下,液体入口接头5插入液体出口接头4中。当然,在另外一种可能的实施方式中,液体入口接头5的内径大于或等于液体出口接头4的外径,在组装好的状态下,液体出口接头4插入液体入口接头5中。本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地对液体出口接头4的尺寸以及液体入口接头5的尺寸进行设定,只要能够将液体出口接头4与液体入口接头5连接并通过密封圈3能够对液体出口接头4与液体入口接头5进行密封即可。
进一步优选地,当液体出口接头4的内径大于或等于液体入口接头5的外径时,可以在液体入口接头5的外壁上设置有环形凹槽(图1和2所示的正是这种结构),密封圈3设置在环形凹槽内,密封圈3的外圈与液体出口接头4的内壁密封贴合,在此种情形下,密封圈3的内圈对液体入口接头5进行密封。当然,作为上述情形的改变,还可以在液体出口接头4的内壁上设置有环形凹槽,密封圈3设置在环形凹槽内,密封圈3的内圈与液体入口接头5的外壁密封贴合,在此种情形下,密封圈3的外圈对液体出口接头4进行密封。或者,在液体出口接头4的内壁上设置有第一环形凹槽,在液体入口接头5的外壁上设置有第二环形凹槽,第一环形凹槽和第二环形凹槽形成环形间隙,密封圈3设置在环形间隙内以对液体出口接头4和液体入口接头5进行密封,在此种情形下,密封圈3的内圈对液体入口接头5进行密封,密封圈3的外圈对液体出口接头4进行密封。
作为上述实施例的另一种改变,当液体入口接头5的内径大于或等于液体出口接头4的外径时,可以在液体出口接头4的外壁上设置有环形凹槽,密封圈3设置在环形凹槽内,密封圈3的外圈与液体入口接头5的内壁密封贴合;或者液体入口接头5的内壁上设置有环形凹槽,密封圈3设置在环形凹槽内,密封圈3的内圈与液体出口接头4的外壁密封贴合;或者液体入口接头5的内壁上设置有第一环形凹槽,液体出口接头4的外壁上设置有第二环形凹槽,第一环形凹槽和第二环形凹槽形成环形间隙,密封圈3设置在环形间隙内以对液体入口接头5和液体出口接头4进行密封。
当然,在上述实施例中,液体出口接头4和/或液体入口接头5上的环形凹槽的数量可以为多个,相应地可以设置与环形凹槽的数 量匹配的多个密封圈3,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置环形凹槽的数量以及密封圈3的数量,只要通过环形凹槽和密封圈3能够实现对液体出口接头4和液体入口接头5的密封即可。
优选地,密封圈3上设置有多个密封唇,多个密封唇对液体出口接头4和液体入口接头5进行密封。其中,密封唇的数量可以为二个,三个或者其他数量,多个密封唇沿液体出口接头4以及液体入口接头5的轴向依次设置,从而实现对液体出口接头4和液体入口接头5的多重密封。
进一步优选地,多个密封唇设置为倒刺结构,以阻止液体出口接头4和液体入口接头5相互分离。如图1和2所示,倒刺结构为斜向设置,具体为向投放容器1朝向存储容器2的一侧倾斜设置,使得液体出口接头4与液体入口接头5能够顺利地完成插接安装但是在插接安装完成之后能够阻止液体出口接头4和液体入口接头5彼此发生相离移动,以提高液体出口接头4与液体入口接头5的连接可靠性。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于衣物处理设备的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件包括投放容器和存储容器,所述投放容器与所述存储容器以直接相连的方式密封连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放容器和所述存储容器通过密封圈密封连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放容器上设置有液体出口接头,所述存储容器上设置有液体入口接头,所述密封圈设置在所述液体出口接头和所述液体入口接头之间以对所述液体出口接头和所述液体入口接头进行密封。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述液体出口接头的内径大于或等于所述液体入口接头的外径,在组装好的状态下,所述液体入口接头插入所述液体出口接头中。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述液体入口接头的内径大于或等于所述液体出口接头的外径,在组装好的状态下,所述液体出口接头插入所述液体入口接头中。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述液体入口接头的外壁上设置有环形凹槽,所述密封圈设置在所述环形凹槽内,所述密封圈的外圈与所述液体出口接头的内壁密封贴合;或者
    所述液体出口接头的内壁上设置有环形凹槽,所述密封圈设置在所述环形凹槽内,所述密封圈的内圈与所述液体入口接头的外壁密封贴合;或者
    所述液体出口接头的内壁上设置有第一环形凹槽,所述液体入口接头的外壁上设置有第二环形凹槽,所述第一环形凹槽和所述第二环形凹槽形成环形间隙,所述密封圈设置在所述环形间隙内以对所述液体出口 接头和所述液体入口接头进行密封。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述液体出口接头的外壁上设置有环形凹槽,所述密封圈设置在所述环形凹槽内,所述密封圈的外圈与所述液体入口接头的内壁密封贴合;或者
    所述液体入口接头的内壁上设置有环形凹槽,所述密封圈设置在所述环形凹槽内,所述密封圈的内圈与所述液体出口接头的外壁密封贴合;或者
    所述液体入口接头的内壁上设置有第一环形凹槽,所述液体出口接头的外壁上设置有第二环形凹槽,所述第一环形凹槽和所述第二环形凹槽形成环形间隙,所述密封圈设置在所述环形间隙内以对所述液体入口接头和所述液体出口接头进行密封。
  8. 根据权利要求3至7中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述密封圈上设置有多个密封唇,所述多个密封唇对所述液体出口接头和所述液体入口接头进行密封。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述多个密封唇设置为倒刺结构,以阻止所述液体出口接头和所述液体入口接头相互分离。
  10. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件。
