本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,通过在密封窗垫上设置环形凹槽,在密封窗垫上设置与环形凹槽连通的多个喷射孔,使得门体关闭时能够封闭环形凹槽并因此形成环形水道。当环形水道内被通入洗涤水时,多个喷射孔能够将洗涤水喷射到内筒中。因此,本发明的滚筒洗衣机与公开号为CN102482834B的专利文献中公开的滚筒式洗衣机相比,环形水道形成在密封窗垫和门体之间,喷射孔设置在密封窗垫上,其安装结构更加简单,不需要对外筒结构进行改动。避免了为外筒再单独设计生产模具和制造工艺,降低了外筒的制造成本。同时,在门体打开时环形凹槽能够被用户直观地观察到,方便了用户对环形凹槽的清洁、清理,避免了环形凹槽发生堵塞,影响滚筒洗衣机的喷淋效果。

为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决现有具有循环喷淋功能的滚筒洗衣机的喷淋装置安装结构复杂、生产成本较高的问题,本发明提供了一种用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,所述滚筒洗衣机包括箱体、固定设置在所述箱体中的外筒和可转动地设置在所述外筒中的内筒,所述喷淋系统包括循环泵、均压器和多个喷嘴;所述循环泵的进水口通向所述外筒内,所述循环泵的出水口与所述均压器的进水口连通;所述均压器包括多个出水口;所述多个喷嘴都设置在所述外筒的前端附近,并且每一个所述喷嘴分别与所述均压器的一个出水口连通;工作时,所述循环泵将所述外筒中的洗涤水泵送给所述均压器,所述均压器将洗涤水等压地分配给每一个所述喷嘴进而喷射到所述内筒中;并且/或者,所述喷淋系统还包括多根分支管,每一个所述喷嘴分别通过一根所述分支管与所述均压器的一个出水口连通。

本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,通过将喷嘴设置在密封窗垫上,使得本发明的滚筒洗衣机与公开号为CN102482834B的专利文献中公开的滚筒式洗衣机相比,不仅喷嘴的安装结构更加简单,而且不需要对外筒结构进行改动。避免了为外筒再单独设计生产模具和制造工艺,降低了外筒的制造成本。进一步,本发明还通过设置在循环泵和多个喷嘴之间的均压器,将循环泵泵送的洗涤水等压地分配给每一个喷嘴,进而使所有的喷嘴能够形成环形的水幕喷淋效果,使内筒中的衣物得到更好的喷淋,优化了洗衣机的洗涤效果。

继续参阅图15和图16,箱体1的前端(图15中箱体1的左侧)设置有箱体口(图中未标示),外筒2的前端(图15中外筒2的左侧)设置有外筒口(图中未标示),内筒3的前端(图15中内筒3的左侧)设置有内筒口(图中未标示)。密封窗垫5的一端与外筒口的边缘密封连接,密封窗垫5的另一端与内筒口的边缘密封连接。门体4枢 转地设置在箱体1上,并且门体4关闭时能够封闭所述箱体口,防止外筒2中的洗涤水从箱体口溢出。
继续参阅图15和图16,本发明的滚筒洗衣机还包括喷淋系统,该喷淋系统主要包括循环泵8、出水管9、均压器10、多根分支管11和多个喷嘴12。其中,循环泵8优选地设置在箱体1内且与箱体1固定连接。或者本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使循环泵8与外筒1固定连接。循环泵8的进水口通向外筒2的内部,优选地,循环泵8的进水口通过进水管与外筒2的底端连接。或者本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,在保证该进水管位于外筒2内液面以下的情况下,可以将进水管连接到外筒2的任意位置。循环泵8的出水口通过出水管9和均压器10的进水口连通。或者,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,省去出水管9,使循环泵8的出水口与均压器10的进水口直接连通。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,本发明的分支管11和喷嘴12的数量不仅限于图中所示的八个,其还可以是任意数量,例如,六个、九个、十个等。
继续参阅图15和图16,均压器10优选地设置在箱体1内且与箱体1(例如箱体1的内侧壁)固定连接。本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,使均压器10采用任意可行的连接方式与箱体1固定连接。例如,在均压器10上设置卡接结构或固定结构,借助该卡接结构或固定结构将均压器10固定到箱体1上。或者本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使均压器10与外筒1固定连接。均压器10包括多个出水口(图中未示出)。均压器10的每一个出水口都通过一根分支管11与一个喷嘴12连通。或者,本领域技术人员可以根据需要,在保证每一个喷嘴12都与均压器10的一个出水口连通的前提下,使均压器10还具有备用的出水口。
本发明的喷淋系统工作时,如图16中箭头所示的,循环泵8将外筒2中的洗涤水泵送给均压器10,均压器10通过多根分支管11等压地分配给多个喷嘴12。多个喷嘴12将洗涤水喷射到内筒3中冲洗衣物。当内筒3高速运转时,从喷嘴12喷出的水流能够快速穿过衣物,并在离心力和重力的作用下进入外筒2中。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,均压器10将洗涤水等压地分配给多个喷嘴12的目的是,使每个喷管12的水压一致,出水量一致,以便多个喷嘴12能够使洗涤水形成环形水幕, 均匀地喷射到内筒3中。需要说明的是,由于均压器是本领域技术人员所熟知的元器件,所以此处不再做过多说明。
如图16和图17所示,多个喷嘴12绕外桶2的周向等间距地设置在密封窗垫5上。或者,本领技术人员也可以根据需要,将多个喷嘴12非等间距地设置在密封窗垫5上。其中,所有的喷嘴12都穿过密封窗垫5,并且都与密封窗垫5密封连接,防止外桶2中的洗涤水泄漏。同时,喷嘴12与密封窗垫5之间的连接还能够对喷嘴12起到定位作用。
此外,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,将多个喷嘴12设置在外筒2前端附近的任意位置,例如,将多个喷嘴12设置在门体4的内侧,或者将多个喷嘴12设置在外筒口的边缘处。
虽然图中并未明确示出,但是在本发明的优选实施方案中,每一根分支管11都是柔性的管路,以便使所有的喷嘴12都能够适应密封窗垫5的震动。此外,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,使远离循环泵8的分支管的内径大于靠近循环泵8的分支管的内径,以便使所有喷嘴12喷出的水流大小基本一致。
如图15至图17所示,每一个喷嘴12的出水口都指向内筒3口,以便从喷嘴12喷出的水都能够落入内筒3中,对衣物进行喷淋。或者,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,在多个喷嘴12能够将洗涤水喷向内筒3中的前提下,使喷嘴12指向门体4,然后借助门体4的反射作用,使洗涤水喷进入内筒3中。
如图15所示,为了提高喷淋系统对内筒3中衣物的喷淋效果,每一个喷嘴12都设置成能够喷出扇状水流或瀑布状水流。每一个喷嘴12的出水端都设置成扁平结构,该扁平结构优选地为喇叭状扁平结构或八字形扁平结构。换句话说,喷嘴12的出水端都设置成其出水端的横截面沿洗涤水流动的方向逐渐变长,同时本领域技术人员可根据需要,选择性地使该横截面的宽度逐渐变小。
此外,在保证内筒3内的衣物能够被喷淋的前提下,本领域技术人员可以根据需要,将喷嘴12的出水端设置成其他任意可行的形状,例如,蜂窝状、圆孔状、三角形状。
需要说明的是,本发明的排水泵6和/或循环泵8可以是任意可行的泵,例如、齿轮泵、叶片泵、蠕动泵、离心泵等。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的另一个可行的实施方案中,排水泵6和循环泵8可以被一个泵替代。作为示例一,省去排水泵6,使循环泵8的出水口分别与出水管9和排水管7连通,并且为出水管9配置用于选择性地开启或关闭其的第一截止阀,为排水管7配置用于选择性地开启或关闭其的第二截止阀。当滚筒洗衣机执行喷淋作业时,第一截止阀开启,第二截止阀关闭;当滚筒洗衣机执行排水作业时,第一截止阀关闭,第二截止阀开启。作为示例二,省去排水泵6,并为循环泵8的出水口配置一个三通阀,以便循环泵8的出水口能够借助该三通阀选择性地与出水管9或排水管7连通。此外,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使三通阀能够同时阻隔循环泵8与出水管9的连通以及循环泵8与排水管7的连通。
综上所述,本发明的喷淋系统在保证内筒3中的衣物得到有效喷淋的情况下,把喷嘴12都设置在了密封窗垫5上,不仅安装结构方便,而且还使外筒2保持了原有结构,降低了滚筒洗衣机的生产成本。进一步,本发明还通过设置在循环泵8和多个喷嘴12之间的均压器10,将循环泵8泵送的洗涤水等压地分配给每一个喷嘴12,进而使所有的喷嘴12能够形成环形的水幕喷淋效果,使内筒3中的衣物得到更好的喷淋,优化了洗衣机的洗涤效果。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (40)
- 一种用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,所述滚筒洗衣机包括箱体、固定设置在所述箱体中的外筒、可转动地设置在所述外筒中的内筒以及连接在所述箱体与所述外筒之间的密封窗垫,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统包括循环泵、出水管和多个喷嘴;所述循环泵的进水口通向所述外筒内,所述循环泵的出水口通过所述出水管分别与所述多个喷嘴连接;所述多个喷嘴都设置在所述密封窗垫上,工作时,所述循环泵将所述外筒中的洗涤水泵送给所述多个喷嘴,所述多个喷嘴将洗涤水喷射到所述内筒中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,每一个所述喷嘴的出水端都设置成扁平结构。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述扁平结构包括喇叭状扁平结构或八字形扁平结构。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述多个喷嘴都穿过所述密封窗垫并与所述密封窗垫密封连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述多个喷嘴沿所述密封窗垫的周向等间距设置。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述出水管包括多个分支管路,每个喷嘴都连接到一个所述分支管路。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述出水管包括环形部分,每个喷嘴都与所述环形部分连接。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述循环泵的出水口还与所述滚筒洗衣机的排水管连通;所述出水管配置有用于选择性地开启或关闭所述出水管的第一截止阀;所述排水管配置有用于选择性地开启或关闭所述排水管的第二截止阀。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统还包括三通阀,所述循环泵的出水口借助所述三通阀选择性地与所述出水管或所述滚筒洗衣机的排水管连通。
- 一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述滚筒洗衣机包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的喷淋系统。
- 一种用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,所述滚筒洗衣机包括箱体、固定设置在所述箱体中的外筒、可转动地设置在所述外筒中的内筒以及连接在所述箱体与所述外筒之间的密封窗垫,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统包括循环泵、出水管和环形水路,所述循环泵的进水口通向所述外筒内,所述循环泵的出水口通过所述出水管与所述环形水路连通;所述环形水路设置在所述密封窗垫上,并且所述环形水路上设置有多个喷射孔;工作时,所述循环泵将所述外筒中的洗涤水泵送给所述环形水路,所述多个喷射孔将洗涤水喷射到所述内筒中。
- 根据权利要求11所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,每一个所述喷射孔都设置成扁平结构。
- 根据权利要求12所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述扁平结构包括喇叭状扁平结构或八字形扁平结构。
- 根据权利要求12所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在 于,所述喷射孔沿所述环形水路的延伸方向等间距设置。
- 根据权利要求11至14中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述环形水路与所述密封窗垫相连接或一体制成。
- 根据权利要求15所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述环形水路设置在所述密封窗垫的内侧和/或外侧。
- 根据权利要求11至14中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述环形水路与所述出水管相连接或一体制成。
- 根据权利要求11至14中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述循环泵的出水口还与所述滚筒洗衣机的排水管连通;所述出水管配置有用于选择性地开启或关闭所述出水管的第一截止阀;所述排水管配置有用于选择性地开启或关闭所述排水管的第二截止阀。
- 根据权利要求11至14中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统还包括三通阀,所述循环泵的出水口借助所述三通阀选择性地与所述出水管或所述滚筒洗衣机的排水管连通。
- 一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述滚筒洗衣机包括权利要求11至19中任一项所述的喷淋系统。
- 一种用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,所述滚筒洗衣机包括由外到内依次设置的箱体、外筒和内筒,箱体口与外筒口之间设置有密封窗垫,所述箱体口处设置有门体,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统包括循环泵、出水管、形成在所述门体与所述密封窗垫之间的弧形水道和与所述弧形水道连通的多个喷射孔;所述循环泵的进水口通向所述外筒内,所述循环泵的出水口通过所述出水管与所述弧形水道连通;所述多个喷射孔都设置在所述密封窗垫上;工作时,所述循环泵将所述外筒中的洗涤水泵送到所述弧形水道,所述多个喷射孔继而将洗涤水喷射到所述内筒中。
- 根据权利要求21所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述弧形水道为首尾相通的环形水道。
- 根据权利要求22所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述密封窗垫面向所述门体的一端设置有环形凹槽,所述门体关闭时能够封闭所述环形凹槽并因此形成所述环形水道。
- 根据权利要求22所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述门体面向所述密封窗垫的一端设置有环形凹槽,在所述门体关闭时,所述环形凹槽能够被所述密封窗垫封闭并因此形成所述环形水道。
- 根据权利要求21至24中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,每一个所述喷射孔都设置成扁平结构。
- 根据权利要求25所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述扁平结构包括喇叭状扁平结构或八字形扁平结构。
- 根据权利要求21至24中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述喷射孔沿所述弧形水道的延伸方向等间距设置。
- 根据权利要求21至24中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述循环泵的出水口还与所述滚筒洗衣机的排水管连通;所述出水管配置有用于选择性地开启或关闭所述出水管的第一截止阀;所述排水管配置有用于选择性地开启或关闭所述排水管的第二截止阀。
- 根据权利要求21至24中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系 统,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统还包括三通阀,所述循环泵的出水口借助所述三通阀选择性地与所述出水管或所述用于滚筒洗衣机的排水管连通。
- 一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述滚筒洗衣机包括权利要求21至29中任一项所述的喷淋系统。
- 一种用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,所述滚筒洗衣机包括箱体、固定设置在所述箱体中的外筒和可转动地设置在所述外筒中的内筒,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统包括循环泵、均压器和多个喷嘴;所述循环泵的进水口通向所述外筒内,所述循环泵的出水口与所述均压器的进水口连通;所述均压器包括多个出水口;所述多个喷嘴都设置在所述外筒的前端附近,并且每一个所述喷嘴分别与所述均压器的一个出水口连通;工作时,所述循环泵将所述外筒中的洗涤水泵送给所述均压器,所述均压器将洗涤水等压地分配给每一个所述喷嘴进而喷射到所述内筒中。
- 根据权利要求31所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述多个喷嘴都设置在密封窗垫上,其中,所述密封窗垫设置在所述箱体与所述外筒之间;并且/或者,所述喷淋系统还包括多根分支管,每一个所述喷嘴分别通过一根所述分支管与所述均压器的一个出水口连通。
- 根据权利要求32所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述多个喷嘴都穿过所述密封窗垫并与所述密封窗垫密封连接。
- 根据权利要求33所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述多个喷嘴沿所述密封窗垫的周向等间距设置。
- 根据权利要求31至34中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系 统,其特征在于,每一个所述喷嘴的出水端都设置成扁平结构。
- 根据权利要求35所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述扁平结构包括喇叭状扁平结构或八字形扁平结构。
- 根据权利要求31至34中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统还包括出水管,所述出水管的两端分别与所述循环泵的出水口和所述均压器的进水口连通。
- 根据权利要求37所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述循环泵的出水口还与所述滚筒洗衣机的排水管连通;所述出水管配置有用于选择性地开启或关闭所述出水管的第一截止阀;所述排水管配置有用于选择性地开启或关闭所述排水管的第二截止阀。
- 根据权利要求37所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统还包括三通阀,所述循环泵的出水口借助所述三通阀选择性地与所述出水管或所述滚筒洗衣机的排水管连通。
- 一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述滚筒洗衣机包括权利要求31至39中任一项所述的喷淋系统。
