还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的滚筒洗衣机主要包括箱体1、外筒2、内筒3、门体4、密封窗垫5、排水泵6和排水管7。其中,外筒2固定地设置在箱体1内,内筒3可转动地设置在外筒2中,密封窗垫5设置在箱体1和外筒2之间。排水泵6和排水管7都设置在箱体1内,并且排水泵6的进水口通向外筒2的内底部,排水泵6的出水口与排水管7的一端连接,排水管7的另一端通向外界。排水泵6能够将外筒2内的洗涤水通过排水管7排出。
此外,本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在排水管7的每个部位都低于外筒2的内底端时,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,省去排水泵6,将排水泵6替换成截止阀。当滚筒洗衣机需要排水时,打开该截止阀,使外筒2中的洗涤水在自身重力的作用下从排水管7自动排出。
继续参阅图1和图2,箱体1的前端(图1中箱体1的左侧)设置有箱体口(图中未标示),外筒2的前端(图1中外筒2的左侧)设置有外筒口(图中未标示),内筒3的前端(图1中内筒3的左侧)设置有内筒口(图中未标示)。密封窗垫5的一端与外筒口的边缘密封连接,密封窗垫5的另一端与内筒口的边缘密封连接。门体4枢转地设置在箱体1上,并且门体4关闭时能够封闭所述箱体口,防止外筒2中的洗涤水从箱体口溢出。
继续参阅图1和图2,本发明的滚筒洗衣机还包括喷淋系统,该喷淋系统主要包括循环泵8、出水管9、均压器10、多根分支管11和多个喷嘴12。其中,循环泵8优选地设置在箱体1内且与箱体1固定连接。或者本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使循环泵8与外筒1固定连接。循环泵8的进水口通向外筒2的内部,优选地,循环泵8的进水口通过进水管与外筒2的底端连接。或者本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,在保证该进水管位于外筒2内液面以下的情况下,可以将进水管连接到外筒2的任意位置。循环泵8的出水口通过出水管9和均压器10的进水 口连通。或者,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,省去出水管9,使循环泵8的出水口与均压器10的进水口直接连通。
继续参阅图1和图2,均压器10优选地设置在箱体1内且与箱体1(例如箱体1的内侧壁)固定连接。本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,使均压器10采用任意可行的连接方式与箱体1固定连接。例如,在均压器10上设置卡接结构或固定结构,借助该卡接结构或固定结构将均压器10固定到箱体1上。或者本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使均压器10与外筒1固定连接。均压器10包括多个出水口(图中未示出)。均压器10的每一个出水口都通过一根分支管11与一个喷嘴12连通。或者,本领域技术人员可以根据需要,在保证每一个喷嘴12都与均压器10的一个出水口连通的前提下,使均压器10还具有备用的出水口。
本发明的喷淋系统工作时,如图2中箭头所示的,循环泵8将外筒2中的洗涤水泵送给均压器10,均压器10通过多根分支管11等量地分配给多个喷嘴12。多个喷嘴12将洗涤水喷射到内筒3中冲洗衣物。当内筒3高速运转时,从喷嘴12喷出的水流能够快速穿过衣物,并在离心力和重力的作用下进入外筒2中。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,均压器10将洗涤水等量地分配给多个喷嘴12的目的是,使每个喷管12的水压一致,出水量一致,以便多个喷嘴12能够使洗涤水形成环形水幕,均匀地喷射到内筒3中。需要说明的是,由于均压器是本领域技术人员所熟知的元器件,所以此处不再做过多说明。
如图1、图2和图4所示,多个喷嘴12绕外桶2的周向等间距地设置在密封窗垫5上。或者,本领技术人员也可以根据需要,将多个喷嘴12非等间距地设置在密封窗垫5上。其中,所有的喷嘴12都穿过密封窗垫5,并且都与密封窗垫5密封连接,防止外桶2中的洗涤水泄漏。同时,喷嘴12与密封窗垫5之间的连接还能够对喷嘴12起到定位作用。
此外,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,将多个喷嘴12设置在外筒2前端附近的任意位置,例如,将多个喷嘴12设置在门体4的内侧,将多个喷嘴12设置在外筒口的边缘处。
如图1至图3所示,每一根分支管11都具有柔性的伸缩节结构,以便使所有的喷嘴12都能够适应密封窗垫5的震动。或者,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,将分支管11设置成是柔性的管路。此外, 本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,使远离循环泵8的分支管的内径大于靠近循环泵8的分支管的内径,以便使所有喷嘴12喷出的水流大小基本一致。
如图1至图3所示,每一个喷嘴12的出水口都指向内筒3口,以便从喷嘴12喷出的水都能够落入内筒3中,对衣物进行喷淋。或者,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,在多个喷嘴12能够将洗涤水喷向内筒3中的前提下,使喷嘴12指向门体4,然后借助门体4的反射作用,使洗涤水喷进入内筒3中。
如图4所示,为了提高喷淋系统对内筒3中衣物的喷淋效果,每一个喷嘴12都设置成能够喷出扇状水流或瀑布状水流。
如图5和图6所示,每一个喷嘴12都包括主体121、挡水结构122和定位凸起123。其中,挡水结构122设置在喷嘴12的出水端,即图5和图6中所示主体121的下端。挡水结构122的设置使得其与主体121之间的出水口形成了扁平状,以便喷嘴12能够喷出扇状水流或瀑布状水流。其中,该扁平状优选地为喇叭形扁平状或八字形扁平状。
此外,在保证内筒3内的衣物能够被喷淋的前提下,本领域技术人员可以根据需要,适当调整挡水结构122,将喷嘴12的出水口设置成其他任意可行的形状,例如,蜂窝状、圆孔状、三角形状。
继续参阅图5和图6,定位凸起123设置在主体121上,用于周向固定喷嘴12,使喷嘴12的出水口指向内筒口。此外,在喷嘴12能够被周向固定的前提下,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,将定位凸起123设置为其他任意形式的定位结构,例如凹槽。
需要说明的是,本发明的排水泵6和/或循环泵8可以是任意可行的泵,例如、齿轮泵、叶片泵、蠕动泵、离心泵等。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的另一个可行的实施方案中,排水泵6和循环泵8可以被一个泵替代。作为示例一,省去排水泵6,使循环泵8的出水口分别与出水管9和排水管7连通,并且为出水管9配置用于选择性地开启或关闭其的第一截止阀,为排水管7配置用于选择性地开启或关闭其的第二截止阀。当滚筒洗衣机执行喷淋作业时,第一截止阀开启,第二截止阀关闭;当滚筒洗衣机执行排水作业时,第一截止阀关闭,第二截止阀开启。作为示例二,省去排水泵6,并为循环泵8的出水口配置一个三通阀,以便循环泵8的出水口能够借助 该三通阀选择性地与出水管9或排水管7连通。此外,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使三通阀能够同时阻隔循环泵8与出水管9的连通以及循环泵8与排水管7的连通。
综上所述,本发明的喷淋系统在保证内筒3中的衣物得到有效喷淋的情况下,把喷嘴12都设置在了密封窗垫5上,不仅安装结构方便,而且还使外筒2保持了原有结构,降低了滚筒洗衣机的生产成本。进一步,本发明还通过设置在循环泵8和多个喷嘴12之间的均压器10,将循环泵8泵送的洗涤水等量地分配给每一个喷嘴12,进而使所有的喷嘴12能够形成环形的水幕喷淋效果,使内筒3中的衣物得到更好的喷淋,优化了洗衣机的洗涤效果。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,所述滚筒洗衣机包括箱体、固定设置在所述箱体中的外筒和可转动地设置在所述外筒中的内筒,
    其特征在于,所述喷淋系统包括循环泵、多根分支管和多个喷嘴;
    所述循环泵的进水口通向所述外筒内,所述循环泵的出水口与所述多根分支管的进水口连通;
    所述多个喷嘴都设置在所述外筒的前端附近,并且每一个所述喷嘴分别通过一根所述分支管与所述循环泵连通;
    其中,每一个所述喷嘴都包括设置在其主体上的挡水结构,
    工作时,所述循环泵经由所述多根分支管将所述外筒中的洗涤水泵送给所述喷嘴,所述喷嘴通过所述挡水结构将洗涤水呈瀑布状喷射到所述内筒中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述挡水结构设置在所述喷嘴的出水端,并使所述喷嘴的出水口形成扁平状。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,每一个所述喷嘴的主体上都设置有定位结构,所述喷嘴借助所述定位结构固定在所述外筒的前端附近,并使所述喷嘴的出水口指向所述内筒。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述定位结构是设置在所述主体上的定位凸起。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述多个喷嘴都设置在密封窗垫上,其中,所述密封窗垫设置在所述箱体与所述外筒之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述多个喷嘴都穿过所述密封窗垫并与所述密封窗垫密封连接;并且/或者,所述多个喷嘴沿所述密封窗垫的周向等间距设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统还包括均压器,所述均压器设置在所述箱体或所述外筒上并且包括一个进水口和多个出水口,所述循环泵的出水口与所述均压器的进水口连通,每一个所述喷嘴分别通过一根所述分支管与所述均压器的一个出水口连通。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述喷淋系统还包括出水管,所述出水管的两端分别与所述循环泵的出水口和所述均压器的进水口连通。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的喷淋系统,其特征在于,所述循环泵的出水口还与所述滚筒洗衣机的排水管连通,所述出水管配置有用于选择性地开启或关闭所述出水管的第一截止阀,所述排水管配置有用于选择性地开启或关闭所述排水管的第二截止阀;并且/或者
    所述喷淋系统还包括三通阀,所述循环泵的出水口借助所述三通阀选择性地与所述出水管或所述排水管连通。
  10. 一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述滚筒洗衣机包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的喷淋系统。
