本发明公开了一种连弩。
弩也被称作“窝弓”、“十字弓”。是用来射箭的一种武器。弩是一种装有臂的弓,主要由弩臂、弩弓、弓弦和弩机等部分组成,弩弓横于弩臂前端;弩臂上设有箭槽,弩机设置在箭槽尾端,弓弦位于弩臂的上方,其两端栓挂在两片弩弓上,弦体挂在弩机中的挂钩上,发射时,将箭矢放在箭槽中,扳开挂钩,利用张开的弩弓带动弓弦形成急速回弹的动能,将箭高速射出,在历史上记载有诸葛连弩,能够一次发射十支箭矢,由于诸葛连弩处于失传状态,许多人都想复制诸葛连弩,但现有仿制的诸葛连弩,区别仅在于弩臂上的箭槽数量的多少,其余结构与普通弩的结构大致相同,由于挂弦后位于挂钩两侧的弓弦呈倾斜角度,在击发时,多箭槽中两侧箭槽的箭矢被先击发,位于中间箭槽的箭矢被后击发,期间弓弦的动能有所衰减,导致箭矢的散布半径大,命中精度低。现有连弩为了保证箭矢的射击初速,通常采用磅数较大的弓弦用来击打多支箭矢,上弦较为困难,并且箭矢需要逐根布置在箭槽内,射击间隔很长,重复射击的速度很慢。

所述的弩机可采用现有技术中弩机的结构,也可参照枪械类扳机组件的结构,本实施例中,所述的弩机具有扳把20、勾板16、弹簧14,位于弩臂外部的扳把的周边设有挡圈17,挡圈固定在弩臂上,避免误碰扳把击发箭矢,扳把的上部通过扳把轴销12铰接在弩臂上,勾板的中部通过勾板轴销18铰接在弩臂上,弹簧的一弹力端与弩臂压接、另一弹力端与位于轴销下方的扳把压接,勾板的后端与扳把的中部活动钩接,所述的滑块位于后止点时活动挂接在勾板的前端,勾板的形状根据实际结构可呈C形或V形或F形等,本实施例中的勾板呈L形,勾板的下方设有限位销19,使勾板在设计距离的限 位下绕勾板轴销做铰接动作,为了方便滑块挂接在勾板的前端,在滑块的后端固装有栓杆15,栓杆能够推动勾板向后翻倒,勾板在翻倒后其前端挂住栓杆,后端被扳把钩住,即上弦状态。在击发时,用手指勾动扳把的下端,扳把绕扳把铰轴产生位移,使勾板脱钩,此时滑块在弓弦的牵引力下拨倒勾板,与勾板分离,沿纵向高速位移,带动击锤发射箭孔中的箭矢,完成射箭动作。该结构中,所述的弹簧是压簧或扭簧,用于进行自动复位扳把,使其自动钩锁勾板,本实施例中采用的是扭簧,该扭簧套在扳把轴销上,其一弹力端挂在弹簧轴销13上用以限位,另一弹力端勾在扳把的中部后端,完成复位。
如图3至图6所示,所述的弩臂沿纵向设有长条通孔22,所述的滑块限位于长条通孔内与弩臂滑动连接。所述的滑块也可由多个并排布置的滑片构成,每个滑片对应设有一个长条通孔,位于弩臂外侧的滑片间相互固连一体,长条通孔的前端装有缓冲胶块24,用来缓解滑块的冲击力,避免弩臂和滑块之间的硬性冲击,提高连弩的使用寿命。该结构中,所述的击锤从下方与弩臂连接。箭舱上用于让位的纵向开口位于箭舱下部。
如图7所示,所述的滑块呈环形,围绕弩臂和箭舱布置,滑块通过滑道与弩臂纵向滑动连接,该结构中,所述的击锤从上方与弩臂连接。箭舱上用于让位的纵向开口位于箭舱上部。
如图8至图14所示,所述的箭舱具有基座26,基座上设有多条纵向贯通的箭槽25,各箭槽的上方依次叠摞有多个截面为U形的箭鞘27,各箭鞘的宽度大于对应箭槽槽口的宽度,最下面一层的箭鞘其底面与对应的箭槽构成所述的箭孔,各箭鞘前端的底面设有凸起部33,各击锤或滑块的后端装有轴杆30,各轴杆上装有铰接的顶板29,常态下各顶板的后端翘起与对应箭鞘底面 的凸起部相对;各箭槽收纳在底部开口的盒体28中,盒体固装在基座或弩臂上,盒体的后立面上设有与最下面一层各箭鞘截面位置对应的多个U形豁口32。
为了进一步提高张弓效率,节省人力,在弩臂底部的前端装有自动收线器38、后端装有卷线器34,自动收线器和卷线器之间装有拉线35,拉线上栓有挂钩37,该挂钩活动挂接在所述的滑块上;根据此结构,本实施例中,滑块上固连有滑块挂杆36,该挂杆用于使挂钩活动挂接在滑块上,挂钩上的钩开口冲向后方,以便在上弦后,能利用自动收线器回卷的功能自动与滑块挂杆脱钩进行复位,避免其影响滑块的移动。所述的自动收线器和卷线器为市售产品,自动收线器的工作原理与卷尺的工作原理类似,通过螺旋板簧蓄力来回收拉线,卷线器一般具有线卷,拉线的一端固定在线卷上,通过转动线卷缠绕拉线,起到卷线的目的,本实施例列举了两种卷线器,一种为手摇式卷线器另一种为电动卷线器,手摇式卷线器是将线卷装在弩臂上,在线卷的两侧设有摇把,通过摇动摇把31驱动线卷转动用于卷线;如图14所示,所述电动卷线器包括线卷、减速电机40和电池42,减速电机的输出轴与线卷的卷轴动力联接,电机的壳体固定在弩臂上,电池采用锂电池,安装在后握把中,电池通过电线41与减速电机电连接,电池的电输出端或电线上或减速电机上设有电开关,用于控制减速电机工作,通过电动卷线能够进一步提高张弓效率,节约人力。
本申请的连弩,所述的箭孔数量限定为十个,用于实现诸葛连弩“一弩十矢具发”的技术效果;各击锤的前端装有可拆卸的击锤头39,该结构能方便的对击锤头进行更换,便于维护维修。
Claims (9)
- 连弩,包括弩臂(1)、弓弦(9)、弩机,其特征在于:弩臂上装有滑块(6),滑块沿弩臂的纵向与弩臂滑动连接,弩臂的顶部固装有箭舱(4),箭舱设有多个纵向贯通的箭孔(3),每个箭孔设有一个滑动连接的击锤(5),各击锤与滑块固连,所述的弓弦位于弩臂的下方,弓弦的弦体与滑块挂接,当滑块位于后止点时滑块活动挂接在弩机上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连弩,其特征在于:所述的弩机具有扳把(20)、勾板(16)、弹簧(14),扳把的上部和勾板的中部各通过轴销铰接在弩臂上,弹簧的一弹力端与弩臂压接、另一弹力端与位于轴销下方的扳把压接,勾板的后端与扳把的中部活动钩接,所述的滑块位于后止点时滑块活动挂接在勾板的前端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连弩,其特征在于:弩臂沿纵向设有长条通孔(22),所述的滑块限位于长条通孔内与弩臂滑动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连弩,其特征在于:滑块通过滑道(2)与弩臂滑动连接,所述的滑道固装在弩臂上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连弩,其特征在于:所述的箭舱具有基座(26),基座上设有多条纵向贯通的箭槽(25),各箭槽的上方依次叠摞有多个截面为U形的箭鞘(27),各箭鞘的宽度大于对应箭槽槽口的宽度,最下面一层的箭鞘其底面与对应的箭槽构成所述的箭孔,各箭鞘前端的底面设有凸起部(33),各击锤或滑块的后端装有轴杆(30),各轴杆上装有铰接的顶板(29),常态下各顶板的后端翘起与对应箭鞘底面的凸起部相对;各箭槽收纳在底部开口的盒体(28)中,盒体固装在基座或弩臂上,盒体的后立面上设有与最下面一层各箭鞘截面位置对应的多个U形豁口(32)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连弩,其特征在于:弩臂底部的前端装有自动收线器(38)、后端装有卷线器(34),自动收线器和卷线器之间装有拉线(35),拉线上栓有挂钩(37),该挂钩活动挂接在所述的滑块上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的连弩,其特征在于:所述的卷线器是电动卷线器。
- 根据权利要求1至7所述的任意一种连弩,其特征在于:所述的箭孔数量为十个。
- 根据权利要求1至7所述的任意一种连弩,其特征在于:所述的击锤前端装有可拆卸的击锤头(39)。
