本发明提供一种汽车远程会诊方法、装置及系统,该方法,包括:接收远程终端发送的会诊加入请求,并将所述远程终端加入会诊专家组;向所述会诊专家组中的远程终端发送诊断设备上传的诊断信息;确定所述会诊专家组中具备控制权限的远程终端作为控制终端,以使所述控制终端根据所述诊断信息控制所述诊断设备执行汽车诊断操作。从而实现多个远程终端对汽车的协同会诊,提高汽车诊断效率。

Description

汽车远程会诊方法、装置及系统
本申请要求于2018年4月9日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810309529.X、申请名称为“汽车远程会诊方法、装置及系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及车辆诊断技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车远程会诊方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
随着网络技术的发展,使得远程控制技术在车辆诊断领域中得到应用。诊断专家能够通过远程终端控制现场的汽车诊断设备,以实现对汽车故障的远程诊断。
现有技术中,远程终端首先通过网络建立与汽车诊断设备之间的通信,然后利用网络来传输远程终端对汽车诊断设备的操作信息。例如,可以通过远程控制汽车诊断设备的人机交互界面的方式来控制汽车诊断设备的诊断过程。
但是,这种方式往往局限于一对一的诊断,即一个远程终端控制现场的一台汽车诊断设备进行故障诊断。当涉及到多个不同领域的故障问题时,往往需要多位远程诊断专家进行轮流诊断,诊断过程繁琐,重复度高,诊断效率低下。
发明内容
本发明提供一种汽车远程会诊方法、装置及系统,以实现多个远程终端对汽车的协同会诊,提高汽车诊断效率。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种汽车远程会诊方法,包括:
接收远程终端发送的会诊加入请求,并将所述远程终端加入会诊专家组;
向所述会诊专家组中的远程终端发送诊断设备上传的诊断信息;
确定所述会诊专家组中具备控制权限的远程终端作为控制终端,以使所述控制终端根据所述诊断信息控制所述诊断设备执行汽车诊断操作。
可选地,在接收远程终端发送的会诊加入请求之前,还包括:
向至少一个远程终端发起会诊邀请。
可选地,在所述向所述会诊专家组中的远程终端发送诊断设备上传的诊断信息之后,还包括:
接收远程终端发送的诊断信息调整请求;
根据所述诊断信息调整请求,对与所述远程终端相关联的诊断信息进行调整;
向所述远程终端发送调整后的诊断信息。
可选地,所述诊断信息调整请求用于请求调整诊断信息中的至少1个信息;
所述根据所述诊断信息调整请求,对与所述远程终端相关联的诊断信息进行调整,包括:

接收会诊专家组中远程终端发送的退出请求;
若确定所述远程终端不具备控制权限时,则向所述远程终端反馈同意退出信息,并将所述远程终端从所述会诊专家组中删除;
若确定所述远程终端具备控制权限时,则撤销所述远程终端的控制权限,向所述远程终端反馈同意退出信息,并将所述远程终端从所述会诊专家组中删除。
可选地,还包括:
接收会诊专家组中远程终端的共享请求,并将发送共享请求的远程终端的显示界面实时共享给所述会诊专家组中的其他远程终端。

接收会诊专家组中远程终端的邀请请求,所述邀请请求中包含了目标远程终端的信息;所述目标远程终端是指被邀请的未在会诊专家组内的远程终端;

第二方面,本发明实施例提供一种汽车远程会诊方法,应用于远程终端,包括:
向服务器发送会诊加入请求,以使所述服务器将所述远程终端加入会诊专家组;
接收服务器发送的诊断信息,其中,所述诊断信息是由诊断设备上传的;
若所述远程终端被服务器确定为具备控制权限的远程终端,则所述远程终端作为控制终端,并根据所述诊断信息控制所述诊断设备执行汽车诊断操作。
第三方面,本发明实施例提供一种汽车远程会诊方法,应用于诊断设备,包括:
向服务器发送诊断信息,以使所述服务器将所述诊断信息发送至会诊专家 组中的远程终端;
受控于所述会诊专家组中具备控制权限的远程终端,以执行汽车诊断操作。
第四方面,本发明实施例提供一种汽车远程会诊装置,包括:
处理模块,用于接收远程终端发送的会诊加入请求,并将所述远程终端加入会诊专家组;
发送模块,用于向所述会诊专家组中的远程终端发送诊断设备上传的诊断信息;
确定模块,用于确定所述会诊专家组中具备控制权限的远程终端作为控制终端,以使所述控制终端根据所述诊断信息控制所述诊断设备执行汽车诊断操作。
可选地,所述发送模块,还用于在接收远程终端发送的会诊加入请求之前,向至少一个远程终端发起会诊邀请。
可选地,所述处理模块,还用于在所述向所述会诊专家组中的远程终端发送诊断设备上传的诊断信息之后,接收远程终端发送的诊断信息调整请求;根据所述诊断信息调整请求,对与所述远程终端相关联的诊断信息进行调整;

本发明实施例提供的汽车远程会诊方法、装置及系统,通过接收远程终端发送的会诊加入请求,并将所述远程终端加入会诊专家组;向所述会诊专家组中的远程终端发送诊断设备上传的诊断信息;确定所述会诊专家组中具备控制权限的远程终端作为控制终端,以使所述控制终端根据所述诊断信息控制所述诊断设备执行汽车诊断操作。本发明实施例中的多个远程终端可以在线共享诊断设备的诊断信息,以使诊断专家能够及时了解现场的诊断情况,实现了多个远程终端对汽车的协同会诊,适用于疑难故障的诊断,诊断效率高。

以下,对本申请中的部分用语进行解释说明,以便于本领域技术人员理解:
1)车载诊断系统(On-Board Diagnostic,OBD),II型车载诊断系统(On-Board Diagnostic II,OBD II),用于监测车辆中各系统的工作状态是否异常,若异常,则确定出对应系统中的具体故障,并以诊断故障码(Diagnostic Trouble Codes,DTC)的形式进行存储。系统可根据DTC进行自诊断,以及时对车辆进行维修或保养,OBD也可以设有OBD接口,该OBD接口可以与外部的车辆诊断设备进行通信连接,从而可以使维修人员利用上述设备及时读取到DTC,并进行对车辆的维修和保养,减少人工诊断的时间。
2)电子控制单元(Electronic Control Unit,ECU),其布设在车辆的各 系统中,如发动机系统、排放控制系统、燃油系统等;其可以通过OBD接口与诊断设备实现通信。其中,OBD接口中可以包括多个管脚,各系统中的ECU可以与OBD接口中的至少一个管脚通过总线连接。其中,各系统连接对应管脚所使用的总线协议可以相同,可以不同,在此不予限定。
3)微控制单元(Microcontroller Unit,MCU),又称单片微型计算机(Single Chip Microcomputer)或者单片机,是把中央处理器(Central Process Unit,CPU)的频率与规格做适当缩减,并将内存(memory)、计数器(Timer)、通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)、A/D转换等周边接口,甚至将驱动电路都整合在单一芯片上,形成芯片级的计算机。为不同的应用场合做不同组合控制,可以应用在诸如手机、个人计算机(personal computer,PC)外围、遥控器,汽车电子、工业上的步进马达、机器手臂等的控制上。
4)车辆转换器接口(Vehicle Connection Interface,VCI),用于连接将OBD接口与外在的终端,该终端可以包括计算机。在本发明中,通过VCI将OBD接口与诊断PC(诊断设备)电连接,所述诊断PC中运行有诊断软件,通过微控制单元MCU实现对OBD接口不同管脚采集到的信号进行分析处理。
下面结合图1,对本申请实施例涉及的应用场景进行说明。图1为本发明提供的应用场景一的示意图。如图1所示,该应用场景下,包括诊断设备1、VCI 2、待检修车辆3、远程终端4、服务器5,诊断设备1通过VCI 2与待检修车辆3的车载诊断系统的接口电连接。其中,所述诊断设备1中安装有诊断软件,并具有人机交互界面、内置摄像头,以及录音装置等输入输出装置。在诊断设备1通过VCI 2与汽车内部各个系统的电子控制单元ECU建立通信之后,运行诊断软件,以实现对待检修车辆3的自动诊断。一种诊断过程中,在所述诊断设备1的人机交互界面上可以分屏显示当前诊断设备的操作界面和汽车的现场维修视频,并通过录音装置记录诊断过程中汽车的反馈声音和诊断人员的讲解声音。然后诊断设备1通过网络将诊断设备1的人机交互界面以及诊断过程中汽车的反馈声音和诊断人员的讲解声音发送到服务器5。远程终端4可以是多个终端,多个终端与服务器5通信连接,从而加入到待检修车辆3的会诊会议中,并接收和显示服务器5发送的诊断设备1的人机交互界面,同步播放诊断过程中汽车的反馈声音或诊断人员的讲解声音等一个或多个信息。其中,远程终端4中具备控制权限的终端能够通过网络远程连接所述诊断设备1,并可以通过同屏方式控制所述诊断设备1的人机交互界面,若在诊断过程中需要进行文字编辑,具备控制权限的终端还可以直接在诊断设备的人机交互界面上添加文字备注。
图2为本发明实施例一提供的汽车远程会诊方法的流程图,如图2所示,本实施例中的方法可以包括:
S101、接收远程终端发送的会诊加入请求,并将所述远程终端加入会诊专家组。
本实施例中,可以参见图1中的应用场景,首先诊断设备通过VCI建立与 汽车内部各个系统的电子控制单元ECU之间的通信,此时诊断设备的人机交互界面上会显示诊断操作界面。开启诊断设备的摄像头和录音装置(需要说明的是诊断设备可以是本身配置有摄像头和录音装置,也可以是与外置的摄像头和录音装置电连接),摄像头用于录制汽车诊断现场视频,录音装置用于记录汽车声音和/或诊断人员的讲解语音。然后,诊断设备向服务器上传诊断信息,所述诊断信息包括:诊断设备的诊断操作界面信息、汽车诊断现场视频录制信息、与汽车诊断现场视频同步的汽车声音信息和/或诊断人员的讲解语音信息。最后,服务器将接收到的诊断信息进行汇总,得到包含诊断设备操作界面、汽车诊断现场视频录制界面(可以是多路视频,以现场摄像头的数量来定)的显示界面,并且为该显示界面同步配置汽车诊断现场视频同步的汽车声音和/或诊断人员的讲解语音。
当然,还可以在其他应用场景下,接收远程终端发送的会诊加入请求。
本实施例中,服务器接收远程终端发送的会诊加入请求,其中,远程终端可以是计算机、智能手机等设备。服务器将申请加入的远程终端集合到一起,建立一个会诊专家组或者多个会诊专家组;或者,服务器根据申请加入的远程终端的信息,将该远程终端加入一个或多个已建立的会诊专家组中。每个会诊专家组可以包括一个或者多个远程终端。
一种实现方式中,每个远程终端相当于一个诊断专家,当仅构建一个会诊专家组时,可以将擅长不同类型故障的诊断专家汇聚在一个会诊专家组中。当构建多个会诊专家组时,可以将擅长同一类型故障的诊断专家汇聚在一个会诊专家组中,然后在一次诊断会议中添加多个会诊专家组。本实施例对会诊专家组的组成以及数量不予限定。
当然,还可以根据远程终端的其他属性建立一个或多个会诊专家组。举例说明,服务器可以根据远程终端所需现场诊断信息的不同建立不同的会诊专家组,例如,一部分远程终端请求诊断设备的人机交互界面等显示信息,另一部分远程终端请求诊断设备的现场一个或多个声音信息等,则可以将请求相同信息的远程终端建立成一个会诊专家组。或者,服务器可以根据远程终端与服务器的连接网络的不同,建立不同的会诊专家组。
可选地,在接收远程终端发送的会诊加入请求之前,服务器也可以向至少一个远程终端发起会诊邀请。例如,服务器中可以预先存储有诊断专家的信息,当涉及到疑难的诊断问题时,可以向擅长该诊断问题的诊断专家,即诊断专家对应的远程终端,发送会诊邀请。需要说明的是,不论在会诊专家组建立之前还是之后,都不影响服务器向远程终端发送邀请,或者接收远程终端的会诊加入请求。会诊专家组可以是动态变化的一个组,也可以是固定远程终端的一个组。
可选地,在为所有加入的远程终端建立会诊专家组之后,还包括:
接收会诊专家组中远程终端发送的退出请求;
若确定所述远程终端不具备控制权限时,则向所述远程终端反馈同意退出 信息,并将所述远程终端从所述会诊专家组中删除;
若确定所述远程终端具备控制权限时,则撤销所述远程终端的控制权限,向所述远程终端反馈同意退出信息,并将所述远程终端从所述会诊专家组中删除。
本实施例中,服务器接收会诊专家组中远程终端发送的退出请求,该退出请求用于请求从会诊专家组中退出。当发送退出请求的远程终端不具备控制权限时,服务器对退出请求进行审核,审核通过后再向所述远程终端反馈同意退出信息,并将所述远程终端从所述会诊专家组中删除。当发送退出请求的远程终端具备控制权限时,可以由所述远程终端主动放弃控制权限,或者是由服务器发送控制权限收回信息,以使所述远程终端的控制权被服务器回收;最后服务器向所述远程终端反馈同意退出信息,并将所述远程终端从所述会诊专家组中删除。
可选地,服务器在收回所述远程终端的控制权限之后,在会诊专家组中重新确定控制终端。例如,服务器可以接受原先具备控制权限的远程终端的推荐,将控制权限发布给推荐的远程终端。
可选地,服务器也可以在会诊专家组中公告控制权限,接收会诊专家组中远程终端发送的控制请求,并向最先提交控制请求的远程终端发布控制权限;或者随机向会诊专家组中符合预设条件的一个远程终端发布控制权限。
S102、向所述会诊专家组中的远程终端发送诊断设备上传的诊断信息。
本实施例中,服务器向会诊专家组中的一个或多个远程终端发送由诊断设备上传的诊断信息。例如,诊断信息可以包含以下至少一种:诊断设备操作界面、汽车诊断现场视频录制界面(可以是多路视频,以现场摄像头的数量来定)的显示界面、同步播放汽车诊断现场视频同步的汽车声音和/或诊断人员的讲解语音等信息。
示例性地,服务器可以向一个会诊专家组中的所有远程终端发送相同的诊断信息,或者,向会诊专家组中的不同远程终端发送不同的诊断信息,例如,可以向会诊专家组中的远程终端发送该远程终端所请求的诊断信息。
可选地,在向会诊专家组中的所有远程终端发送诊断设备上传的诊断信息之后,服务器还可以接收远程终端发送的诊断信息调整请求;
根据所述诊断信息调整请求,对所述远程终端相关联的诊断信息进行调整;
向所述远程终端发送调整后的诊断信息。
例如,服务器可以根据所述诊断信息调整请求,调整与所述远程终端相关联的诊断信息中的所述至少1个信息。其中,与远程终端相关联的诊断信息即是指远程终端所需的诊断信息,或指远程终端输出的诊断信息,例如显示诊断信息或语音播放诊断信息等。调整远程终端相关联的诊断信息是指增加或减少该远程终端相关联的诊断信息的数量,例如,远程终端相关联的诊断信息包括人机交互界面,在接收到该远程诊断信息调整请求后,可以向该远程终端发送 现场一种语音信息,如讲解声音或现场车辆声音等,从而调节该远程终端相关联的诊断信息包括人机交互界面和现场一种语音信息,即增加了该远程终端相关联的诊断信息的数量。同理,也可以减少与该远程终端相关联的诊断信息的数量。
或者,调整该远程终端相关联的诊断信息的传输方式等。例如,远程终端与服务器之间的连接网络不稳定,为了防止数据传输丢失,远程终端在监测到当前连接网络不稳定,或拥塞的状态下,向服务器发送诊断信息调整请求,从而服务器根据该诊断信息调整请求,来降低与该远程终端相关联的诊断信息的传输速率,或传输码率等。
当然,服务器还可以在接收到该诊断信息调整请求后,执行其他调整方式,在此不予限定。
一种实现方式中,若远程终端相关联的诊断信息包括显示信息,如人机交互界面,会诊专家组中的远程终端均可以根据诊断专家的输入的操作信息,实现对当前显示的诊断信息的调整。具体地,可以由远程终端向服务器发送诊断信息调整请求,由服务器对远程终端当前显示的诊断信息进行调整,并将调整后的诊断信息发送给对应的远程终端。图4为会诊专家组中远程终端的显示界面变化示意图,如图4所示,初始状态时,远程终端上显示了所有的诊断信息,每一路信息在一个显示区域上显示(图中矩形显示区)。中间状态时,可以根据诊断专家输入的操作信息,对任何一路信息进行放大、缩小、拖动、关闭等操作。
具体地,以包含显示界面的远程终端为例进行详细说明。服务器可以根据远程终端的需求向其提供全部或者部分诊断信息。在一种实施例方式中,当远程终端需要对显示界面进行调整时,首先接收用户输入的操作信息,根据该操作信息生成调整指令,将该调整指令发送至服务器,由服务器对所述远程终端当前显示的诊断信息进行调整。最后,由服务器生成调整后的诊断信息;并向所述远程终端发送调整后的诊断信息。例如,远程终端的显示屏上显示有多个显示界面时,远程终端可以根据用户输入的操作信息,执行以下任一操作:全屏显示诊断操作界面,或者全屏显示汽车诊断现场视频录制界面;在同屏显示诊断操作界面和汽车诊断现场视频播放界面时,对所述诊断操作界面的显示区域进行调整,所述调整包括:拖动显示区域位置、放大或者缩小显示区域;在同屏显示诊断操作界面和汽车诊断现场视频播放界面时,对所述汽车诊断现场视频录制界面的显示区域进行调整,所述调整包括:拖动显示区域位置、放大或者缩小显示区域。在共享诊断信息时,某个远程终端可能会因为网络信号的问题出现卡顿,视频播放不流畅等情况。此时,远程终端可以向服务器发送调整视频清晰度,减少显示界面等调整请求。
在另一种实施方式中,远程终端预先从服务器获取了所有的诊断信息,且该诊断信息被保存在远程终端的本地存储器中,此时,远程终端无需向服务器发送所述诊断信息调整请求,就可以自由地切换显示的诊断信息。例如远程终 端的显示屏上显示有多个显示界面时,远程终端可以根据用户输入的操作信息,执行以下任一操作:全屏显示诊断操作界面,或者全屏显示汽车诊断现场视频录制界面;在同屏显示诊断操作界面和汽车诊断现场视频播放界面时,对所述诊断操作界面的显示区域进行调整,所述调整包括:拖动显示区域位置、放大或者缩小显示区域;在同屏显示诊断操作界面和汽车诊断现场视频播放界面时,对所述汽车诊断现场视频录制界面的显示区域进行调整,所述调整包括:拖动显示区域位置、放大或者缩小显示区域。
S103、确定所述会诊专家组中具备控制权限的远程终端作为控制终端,以使所述控制终端根据所述诊断信息控制所述诊断设备执行汽车诊断操作。
本实施例中,虽然会诊专家组中可以有多个远程终端,但是并非所有的远程终端都具备远程控制诊断设备的权限。不具备控制权限的远程终端可以参与诊断过程的讨论,提供诊断建议等等,但是不能对诊断设备进行远程操控。因此,需要在会诊专家组中确定具备控制权限的远程终端,将所述远程终端作为控制终端,以使所述控制终端根据所述诊断信息远程控制所述诊断设备执行汽车诊断操作。
可选地,可以通过以下方式确定控制终端:
接收所述会诊专家组中远程终端发送的控制请求,并根据对所述控制请求的接收顺序,确定至少1个远程终端具备控制权限;或者,
从所述会诊专家组中的符合预设条件的远程终端中选取出至少1个远程终端具备控制权限。
本实施例中,可以是远程终端请求控制权限,也可以是由服务器侧在会诊专家组中选择一个符合预设条件的远程终端作为控制终端。控制终端能够通过网络建立与诊断设备之间的通信,诊断专家通过在控制终端上的操作,即可实现远程控制所述诊断设备执行汽车诊断操作。
在确定会诊专家组中的控制终端之后,控制终端根据诊断专家输入的操作信息,控制诊断设备在运行诊断软件,以执行获取汽车内ECU的数据,根据获取的数据进行诊断;或者,向ECU发送诊断指令等等。可选地,图2中实施例的方法还可以包括:接收会诊专家组中远程终端的共享请求,并将所述远程终端的显示界面信息实时共享给所述会诊专家组中的其他远程终端。
本实施例中,会诊专家组的任何一个远程终端都可以将其当前显示界面实时上传至服务器,并向服务器发送共享请求。由服务器将提交共享请求的远程终端的当前显示界面发送给会诊专家组中的其他远程终端。其他远程终端可以根据用户指令确定是否查看共享的显示界面,例如,其他远程终端可以关闭共享的显示界面,也可以通过分屏或者同屏方式查看共享的显示界面。需要说明的是,远程终端共享的内部不仅仅是当前的显示界面,还可以是该远程终端的诊断专家添加的文字、图片、讲解语音等等多媒体信息,对于这些多媒体信息的共享过程,请参考上述显示界面的共享过程,此处不再赘述。
本实施例,通过接收远程终端发送的会诊加入请求,并将所述远程终端加 入会诊专家组;向所述会诊专家组中的远程终端发送诊断设备上传的诊断信息;确定所述会诊专家组中具备控制权限的远程终端作为控制终端,以使所述控制终端根据所述诊断信息控制所述诊断设备执行汽车诊断操作。本发明实施例中的多个远程终端可以在线共享诊断设备的诊断信息,以使诊断专家能够及时了解现场的诊断情况,实现了多个远程终端对汽车的协同会诊,适用于疑难故障的诊断,诊断效率高。
图3为本发明实施例二提供的汽车远程会诊方法的流程图,如图3所示,本实施例中的方法在图2所示的方法的基础上,可以包括:
S201、接收会诊专家组中远程终端的邀请请求。
本实施例中,会诊专家组中的任何一个远程终端都可以向服务器发送邀请请求,所述邀请请求中包含了目标远程终端的信息;所述目标远程终端是指被邀请的未在会诊专家组内的远程终端。例如,远程终端A希望将远程终端B也加入到会诊专家组中,此时,远程终端A可以向服务器发送邀请请求,该邀请请求中包含远程终端B的ID信息或者IP信息。
S202、将所述邀请请求转发给对应的目标远程终端。
本实施例中,服务器将邀请请求转发给目标远程终端。以步骤S201中的例子为例,服务器根据邀请请求中包含远程终端B的ID信息或者IP信息查找到远程终端B,然后向远程终端B发送加入会诊专家组的邀请请求。
S203、在接收到所述目标远程终端的同意消息后,将所述目标远程终端加入到所述会诊专家组中。
本实施例中,服务器在接收到目标远程终端的同意消息后,将该目标远程终端加入到所述会诊专家组中。在目标远程终端加入会诊专家组后,该目标远程终端可以接收服务器中共享的资源,例如诊断设备上传的诊断信息、会诊专家组中远程终端共享的显示界面等等。
进一步地,在会诊结束之后,远程终端可以将会诊过程录制为诊断案例,并将诊断案例保存为预设的格式,预设的格式可以是特定开发的目标播放器所指定的格式,也可以是常规的MP4、RMVB等视频格式。并将会诊过程中所采集的音视频信息,采用音视频压缩算法,进行压缩、合并。从而减小诊断文件的大小和个数,减小存储空间和流量的使用,方便存储和转发。
本实施例,服务器通过接收会诊专家组中远程终端的邀请请求,其中,所述邀请请求中包含了目标远程终端的信息;然后,将所述邀请请求转发给对应的目标远程终端;在接收到所述目标远程终端的同意消息后,将所述目标远程终端加入到所述会诊专家组中。从而可以由会诊专家组中的远程终端向不属于会诊专家组的目标远程终端发起邀请请求,使得会诊过程中可以随时加入新的诊断专家,从而更加全面地对现场汽车诊断提供专业指导,使得诊断结果更加准确,降低汽车的诊断难度。
需要说明的是,图2~图3所示的技术方案中的整个会诊过程还可以进行网络直播方式进行分享。因此,可以被应用在汽车诊断技术培训、技术展示、 技术指导、诊断行业会议中。
图5为本发明实施例三提供的汽车远程会诊装置的结构示意图,如图6所示,本实施例中的装置可以包括:
处理模块10,用于接收远程终端发送的会诊加入请求,并将所述远程终端加入会诊专家组;
发送模块20,用于向所述会诊专家组中的远程终端发送诊断设备上传的诊断信息;

图6为本发明实施例四提供的汽车远程会诊系统的结构示意图,本实施例中的系统40可以包括:远程终端41、服务器42、诊断设备43;所述诊断设备43通过网络与远程终端41、服务器42连接,并通过车辆转换器接口VCI与汽车的车载诊断系统OBD接口电连接,以建立诊断设备与汽车内的电子控制单元ECU之间的通信;其中,
所述服务器42用于执行上述图2、图3所示的方法中的技术方案;
所述远程终端41用于向服务器发送会诊加入请求,以使所述服务器将所述远程终端加入会诊专家组;接收服务器发送的诊断信息,其中,所述诊断信息是由诊断设备上传的;若所述远程终端被服务器确定为具备控制权限的远程终端,则所述远程终端作为控制终端,并根据所述诊断信息控制所述诊断设备执行汽车诊断操作。
所诊断设备43用于向服务器发送诊断信息,以使所述服务器将所述诊断信息发送至会诊专家组中的远程终端;受控于所述会诊专家组中具备控制权限的远程终端,以执行汽车诊断操作。其中,所述诊断信息包括:诊断设备43的诊断操作界面信息、汽车诊断现场视频录制信息、与汽车诊断现场视频同步的汽车声音信息和/或诊断人员的讲解语音信息。
本实施例可以执行上述图2~图3所示的方法中的技术方案,其实现过程和技术效果与上述方法类似,此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是,若本实施例中的诊断设备没有配置摄像头,或者配置的摄像头像素不够时,可以通过诊断设备的USB接口连接一个或者多个外置的摄像头。为了便于观测汽车狭小空间或者不便于采集视频的位置,还可以通过USB接口连接内窥镜摄像头。当连接多个外置摄像头时,可以从多个角度拍摄汽车诊断现场视频,得到多路视频录像。当诊断设备没有配置录音装置,或者配置的录音装置效果不佳时,也可以通过诊断设备的USB接口连接一个或者多个外置的录音装置。例如可以连接麦克风,通过麦克风采集现场汽车诊断现场的汽车声音和/或诊断人员的讲解语音。
图7为本发明实施例五提供的服务器的结构示意图,如图7所示,本实施例中的设备可以包括:
至少1个处理器51以及至少1个存储器52;其中:
存储器52,用于存储可执行指令,该存储器还可以是flash(闪存)。
处理器51,用于执行存储器存储的可执行指令,以实现上述实施例涉及的方法中的各个步骤。例如,计算机、智能手机(相当于终端),所述终端可以通过遥控器与无人机建立通信;终端在预先配置的软件运行环境下,通过调用和运行其内部存储设备中的可执行指令(这些指令可以是用C、C++、Java等编程语言编写的代码)来执行图2~图4中所示的方法。具体可以参见前面方法实施例中的相关描述。

此外,本申请实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机执行指令,当用户设备的至少一个处理器执行该计算机执行指令时,用户设备执行上述各种可能的方法。
其中,计算机可读介质包括计算机存储介质和通信介质,其中通信介质包括便于从一个地方向另一个地方传送计算机程序的任何介质。存储介质可以是通用或专用计算机能够存取的任何可用介质。一种示例性的存储介质耦合至处理器,从而使处理器能够从该存储介质读取信息,且可向该存储介质写入信息。当然,存储介质也可以是处理器的组成部分。处理器和存储介质可以位于特定用途集成电路ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit)中。另外,该ASIC可以位于服务器中。当然,处理器和存储介质也可以作为分立组件存在于通信设备中。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述各方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中。该程序在执行时,执行包括上述各方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

  1. 一种汽车远程会诊方法,其特征在于,应用于服务器,包括:
    接收远程终端发送的会诊加入请求,并将所述远程终端加入会诊专家组;
    向所述会诊专家组中的远程终端发送诊断设备上传的诊断信息;
    确定所述会诊专家组中具备控制权限的远程终端作为控制终端,以使所述控制终端根据所述诊断信息控制所述诊断设备执行汽车诊断操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在接收远程终端发送的会诊加入请求之前,还包括:

    接收远程终端发送的诊断信息调整请求;
    根据所述诊断信息调整请求,对与所述远程终端相关联的诊断信息进行调整;
    向所述远程终端发送调整后的诊断信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述诊断信息调整请求用于请求调整诊断信息中的至少1个信息;
    所述根据所述诊断信息调整请求,对与所述远程终端相关联的诊断信息进行调整,包括:
    根据所述诊断信息调整请求,调整与所述远程终端相关联的诊断信息中的所述至少1个信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述会诊专家组中具备控制权限的远程终端作为控制终端,包括:
    接收所述会诊专家组中远程终端发送的控制请求,并根据对所述控制请求的接收顺序,确定至少1个远程终端具备控制权限;或者,
    从所述会诊专家组中的符合预设条件的远程终端中选取出至少1个远程终端具备控制权限。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在为所有加入的 远程终端建立会诊专家组之后,还包括:
    接收会诊专家组中远程终端发送的退出请求;
    若确定所述远程终端不具备控制权限时,则向所述远程终端反馈同意退出信息,并将所述远程终端从所述会诊专家组中删除;
    若确定所述远程终端具备控制权限时,则撤销所述远程终端的控制权限,向所述远程终端反馈同意退出信息,并将所述远程终端从所述会诊专家组中删除。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收会诊专家组中远程终端的共享请求,并将发送共享请求的远程终端的显示界面实时共享给所述会诊专家组中的其他远程终端。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收会诊专家组中远程终端的邀请请求,所述邀请请求中包含了目标远程终端的信息;所述目标远程终端是指被邀请的未在会诊专家组内的远程终端;
    将所述邀请请求转发给所述目标远程终端;
    在接收到所述目标远程终端的同意消息后,将所述目标远程终端加入到所述会诊专家组中。
  9. 一种汽车远程会诊方法,其特征在于,应用于远程终端,包括:
    向服务器发送会诊加入请求,以使所述服务器将所述远程终端加入会诊专家组;
    接收服务器发送的诊断信息,其中,所述诊断信息是由诊断设备上传的;
    若所述远程终端被服务器确定为具备控制权限的远程终端,则所述远程终端作为控制终端,并根据所述诊断信息控制所述诊断设备执行汽车诊断操作。
  10. 一种汽车远程会诊方法,其特征在于,应用于诊断设备,包括:
    向服务器发送诊断信息,以使所述服务器将所述诊断信息发送至会诊专家组中的远程终端;
    受控于所述会诊专家组中具备控制权限的远程终端,以执行汽车诊断操作。
  11. 一种汽车远程会诊装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理模块,用于接收远程终端发送的会诊加入请求,并将所述远程终端加入会诊专家组;
    发送模块,用于向所述会诊专家组中的远程终端发送诊断设备上传的诊断信息;
    确定模块,用于确定所述会诊专家组中具备控制权限的远程终端作为控制终端,以使所述控制终端根据所述诊断信息控制所述诊断设备执行汽车诊断操作。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块,还用于在接收远程终端发送的会诊加入请求之前,向至少一个远程终端发起会诊邀请。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理模块,还用于在所述向所述会诊专家组中的远程终端发送诊断设备上传的诊断信息之后,接收远程终端发送的诊断信息调整请求;根据所述诊断信息调整请求,对与所述远程终端相关联的诊断信息进行调整;
    所述发送模块,还用于向所述远程终端发送调整后的诊断信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述诊断信息调整请求用于请求调整诊断信息中的至少1个信息;
    所述根据所述诊断信息调整请求,对与所述远程终端相关联的诊断信息进行调整,包括:
    根据所述诊断信息调整请求,调整与所述远程终端相关联的诊断信息中的所述至少1个信息。
  15. 根据权利要求11-14任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块,具体用于:
    接收所述会诊专家组中远程终端发送的控制请求,并根据对所述控制请求的接收顺序,确定至少1个远程终端具备控制权限;或者,
    从所述会诊专家组中的符合预设条件的远程终端中选取出至少1个远程终端具备控制权限。
  16. 根据权利要求11-15任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块, 还用于在为所有加入的远程终端建立会诊专家组之后,接收会诊专家组中远程终端发送的退出请求;
    若确定所述远程终端不具备控制权限时,则向所述远程终端反馈同意退出信息,并将所述远程终端从所述会诊专家组中删除;
    若确定所述远程终端具备控制权限时,则撤销所述远程终端的控制权限,向所述远程终端反馈同意退出信息,并将所述远程终端从所述会诊专家组中删除。
  17. 根据权利要求11-16中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块,还用于:
    接收会诊专家组中远程终端的共享请求,并将发送共享请求的远程终端的显示界面实时共享给所述会诊专家组中的其他远程终端。
  18. 根据权利要求11-17中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块,还用于:
    接收会诊专家组中远程终端的邀请请求,所述邀请请求中包含了目标远程终端的信息;所述目标远程终端是指被邀请的未在会诊专家组内的远程终端;
    将所述邀请请求转发给所述目标远程终端;
    在接收到所述目标远程终端的同意消息后,将所述目标远程终端加入到所述会诊专家组中。
  19. 一种汽车远程会诊系统,其特征在于,包括:服务器、远程终端、诊断设备;
    所述服务器分别与所述远程终端和所述诊断设备连接;
    所述服务器用于执行如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的汽车远程会诊方法;
    所述远程终端用于执行如权利要求9所述的汽车远程会诊方法;
    所述诊断设备用于执行如权利要求10所述的汽车远程会诊方法。
