为了克服上述技术缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种智能终端及控制方法,用户通过一键操作便可使得智能终端进入适合于任何游戏类应用的游戏模式。

在发明的实施例中,为方便用户可最快速地将智能终端切换至游戏类应用最适合的运行环境,除智能终端通常包括的形成智能终端外部轮廓的壳体、构成在智能终端内部,用于对整个智能终端的软件管理控制的控制单元外,还包括有触发单元,触发单元配置在壳体上,并在外部可见,当用户对触发单元进行触发操作时,如点击触发单元,向其发送点触操作,如拨动触发单元,使其在预设的路径内移动,如转动触发单元,使其可绕一固定点枢轴旋转等。用户在壳体外部,对触发单元的上述操作,将进而转化为对智能终端的内部控制,具体地,控制单元内置有至少一种运行模式,如上文提及的适合用户进行娱乐类操作的游戏模式(或称竞技模式、娱乐模式等),如适合用户在不允许网络连接的环境下使用智能终端的断网模式(或称飞行模式等),如适合用户拒绝外部来电和消息通知的勿扰模式(或称隔绝模式等)。当触发单元接收到用户施加的触发操作时,触发单元通过与控制单元的电连接,向控制单元发送一电信号,得以告知控制单元,其接收到了外部的触发操作,控制单元根据该电信号,便自动地将智能终端切换至运行模式之一,如自动地切换到游戏模式或飞行模式等。
在上述配置中,相较于现有技术中用户需进入到智能终端的操作系统内的多级入口,进行不同的配置的方式,在本发明中,用户对智能终端的操作,将全部集成在对触发单元的触发操作,且在部分实施例中,触发操作仅为拨动动作、点触动作,以最小的操作成本,完成智能终端的运行模式的切换。且当智能终端切换到指定的运行模式时,将自动地根据该运行模式内预存的配置,对智能终端进行设置,如调节智能终端的显示亮度、内存占用分配情况、网络使用情况、网速分配情况等,省去了用户需熟知在何种模式下应当对智能终端进行何种操作的成本。
参阅图1-4,分别示出了不同实施例中触发单元的结构。
实施例一
参阅图1,在该实施例中,触发单元为拨动开关121,可移动地固定在壳体11的侧边,或某一侧面上,且部分突出,供用户对其施加触发操作时,用户可触动到该拨动开关121。考虑到拨动开关121的误触性和误操作性,拨动开关121的固定端固定在壳体11上设置的凹槽内,即拨动开关121的整体长度方向上,用户仅可触碰到部分,对其施加的触发操作也即为触碰到拨动开关121的顶面后,将其在凹槽所限定的移动路径内移动。
当只有一种运行模式时,拨动开关121上向用户提供触发操作的为其顶面,凹槽为腰形槽等长条形,则拨动开关121接收到用户的触发操作后,将在凹槽内左右移动,以在开启和关闭状态间来回切换。而在拨动开关121所处的不同状态下,其向控制单元发送的电信号也不同,如在开启状态下,发送的为高电平的电信号,反之,在关闭状态下,发送的为低电平的电信号,以告知控制单元当前触发单元所处的不同状态。
当有多种运行模式时,拨动开关121上向用户提供触发操作的也可以是其顶面,不同于只有一种运行模式下的情况,凹槽成型为有多个方向的规则或不规则图形凹槽,如具有三种运行模式时,成型为从同一个顶点出发的三条分支,或是等边三角形的三条边等,如具有四种运行模式时,成行为十字架型等。在上述不同的实施方式中,每一个分 支或位置对应不同的运行模式,拨动开关121移动到不同的分支或位置时,可分别触发不同的运行模式,使得在不同的运行模式间切换时,用户只需操作一个实体键即可。
实施例二
参阅图2,在上述实施例的基础上,为进一步防止用户在将智能终端10放置在口袋或封闭空间时,误触到拨动开关121,造成无意识的运行模式的切换,在拨动开关121的顶面,即用户操作的操作面上,突出设有触发开关122,触发开关122可供用户按压,用户通过点触的动作对其进行操作。而在拨动开关121的中部设有与触发开关122连接的控制电路,控制电路进而与控制单元连接,在触发开关122接收用户的点触操作时,控制电路将接收到该点触操作,以知晓用户向其施加了操作,继而控制电路向控制单元发送指令信号,告知控制单元上述情况。
同时,对控制单元配置为,触发开关122因接收触发操作所产生的指令信号与拨动开关121因接收触发操作所产生的电信号互不冲突,且控制单元当且仅当同时接收到指令信号与电信号时,才会切换智能终端10的运行模式。在只接收到指令信号或只接收到电信号的情况下,控制单元不会进行运行模式的切换。在上述配置下,为同时产生电信号和指令信号,用户在施加触发操作时,需在按压下触发开关122的同时,拨动拨动开关121,才会使得控制单元切换运行模式。通过上述双重操作的“和”控制,以实现减少误触几率。即便是用户将智能终端10放置在口袋或封闭空间内时,智能终端10发生位移或震动,按压下了触发开关122,或是移动了拨动开关121,也不会将运行模式切换。
实施例三
参阅图3,不同于上述实施例,在该实施例中,触发单元为点触开关123的配置,即用户所施加的触发操作为对点触开关123的按压动作。点触开关123的数量可以是一个或一个以上,考虑到点触的操作更易产生,则为了防止误触的情况发生,触发单元采用至少两个点触开关123的配置,每一个点触开关123均可接收触发操作,且对点触开关123的电路串接或使用与电路逻辑的控制电路连接,则,只有所有的点触开关123均接收到触发操作时,点触开关123才会向控制单元发送电信号。
上述多个点触开关123的位置,可以根据用户的使用习惯和人体工学设置在智能终端10的不同位置。例如,在智能终端10的上部的两拐角处或是两侧边各设置一点触开关123,用户对其施加触发操作时,需使用两手同时按压下点触开关123,才会实现对运行模式的切换。再例如,在智能终端10的左侧边或右侧边设置两个点触开关123,且两点触开关123的间距较小,符合用户单手手持智能终端10时,同一手掌上的手指可同时触及的使用习惯,用户对其施加触发操作时,只需使用单手即可完成运行模式的切换,既保证了误触情况的低概率,也尽可能地简化用户的操作。
上述任意实施例中,即便是在防止误触发的情况下,也将尽可能地将用户对智能终端10的触发操作简化到对实体键的一次操作便可完成运行模式的切换,以兼顾使用体验和准确性。
在另一实施例中,智能终端10还包括有显示单元13,显示单元13与控制单元连接,控制单元完成运行模式的切换后,向显示单元13发送预设的需要显示的预设界面,显示 单元13将显示该预设界面。在该预设界面内,具有用于告知用户运行模式切换成功的消息,以及运行模式具有的显示桌面。上述切换成功的消息,可以是预设的动画,或是通知声音等,用户接收到显示单元13播放的预设动画,或是收听到通知声音,便可知晓运行模式已成功切换。
进一步地,若用户需要切换入的为游戏模式,在控制单元接收到该电信号时,将会检测显示单元13前台显示的应用为何种,以防止干扰用户当前使用的游戏应用的界面。具体地,若控制单元检测到显示单元13当前前台显示的应用为游戏应用时,表示用户当前正在使用该游戏应用进行娱乐,则并不适合显示其他消息遮挡游戏应用的界面,因此,将控制显示单元13保持显示游戏应用,运行模式的切换在后台静默进行;若控制单元检测到显示单元13当前前台显示的应用为非游戏应用时,则控制单元除控制显示单元13首先显示预设的通知动画外,在显示通知动画时,控制单元将检测所有安装在智能终端10内的游戏应用,并筛选后挑出归类,显示在一显示桌面上。也就是说,在切换到游戏模式时,所有的游戏应用将着重显示在显示单元13的桌面上,方便用户从其中选取运行。而其他非游戏应用,将设置有入口,用户再点击入口后,进入到显示桌面的二级菜单显示。在上述配置下,游戏模式将尽可能地减少用户找到游戏应用,启动游戏应用等操作,提升用户体验。
除上述在显示内容上进行变更,在智能终端10切换到游戏模式后,对智能终端10的内部配置将进行变化。如对智能终端10的通话模式,调整为拒接所有来电,后台接收消息并不显示,对智能终端10的闹钟配置为,到时间点后仅震动或响铃,不显示闹钟的主页,或是直接后台关闭闹钟,又如对切换到游戏模式后,关闭除常用社交类应用外的其他应用,通过后台清理加快智能终端10运行速度,又如关闭当前正在占用网速的应用以重新分配网速占用,或是清理内存,使得智能终端10的内存占用更多地应用至游戏应用。其他如开启护眼模式、开启画质增强模式、后台智能清理、开启屏幕灵敏度优化等也均可执行。上述对智能终端10的优化方式,可以通过则一或同时执行的方式完成。而对于对智能终端10的优化方式,可以以联网的方式,获取其他用户在打开相同游戏应用时尝试用的配置习惯,以帮助用户将智能终端10配置最优化。
具有上述的智能终端10,用户通过对实体按键的一键式操作,便可快速地切换至期望的运行模式下,极大提高用户体验。
基于上述智能终端,本发明实施例中还提供了一种智能终端的控制方法,包括以下步骤:
S100:用户持有智能终端后,通过对智能终端的壳体上设置的触发单元施加触发操作,相应地,触发单元将接收触发操作;
S200:触发单元根据该触发操作的触发机制,向智能终端的控制单元发送电信号,以告知控制单元用户的需求;
S300:控制单元根据该电信号,切换智能终端至其内置的运行模式之一。
通过上述的控制方法,可实现如上文所述的有益效果。
进一步地,控制单元根据该电信号,切换智能终端至其内置的运行模式之一的步骤 S300之后,还包括:
S400:与控制单元连接的显示单元显示切换成功的消息及所述运行模式具有的显示桌面,以告知用户切换的结果,若无任何通知消息显示,则表明运行模式未切换成功或触发操作不正确,方便用户检测问题。
同样地,在运行模式为游戏模式下,控制方法还包括:
控制单元接收电信号时,检测于显示单元前台显示的应用;当应用为游戏应用时,显示单元保持显示游戏应用;当应用为非游戏应用时,控制单元归类所有安装于智能终端内的游戏应用并排列于显示单元的显示桌面上。用户在激活智能终端后,无需操作便可观察到常用的部分或所有的游戏应用,点击游戏应用所对应的图标便可启动游戏应用,操作方便。
上述不同实施例中,智能终端可以以各种形式来实施。例如,本发明中描述的终端可以包括诸如移动电话、智能电话、笔记本电脑、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、导航装置等等的智能终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。下面,假设终端是智能终端。然而,本领域技术人员将理解的是,除了特别用于移动目的的元件之外,根据本发明的实施方式的构造也能够应用于固定类型的终端。
应当注意的是,本发明的实施例有较佳的实施性,且并非对本发明作任何形式的限制,任何熟悉该领域的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容变更或修饰为等同的有效实施例,但凡未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何修改或等同变化及修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能终端,包括壳体、控制单元,所述控制单元内置有至少一运行模式,以控制所述智能终端的运行,其特征在于,
    所述壳体上设有触发单元,与所述控制单元电连接,当所述触发单元接收触发操作时,向所述控制单元发送一电信号;
    所述控制单元根据所述电信号,切换所述智能终端至所述运行模式之一。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能终端,其特征在于,
    所述触发单元为拨动开关,部分突出于所述壳体的侧边;
    所述壳体上设有凹槽,所述拨动开关设于所述凹槽内,并可在所述凹槽内根据所述触发操作往复运动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的智能终端,其特征在于,
    所述拨动开关的顶面突出有触发开关;
    所述拨动开关的中部设有与所述触发开关连接的控制电路,所述控制电路与所述控制单元连接,当所述触发开关接收点触操作时,所述控制电路向所述控制单元发送一指令信号;
    当所述控制单元均接收到所述指令信号及电信号时,所述控制单元切换所述运行模式。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的智能终端,其特征在于,
    所述触发单元为至少两个点触开关,当每一所述点触开关均接收到所述触发操作时,所述点触开关向所述控制单元发送所述电信号。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的智能终端,其特征在于,
    所述智能终端还包括显示单元,与所述控制单元连接;
    当所述控制单元切换所述运行模式后,所述显示单元显示切换成功的消息及所述运行模式具有的显示桌面。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的智能终端,其特征在于,
    所述运行模式为游戏模式;
    所述控制单元接收所述电信号时,检测所述于所述显示单元前台显示的应用;
    当所述应用为游戏应用时,保持显示所述游戏应用;
    当所述应用为非游戏应用时,归类所有安装于所述智能终端内的游戏应用并排列于所述显示桌面上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的智能终端,其特征在于,
    所述运行模式包括改变所述智能终端的通话模式、闹钟模式、后台清理、网速占用、所述游戏应用对所述智能终端的内存占用中的任意一种或多种配置。
  8. 一种智能终端的控制方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    所述智能终端的壳体上设置的触发单元接收触发操作;
    所述触发单元根据所述触发操作,向所述智能终端的控制单元发送电信号;
    所述控制单元根据所述电信号,切换所述智能终端至其内置的运行模式之一。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制单元根据所述电信号,切换所述 智能终端至其内置的运行模式之一的步骤后,还包括:
    与所述控制单元连接的显示单元显示切换成功的消息及所述运行模式具有的显示桌面。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的控制方法,其特征在于,
    所述运行模式为游戏模式,所述控制方法还包括:
    所述控制单元接收所述电信号时,检测所述于所述显示单元前台显示的应用;
    当所述应用为游戏应用时,所述显示单元保持显示所述游戏应用;
    当所述应用为非游戏应用时,所述控制单元归类所有安装于所述智能终端内的游戏应用并排列于所述显示单元的显示桌面上。
