La présente invention comprend : un corps ayant une forme d'ampoule ; une unité d'accouplement de douille d'ampoule accouplée amovible à une douille d'ampoule à laquelle de l'énergie est fournie ; une unité d'acquisition d'informations vidéo à 360 degrés pour acquérir des informations vidéo à 360 degrés dans une région de surveillance en faisant fonctionner un mode de photographie de lumière visible ou un mode de photographie infrarouge au moyen de l'énergie fournie par l'intermédiaire de l'unité d'accouplement de douille d'ampoule ; une unité de détection d'éclairement pour détecter un éclairage ; une unité de détection de mouvement pour détecter un mouvement ; une unité de communication sans fil pour prendre en charge une communication sans fil avec un dispositif externe ; et une unité de commande pour ordonner à l'unité d'acquisition de vidéo à 360 degrés de fonctionner dans le mode de photographie de lumière visible ou dans le mode de photographie infrarouge en fonction d'informations de commande de mode de fonctionnement ou d'informations d'éclairage reçues en provenance de l'unité de détection d'éclairage, et à la vidéo à 360 degrés d'être transmise par l'intermédiaire de l'unité de communication sans fil lorsque le mouvement est détecté.
