- the user terminal 400 may establish an in-bound channel for transmitting content data with the CDN replication server 100 (S410) and receive content data through the corresponding channel (S420).
- the QoE report and QoE report responses between the QoE management server 300 and the user terminal 400 will be described below (S431 to S434).
- the transmission of the QoE report and the QoE report response is not limited in number, but is represented four times in FIG. 4, but is not limited thereto.
- the user terminal 400 establishes an out-of-bound channel with the QoE management server 300 in addition to the in-band channel with the CDN replication server 100 and periodically reports the QoE to the QoE management server 300. It may be transmitted (S431).
- the QoE report may include device information (which may include information about the user terminal 400 and the content player), playback information (which may include playback start time and buffering information as information related to content playback), and track information ( Content data segment information such as audio, video, and text), and may also include QoE quality and user's operation history.
- the QoE management server 300 When the QoE management server 300 receives the QoE report from the user terminal 400, the QoE management server 300 analyzes the corresponding QoE report and generates a QoE report response.
- the QoE report response may include an item of network related information to be measured by the user terminal 400.
- the QoE management server 300 is a QoE analysis of the playback information included in the QoE report transmitted from the user terminal 400 or the user terminal 400 is preset or dynamically instructed from the QoE management server 300 Based on the QoE quality result determined using the determination criteria, a QoE report response including a network-related information item may be generated and transmitted to the user terminal 400 (S432).
- the QoE management server 300 When the user terminal 400 receives the QoE report response including the network-related information item, the QoE management server 300 includes the result of measuring network-related information according to the item in the QoE report and transmits the QoE report in the next cycle. Can be transmitted (S433).
- the network management information item is pre-registered with the playback agent setting of the user terminal 400, and the QoE management server 300 simply sends a QoE report response including the network management information analysis request. It may also transmit (S432).
- the QoE management server 300 When the QoE management server 300 receives a QoE report including network-related information from the user terminal 400 (S433), the QoE management server 300 analyzes the network-related information to determine the cause of the QoE degradation of the user terminal 400 and the corresponding cause.
- the appropriate network control signal may be generated and included in the QoE report and transmitted to the user terminal 400 (S434).
- the QoE management server 300 may change address for accessing the new CDN replication server 200 as a network control signal.
- the QoE report response including the network control signal such as changing the bandwidth may be transmitted to the user terminal 400 (S434). Thereafter, the user terminal 400 accesses the received new CDN replication server 200 and requests content data (S440), and subsequently receives the content data following the previously received content data (S450).
- the new CDN that can be connected to the CDN replication server operated by another CDN service provider Address change information for accessing the replication server 200 may be included in the QoE report response and transmitted to the user terminal 400 (S434).
- the new CDN replication server 200 may be a replication server in another region operated by the same CDN service provider, or may be a CDN replication server operated by another CDN service provider.
- a CDN replication server operated by another CDN service provider it may be operated with a network policy different from the network policy (bandwidth, access port, billing system, etc.) of the existing CDN replication server 100.
- the user terminal 400 may change the bandwidth for receiving the content data according to the received QoE report response (S460), which is not always made with changing the connection to the new CDN replication server 200, but is independent.
- the user terminal connects to the CDN replication server of the new CDN service provider and takes over the content data, but is not limited to a plurality of CDN service providers. The same applies to the operation of CDN replication server.
- the method for controlling content data transmission may be embodied as computer readable codes on a computer readable recording medium.
- Computer-readable recording media include all kinds of recording devices that store data that can be read by a computer system. Examples of computer-readable recording media include ROM, RAM, CD-ROM, magnetic tape, floppy disks, optical data storage devices, and the like.
- the computer readable recording medium can also be distributed over network coupled computer systems so that the computer readable code is stored and executed in a distributed fashion.
- functional programs, codes, and code segments for implementing the present invention can be easily inferred by programmers in the art to which the techniques of this specification pertain.
