Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine de conditionnement (100) permettant de réaliser un emballage d'articles à fumer, comprend les étapes consistant : à former un récipient (2) pour un premier groupe (3) et un second groupe (4) d'articles à fumer, qui possède une ouverture d'extraction (20) pour extraire des articles à fumer et une paroi inférieure (21) ; à disposer une découpe (5') autour du récipient (2) pour former une enveloppe (5), qui enveloppe le récipient (2), de telle sorte qu'ils sont mobiles entre une position d'ouverture et une position de fermeture (A). L'étape de formation du récipient (2) comprend les étapes consistant : à fournir une découpe (2'), destinée à former le récipient, comprenant un premier panneau (22'), un deuxième panneau (23') et un troisième panneau (24'), qui sont développés à partir du premier panneau (22'), un quatrième panneau (25'), qui est développé à partir du deuxième panneau (23'), un cinquième panneau (26'), qui est développé à partir du troisième panneau (24'), un sixième panneau (27'), qui est développé à partir du quatrième (25') ou du cinquième panneau (26') ; à plier le premier panneau (22') et le deuxième panneau (23'), de façon à ce qu'ils soient transversaux par rapport au développement du premier panneau (22') ; à disposer le premier et le second groupe (4) d'articles contre le premier panneau (22') ; à plier le quatrième et le cinquième panneau (26'), de façon à ce qu'ils soient en regard du premier panneau (22') et de façon à ce que le premier groupe soit disposé entre le premier panneau (22') et le quatrième panneau (25') et à ce que le second groupe (4) soit disposé entre le premier panneau (22') et le cinquième panneau (26') ; et à disposer le sixième panneau (27') entre le premier groupe d'articles à fumer et le second groupe (4) d'articles à fumer.
