本申请要求于2018年3月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810291380.7,发明名称为“保险产品配置方法、装置、计算机设备及存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请实施例涉及金融领域,尤其是一种保险产品配置方法、装置、计算机设备及存储介质。
背景技术
分红险指保险公司在每个会计年度结束后,将上一会计年度该类分红保险的可分配盈余,按一定的比例、以现金红利或增值红利的方式,分配给客户的一种保险产品。
发明人意识到现有技术中,对用户进行分红险介绍时,通常是通过对项目组的形式,对参与该项目销售的销售人员进行培训,然后由他们对到访客户进行保险产品的基本介绍。
本申请创造的发明人在研究中发现,现有技术中采用人工的方式对险种进行介绍时,根据人员素质及技能的掌握程度,出现层次不齐的现象,尤其对于各个阶段利益及不同分红水平的红利计算,往往无法根据用户的实际需求做出快速解答,导致客户流失。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种根据用户或销售人的简易操作就能够向客户端推送保险产品并对保险产品中的要点进行突出显示的方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请创造的实施例采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种保险产品配置方法,包括下述步骤:获取保险因子;在预设保险产品数据库中检索与所述保险因子对应的保险产品以及保险产品的要点内容显示规则;将所述保险产品和所述要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端,以使所述客户终端根据所述要点内容显示规则展示所述保险产品的要点内容。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例还提供一种保险产品配置装置,包括:获取 模块,用于获取保险因子;处理模块,用于在预设保险产品数据库中检索与所述保险因子对应的保险产品以及保险产品的要点内容显示规则;执行模块,用于将所述保险产品和所述要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端,以使所述客户终端根据所述要点内容显示规则展示所述保险产品的要点内容。

本技术领域技术人员可以理解,这里所使用的“终端”、“终端设备”既包括无线信号接收器的设备,其仅具备无发射能力的无线信号接收器的设备,又包括接收和发射硬件的设备,其具有能够在双向通信链路上,执行双向通信的接收和发射硬件的设备。这种设备可以包括:蜂窝或其他通信设备,其具有单线路显示器或多线路显示器或没有多线路显示器的蜂窝或其他通信设备;PCS(Personal Communications Service,个人通信系统),其可以组合语音、数据处理、传真和/或数据通信能力;PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,个人数字助理),其可以包括射频接收器、寻呼机、互联网/内联网访问、网络浏览器、记事本、日历和/或GPS(Global Positioning System,全球定位系统)接收器;常规膝上型和/或掌上型计算机或其他设备,其具有和/或包括射频接收器的常规膝上型和/或掌上型计算机或其他设备。这里所使用的“终端”、“终端设备”可以是便携式、可运输、安装在交通工具(航空、海运和/或陆地)中的,或者适合于和/或配置为在本地运行,和/或以分布形式,运行在地球和/或空间的任何其他位置运行。这里所使用的“终端”、“终端设备”还可以是通信终端、上网终端、音乐/视频播放终端,例如可以是PDA、MID(Mobile Internet Device,移动互联网设备)和/或具有音乐/视频播放功能的移动电话,也可以是智能电视、机顶盒等设备。
本实施方式中的客户终端即为上述的终端。
具体地,请参阅图1,图1为本实施例保险产品配置方法的基本流程示意图。
如图1所示,保险产品配置方法包括下述步骤:
S1100、获取保险因子
保险因子是客户终端获取的用户或销售人员根据保险客户的实际需求,出于实际应用的考虑以及客户对于保险产品专业知识的掌握,在客户终端收录用户需求信息时只要求客户输入实际信息和期望信息。例如:年龄和期望收益率。
举例说明,如图2所示,图2为本实施例客户终端收集保险因子的界面示意图。
如图2所示,客户终端的界面采集保险因子的项目有:客户名称、客户年龄、期望收益率和联系方式四个信息。其中,客户年龄和期望收益率为保险因子。
服务器端获取客户终端上传的保险因子将其作为检索关键字进行保险产品的匹配,由于保险因子过于笼统,因此,保险因子为模糊检索的检索关键字。
S1200、在预设保险产品数据库中检索与所述保险因子对应的保险产品以及保险产品的要点内容显示规则;
保险产品数据库中每一款保险产品均设置有索引标签,方便进行保险产品的匹配。例如,将保险产品的适保人群、适保年龄设定收益率作为检索条件。
在保险数据库中每一款保险产品均具有与其配套设置的要点内容显示规则,要点内容显示规则区别于标准显示规则。标准显示规则中保险产品通常为一个完整的保险文档,按保险产品的各个项目模块按顺序依次排列。众所周知,保险产品的文档文字数量较多,客户逐条阅读耗时耗力,在了解保险产品的之前用户往往只关注:产品保障计划、产品基本信息、保险利益信息的分红测算图表等信息。
为使用户能够迅速了解到保险产品的要点内容,在保险产品的设计之初即标定该保险产品的要点内容显示规则。具体地,要点内容显示规则为保险产品的简约显示脚本,脚本中记载保险产品的那几个项目为要点内容、要点内容的具体内容和要点内容的突出显示方法等信息。客户终端能够根据该要点内容显示规则的脚本,对保险产品的内容进行突出显示。
服务器端将保险因子作为检索条件,在保险产品数据库中检索一个或多个保险产品,同时获取检索结果中每一个保险产品的伴生要点内容显示规则。
要点内容显示规则中对保险产品要点内容的显示方法包括:渲染、提取或裁剪拼接的方式进行突出展示。其中,渲染是指对保险产品中的要点内容的文字进行颜色调节,使其与保险产品中的原有字体颜色有所区分。提取是指将保险产品中的要点内容提取出来,用户在客户端点击与要点内容标题对应的按键时,直接显示与该按键名称相关的内容。裁剪拼接是将保险产品中的要点内容截取后,按要点内容在保险产品中的先后位置拼接成一个简介版本供用户浏览。
S1300、将所述保险产品和所述要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端,以使所述客户终端根据所述要点内容显示规则展示所述保险产品的要点内容。
服务器端将检索得到的保险产品和要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端,客户端根据保险产品和要点内容显示规则呈现保险产品的要点内容。
上述实施方式通过接受客户终端上传的保险因子,在保险产品数据库中进行产品检索,获得对应的一个或多个保险产品,同时,获取对应保险产品的要点内容显示规则,根据该显示规则客户端能够直接获取保险产品的要点内容,同时对要点内容进行突出显示,使用户能够直截了当的看到保险产品中重要的内容,避免用户在整个保险产品中翻找相关内容,导致低效率查看造成的客户流失问题。
由于,保险因子是根据客户的实际需求和资料生成的迷糊检索条件,因此,会导致检索召回的保险产品匹配程度较低或召回的保险产品过多,增加用户的筛选工作量。为解决这一技术问题,本申请实施例在进行检索时,需要将保险因子转化为标准因子。具体请参阅图3,图3为本实施根据标准因子对保险产品精准定位基本流程示意图。
如图3所示,步骤S1100之后还包括下述步骤:
S1101、根据预设转化规则将所述保险因子转化为标准因子,所述标准因子为标准检索式;
服务器端在接受客户终端上传的保险因子后,将该保险因子转化为标准因子。其中,标准因子为标准检索式,即在进行检索时需要限定多个筛选条件,多个筛选条件组成符合检索逻辑的检索式。具体地,请参阅图4,图4为本实施例标准因子的生成方法的流程示意图。
如图4所示,步骤S1101还包括下述步骤:
S1111、在预设的转化对应表中获取所述保险因子对应的多个检索关键字;
服务器端设置保险因子与标准因子中关键字的转化对应表。转化对应表为记载保险因子与构成标准因子的关键字之间映射关系的对应表。服务器端在接收到保险因子后首先根据转化对应表将保险因子转化为多个检索关键字。
举例说明,如图2所示,客户终端收集的用户的填写的保险因子为:用户年龄和期望年化分红利率。其中,国建法律规定分红险为人寿险当中的一种,故期望年化分红利率转化的检索关键字为:“寿险、分红险和分红利率”三个检索关键字。部分保险产品限定开始收益的时间为用户的退休时间,客户年龄为50岁的保险因子对应的检索关键字为“投保时长小于等于10年”。
根据具体的应用场景,能够将保险因子转化为不同的检索关键字。
S1112、将所述多个检索关键字按所述保险因子的逻辑关系进行组合生成标准因子。
服务器端将根据保险因子转化的保险关键字进行逻辑组合,例如:“寿险and分红险and分红利率and投保时长小于等于10年”。但不限于次,例如当财产险也具有分红险产品时,上述标准因子则为:“(寿险or财产险)and(分红险and分红利率and投保时长小于等于10年)”。
S1102、在预设保险产品数据库中检索与所述保险因子对应的保险产品以及保险产品的要点内容显示规则;
服务器端将标准因子作为检索条件,在保险产品数据库中检索一个或多个保险产品,同时获取检索结果中每一个保险产品的伴生要点内容显示规则。
要点内容显示规则中对保险产品要点内容的显示方法包括:渲染、提取或裁剪拼接的方式进行突出展示。其中,渲染是指对保险产品中的要点内容的文字进行颜色调节,使其与保险产品中的原有字体颜色有所区分。提取是指将保险产品中的要点内容提取出来,用户在客户端点击与要点内容标题对应的按键时,直接显示与该按键名称 相关的内容。裁剪拼接是将保险产品中的要点内容截取后,按要点内容在保险产品中的先后位置拼接成一个简介版本供用户浏览。

服务器端将检索得到的保险产品和要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端,客户端根据保险产品和要点内容显示规则呈现保险产品的要点内容。
上述实施方式通过将保险因子转化为标准因子进行检索,能够精准确定保险产品,提高检索召回的准确率。
在一些实施方式中,保险产品中设计有不同的分红策略,需要根据具体的分红参数确定保险产品的分红计算模型,时客户端能够快速向用户展示分红图表。具体请参阅,图5,图5为本实施例获取分红计算模型的流程示意图。
如图5所示,步骤S1200之后还包括下述步骤:
S1201、获取所述保险产品中的精算因子,所述精算因子为所述保险产品的分红参数;
保险产品中的精算因子为分红保险产品中的分红参数。以保险产品中的增额红利为例进行说明:
增额红利=RB t*A
其中,RB t为该保单在t时刻分配到的增额红利;A为按照评估基础计算的在t时刻购买原保单责任的趸交净保费。
分红险中的计算模型不局限于此,还包括(不限于):修正净保费、单实际分配的红利和分配盈余方法等。根据各计算模型中的关键字获取各模型中的参数。精算因子还包括获取分红参数的分红关键字。
S1202、在预设红利数据库中检索与所述精算因子对应的红利计算模型;
通过分红关键字在设置的红利数据库检索出对应的红利计算模型。其中,红利计算模型为预先设置的以其计算的具体内容为索引标签的数学计算模型。
S1203、将所述红利计算模型发送至客户终端,以使所述客户终端根据所述要点内容显示规则展示所述保险产品的分红明细。
服务器端将检索得到的红利计算模型发送至客户端,客户端接收到该红利计算模型后,将对应的红利参数的带入对应的模型后,计算出相应的结果,以向用户展示该保险产品的分红图表。分红图表为多个不同项目红利计算模型计算结果的数据集合。
在一些实施方式中,用户对于保险产品的期望分红利率与现有分红类保险产品的设定分红利率不同,需要根据现有保险产品的实际设定利率对保险产品进行组合,以 满足用户的需求。具体请参阅图6,图6为本实施例组合保险产品的生成方法流程示意图。
如图6所示,步骤S1100之后还包括下述步骤:
S1121、读取所述期望分红利率;
如图2所示,客户端在收集用户保险因子时,能够获取用户期望分红利率。客户终端将期望分红利率上传至服务器端,服务器端读取期望分红利率。当服务器端根据用户的期望保险分红利率进行检索,无法召回匹配的保险产品时,需要以期望分红利率为起点一定范围(例如以2%为范围值)内,检索多个保险产品。
S1122、根据所述期望分红利率将多个所述保险产品组合成为组合险,以使所述组合险的分红利率等于所述期望分红利率。
将多个保险产品两两组合,但不限于次,根据具体应用场景的不同,组合方式能够是每三个为一组、四个为一组或更多个保险产品为一组。计算组合后保险产品的平均分红利率,当平均分红利率与期望分红利率相等时,将该组合保险产品发送至客户终端。举例说明,期望分红利率为4%,检索得到在该期望分红利率范围内的保险产品的有两款,分红利率分别为:3%和5%。则上述两个保险产品的组合符合用户的要求,服务器端将该组合保险产品发送至客户终端。
在一些实施方式中,部分用户在进行保险产品选择之前,已经存在消费记录,服务器端根据用户的消费记录对用户的消费能力和风险承担能力对用户进行归集,具体是将用户划分为:保守型消费者和风险型消费者,归集的划分不局限于此,能够根据具体应用场景的要求,划分出更加细分化的归集类型。由于不同的归集的消费者能够承担的消费风险不同,而分红保险的分红利率的收益也是具有一定风险的,其中,分红利率越大则前期的投资资金需要的就越多,且承担更大的风险;否则,则与之相反。因此,将不同归集的用户根据其消费能力和风险承担能力量化为校准因子。然后根据校准因子校准标准检索式,以求向用户推荐更加符合用户需求的保险产品。具体请参阅图7,图7为本实施例校准标准因子的流程示意图。
S1131、在预存储的历史数据中获取校准因子,所述校准因子为:根据用户历史行为对用户消费能力进行归集得到的归集参数;
服务器端根据获取用户的消费记录,具体为:用户的保险产品消费记录中的保险产品的分红利率、保险金和风险值等信息,将用户划归为一个分类集。举例说明:将用户划分为:保守型消费者和风险型消费者,归集的划分不局限于此,能够根据具体应用场景的要求,划分出更加细分化的归集类型。由于不同的归集的消费者能够承担 的消费风险不同,而分红保险的分红利率的收益也是具有一定风险的,其中,分红利率越大则前期的投资资金需要的就越多,且承担更大的风险;否则,则与之相反。例如:保守型消费者的校正因子为:分红利率区间为:3-4.5%;风险型消费者者的校正因子为:4.5-7%。
S1132、根据所述校准因子对所述标准因子进行校正生成校正检索式;
根据校准因子对标准因子进行校正生成校正检索式。举例说明,用户在进行保险产品选择时,期望的保险产品的分红利率为5.2%,服务器端对该用户的归集标签进行读取后,确定该用户为保守型消费者,其经济能力和承担风险的能力均不足以购买分红利率较高的保险产品。因此,服务器端结合用户需求和归集中的校准因子,对标准因子中的关键字进行校正,将用户期望的分红利率校正为4-4.5%。并以校正后的标准因子进行检索,并向用户推荐保险产品。
在一些实施方式中,处于对用户要求的尊重,服务器端以标准因子和校准后的标准因子分别进行检索,并将检索得到的结果均发送至用户端,供用户选择。
S1133、在所述保险产品数据库中检索与所述校正检索式对应的推荐保险产品以及推荐保险产品的要点内容显示规则;
服务器端将校正检索式作为检索条件,在保险产品数据库中检索一个或多个保险产品,同时获取检索结果中每一个保险产品的伴生要点内容显示规则。
S1134、将所述推荐保险产品和所述要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端。
服务器端将检索得到的保险产品和要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端,客户端根据保险产品和要点内容显示规则呈现保险产品的要点内容。
为解决上述技术问题本申请实施例还提供一种保险产品配置装置。具体请参阅图8,其为本实施例保险产品配置装置基本结构框图。
如图8所示,一种保险产品配置装置,包括:获取模块2100、处理模块2200和执行模块2300。其中,获取模块2100用于获取保险因子,保险因子为模糊检索条件;处理模块2200用于根据保险因子在预设保险产品数据库中检索与保险因子对应的保险产品以及保险产品的要点内容显示规则,其中,要点内容显示规则为突出显示保险产品要点内容的方法;执行模块2300用于将保险产品和要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端,以使客户终端根据要点内容显示规则展示保险产品的要点内容。

如图9所示,计算机设备的内部结构示意图。如图9所示,该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、非易失性存储介质、存储器和网络接口。其中,该计算机设备的非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统、数据库和计算机可读指令,数据库中可存储有控件信息序列,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,可使得处理器实现一种保险产品配置方法。该计算机设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力,支撑整个计算机设备的运行。该计算机设备的存储器中可存储有计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,可使得处理器执行一种保险产品配置方法。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与终端连接通信。本领域技术人员可以理解,图9中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的计算机设备的限定,具体的计算机设备可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。

计算机设备通过接受客户终端上传的保险因子,在保险产品数据库中进行产品检索,获得对应的一个或多个保险产品,同时,获取对应保险产品的要点内容显示规则,根据该显示规则客户端能够直接获取保险产品的要点内容,同时对要点内容进行突出显示,使用户能够直截了当的看到保险产品中重要的内容,避免用户在整个保险产品中翻找相关内容,导致低效率查看造成的客户流失问题。
本申请还提供一种存储有计算机可读指令的存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行上述任一实施例所述保险产品配置方法的步骤。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该计算机程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,前述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)等非易失性存储介质,或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种保险产品配置方法,包括下述步骤:
    获取保险因子;
    在预设保险产品数据库中检索与所述保险因子对应的保险产品以及保险产品的要点内容显示规则;
    将所述保险产品和所述要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端,以使所述客户终端根据所述要点内容显示规则展示所述保险产品的要点内容。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的保险产品配置方法,所述获取保险因子的步骤之后,还包括下述步骤:
    根据预设转化规则将所述保险因子转化为标准因子,所述标准因子为标准检索式;
    在预设保险产品数据库中检索与所述保险因子对应的保险产品以及保险产品的要点内容显示规则;
    将所述保险产品和所述要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的保险产品配置方法,所述在预设保险产品数据库中检索与所述保险因子对应的保险产品以及保险产品的要点内容显示规则的步骤之后,还包括下述步骤:
    获取所述保险产品中的精算因子,所述精算因子为所述保险产品的分红参数;
    在预设红利数据库中检索与所述精算因子对应的红利计算模型;
    将所述红利计算模型发送至客户终端,以使所述客户终端根据所述要点内容显示规则展示所述保险产品的分红明细。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的保险产品配置方法,所述保险因子包括:期望分红利率;
    所述获取保险因子的步骤之后,还包括下述步骤:
    读取所述期望分红利率;
    根据所述期望分红利率将多个所述保险产品组合成为组合险,以使所述组合险的分红利率等于所述期望分红利率。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的保险产品配置方法,所述根据预设转化规则将所述保险因子转化为标准因子的步骤之后,还包括下述步骤:
    在预存储的历史数据中获取校准因子,所述校准因子为:根据用户历史行为对用户消费能力进行归集得到的归集参数;
    根据所述校准因子对所述标准因子进行校正生成校正检索式;
    在所述保险产品数据库中检索与所述校正检索式对应的推荐保险产品以及推荐保 险产品的要点内容显示规则;
    将所述推荐保险产品和所述要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的保险产品配置方法,所述根据预设转化规则将所述保险因子转化为标准因子的步骤,具体包括下述步骤:
    在预设的转化对应表中获取所述保险因子对应的多个检索关键字;
    将所述多个检索关键字按所述保险因子的逻辑关系进行组合生成标准因子。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的保险产品配置方法,所述将所述保险产品和所述要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端的步骤具体包括:
    将所述保险产品和所述要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端,以使所述客户终端采用渲染、提取或裁剪拼接的方式对所述保险产品的要点内容进行突出展示。
  8. 一种保险产品配置装置,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取保险因子;
    处理模块,用于在预设保险产品数据库中检索与所述保险因子对应的保险产品以及保险产品的要点内容显示规则;
    执行模块,用于将所述保险产品和所述要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端,以使所述客户终端根据所述要点内容显示规则展示所述保险产品的要点内容。
  9. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行一种保险产品配置方法,其中所述保险产品配置方法包括以下步骤:
    获取保险因子;
    在预设保险产品数据库中检索与所述保险因子对应的保险产品以及保险产品的要点内容显示规则;
    将所述保险产品和所述要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端,以使所述客户终端根据所述要点内容显示规则展示所述保险产品的要点内容。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,所述获取保险因子的步骤之后,还包括下述步骤:
    根据预设转化规则将所述保险因子转化为标准因子,所述标准因子为标准检索式;
    在预设保险产品数据库中检索与所述保险因子对应的保险产品以及保险产品的要点内容显示规则;
    将所述保险产品和所述要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,所述在预设保险产品数据库中检索与所述 保险因子对应的保险产品以及保险产品的要点内容显示规则的步骤之后,还包括下述步骤:
    获取所述保险产品中的精算因子,所述精算因子为所述保险产品的分红参数;
    在预设红利数据库中检索与所述精算因子对应的红利计算模型;
    将所述红利计算模型发送至客户终端,以使所述客户终端根据所述要点内容显示规则展示所述保险产品的分红明细。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,所述保险因子包括:期望分红利率;
    所述获取保险因子的步骤之后,还包括下述步骤:
    读取所述期望分红利率;
    根据所述期望分红利率将多个所述保险产品组合成为组合险,以使所述组合险的分红利率等于所述期望分红利率。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,所述根据预设转化规则将所述保险因子转化为标准因子的步骤之后,还包括下述步骤:

  14. 一种存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行一种保险产品配置方法,其中所述保险产品配置方法包括以下步骤:
    获取保险因子;
    在预设保险产品数据库中检索与所述保险因子对应的保险产品以及保险产品的要点内容显示规则;
    将所述保险产品和所述要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端,以使所述客户终端根据所述要点内容显示规则展示所述保险产品的要点内容。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性存储介质,所述获取保险因子的步骤之后,还包括下述步骤:
    根据预设转化规则将所述保险因子转化为标准因子,所述标准因子为标准检索式;
    在预设保险产品数据库中检索与所述保险因子对应的保险产品以及保险产品的要 点内容显示规则;
    将所述保险产品和所述要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性存储介质,所述在预设保险产品数据库中检索与所述保险因子对应的保险产品以及保险产品的要点内容显示规则的步骤之后,还包括下述步骤:
    获取所述保险产品中的精算因子,所述精算因子为所述保险产品的分红参数;
    在预设红利数据库中检索与所述精算因子对应的红利计算模型;
    将所述红利计算模型发送至客户终端,以使所述客户终端根据所述要点内容显示规则展示所述保险产品的分红明细。

    将所述多个检索关键字按所述保险因子的逻辑关系进行组合生成标准因子。
  20. 根据权利要求14-19任意一项所述的存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性存储介质,所述将所述保险产品和所述要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端的步骤具体包括:
    将所述保险产品和所述要点内容显示规则发送至客户终端,以使所述客户终端采用渲染、提取或裁剪拼接的方式对所述保险产品的要点内容进行突出展示。
