本申请公开了一种会议管理的方法、装置、终端设备及存储介质,所述方法包括:获取待处理会议的会议信息;根据会议信息计算总费用预算;在预设的会议记录数据库或第三方预订系统中,查询与会议信息和总费用预算相匹配的目标酒店的酒店信息;若查询成功,则将目标酒店的酒店信息发送到客户端;获取用户从目标酒店中选择的意向酒店的酒店信息,并根据意向酒店的酒店信息启动预订流程;若检测到预订流程成功完成,则生成并输出会议二维码。本申请实现了能够根据会议活动的需求合理计算会议总费用预算,并根据会议总费用预算匹配出合适的酒店,并可以自动与酒店的报价信息进行协商。这样更加有效的监控和控制成本,提高会议准备的智能化水平。

本申请以2018年03月30日提交的申请号为201810296491.7,名称为“会议管理的方法、装置、终端设备及存储介质”的中国发明专利申请为基础,并要求其优先权。
技术领域
本申请涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种会议管理的方法、装置、终端设备及存储介质。
背景技术
目前,用户在准备外出开会时,除了在创建会议时,填写会议名称、办会时间、参会人数、办会地点等信息,还要进行会议场地的租赁,会场的布置等。在这些环节当中,都是通过独立操作完成。
由于准备会议的阶段每个环节都是独立操作进行,因此每个环节花费的费用无法统一监控,容易导致监控不到位,造成成本过高的风险。并且各个环节都独立操作,在审批的时候需要逐个进行审批,过程较繁琐,效率不高。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种会议管理的方法,以解决现有技术中企业对会议管理的流程过于繁琐,无法有效监控会议预算和控制会议成本的问题。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种会议管理的方法,包括:
获取待处理会议的会议信息;
根据所述会议信息计算所述待处理会议的总费用预算;
在预设的会议记录数据库或第三方预订系统中,查询与所述会议信息和所述总费用预算相匹配的目标酒店的酒店信息;
若查询成功,则将所述目标酒店的酒店信息发送到客户端,供用户进行选择;
获取所述用户从所述目标酒店中选择的意向酒店的酒店信息,并根据所述意向酒店的酒店信息启动预订流程;
若检测到所述预订流程成功完成,则生成并输出会议二维码。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供一种会议管理的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
第一获取模块,用于获取待处理会议的会议信息;
计算模块,用于根据所述会议信息计算所述待处理会议的总费用预算;
查询模块,用于在预设的会议记录数据库或第三方预订系统中,查询与所述会议信息和所述总费用预算相匹配的目标酒店的酒店信息;

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
实施例1
请参阅图1,图1示出了本实施例提供的会议管理的方法的实现流程。该会议管理的方法应用在对企业会议进行管理的后台服务器中。详述如下:
S1:获取待处理会议的会议信息。
具体地,当需要进行外出会议的时候,用户将与此次会议有关的会议信息填写在客户端,会议管理系统的后台服务器从客户端获取该会议信息。会议信息具体可以包括会议名称,会议举办地,会议天数以及会议人数等。
需要说明的是,由于参加会议用户的等级不同,例如,总经理,部门经理,普通员工 的等级区别,导致不同等级参加会议的费用标准不同,因此,在填写会议人数时,需要将每个级别的人数分别进行填写。
S2:根据会议信息计算待处理会议的总费用预算。
在本申请实施例中,后台服务器在收到用户发送的待处理会议的会议信息后,根据会议信息中的会议天数和会议人数等信息计算待处理会议的总费用预算。
S3:在预设的会议记录数据库或第三方预订系统中,查询与会议信息和总费用预算相匹配的目标酒店的酒店信息。
在本申请实施例中,会议记录数据库中记录了历史会议信息,该历史会议信息包括了历史会议的会议举办地,会议人数,会议天数和该历史会议使用的酒店信息。
具体地,根据步骤S2计算得到的总费用预算,以及待处理会议的会议信息,在预设的会议记录数据库和第三方预订系统中,查询满足总费用预算和待处理会议的会议信息的目标酒店的酒店信息。在查询目标酒店的酒店信息的时候,优先查询在会议记录数据库中满足会议的总费用预算和待处理会议的会议信息的酒店信息。
其中,第三方预订系统具体可以是互联网上的酒店预订系统,例如携程,美团等酒店预订系统。
需要说明的是,无论在会议记录数据库中能否查询到满足会议的总费用预算和待处理会议的会议信息的酒店信息,在会议记录数据库中查询结束后,还可以继续在第三方预订系统中查询满足会议的总费用预算和待处理会议的会议信息的酒店信息。
进一步地,若在预设的会议记录数据库和第三方预订系统中都查询不到满足会议的总费用预算和待处理会议的会议信息的酒店信息,则向客户端反馈查询失败信息,请求用户重新输入待处理会议的会议信息。
S4:若查询成功,则将目标酒店的酒店信息发送到客户端,供用户进行选择。
在本申请实施例中,若在会议记录数据库和第三方预订系统中查询成功,则将查询到的目标酒店的酒店信息发送到客户端,其中,酒店信息包括了目标酒店的名字,地址信息以及报价信息等。
进一步地,若在会议记录数据库和第三方预订系统均查询不成功,则向客户端发送查询失败的信息,请求用户更改查询目标酒店的条件,以便重新进行查询。
S5:获取用户从目标酒店中选择的意向酒店的酒店信息,并根据该意向酒店的酒店信息启动预订流程。
在本申请实施例中,用户从客户端中的目标酒店的酒店信息中选择意向酒店,后天服 务器检测到用户的选择操作后,获取用户选择的意向酒店的酒店信息,并根据该意向酒店的酒店信息启动预订流程。
在启动预订流程时,后台服务器根据意向酒店的酒店信息向该酒店信息对应的供应商发送该意向酒店的酒店报价,供应商根据酒店报价进行酒店预订,并向酒店支付相应的费用,完成预订流程。
S6:若检测到预订流程成功完成,则生成并输出会议二维码。
在本申请实施例中,会议二维码包括了会议信息二维码和会议签到二维码等。会议信息二维码中包含了会议名称、会议举办日期、会议举办地和酒店信息等会议信息。
后台服务器生成会议二维码,并将给会议二维码发送给用户,使得用户通过扫描会议信息二维码获取此次会议的会议信息,通过扫描会议签到二维码进行会议签到,以便后台服务端统计参加所会议的用户的到场情况。
在图1对应的实施例中,根据获取到的待处理会议的会议信息合理计算该待处理会议的总费用预算,基于该总费用预算自动匹配出合适的酒店,并根据用户选择的意向酒店自动完成预订流程,从而更加有效的监控和控制成本,降低成本风险,提高会议管理的智能化水平。
接下来,在图1对应的实施例的基础之上,下面通过一个具体的实施例对步骤S2中提及的根据会议信息计算待处理会议的总费用预算的具体实现方法进行详细说明。
在本申请实施例中,会议信息具体包括会议天数和参加会议的不同级别用户的人数。

其中,F代表总费用预算,F i代表i级别用户的费用预算,n i代表i级别用户的人数,T i代表i级别用户的预设路费标准,A i代表i级别用户的预设餐饮费用标准,L i代表i级别用户的预设住宿标准,J代表会议天数,S代表预设的额外费用,m代表级别数量。
在本申请实施例中,总费用预算包括了路费、餐饮、住宿和额外费用的预算总和,其中,额外费用为会议布置所需的费用。
需要说明的是,在计算总费用预算时,制定各个级别的用户的预设路费标准、预设餐饮费用标准和预设住宿标准时,可以根据会议信息中的会议举办地来进行调整,如果会议 举办地为消费水平比较高的地方,例如北京,上海,深圳等一线城市,可以提高预设的餐饮费用标准和预设的住宿标准。
在本申请实施例中,由于参加会议的用户存在用户等级的不同,因此不同等级的用户的会议费用标准存在不同,在计算总费用预算的时候,将各个等级的用户分开进行计算,能够使计算出来的结果更加准确。同时,根据会议举办地的消费水平,调整预设的餐饮费用标准和预设的住宿标准,能够使计算的结果更加合理。
在图1对应的实施例的基础之上,下面通过一个具体的实施例对步骤S3提及的在预设的会议记录数据库或第三方预订系统中,查询与会议信息和总费用预算相匹配的目标酒店的酒店信息的具体实现方法进行详细说明。
在本申请实施例中,会议信息还包括会议举办地信息。会议举办地具体可以包括地址信息或会议举办城市等。
请参阅图2,图2示出了本申请实施例提供的步骤S3的具体实现流程,详述如下:
S31:若会议举办地信息中包含地址信息,则根据地址信息,在会议记录数据库或第三方预订系统中,查询在距离地址信息预设的范围之内,并且满足会议信息和总费用预算的目标酒店的酒店信息。
在本申请实施例中,若在接收到的会议举办地的信息中,包含了会议举办地的地址信息,则在会议记录数据库或第三方预订系统中,在预设的范围内查询满足会议信息和总费用预算的目标酒店的酒店信息。
S32:若会议举办地中只包含会议举办城市,则在会议记录数据库或第三方预订系统中,查询在会议举办城市中满足会议信息和总费用预算的目标酒店的酒店信息。
具体的,若用户在填写会议举办地时,只填写了会议举办的城市,则在会议记录数据库或第三方预订系统中查询目标酒店时,该目标酒店不仅要能满足会议信息和总费用预算,还要满足能够会议人数的场地供用户开展会议。
进一步地,若会议记录数据库中存储了在该城市的酒店内开展会议的记录,则可以从会议记录数据库中将该记录中的酒店信息反馈至客户端,供用户选择。
在图2对应的实施例中,根据用户填写的会议举办地的信息,查询满足会议信息和总费用预算的目标酒店,这样做的好处在于省去人工挑选目标酒店的时间。在有会议举办地的地址信息的情况下,在距离地址信息预设的范围之内查询目标酒店,能够使查询结果更加人性化,提高查询的智能化水平。
在图1对应的实施例的基础之上,下面通过一个具体的实施例对步骤S4中提及的若 查询成功,则将目标酒店的酒店信息发送到客户端,供用户进行选择的具体实现流程进行详细说明。
在本申请实施例中,酒店信息包括酒店报价。
请参阅图3,图3示出了本申请实施例提供的步骤S4的具体实现流程,详述如下:
S41:若查询成功,则从会议记录数据库获取目标酒店的历史报价信息。
具体的,若会议记录数据库中存储了用户选定的意向酒店,则查询该意向酒店的历史报价信息。
S42:若酒店报价高于历史报价信息,则启动与目标酒店之间的询价流程,得到询价结果。
具体的,若酒店报价高于历史报价信息,则自动向目标酒店发送重新提供报价信息的请求,请求目标酒店降低报价。
S43:若询价结果小于酒店报价,则将酒店报价更新为询价结果。
需要说明的是,在向目标酒店的进行询价流程的同时,还可以向满足会议信息但不超过预设的阈值的总费用预算的酒店启动询价流程,将询价结果为酒店报价满足总费用预算的酒店更新至目标酒店的列表中。
S44:将目标酒店的酒店信息发送到客户端,供用户进行选择。
需要说明的是,若目标酒店中的酒店信息有更新,则将更新后的目标酒店的酒店信息发送到客户端,供用户进行选择。其中,目标酒店中的酒店信息的更新包括酒店报价的更新和目标酒店中的酒店数量的更新。
在图3对应的实施例中,通过对满足会议信息和总费用预算的目标酒店自动多轮询价流程,能够进一步的节省会议费用。同时,通过对满足会议信息但不超过预设的阈值的总费用预算的酒店启动多轮询价流程,能够丰富用户在选择酒店时的选择。
在图1对应的实施例的基础之上,在步骤S6中提及的若检测到所述预订流程成功完成,则生成并输出会议二维码之后,还可以对会议费用进行结算审核和支付。
如图4所示,该会议管理的方法还包括:
S7:接收用户发送的包含待报销会议费用的报销申请信息。
在本申请实施例中,当会议结束后,用户需要对会议使用的会议费用进行报销,则需要发送报销申请信息,该报销申请信息中的待报销会议费用具体可以包括此次会议实际花费的路费,住宿费,餐饮费以及额外费用等。
S8:将报销申请信息发送给预设的审核人员,以使审核人员对待报销会议费用进行审 核。
具体的,预设的审核人员在对报销申请信息中的待报销会议费用进行审核时,对比会议总费用预算和待报销会议费用,审核待报销会议费用是否超出会议总费用预算,在审核结束后反馈审核数据。
S9:接收审核人员返回的审核数据,其中,审核数据包括审核结果和待支付会议费用。
具体的,审核结果包括审核通过和审核不通过,若待报销会议费用中有超出会议总费用预算的费用,则该费用超出会议总费用的部分的审核结果为审核不通过,该费用不超过会议总费用预算的部分的审核结果为审核通过。
S10:若审核结果为审核通过,则启动支付流程,将待支付会议费用支付至会议供应商。
具体的,待支付会议费用为待报销会议费审核通过的部分,在对待报销会议费用审核结束后,将待支付会议费用通过支付流程,支付给会议供应商。
若审核结果为审核不通过,则向客户端反馈审核不通过的提示信息和审核不通过的理由。
在图4对应的实施例中,由于该系统为一站式操作,因此审核人能够在系统上清晰的了解每个环节花费的费用,方便进行报销的审批。同时一站式操作系统也降低了多系统维护的成本。
在图1对应的实施例的基础之上,在步骤S4中提及的若查询成功,则将目标酒店的酒店信息发送到客户端,供用户进行选择之后,还可以将会议信息和酒店信息存储在会议记录数据库中。该会议管理的方法还包括:
在接收到客户端反馈的酒店的确认消息后,将会议的会议信息和确认信息对应的酒店信息,存储在会议记录数据库中。
具体的,在用户确认了会议的酒店后,后台服务器则将该会议的会议信息和酒店信息,存储在会议记录数据库中,若该会议的酒店信息中的酒店报价信息,低于会议记录数据库中该酒店的历史报价信息,则将该酒店报价信息座位该酒店的历史报价信息,在会议记录数据库中更新。
在本申请实施例中,在每次会议结束以后,将包括酒店名称,酒店地址以及酒店报价的酒店信息和用户对此次使用该酒店的评分存入会议记录数据库,能够不断更新酒店资源,提高竞价优势,而且还能够节约资金成本和筛选酒店时的时间成本。
应理解,上述实施例中各步骤的序号的大小并不意味着执行顺序的先后,各过程的执 行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定,而不应对本申请实施例的实施过程构成任何限定。

可以理解地,所述非易失性可读存储介质可以包括:能够携带所述计算机可读指令代 码的任何实体或装置、记录介质、U盘、移动硬盘、磁碟、光盘、计算机存储器、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、电载波信号和电信信号等。

图6是本申请一实施例提供的终端设备的示意图。如图6所示,该实施例的终端设备70包括:处理器71、存储器72以及存储在存储器72中并可在处理器71上运行的计算机可读指令73,例如会议管理的程序。处理器71执行计算机可读指令73时实现上述各个会议管理的方法实施例中的步骤,例如图1所示的步骤S1至步骤S6。或者,处理器71执行计算机可读指令73时实现上述各装置实施例中各模块/单元的功能,例如图5所示模块61至模块66的功能。
示例性的,计算机可读指令73可以被分割成一个或多个模块/单元,一个或者多个模块/单元被存储在存储器72中,并由处理器71执行,以完成本申请。一个或多个模块/单元可以是能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机可读指令73的指令段,该指令段用于描述计算机可读指令73在终端设备70中的执行过程。例如,计算机可读指令73可以被分割成第一获取模块、计算模块、查询模块、消息反馈模块、预订模块和二维码生成模块,各模块具体功能如下:

历时报价查询子模块,用于若查询成功,则从所述会议记录数据库获取所述目标酒店的历史报价信息;
询价子模块,用于若所述酒店报价高于所述历史报价信息,则启动与所述目标酒店之间的询价流程,得到询价结果;
酒店报价更新子模块,用于若所述询价结果小于所述酒店报价,则将所述酒店报价更新为所述询价结果;
酒店信息反馈子模块,用于将目标酒店的酒店信息发送到所述客户端,供所述用户进行选择。
进一步地,该会议管理的装置还包括:
第二获取模块,用于接收用户发送的包含待报销会议费用的报销申请信息。
审核信息发送模块,用于将所述报销申请信息发送给预设的审核人员,以使所述审核人员对所述待报销会议费用进行审核。
审核结果获取模块,用于接收所述审核人员返回的审核数据,其中,所述审核数据包括审核结果和待支付会议费用。
支付模块,用于若所述审核结果为审核通过,则启动支付流程,将所述待支付会议费用支付至会议供应商。
进一步地,会议管理的装置还包括:
会议信息存储子模块,用于在接收到客户端反馈的所述酒店的确认消息后,将所述会 议的所述会议信息和所述确认信息对应的所述酒店的所述酒店信息,存储在所述会议记录数据库中。
终端设备70可以是桌上型计算机、笔记本、掌上电脑及云端服务器等计算设备。终端设备可包括,但不仅限于,处理器71、存储器72。本领域技术人员可以理解,图6仅仅是终端设备70的示例,并不构成对终端设备70的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件,例如终端设备还可以包括输入输出设备、网络接入设备、总线等。
所称处理器71可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
存储器72可以是终端设备70的内部存储单元,例如终端设备70的硬盘或内存。存储器72也可以是终端设备70的外部存储设备,例如终端设备70上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,存储器72还可以既包括终端设备70的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。存储器72用于存储计算机可读指令以及终端设备所需的其他程序和数据。存储器72还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为了描述的方便和简洁,仅以上述各功能单元、模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能单元、模块完成,即将所述装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能单元或模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种会议管理的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取待处理会议的会议信息;
    根据所述会议信息计算所述待处理会议的总费用预算;
    在预设的会议记录数据库或第三方预订系统中,查询与所述会议信息和所述总费用预算相匹配的目标酒店的酒店信息;
    若查询成功,则将所述目标酒店的酒店信息发送到客户端,供用户进行选择;
    获取所述用户从所述目标酒店中选择的意向酒店的酒店信息,并根据所述意向酒店的酒店信息启动预订流程;
    若检测到所述预订流程成功完成,则生成并输出会议二维码。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的会议管理的方法,其特征在于,所述会议信息包括会议天数和参加会议的不同级别用户的人数,所述根据所述会议信息计算所述待处理会议的总费用预算包括:

    若所述会议举办地信息中包含地址信息,则根据所述地址信息,在所述会议记录数据库或所述第三方预订系统中,查询在距离所述地址信息预设的范围之内,并且满足所述会议信息和所述总费用预算的所述目标酒店的所述酒店信息;
    若所述会议举办地信息中只包含会议举办城市,则在所述会议记录数据库或所述第三方预订系统中,查询在所述会议举办城市中满足所述会议信息和所述总费用预算的所述目标酒店的所述酒店信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的会议管理的方法,其特征在于,所述酒店信息包括酒店报价,所述若查询成功,则将目标酒店的酒店信息发送到客户端,供用户进行选择包括:
    若查询成功,则从所述会议记录数据库获取所述目标酒店的历史报价信息;
    若所述酒店报价高于所述历史报价信息,则启动与所述目标酒店之间的询价流程,得到询价结果;
    若所述询价结果小于所述酒店报价,则将所述酒店报价更新为所述询价结果;
    将目标酒店的酒店信息发送到所述客户端,供所述用户进行选择。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的会议管理的方法,其特征在于,所述若检测到所述预订流程成功完成,则生成并输出会议二维码之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收用户发送的包含待报销会议费用的报销申请信息;
    将所述报销申请信息发送给预设的审核人员,以使所述审核人员对所述待报销会议费用进行审核;
    接收所述审核人员返回的审核数据,其中,所述审核数据包括审核结果和待支付会议费用;
    若所述审核结果为审核通过,则启动支付流程,将所述待支付会议费用支付至会议供应商。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的会议管理的方法,其特征在于,所述若查询成功,则将所述目标酒店的酒店信息发送到客户端,供用户进行选择步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    在接收到客户端反馈的所述酒店的确认消息后,将所述会议的所述会议信息和所述确认信息对应的所述酒店的所述酒店信息,存储在所述会议记录数据库中。
  7. 一种会议管理的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取待处理会议的会议信息;
    计算模块,用于根据所述会议信息计算所述待处理会议的总费用预算;
    查询模块,用于在预设的会议记录数据库或第三方预订系统中,查询与所述会议信息和所述总费用预算相匹配的目标酒店的酒店信息;
    消息反馈模块,用于若查询成功,则将所述目标酒店的酒店信息发送到客户端,供用户进行选择;
    预订模块,用于获取所述用户从所述目标酒店中选择的意向酒店的酒店信息,并根据所述意向酒店的酒店信息启动预订流程;
    二维码生成模块,用于若检测到所述预订流程成功完成,则生成并输出会议二维码。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的会议管理的装置,其特征在于,所述会议信息包括会议天数和参加会议的不同级别用户的人数,所述计算模块包括:

    获取待处理会议的会议信息;
    根据所述会议信息计算所述待处理会议的总费用预算;
    在预设的会议记录数据库或第三方预订系统中,查询与所述会议信息和所述总费用预算相匹配的目标酒店的酒店信息;
    若查询成功,则将所述目标酒店的酒店信息发送到客户端,供用户进行选择;
    获取所述用户从所述目标酒店中选择的意向酒店的酒店信息,并根据所述意向酒店的酒店信息启动预订流程;
    若检测到所述预订流程成功完成,则生成并输出会议二维码。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述会议信息包括会议天数和参加会议的不同级别用户的人数,所述根据所述会议信息计算所述待处理会议的总费用预算,具体包括以下步骤:

    若查询成功,则从所述会议记录数据库获取所述目标酒店的历史报价信息;

    将所述报销申请信息发送给预设的审核人员,以使所述审核人员对所述待报销会议费用进行审核;
    接收所述审核人员返回的审核数据,其中,所述审核数据包括审核结果和待支付会议费用;

  15. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性可读存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行如下步骤:
    获取待处理会议的会议信息;
    根据所述会议信息计算所述待处理会议的总费用预算;
    在预设的会议记录数据库或第三方预订系统中,查询与所述会议信息和所述总费用预算相匹配的目标酒店的酒店信息;
    若查询成功,则将所述目标酒店的酒店信息发送到客户端,供用户进行选择;
    获取所述用户从所述目标酒店中选择的意向酒店的酒店信息,并根据所述意向酒店的酒店信息启动预订流程;
    若检测到所述预订流程成功完成,则生成并输出会议二维码。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述会议信息包括会议天数和参加会议的不同级别用户的人数,所述根据所述会议信息计算所述待处理会议的总费用预算,具体包括以下步骤:
