本申请实施例提供一种基于场景推荐应用的方法及装置,涉及通信技术领域,可以提高终端向用户推荐的服务与用户需求的契合度,降低终端为用户提供服务的过程的复杂度。具体方案包括:终端获取当前场景信息,并将当前场景信息与一个或多个提示规则进行匹配;在确定当前场景信息与第一提示规则相匹配时,显示与第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息,以提示在当前场景信息对应的场景下有推荐的应用;响应于用户对第一提示消息的第一操作,显示包括第一提示消息提示的应用的推荐项的第一推荐界面;响应于用户对第一推荐界面中的第一推荐项的选择操作,显示第一应用的界面。

Description

一种基于场景推荐应用的方法及装置 技术领域
本申请涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于场景推荐应用的方法及装置。
背景技术
随着智能终端的普及,智能终端的性能的提高,智能终端中可以安装的应用(Application,APP)越来越多。智能终端可以为用户推荐热门APP,用户可以在智能终端推荐的APP中选择其所需要的APP,然后下载并安装该APP的客户端,以在智能终端使用该APP享受该APP提供的各项服务。
但是,存在的问题是:智能终端为用户推荐的热门APP与用户的当前需求可能并不相符,即智能终端进行的APP推荐可能是无效的推荐。
并且,在用户选择了其所需要的APP后,智能终端104需要下载并安装该APP的客户端,然后响应于用户操作打开该APP的客户端并进入其所需要的服务项,才能为用户提供相应的服务。智能终端为用户提供服务的过程复杂,其人机交互性能较低。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种基于场景推荐应用的方法及装置,可以提高终端向用户推荐的服务与用户需求的契合度,降低终端为用户提供服务的过程的复杂度,从而可以提高终端的人机交互性能。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种基于场景推荐应用的方法,该方法包括:终端获取当前场景信息,并将当前场景信息与一个或多个提示规则进行匹配;然后在确定当前场景信息与第一提示规则相匹配时,显示与第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息,以提示在当前场景信息对应的场景下有推荐的应用;随后,终端可以响应于用户对第一提示消息的第一操作,显示包括第一提示消息提示的应用的推荐项的第一推荐界面;最后,终端可以响应于用户对第一推荐界面中的第一推荐项的选择操作,显示第一应用的界面。
本申请实施例中,由于当前场景信息可以体现出用户的当前状态;因此,提示在当前场景信息对应的场景下推荐的应用可以符合用户的当前需求。由此可见,通过本方案,可以提高终端向用户推荐的服务与用户需求的契合度。
并且,终端响应于用户对第一推荐界面中的第一推荐项的选择操作,可以直接显示与第一推荐项对应的第一应用的界面,即终端推荐的应用为用户提供即点即用的直达服务,不需要下载并安装APP的客户端至终端。即通过本申请实施例的方法,可以简化终端为用户提供服务过程中的用户操作,并且可以避免在终端中下载安装APP的客户端而占用终端内存。综上所述,通过本申请实施例的方法,可以提高终端的人机交互性能,进而提高用户体验。
在第一方面的一种可能的设计方式中,上述一个或多个提示规则可以是终端从网络设备获取的。在终端将当前场景信息与一个或多个提示规则进行匹配之前,终端可 以接收并保存网络设备推送的包括第一提示规则的一个或多个提示规则。其中,网络设备可以在接收运营人员配置的一个或多个提示规则后,便向终端发送该一个或多个提示规则。
在第一方面的另一种可能的设计方式中,上述第一提示消息也可以是终端从网络设备获取的。例如,网络设备可以在接收运营人员配置的与第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息后,向终端推送该第一提示消息;或者,终端可以在确定当前场景信息与第一提示规则相匹配时,主动从网络设备获取与第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息。
在第一方面的另一种可能的设计方式中,终端不仅可以从网络设备获取第一提示规则和第一提示消息,还可以接收网络设备发送的包括第一推荐界面的界面元素的第一用户界面(User Interface,UI)元素,以及用于调用第一UI元素以显示第一推荐界面的第一界面文件。
在一种实现方式中,终端可以接收并保存网络设备推送的第一UI元素和第一界面文件。其中,网络设备可以在接收到运营人员配置的第一UI元素和第一界面文件后,向终端推送第一UI元素和第一界面文件。
在这种实现方式中,虽然终端响应于用户对第一提示消息的第一操作,可以直接运行终端中保存的第一界面文件以调用第一UI元素,显示第一推荐界面;但是,在终端显示第一提示消息后,用户不一定会对第一提示消息执行第一操作,即用户不一定会查看第一场景包中的应用。这样,即使终端接收并保存了第一UI元素和第一界面文件,第一UI元素和第一界面文件也不会被使用,反而会占用终端的内存。
基于此,在另一种实现方式中,终端可以在接收到用户对第一提示消息的第一操作时,再从网络设备获取第一UI元素和第一界面文件,运行获取到的第一界面文件以调用第一UI元素,显示第一推荐界面。具体的,终端可以响应于用户对第一提示消息的第一操作,向网络设备发送第一获取请求,以请求获取第一UI元素和第一界面文件;然后接收网络设备发送的包括第一UI元素和第一界面文件的第一获取响应。其中,终端响应于用户对第一提示消息的第一操作,才从网络设备获取第一UI元素和第一界面文件。这样,可以避免用户不一定会查看第一提示消息提示的应用,而预先保存第一UI元素和第一界面文件时,第一UI元素和第一界面文件对终端内存的占用。
在第一方面的另一种可能的设计方式中,终端还可以在显示第一推荐界面之后,接收用户对第一提示规则的修改,以便于可以根据修改后的第一提示规则向用户推荐应用,以提高终端向用户推荐应用的时机与用户需求的符合度。具体的,在上述终端响应于用户对第一提示消息的第一操作,显示与第一提示消息对应的第一推荐界面之后,本申请实施例的方法还可以包括:终端响应于用户在第一推荐界面的第二操作,显示包括第一提示规则的规则修改界面;接收用户在规则修改界面对第一提示规则的修改,保存修改后的第一提示规则。
在第一方面的另一种可能的设计方式中,终端接收用户在规则修改界面对第一提示规则的修改更新第一提示规则后,还可以向网络设备发送包括修改后的第一提示规则的规则修改消息,以指示网络设备针对该终端的用户账号保存修改后的第一提示规则。假设终端当前登录的是第一用户账号,那么当用户在另一终端登录该第一用户账号时,另一终端便可以从网络设备获取针对第一用户账号保存的修改后的第一提示规 则,从而可以根据修改后的第一提示规则向用户推荐应用。
在第一方面的另一种可能的设计方式中,终端还可以在显示第一推荐界面之后,接收用户对第一提示消息提示的应用的增加或者删除操作,使得第一提示消息可以提示更加符合用户需求的应用。具体的,终端可以响应于用户对第一推荐界面中的第二推荐项的删除操作,从第一推荐界面中删除第二推荐项以显示第二推荐界面。
在第一方面的另一种可能的设计方式中,终端接收用户对第一推荐界面中的第二推荐项的删除操作后,还可以向网络设备发送第一通知消息,以指示网络设备针对所述终端的用户账号,修改第一界面文件和第一UI元素,以使得运行修改后的第一界面文件调用修改后的第一UI元素显示第二推荐界面,并针对所述终端的用户账号保存修改后的第一界面文件和修改后的第一UI元素。如此,假设终端当前登录的是第一用户账号,那么当用户在另一终端登录该第一用户账号时,另一终端便可以从网络设备获取针对第一用户账号保存的修改后的第一界面文件和第一UI元素,从而可以运行修改后的第一界面文件调用修改后的第一UI元素显示不包括所述第二推荐项的第二推荐界面。
在第一方面的另一种可能的设计方式中,终端响应于用户的操作不仅可以删除第一推荐界面中的推荐项,还可以在第一推荐界面中增加推荐项。具体的,终端可以响应于用户在第一推荐界面的第三操作,显示包括一个或多个推荐项的服务增加界面,所述服务增加界面,其中,一个或多个推荐项中的每个推荐项对应一个应用;然后响应于用户对一个或多个推荐项中第三推荐项的选择操作,在第一推荐界面增加第三推荐项以显示包括所述第三推荐项的第三推荐界面。
在第一方面的另一种可能的设计方式中,终端响应于用户对第三推荐项的选择操作,还可以向网络设备发送第二通知消息,以指示网络设备针对所述终端的用户账号,修改第一界面文件和第一UI元素,以使得修改后的第一界面文件调用修改后的第一UI元素显示第三推荐界面,并针对所述终端的用户账号保存修改后的第一界面文件和修改后的第一UI元素。
在第一方面的另一种可能的设计方式中,假设终端当前登录第一用户账号,那么在终端由第一用户账号切换至第二用户账号时,可以向网络设备发送包括第二用户账号的规则查询消息;然后接收网络设备发送的包括第二提示规则的规则查询响应,该第二提示规则是所述网络设备针对第二用户账号保存的提示规则;再从网络设备获取用于提示在当前场景信息对应的场景下推荐的应用发第二提示消息,以在当前场景信息与第二提示规则相匹配时,显示第二提示消息。
在第一方面的另一种可能的设计方式中,上述终端从网络设备获取所述一个或多个提示规则,包括:终端接收所述网络设备发送的所述一个或多个提示规则;或者,终端向网络设备发送包括终端的用户账号的规则查询消息,接收网络设备发送的规则查询响应,该规则查询响应包括网络设备针对用户账号保存的所述一个或多个提示规则;其中,上述网络设备针对每个用户账号保存有登录对应用户账号的终端上报的提示规则。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供一种基于场景推荐应用的方法,该方法包括:网络设备获取第一提示规则和第一提示消息;网络设备向终端发送所述第一提示消息和第 一提示规则,以使得终端在当前场景信息与第一提示规则相匹配时,显示第一提示消息。其中,第一提示消息和第一提示规则的详细描述,可以参考本申请实施例第一方面及其可能的设计方式中的介绍,本申请实施例这里不再赘述。
本申请实施例中,由于当前场景信息可以体现出用户的当前状态;因此,提示在当前场景信息对应的场景下推荐的应用可以符合用户的当前需求。由此可见,通过本方案,可以提高终端向用户推荐的服务与用户需求的契合度。并且,终端推荐的应用为用户提供即点即用的直达服务,不需要下载并安装APP的客户端至终端。即通过本申请实施例的方法,可以简化终端为用户提供服务过程中的用户操作,并且可以避免在终端中下载安装APP的客户端而占用终端内存。综上所述,通过本申请实施例的方法,可以提高终端的人机交互性能,进而提高用户体验。
在第二方面的一种可能的设计方式中,网络设备上为一个或多个应用配置有第一界面文件和第一用户界面UI元素;其中,第一UI元素包括第一推荐界面的界面元素,第一界面文件用于在被运行时调用第一UI元素以显示所述第一推荐界面,第一推荐界面包括一个或多个应用的推荐项。网络设备可以接收运营人员为一个或多个应用配置的第一界面文件和第一UI元素。
在一种实现方式中,网络设备可以在接收到运营人员配置的第一界面文件和第一UI元素后,便向终端推送该第一界面文件和第一UI元素。在这种实现方式中,虽然终端响应于用户对第一提示消息的第一操作,可以直接运行终端中保存的第一界面文件以调用第一UI元素,显示第一推荐界面;但是,在终端显示第一提示消息后,用户不一定会对第一提示消息执行第一操作,即用户不一定会查看第一场景包中的应用。这样,即使终端接收并保存了第一UI元素和第一界面文件,第一UI元素和第一界面文件也不会被使用,反而会占用终端的内存。
基于此,在另一种实现方式中,网络设备在向终端向发送第一提示规则之后,如果接收到终端发送的第一获取请求,则可以向终端发送包括第一界面文件和第一UI元素的第一获取响应。这样,可以避免用户不一定会查看第一提示消息提示的应用,而预先保存第一UI元素和第一界面文件时,第一UI元素和第一界面文件对终端内存的占用。
在第二方面的另一种可能的设计方式中,网络设备在向终端发送上述第一获取响应后,终端可能会对在第一推荐界面修改第一提示规则。本申请实施例的方法还包括:网络设备接收终端发送的包括修改后的第一提示规则和终端的用户账号的规则修改消息;网络设备响应于规则修改消息,针对该用户账号保存修改后的第一提示规则。这样,网络设备也可以更新第一提示规则,假设终端当前登录的是第一用户账号,那么当用户在另一终端登录该第一用户账号时,另一终端便可以从网络设备获取针对第一用户账号保存的修改后的第一提示规则,从而可以根据修改后的第一提示规则向用户推荐应用。
在第二方面的另一种可能的设计方式中,网络设备在向终端发送上述第一获取响应后,终端可能会对在第一推荐界面中删除或者增加推荐项。本申请实施例的方法还包括:网络设备接收终端发送的通知消息,该通知消息用于指示网络设备针对终端的用户账号,修改第一界面文件和所述第一UI元素;网络设备响应于通知消息,针对终 端的用户账号修改第一界面文件和第一UI元素,以使得运行修改后的第一界面文件以调用修改后的第一UI元素时显示第二推荐界面,并针对终端的用户账号保存修改后的第一界面文件和修改后的第一UI元素。其中,第二推荐界面相对于第一推荐界面而言,增加或者减少了一个或多个应用的推荐项。

在第二方面的另一种可能的设计方式中,上述网络设备向终端发送第一提示消息的方法可以包括:网络设备响应于接收到终端发送的第二获取请求,根据第二获取请求向终端发送所述第一提示消息。
第三方面,本申请实施例提供一种基于场景推荐应用的方法,该方法包括:网络设备接收终端发送的当前场景信息;网络设备将当前场景信息与一个或多个提示规则进行匹配;网络设备确定当前场景信息与所述一个或多个提示规则中的第一提示规则相匹配时,向终端发送与第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息,或者指示终端显示与第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息,终端存储有第一提示消息。其中,第一提示消息用于提示在当前场景信息对应的场景下有推荐的应用。
其中,网络设备可以接收终端上报的当前场景信息,并在第一提示规则与当前场景信息相匹配时,指示终端显示与第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息,以提示在当前场景信息对应的场景下推荐的应用。由于当前场景信息可以体现出用户的当前状态;因此,提示在当前场景信息对应的场景下推荐的应用可以符合用户的当前需求。由此可见,通过本申请实施例的方法可以提高终端向用户推荐的服务与用户需求的契合度。

本申请实施例提供一种基于场景推荐应用的方法,终端向用户推荐的应用可以是由服务供应商在一个集成开关环境(Integrated Development Environment,IDE)中开发的、可以运行在终端上为用户提供服务的基于网页的应用(简称网页应用),也即,应用的界面由网页页面来呈现,应用与用户的交互通过用户与网页页面的交互来实现;终端向用户推荐的应用也可以是服务供应商在IDE中采用JavaScript语言开发的应用(简称JS应用)。上述IDE由提供本申请实施例所述的推荐应用的方案的运营商提供。
本申请实施例中的应用既可以是传统的APP,也可以是不需要安装,只需运行或打开应用对应的文件即可使用的应用(如前述基于网页应用或者JS应用),对于这些应用终端只需要提供应用的入口,便可以为用户提供即开即用的服务体验。这些无需安装的应用可以为用户提供直达服务(Direct-Service),也可以称为直达服务。直达服务可以参考MIUI8.5稳定版中对直达服务的详细描述,本申请实施例这里不予赘述。不失一般性,本申请的实施例中,以直达的应用为例进行描述。
本申请实施例中,可以将与同一场景信息匹配的多个应用包含于该场景信息对应的场景包中向用户推荐。也就是说,可以通过场景包的形式向用户推荐提供上述直达服务的应用。即场景包是一种根据终端的当前场景信息为用户提供服务集的业务,服务集包括一个或多个提供直达服务的应用。
示例性的,本申请实施例中的场景信息可以包括时间信息、地址信息和地址变化信息中的至少一项。其中,时间信息用于指示当前时间;地址信息用于指示终端当前所处的地点,如国家、省、市、县区和街道等;地址变化信息可以为“终端的地址信息由A市变为B市”。
本申请实施例中,可以统计用户在日常生活、工作和学习过程中,由于场景信息(如时间信息和/或地址信息)的变化而触发的用户需求,来确定该场景信息对应的应用。
例如,旅行途中的用户需求可以包括:预定机票、预定酒店和景点推荐等,这些用户需求对应的场景信息可以为“终端的地址信息由A市变为B市”,那么该场景信息对应的应用则可以包括用于提供“预定机票”、“预定酒店”和“景点推荐”等服务的应用。本申请实施例中,可以将提供“预定机票”、“预定酒店”和“景点推荐”等服务的应用包含在上述场景信息对应的场景包(如旅游场景包)中向用户推荐。
又例如,春节前夕的用户需求可以包括:预定机票、购置年货和预定年夜饭等,假设2018年的春节假期为2月15日-2月21日,这些用户需求对应的场景信息可以为2月1日-2月14日。那么,该场景信息对应的应用则可以包括用于提供“预定机票”、“购置年货”和“预定年夜饭”等服务的应用。本申请实施例中,可以将提供“预定 机票”、“购置年货”和“预定年夜饭”等服务的应用包含在上述场景信息对应的场景包(如春节场景包)中向用户推荐。
本申请实施例中,终端向用户推荐场景包具体是指:终端向用户推荐该场景包中的应用。其中,终端可以通过场景包的形式为用户提供多个应用的入口。
请参考图1,其示出了本申请实施例提供的一种推荐系统的系统架构示意图。如图1所示,该推荐系统100可以包括:服务管理设备101、场景包管理设备102、策略管理设备103和终端104。
本申请实施例这里对上述推荐系统中的各个设备进行介绍:
服务管理设备101用于管理由服务供应商提供的多个应用(也称为直达服务)。具体的,服务管理设备101中可以保存由服务供应商开发的多个应用的应用文件(如JavaScript文件或者网页文件)。终端104运行一个应用的应用文件便可以显示该应用的界面,终端104可以响应于用户在应用的界面的操作,与应用的服务端交互,为用户提供相应的服务。
场景包管理设备102用于管理多个场景包。具体的,场景包管理设备102用于管理多个场景包中每个场景包的配置信息。请参考图2,其示出了本申请实施例提供的一种配置信息的实例示意图。如图2所示,一个场景包的配置信息200可以包括:场景包的基本要素201、场景包的服务列表202、场景包的提示规则203、场景包的UI元素204和场景包的界面文件205。
在本发明的实施例中,界面文件可以是网页文件,终端打开(也可以称为“运行”)所述网页文件时,该网页文件会调用UI元素,以页面的形式呈现相关界面;界面文件也可以是JS文件,终端在运行JS文件时调用UI元素,呈现相关界面。当然,界面文件也可以是终端中用以实现相关界面展示功能的应用文件(如Android操作系统中的apk文件),终端的apk文件被运行并调用UI元素,呈现相关界面。其中,apk为Android Package。
其中,场景包的基本要素201用于标识该场景包。例如,如图2所示,场景包的基本要素201可以包括:场景包的基本信息。场景包的基本信息包括场景包的标识(如场景包的名称)。可选的,场景包的基本信息还可以包括场景包的版本信息等。
可选的,如图2所示,场景包的基本要素201还可以包括场景包的标题和背景图。场景包的标题可以是对该场景包所提供的服务(即场景包中的应用提供的服务)的简介。例如,上海的旅游场景包的标题可以为“您当前在上海,为您提供上海市的旅行生活服务”。场景包的背景图可以作为上述标题的背景图片。可以理解,虽然场景包的标识可以用于标识该场景包,但是场景包的标题和背景图可以从视觉上更加直观的提高用户对该场景包的认知,以标识该场景包。
场景包的服务列表202中包括该场景包中的各个应用的标识。即场景包的服务列表202可以用于指示该场景包中包括哪些应用。可选的,场景包的服务列表202中包括该场景包中的各个应用的版本信息等。
场景包的提示规则203是指终端104向用户推荐该场景包的条件,终端104可以在当前场景信息与场景包的提示规则203匹配时向用户推荐该场景包。即场景包的提 示规则203可以用于指示终端104在当前场景信息满足哪些条件时可以向用户推荐该场景包。

场景包的UI元素204包括上述服务列表202中各个应用呈现在场景包的推荐界面的界面元素,例如卡片或者磁贴。其中,一个应用的卡片或者磁贴中包括该应用的主题文本,或者包括该应用的主题文本和主题图片,并且一个应用的卡片或者磁贴作为该应用的入口。具体的,场景包的推荐界面中各个应用的卡片或者磁贴与对应的应用存在链接,终端104响应于用户对推荐界面中一个应用的卡片或者磁贴的操作(如点击操作),可以显示该应用的界面。
其中,终端104可以运行场景包的界面文件205调用场景包的UI元素204,显示包括该场景中的各个应用的界面元素(如磁贴或者卡片)的推荐界面。
其中,场景包管理设备102中保存的配置信息是由运营人员根据市场需求配置的。例如,在一个新的场景包上线前,场景包管理设备102可以接收运营人员的配置操作,将服务管理设备101中的一个或多个应用配置为该场景包中的应用,并为该场景包配置配置信息。
举例来说,如表1所示,其示出了本申请实施例提供的一种配置信息表的实例示意表。场景包管理设备102可以采用表1的方式保存各个场景包的配置信息,当然,场景包管理设备102保存配置信息的方式包括但不限于表1所示的方式,其他的管理方式本申请实施例这里不予赘述。

策略管理设备103接收到场景包的提示规则203后,可以向终端104发送场景包的提示规则203,以便于终端104保存该提示规则203,并在当前场景信息与该提示规则203匹配时向用户推荐对应的场景包。其中,终端104向用户推荐场景包的具体方法可以参考后续实施例中的详细描述,本申请实施例这里不再赘述。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中的策略管理设备103、服务管理设备101和场景包管理设备102可以是独立的三个设备。在这种情况下,场景包管理设备102为本申请实施例中的网络设备,策略管理设备103可以为本申请实施例中的其他网络设备。或者,上述策略管理设备103和场景包管理设备102的功能可以集成在一个设备(即本申请实施例中的网络设备)中实现。或者,上述策略管理设备103、服务管理设备101和场景包管理设备102的功能可以集成在一个设备(即本申请实施例中的网络设备)中实现。
本申请实施例中仅以策略管理设备103、服务管理设备101和场景包管理设备102是独立的三个设备为例,对本申请实施例的方法进行说明。
上述终端104可以为便携式计算机(如图3所示的手机300)、笔记本电脑、个人计算机(Personal Computer,PC)、可穿戴电子设备(如智能手表)、平板电脑、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)\虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)设备、车载电脑等,以下实施例对该终端104的具体形式不做特殊限制。
如图3所示,以手机300作为上述终端104举例,手机300具体可以包括:处理器301、射频(Radio Frequency,RF)电路302、存储器303、触摸屏304、蓝牙装置305、一个或多个传感器306、WiFi装置307、定位装置308、音频电路309、外设接口310以及电源装置311等部件。这些部件可通过一根或多根通信总线或信号线(图3中未示出)进行通信。本领域技术人员可以理解,图3中示出的硬件结构并不构成对手机的限定,手机300可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
下面结合图3对手机300的各个部件进行具体的介绍:
处理器301是手机300的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接手机300的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器303内的应用程序,以及调用存储在存储器303内的数据,执行手机300的各种功能和处理数据。在一些实施例中,处理器301可包括一个或多个处理单元。在本申请一些实施例中,上述处理器301还可以包括指纹验证芯片,用于对采集到的指纹进行验证。
射频电路302可用于无线信号的接收和发送。特别地,射频电路302可以将基站的下行数据接收后,给处理器301处理;另外,将涉及上行的数据发送给基站。通常,射频电路包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器、双工器等。此外,射频电路302还可以通过无线通信和其他设备通信。所述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于全球移动通讯系统、通用分组无线服务、码分多址、宽带码分多址、长期演进等。
存储器303用于存储应用程序以及数据,处理器301通过运行存储在存储器303 的应用程序以及数据,执行手机300的各种功能以及数据处理。存储器303主要包括存储程序区以及存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等);存储数据区可以存储根据使用手机300时所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)。此外,存储器303可以包括高速随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM),还可以包括非易失存储器,例如磁盘存储器件、闪存器件或其他易失性固态存储器件等。存储器303可以存储各种操作系统。上述存储器303可以是独立的,通过上述通信总线与处理器301相连接;存储器303也可以和处理器301集成在一起。
触摸屏304具体可以包括触控板304-1和显示器304-2。
其中,触控板304-1可采集手机300的用户在其上或附近的触摸事件(比如用户使用手指、触控笔等任何适合的物体在触控板304-1上或在触控板304-1附近的操作),并将采集到的触摸信息发送给其他器件(例如处理器301)。其中,用户在触控板304-1附近的触摸事件可以称之为悬浮触控;悬浮触控可以是指,用户无需为了选择、移动或拖动目标(例如图标等)而直接接触触控板,而只需用户位于设备附近以便执行所想要的功能。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型来实现触控板304-1。
显示器(也称为显示屏)304-2可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及手机300的各种菜单。可以采用液晶显示器、有机发光二极管等形式来配置显示器304-2。触控板304-1可以覆盖在显示器304-2之上,当触控板304-1检测到在其上或附近的触摸事件后,传送给处理器301以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器301可以根据触摸事件的类型在显示器304-2上提供相应的视觉输出。
需要说明的是,虽然在图3中,触控板304-1与显示屏304-2是作为两个独立的部件来实现手机300的输入和输出功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触控板304-1与显示屏304-2集成而实现手机300的输入和输出功能。可以理解的是,触摸屏304是由多层的材料堆叠而成,本申请实施例中只展示出了触控板(层)和显示屏(层),其他层在本申请实施例中不予记载。另外,触控板304-1可以以全面板的形式配置在手机300的正面,显示屏304-2也可以以全面板的形式配置在手机300的正面,这样在手机的正面就能够实现无边框的结构。
另外,手机300还可以具有指纹识别功能。例如,可以在手机300的背面(例如后置摄像头的下方)配置指纹采集器件(即指纹识别器)312,或者在手机300的正面(例如触摸屏304的下方)配置指纹采集器件312。又例如,可以在触摸屏304中配置指纹采集器件312来实现指纹识别功能,即指纹采集器件312可以与触摸屏304集成在一起来实现手机300的指纹识别功能。在这种情况下,该指纹采集器件312配置在触摸屏304中,可以是触摸屏304的一部分,也可以以其他方式配置在触摸屏304中。本申请实施例中的指纹采集器件312的主要部件是指纹传感器,该指纹传感器可以采用任何类型的感测技术,包括但不限于光学式、电容式、压电式或超声波传感技术等。
手机300还可以包括蓝牙装置305,用于实现手机300与其他短距离的设备(例如手机、智能手表等)之间的数据交换。本申请实施例中的蓝牙装置可以是集成电路 或者蓝牙芯片等。
上述一个或多个传感器306包括:用于检测用户对侧边的按压操作和用户在侧边的滑动操作的传感器。
当然,上述一个或多个传感器306包括但不限于上述传感器,例如,该一个或多个传感器306还可以包括光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节触摸屏304的显示器的亮度,接近传感器可在手机300移动到耳边时,关闭显示器的电源。作为运动传感器的一种,加速计传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;至于手机300还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
WiFi装置307,用于为手机300提供遵循WiFi相关标准协议的网络接入,手机300可以通过WiFi装置307接入到WiFi热点,进而帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。在其他一些实施例中,该WiFi装置307也可以作为WiFi无线接入点,可以为其他设备提供WiFi网络接入。
定位装置308,用于为手机300提供地理位置。可以理解的是,该定位装置308具体可以是全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)或北斗卫星导航系统、俄罗斯GLONASS等定位系统的接收器。
其中,定位装置308在接收到上述定位系统发送的地理位置后,将该信息发送给处理器301进行处理,或者发送给存储器303进行保存。在另外的一些实施例中,该定位装置308还可以是辅助全球卫星定位系统(Assisted Global Positioning System,AGPS)的接收器,AGPS系统通过作为辅助服务器来协助定位装置308完成测距和定位服务,在这种情况下,辅助定位服务器通过无线通信网络与设备例如手机300的定位装置308(即GPS接收器)通信而提供定位协助。
在另外的一些实施例中,该定位装置308也可以是基于WiFi热点的定位技术。由于每一个WiFi热点都有一个全球唯一的媒体访问控制(Media Access Control,MAC)地址,设备在开启WiFi的情况下即可扫描并收集周围的WiFi热点的广播信号,因此可以获取到WiFi热点广播出来的MAC地址;设备将这些能够标示WiFi热点的数据(例如MAC地址)通过无线通信网络发送给位置服务器,由位置服务器检索出每一个WiFi热点的地理位置,并结合WiFi广播信号的强弱程度,计算出该设备的地理位置并发送到该设备的定位装置308中。
音频电路309、扬声器313、麦克风314可提供用户与手机300之间的音频接口。音频电路309可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器313,由扬声器313转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,麦克风314将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路309接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出至RF电路302以发送给比如另一手机,或者将音频数据输出至存储器303以便进一步处理。
外设接口310,用于为外部的输入/输出设备(例如键盘、鼠标、外接显示器、外部存储器、用户识别模块卡等)提供各种接口。例如通过通用串行总线(Universal Serial  Bus,USB)接口与鼠标连接,通过用户识别模块卡卡槽上的金属触点与电信运营商提供的用户识别模块卡(Subscriber Identification Module,SIM)卡进行连接。外设接口310可以被用来将上述外部的输入/输出外围设备耦接到处理器301和存储器303。
在本发明实施例中,手机300可通过外设接口310与设备组内的其他设备进行通信,例如,通过外设接口310可接收其他设备发送的显示数据进行显示等,本发明实施例对此不作任何限制。
手机300还可以包括给各个部件供电的电源装置311(比如电池和电源管理芯片),电池可以通过电源管理芯片与处理器301逻辑相连,从而通过电源装置311实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。
尽管图3未示出,手机300还可以包括摄像头(前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头)、闪光灯、微型投影装置、近场通信(Near Field Communication,NFC)装置等,在此不再赘述。
以下实施例中的方法均可以在具有上述硬件结构的手机300中实现。
本申请实施例提供一种基于场景推荐应用的方法,如图4所示,该方法包括S401-S405:
S401、终端104获取当前场景信息。
其中,当前场景信息包括时间信息、地址信息和地址信息的变化中的至少一项。
S402、终端104将当前场景信息与一个或多个提示规则进行匹配。
其中,终端104中保存有一个或多个提示规则203,每一个提示规则对应于一个场景包,即终端104中保存有一个或多个场景包的提示规则203。终端104中保存的提示规则203是上述场景包管理设备102或者策略管理设备103(即网络设备)向终端104发送的。
本申请实施例中的提示规则为终端104向用户推荐场景包(即场景包中的应用)的条件。终端104可以实时获取终端104的当前场景信息,并将当前场景信息与终端104中保存的各个场景包的提示规则203进行匹配,在当前场景信息与一个场景包的提示规则匹配时,终端104可以向用户推荐该场景包。
S403、终端104确定当前场景信息与第一提示规则相匹配时,显示与第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息,该第一提示消息用于提示在当前场景信息对应的场景下有推荐的应用。
第一提示规则是上述一个或多个提示规则中的一个提示规则。可以理解,由于第一提示规则与当前场景信息匹配,且第一提示规则与第一提示消息对应;因此,第一提示消息可以用于提示与第一提示规则相匹配的当前场景信息对应的场景下推荐的应用。本申请实施例的后续描述中,以第一提示规则为第一场景包的提示规则,第一提示消息为第一场景包的提示消息为例,对本申请实施例的方法进行说明。
其中,终端104可以采用预设方式显示第一提示消息。举例来说,上述预设方式包括:在通知栏显示第一提示消息、在负一屏显示第一提示消息或在窗口小部件(Widget)显示第一提示消息等方式,终端104显示第一提示消息的其他方式本申请实施例这里不予赘述。
例如,以图5所示的手机300是上述终端104,上述预设方式为“在通知栏显示第一提示消息”为例。假设手机300获取到的当前场景信息为“手机300的地址信息由上海变为西安”;第一场景包为西安旅游场景包,该西安旅游场景包的提示规则203为“用户持终端104由外省市进入西安”;该西安旅游场景包提供的应用包括“语音导游服务”、“专车服务”和“西安热门景点”等。
由于当前场景信息“手机300的地址信息由上海变为西安”与西安旅游场景包的提示规则203“终端104由外省市进入西安”匹配;因此,如图5中的(a)所示,手机300可以在通知栏显示西安旅游场景包的第一提示消息501。
本申请实施例中,第一提示消息用于提示在当前场景信息对应的场景下推荐的应用(即第一场景包中的应用)具体可以为:第一提示消息中包括第一场景包的标识,第一场景包的标识可以用于提示第一场景包中的应用。
可选的,第一提示消息中还可以包括第一场景包的标题和/或背景图。其中,第一场景包的标题和/或背景图可以从视觉上更加直观的提高用户对第一场景包的认知,以提示该第一场景包中的应用。例如,如图5中的(a)所示,西安旅游场景包的第一提示消息501中包括西安旅游场景包的标题“为您提供西安市的旅行、生活服务!”502,西安旅游场景包的第一提示消息501还包括背景图片503。本申请实施例中,一个场景包的背景图片可以是与该场景包所提供的服务相关的背景图片。例如,西安旅游场景包的背景图片503为西安特色古建筑的图片。
在本申请实施例中,场景包的标题、背景图片和场景包的基本信息统称为场景包的基本要素201。其中,场景包的基本信息可以包括场景包的标识(如场景包的名称)和版本信息。终端104中可以保存多个场景包的提示规则203和基本要素201,以便于在第一场景包的提示规则203与当前场景信息匹配时,显示第一场景包的提示消息,以实现第一场景包的推送。可选的,终端104中也可以仅保存多个场景包的提示规则203,第一场景包的基本要素201是终端104在第一场景包的提示规则203与当前场景信息匹配时,从上述场景包管理设备102获取的。
S404、终端104响应于用户对第一提示消息的第一操作,显示与第一提示信息对应的第一推荐界面,该第一推荐界面包括一个或多个应用的推荐项。
上述第一操作可以为用户对该提示消息的点击操作(如单击、双击或者长按)。当用户对第一提示消息执行第一操作时,表示用户想要查看第一提示消息提示的应用。此时,终端104则可以响应于第一操作,显示第一推荐界面。在本申请实施例中,推荐界面(如第一推荐界面)中的推荐项为磁贴或者卡片。
具体的,本申请实施例中,终端104响应于上述第一操作,可以从场景包管理设备102获取第一UI元素(即第一场景包的UI元素)和第一界面文件(即第一场景包的界面文件),然后运行第一界面文件,以调用第一UI元素,显示包括第一提示消息提示的应用的磁贴或者卡片的第一推荐界面。其中,第一提示消息提示的应用为上述第一场景包中的应用。相应的,第一推荐界面包括第一场景包中的应用的推荐项。
请参考图5,当用户点击图5中的(a)所示的第一提示消息501时,手机300响应于用户对第一提示消息501的点击操作,显示图5中的(b)所示的第一推荐界面504。图5中的(b)所示的第一推荐界面504中包括上述应用“语音导游服务”、“专 车服务”和“西安热门景点”等的推荐项。
需要强调的是,本申请实施例所述的终端104(如手机300)中无需安装第一场景包提供的服务对应的APP的客户端。例如,手机300中没有安装“语音导游服务”、“专车服务”和“西安热门景点”对应的APP的客户端。
在本申请实施例中,一个应用的推荐项不仅可以用于标识该应用,还可以作为该应用的入口。终端104响应于用户对应用的推荐项的操作,可以为用户提供该应用对应的服务。
S405、终端104响应于用户对第一推荐界面中的第一推荐项的选择操作,显示与第一推荐项对应的第一应用的界面。
其中,终端104响应于用户对第一推荐界面中的第一推荐项的选择操作,可以运行第一应用的应用文件,以显示第一应用的界面。当第一应用是网页应用时,第一应用的应用文件是网页文件,如超级文本标记语言(Hyper Text Markup Language,HTML)文件;当第一应用是JS应用时,第一应用的应用文件是JavaScript文件。终端104响应于用户对第一推荐项的选择,可以从服务管理设备101获取第一应用的应用文件。服务管理设备101中可以保存多个应用的应用文件。
可选的,终端104响应于用户对第一推荐项的选择,可以判断终端104中是否保存有第一应用的应用文件;当终端104中未保存第一应用的应用文件时,终端104从服务管理设备101获取第一应用的应用文件;当终端104中保存了第一应用的应用文件时,则可以直接运行终端104中保存的第一应用的应用文件。终端104中保存的第一应用的应用文件第一程序文件是终端104从服务管理设备101获取的。
参考图5,当用户点击图5中的(b)所示的第一推荐项“语音导游”时,手机300响应于用户对第一推荐项“语音导游”选择,显示图5中的(c)所示的应用“语音导游”的界面505。其中,“语音导游”的界面505中包括西安的多个旅游景点(如“西安钟楼”、“大雁塔”、“兵马俑”和“华山”等)的语音导游服务项。
举例来说,以图6所示的手机300是上述终端104,上述预设方式为“在负一屏显示第一提示消息”为例。假设手机300获取到的当前场景信息为“2018年2月1日”;第一场景包为春节场景包,第一提示规则为“2月1日-2月14日”;该春节场景包提供的应用包括“年夜饭预定”、“年货会”和“机票预定”等。
由于当前场景信息“2018年2月1日”与第一提示规则203“2月1日-2月14日”匹配;因此,如图6中的(a)所示,手机300可以在负一屏601显示春节场景包的第一提示消息602。第一提示消息602中包括春节场景包的标题“为您提供春节便捷服务!”。
当用户点击图6中的(a)所示的第一提示消息602时,手机300响应于用户对第一提示消息602的点击操作,显示图6中的(b)所示的第一推荐界面603。图6中的(b)所示的第一推荐界面603中包括上述应用“年夜饭预定”、“年货会”和“机票预定”等的推荐项。当用户点击图6中的(b)所示的“机票预定”的推荐项时,手机300响应于用户对第一推荐项“机票预定”选择,显示图6中的(c)所示的“机票预定”的界面604。其中,手机300中没有安装“年夜饭预定”、“年货会”和“机票预定”对应的APP客户端。
本申请实施例提供一种基于场景推荐应用的方法,终端104可以获取当前场景信息,并在第一提示规则与当前场景信息相匹配时,显示与第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息,以提示在当前场景信息对应的场景下推荐的应用。由于当前场景信息可以体现出用户的当前状态;因此,提示在当前场景信息对应的场景下推荐的应用可以符合用户的当前需求。由此可见,通过本申请实施例的方法可以提高终端向用户推荐的服务与用户需求的契合度。
并且,终端104响应于用户对第一推荐界面中的第一推荐项的选择操作,可以直接显示与第一推荐项对应的第一应用的界面,即终端104推荐的应用可以为用户提供即点即用的直达服务,不需要下载并安装APP的客户端至终端104。即通过本申请实施例的方法,可以简化终端104为用户提供服务过程中的用户操作,并且可以避免在终端104中下载安装APP的客户端而占用终端104内存。综上所述,通过本申请实施例的方法,可以提高终端104的人机交互性能,进而提高用户体验。
可以理解,为了协助终端104执行S401-S405以向用户推荐场景包,场景包管理设备102可以预先接收运营人员为第一场景包配置的配置信息,服务管理设备101也可以预先保存服务供应商使用IDE开发的多个应用的应用文件。具体的,如图7所示,在上述S401-S405之前,本申请实施例的方法还可以包括S701-S704:
S701、服务管理设备101保存服务供应商使用IDE开发的多个应用的应用文件。
其中,服务管理设备101可以为服务供应商提供IDE,以便于各个服务供应商可以在统一的IDE中开发应用。上述多个应用包括第一场景包中的应用。
S702、场景包管理设备102接收并保存运营人员配置的第一配置信息。
其中,第一配置信息是上述第一场景包的配置信息。例如,第一配置信息包括上述第一提示规则、第一界面文件和第一UI元素等。在第一场景包上线前,场景包管理设备102可以响应于运营人员的配置操作,接收并保存运营人员输入的第一场景包的配置信息。
如图2所示,一个场景包的配置信息200可以包括:场景包的基本要素201、场景包的服务列表202、场景包的提示规则203、场景包的UI元素204和场景包的界面文件205。场景包的配置信息中各个信息的具体内容和功能可以参考本申请实施例对图2的介绍,本申请实施例这里不再赘述。
其中,第一场景包的基本要素201和提示规则203可以是由运营人员设置的。第一场景包的服务列表202可以是场景包管理设备102响应于用户对服务管理设备101中的应用的选择操作自动生成的。第一场景包的UI元素204是场景包管理设备102从服务管理设备101获取的,该UI元素204包括用户选择的应用的推荐项的界面元素,例如卡片或者磁贴。一个应用的卡片或者磁贴中包括:该应用的主题图片和/或主题文本。第一场景包的界面文件205可以是由开发人员预先开发的程序文件,该界面文件2055用于调用上述UI元素204,以呈现推荐界面,该推荐界面包括第一场景中的各个应用的推荐项(如磁贴或者卡片)。
S703、场景包管理设备102向终端104发送第一提示规则和第一提示消息。
其中,场景包管理设备102向终端104发送第一提示消息具体可以为:场景包管 理设备102向终端104发送第一场景包的基本要素201。由上述实施例可知,终端104显示的第一提示消息中包括第一场景包的基本要素201。
S704、终端104接收并保存场景包管理设备102发送的第一提示规则和第一提示消息。
场景包管理设备102在接收运营人员输入的第一场景包的配置信息后,可以向终端104发送第一场景包的提示规则203和基本要素201,以便于终端104可以在第一提示规则与当前场景信息匹配时,向用户推荐第一场景包。本申请的一个实施例中,终端104向用户推荐第一场景包,具体为:终端104显示第一提示消息。
可选的,在S702之后,场景包管理设备102可以向策略管理设备103发送第一提示规则,即第一场景包的提示规则,以便于策略管理设备103可以统一管理多个场景包的提示规则。如图7所示,在S702之后,本申请实施例的方法还可以包括S705-S706:

可选的,本申请实施例中,场景包管理设备102可以仅向终端104发送第一提示消息或者第一场景包的基本要素201,由策略管理设备103在S706之后,向终端104发送第一提示规则。
进一步的,场景包管理设备102可以接收运营人员对场景包的配置信息的修改,并保存第一场景包修改后的配置信息。当场景包的提示规则203被修改时,场景包管理设备102可以向策略管理设备103发送修改后的提示规则,由策略管理设备103采用修改后的提示规则更新第一规则集合中、被修改的场景包的标识对应的提示规则。
可选的,在S702之后,场景包管理设备102不仅可以向终端104发送第一场景包的提示规则203和基本要素201,还可以向终端104发送第一场景包的UI元素(即第 一UI元素)和界面文件(即第一界面文件),以便于终端104响应于用户对第一提示消息的第一操作,可以直接根据第一UI元素和第一界面文件显示第一场景包的推荐界面(即第一推荐界面)。
但是,在终端104显示第一提示消息后,用户不一定会对第一提示消息执行第一操作,即用户不一定会查看第一场景包中的应用。这样,即使终端104接收并保存了场景包管理设备102发送的第一UI元素和第一界面文件,第一UI元素和第一界面文件也不会被使用,反而会占用终端104的内存。基于此,终端104可以在接收到用户对第一提示消息的第一操作时,再从场景包管理设备102获取第一UI元素和第一界面文件。具体的,如图7所示,上述S404可以包括S404a-S404d。

本申请实施例中,终端104在接收到用户对第一提示消息的第一操作时,才从场景包管理设备102获取第一UI元素和第一界面文件。这样,可以避免用户不一定会查看第一提示消息提示的应用,而预先保存第一UI元素和第一界面文件时,第一UI元素和第一界面文件对终端104内存的占用。
进一步的,终端104还可以在显示第一推荐界面(即终端104执行S404)之后,接收用户对第一提示规则的修改,以便于可以根据修改后的第一提示规则向用户推荐第一场景包,以提高终端104向用户推荐第一场景包的时机与用户需求的符合度。如 图8所示,在上述S404之后,本申请实施例的方法还可以包括S801-S802:
S801、终端104响应于用户在第一推荐界面的第二操作,显示规则修改界面,该规则修改界面包括第一提示规则。
示例性的,本申请实施例中的第二操作可以是用户在第一推荐界面输入的预设手势;或者,第一推荐界面中包括规则管理项,第二操作可以是用户对规则管理项的点击操作(如单击或双击)。例如,如图9中的(a)所示,第二操作可以是用户在手机300显示的第一推荐界面901中输入的半圆手势902;或者,如图9中的(b)所示,第二操作可以是用户对第一推荐界面903中的规则管理项904的点击操作。

其中,上述“2018年2月1日-2018年2月14日”和“西安”都是当前场景信息要满足的条件。即第一提示规则中可以包括多个条件。终端104判断当前场景信息与第一提示规则是否匹配时,可以在当前场景信息满足第一提示规则中的所有条件时,才确定当前场景信息与第一提示规则相匹配。例如,假设第一提示规则为“2018年2月1日-2018年2月14日”和“西安”,那么当时间信息满足“2018年2月1日-2018年2月14日”,且地址信息满足“西安”时,终端104可以确定当前场景信息与第一提示规则相匹配。
或者,终端104判断当前场景信息与第一提示规则是否匹配时,可以在当前场景信息满足第一提示规则中的任一条件时,即使当前场景信息不满足第一提示规则中的其他条件,终端104也可以确定当前场景信息与第一提示规则相匹配。例如,假设第一提示规则为“2018年2月1日-2018年2月14日”和“西安”,那么当时间信息满足“2018年2月1日-2018年2月14日”时,终端104可以确定当前场景信息与第一提示规则相匹配。
本申请实施例中,终端104响应于用户的操作,不仅可以在第一提示规则中增加条件,还可以修改第一提示规则中的条件。例如,终端104响应于用户的操作,可以将上述“2018年2月1日-2018年2月14日”更新为“2018年2月1日-2018年2月 10日”。

其中,用户对第三推荐项的选择操作可以为用户对第三推荐项的点击操作。例如, 手机300响应于用户对图14中的(b)所示的“火车票预定”的推荐项的点击操作,并点击图14中的(b)中的“OK”按钮后,手机300可以显示图14中的(c)所示的包括用户选择的“火车票预定”的推荐项(即第三推荐项)的第三推荐界面。

可以理解,由于登录第一用户账号的终端104增减场景包中的应用后,向场景包管理设备102发送第一通知消息或者第二通知消息,使得场景包管理设备102更新第一场景包的配置信息;那么,当用户在另一终端登录第一用户账号时,另一终端便可以从场景包管理设备102获取到针对该第一用户账号保存的场景包的配置信息,即另一终端可以获取到针对该用户账号保存的场景包更新后的配置信息。通过本方案,可以实现登录同一用户账号的不同终端上、场景包的配置信息的同步。
在本申请另一实施例中,可以由网络设备(如场景包管理设备102)将当前场景信息与一个或多个提示规则进行匹配,并在确定当前场景信息与第一提示规则相匹配时,指示终端显示与第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息。然后,终端104可以显示与第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息,然后执行S404-S405。
在该实施例中,网络设备可以不向终端104发送一个或多个提示规则,而是由终端104向网络设备上报终端104的当前场景信息;网络设备接收到终端104上报的当前场景信息后,则可以将当前场景信息与一个或多个提示规则进行匹配。其中,终端104可以实时向网络设备上报其当前场景信息;或者,终端104可以在终端104的地址信息发生预设变化时,向网络设备上报其当前场景信息。预设变化可以为终端104的地址变化大于预设阈值。
需要说明的是,该实施例中,在终端104显示第一推荐界面后,本申请实施例的方法还可以包括S801-S804、S1001-S1005、S1201-S1202,以及S1501-S1502。其中, 终端执行S404-S405、S801-S804、S1001-S1005、S1201-S1202,以及S1501-S1502的具体方法可以参考上述实施例中的详细描述,本申请实施例这里不再赘述。
本申请实施例提供一种基于场景推荐应用的方法,网络设备可以接收终端104上报的当前场景信息,并在第一提示规则与当前场景信息相匹配时,指示终端104显示与第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息或者向终端104发送第一提示消息,以提示在当前场景信息对应的场景下推荐的应用。由于当前场景信息可以体现出用户的当前状态;因此,提示在当前场景信息对应的场景下推荐的应用可以符合用户的当前需求。由此可见,通过本申请实施例的方法可以提高终端向用户推荐的服务与用户需求的契合度。
并且,终端104响应于用户对第一推荐界面中的第一推荐项的选择操作,可以直接显示与第一推荐项对应的第一应用的界面,即终端104推荐的应用可以为用户提供即点即用的直达服务,不需要下载并安装APP的客户端至终端104。即通过本申请实施例的方法,可以简化终端104为用户提供服务过程中的用户操作,并且可以避免在终端104中下载安装APP的客户端而占用终端104内存。综上所述,通过本申请实施例的方法,可以提高终端104的人机交互性能,进而提高用户体验。
可以理解的是,上述终端和管理设备等为了实现上述功能,其包含了执行各个功能相应的硬件结构和/或软件模块。本领域技术人员应该很容易意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,本申请实施例能够以硬件或硬件和计算机软件的结合形式来实现。某个功能究竟以硬件还是计算机软件驱动硬件的方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本申请实施例的范围。
本申请实施例可以根据上述方法示例对上述终端和管理设备进行功能模块的划分,例如,可以对应各个功能划分各个功能模块,也可以将两个或两个以上的功能集成在一个处理模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。需要说明的是,本申请实施例中对模块的划分是示意性的,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式。

在采用集成单元的情况下,上述获取单元1601和匹配单元1602等可以集成在一个处理模块中实现,上述接收单元1604和发送单元1606可以是终端1600的RF电路、WiFi模块或者蓝牙模块,上述存储单元1605可以是终端1600的存储模块,上述显示单元1603可以是显示模块,如显示器(触摸屏)。
图18示出了上述实施例中所涉及的终端的一种可能的结构示意图。该终端1800包括:处理模块1801、存储模块1802、显示模块1803和通信模块1804。
处理模块1801用于对终端1800进行控制管理。显示模块1803用于显示图像。存储模块1802,用于保存终端1800的程序代码和数据,以及多个敏感特征及其敏感程度。通信模块1804用于与其他设备通信。如通信模块用于接收或者向其他设备发送的消息或者图像文件。
其中,处理模块1801可以是处理器或控制器,例如可以包括CPU和GPU,通用处理器,数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP),专用集成电路(Application-Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC),现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、晶体管逻辑器件、硬件部件或者其任意组合。其可以实现或执行结合本申请公开内容所描述的各种示例性的逻辑方框,模块和电路。所述处理器也可以是实现计算功能的组合,例如包含一个或多个微处理器组合,DSP和微处理器的组合等等。通信模块1804可以是收发器、收发电路或通信接口等。存储模块1802可以是存储器。
当处理模块1801为处理器(如图3所示的处理器301),通信模块为射频电路(如图3所示的射频电路302),存储模块1802为存储器(如图3所示的存储器303),显示模块3403为显示器,如触摸屏(包括图3所示的触控板304-1和显示板304-2时,本申请所提供的设备可以为图3所示的手机300。其中,上述通信模块1804不仅可以包括射频电路,还可以包括WiFi模块和蓝牙模块。射频电路、WiFi模块和蓝牙模块等通信模块可以统称为通信接口。其中,上述处理器、通信接口、触摸屏和存储器可以通过总线耦合在一起。
在采用对应各个功能划分各个功能模块的情况下,如图19所示,本申请实施例提供一种网络设备1900,该网络设备1900为本申请实施例中的网络设备,即图1所示的场景包管理设备102。该网络设备1900包括:输入单元1901和发送单元1902。

在采用对应各个功能划分各个功能模块的情况下,如图20所示,本申请实施例提供一种网络设备2000,该网络设备2000为本申请实施例中的网络设备,即图1所示的场景包管理设备102。该网络设备2000包括:接收单元2001、匹配单元2002和指示单元2003。
其中,接收单元2001用于接收终端104上报的当前场景信息,和/或用于本文所描述的技术的其它过程。上述匹配单元2002,用于确定第一提示规则与当前场景信息是否匹配,和/或用于本文所描述的技术的其它过程。指示单元2003用于确定当前场景信息与一个或多个提示规则中的第一提示规则相匹配时,向终端104发送与第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息,或者指示终端104显示与第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息,和/或用于本文所描述的技术的其它过程。
进一步的,上述网络设备2000还可以包括:存储单元和显示单元。该显示单元用于显示配置界面,该配置界面用于输入场景包的配置信息。存储单元,用于存储场景包的配置信息。
在采用集成单元的情况下,上述匹配单元2002和指示单元2003等可以集成在一个处理模块中实现,上述发送单元2001和接收单元可以是网络设备2000的RF电路、WiFi模块或者蓝牙模块,上述存储单元可以是网络设备2000的存储模块,上述显示单元可以是显示模块,如显示器(触摸屏)。
图21示出了上述实施例中所涉及的管理设备的一种可能的结构示意图。该管理设备2100包括:处理模块2101、存储模块2102、显示模块2103和通信模块2104。

  1. 一种基于场景推荐应用的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    终端获取当前场景信息;
    所述终端将所述当前场景信息与一个或多个提示规则进行匹配;
    所述终端确定所述当前场景信息与所述一个或多个提示规则中的第一提示规则相匹配时,显示与所述第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息,所述第一提示消息用于提示在所述当前场景信息对应的场景下有推荐的应用;
    所述终端响应于用户对所述第一提示消息的第一操作,显示与所述第一提示消息对应的第一推荐界面,所述第一推荐界面包括一个或多个应用的推荐项;
    所述终端响应于用户对所述第一推荐界面中的第一推荐项的选择操作,显示与所述第一推荐项对应的第一应用的界面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述终端将所述当前场景信息与一个或多个提示规则进行匹配之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端从网络设备获取所述一个或多个提示规则,所述一个或多个提示规则包括所述第一提示规则。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端响应于用户对所述第一提示消息的第一操作,显示与所述第一提示消息对应的第一推荐界面,包括:
    所述终端响应于所述第一操作,从网络设备获取第一界面文件和第一UI元素;其中,所述第一UI元素包括所述第一推荐界面的界面元素;
    所述终端运行所述第一界面文件以调用所述第一UI元素,显示所述第一推荐界面。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述终端响应于用户对所述第一提示消息的第一操作,显示与所述第一提示消息对应的第一推荐界面之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端接收并保存网络设备发送的第一界面文件和第一UI元素;其中,所述第一UI元素包括所述第一推荐界面的界面元素;
    所述终端响应于用户对所述第一提示消息的第一操作,显示与所述第一提示消息对应的第一推荐界面,包括:
    所述终端响应于所述第一操作,运行所述第一界面文件以调用所述第一UI元素,显示所述第一推荐界面。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述显示与所述第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端从网络设备获取所述第一提示消息。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述终端响应于用户对所述第一提示消息的第一操作,显示与所述第一提示消息对应的第一推荐界面之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端响应于用户在所述第一推荐界面的第二操作,显示规则修改界面;
    所述终端接收用户在所述规则修改界面对所述第一提示规则的修改,保存修改后的第一提示规则。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述终端接收用户在所述规则修 改界面对所述第一提示规则的修改,保存修改后的第一提示规则之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端向网络设备发送规则修改消息,所述规则修改消息中包括修改后的第一提示规则和所述终端的用户账号,所述规则修改消息用于指示所述网络设备针对所述用户账号保存所述修改后的第一提示规则。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述终端响应于用户对所述第一提示消息的第一操作,显示与所述第一提示消息对应的第一推荐界面之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端响应于用户对所述第一推荐界面中的第二推荐项的删除操作,从所述第一推荐界面中删除所述第二推荐项以显示不包括所述第二推荐项的第二推荐界面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端响应于用户对所述第一推荐界面中的第二推荐项的删除操作,向网络设备发送第一通知消息;
    其中,所述第一通知消息用于指示所述网络设备针对所述终端的用户账号,修改第一界面文件和第一UI元素,以使得运行修改后的第一界面文件调用修改后的第一UI元素显示所述第二推荐界面,并针对所述终端的用户账号保存修改后的第一界面文件和修改后的第一UI元素。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述终端响应于用户对所述第一提示消息的第一操作,显示与所述第一提示消息对应的第一推荐界面之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端响应于用户在所述第一推荐界面的第三操作,显示服务增加界面,所述服务增加界面包括一个或多个推荐项,所述一个或多个推荐项中的每个推荐项对应一个应用;
    所述终端响应于用户对所述一个或多个推荐项中第三推荐项的选择操作,在所述第一推荐界面增加所述第三推荐项以显示包括所述第三推荐项的第三推荐界面。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端响应于用户对所述第三推荐项的选择操作,向网络设备发送第二通知消息,所述第二通知消息用于指示所述网络设备针对所述终端的用户账号,修改第一界面文件和第一UI元素,以使得运行修改后的第一界面文件调用修改后的第一UI元素显示所述第三推荐界面,并针对所述终端的用户账号保存修改后的第一界面文件和修改后的第一UI元素。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端从网络设备获取所述一个或多个提示规则,包括:
    所述终端接收所述网络设备发送的所述一个或多个提示规则;
    或者,
    所述终端向所述网络设备发送规则查询消息,所述规则查询消息包括所述终端的用户账号,
    所述终端接收所述网络设备发送的规则查询响应,所述规则查询响应包括所述网络设备针对所述用户账号保存的所述一个或多个提示规则;其中,所述网络设备针对 每个用户账号保存有登录对应用户账号的终端上报的提示规则。
  13. 一种基于场景推荐应用的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    网络设备获取第一提示规则和第一提示消息,所述第一提示规则包括终端向用户推荐一个或多个应用的条件信息,所述第一提示消息用于提示在与所述第一提示规则相匹配的场景信息对应的场景下有推荐的一个或多个应用;
    所述网络设备向所述终端发送所述第一提示消息;
    所述网络设备向所述终端发送所述第一提示规则,以使得所述终端在所述当前场景信息与所述第一提示规则相匹配时,显示所述第一提示消息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络设备上为所述一个或多个应用配置有第一界面文件和第一用户界面UI元素;其中,所述第一UI元素包括第一推荐界面的界面元素,所述第一界面文件用于在被运行时调用所述第一UI元素以显示所述第一推荐界面,所述第一推荐界面包括所述一个或多个应用的推荐项;
    所述方法还包括:
    所述网络设备向所述终端推送所述第一界面文件和所述第一UI元素;或者,
    所述网络设备响应于接收到所述终端发送的第一获取请求,根据所述第一获取请求向所述终端发送所述第一界面文件和所述第一UI元素;所述第一获取请求是所述终端在所述当前场景信息与所述第一提示规则相匹配时发送的。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述网络设备向所述终端发送所述第一界面文件和所述第一UI元素之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述网络设备接收所述终端发送的通知消息,所述通知消息用于指示所述网络设备针对所述终端的用户账号,修改所述第一界面文件和所述第一UI元素;
    所述网络设备响应于所述通知消息,针对所述终端的用户账号修改所述第一界面文件和所述第一UI元素,以使得运行所述修改后的第一界面文件以调用所述修改后的第一UI元素时显示第二推荐界面,并针对所述终端的用户账号保存修改后的第一界面文件和修改后的第一UI元素;
    其中,所述第二推荐界面相对于所述第一推荐界面而言,增加或者减少了一个或多个应用的推荐项。
  16. 根据权利要求13-15中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述网络设备向所述终端发送所述第一提示规则之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述网络设备接收所述终端发送的规则修改消息,所述规则修改消息中包括修改后的第一提示规则和所述终端的用户账号;
    所述网络设备响应于所述规则修改消息,针对所述用户账号保存所述修改后的第一提示规则。
  17. 根据权利要求13-16中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络设备向所述终端发送所述第一提示消息,包括:
    所述网络设备响应于接收到所述终端发送的第二获取请求,根据所述第二获取请求向所述终端发送所述第一提示消息。
  18. 一种基于场景推荐应用的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    网络设备接收终端发送的当前场景信息;
    所述网络设备将所述当前场景信息与一个或多个提示规则进行匹配;
    所述网络设备确定所述当前场景信息与所述一个或多个提示规则中的第一提示规则相匹配时,
    向所述终端发送与所述第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息;或者
    指示所述终端显示与所述第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息,所述终端存储有所述第一提示消息;
    其中,所述第一提示消息用于提示在所述当前场景信息对应的场景下有推荐的应用。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述向所述终端发送与所述第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息,或者所述指示所述终端显示与所述第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述网络设备接收所述终端发送的第一获取请求,根据所述第一获取请求向所述终端发送第一界面文件和第一用户界面UI元素;
    其中,所述第一UI元素包括第一推荐界面的界面元素,所述第一界面文件用于在被运行时调用所述第一UI元素以显示所述第一推荐界面,所述推荐界面包括所述第一提示消息提示的应用的推荐项。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述网络设备响应于所述第一获取请求,向所述终端发送第一界面文件和第一用户界面UI元素之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述网络设备接收运营人员配置的所述第一界面文件和所述第一UI元素。
  21. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:
    获取单元,用于获取当前场景信息;
    匹配单元,用于将所述获取单元获取的所述当前场景信息与一个或多个提示规则进行匹配;
    显示单元,用于在所述匹配单元确定所述当前场景信息与所述一个或多个提示规则中的第一提示规则相匹配时,显示与所述第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息,所述第一提示消息用于提示在所述当前场景信息对应的场景下有推荐的应用;响应于用户对所述第一提示消息的第一操作,显示与所述第一提示消息对应的第一推荐界面,所述第一推荐界面包括所述一个或多个应用的推荐项;响应于用户对所述显示单元显示的所述第一推荐界面中的第一推荐项的选择操作,显示所述第一应用的界面。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:接收单元;
    所述接收单元,用于在所述匹配单元将所述当前场景信息与一个或多个提示规则进行匹配之前,接收并保存网络设备发送的所述一个或多个提示规则,所述一个或多个提示规则包括所述第一提示规则。
  23. 根据权利要求21或22所述的终端,其特征在于,所述显示单元,用于响应于用户对所述第一提示消息的第一操作,显示与所述第一提示消息对应的第一推荐界面,包括:
    所述显示单元,具体用于:
    响应于所述第一操作,从网络设备获取第一界面文件和第一UI元素;其中,所述 第一UI元素包括所述第一推荐界面的界面元素;
    运行所述第一界面文件以调用所述第一UI元素,显示所述第一推荐界面。
  24. 根据权利要求21或22所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:接收单元和存储单元;
    所述接收单元,用于在所述显示单元显示所述第一推荐界面之前,接收网络设备发送的第一界面文件和第一UI元素;其中,所述第一UI元素包括所述第一推荐界面的界面元素;
    所述存储单元,用于保存所述接收单元接收的所述第一界面文件和所述第一UI元素;
    所述显示单元,用于响应于用户对所述第一提示消息的第一操作,显示与所述第一提示消息对应的第一推荐界面,包括:
    所述显示单元,具体用于响应于所述第一操作,运行所述第一界面文件以调用所述第一UI元素,显示所述第一推荐界面。
  25. 根据权利要求21-24中任意一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述获取单元,还用于在所述显示单元显示与所述第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息之前,从网络设备获取所述第一提示消息。
  26. 根据权利要求21-25中任意一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述显示单元,还用于在显示所述第一推荐界面之后,响应于用户在所述第一推荐界面的第二操作,显示规则修改界面;
    存储单元,用于接收用户在所述显示单元显示的所述规则修改界面对所述第一提示规则的修改,保存修改后的第一提示规则。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:发送单元;
    所述发送单元,用于在所述存储单元保存所述修改后的第一提示规则之后,向网络设备发送规则修改消息,所述规则修改消息中包括修改后的第一提示规则和所述终端的用户账号,所述规则修改消息用于指示所述网络设备针对所述用户账号保存所述修改后的第一提示规则。
  28. 根据权利要求21-27中任意一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述显示单元,还用于在显示所述第一推荐界面之后,响应于用户对所述第一推荐界面中的第二推荐项的删除操作,从所述第一推荐界面中删除所述第二推荐项以显示不包括所述第二推荐项的第二推荐界面。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:发送单元;
    所述发送单元,用于响应于用户对所述显示单元显示的所述第一推荐界面中的第二推荐项的删除操作,向网络设备发送第一通知消息;
    其中,所述第一通知消息用于指示所述网络设备针对所述终端的用户账号,修改第一界面文件和第一UI元素,以使得运行修改后的第一界面文件调用修改后的第一UI元素显示所述第二推荐界面,并针对所述终端的用户账号保存修改后的第一界面文件和修改后的第一UI元素。
  30. 根据权利要求21-29中任意一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述显示单元,还用于在显示所述第一推荐界面之后,响应于用户在所述第一推荐界面的第三操作, 显示服务增加界面,所述服务增加界面包括一个或多个推荐项,所述一个或多个推荐项中的每个推荐项对应一个应用;响应于用户对所述一个或多个推荐项中第三推荐项的选择操作,在所述第一推荐界面增加所述第三推荐项以显示包括所述第三推荐项的第三推荐界面。

    所述发送单元,还用于响应于用户对所述第三推荐项的选择操作,向网络设备发送第二通知消息;
    其中,所述第二通知消息用于指示所述网络设备针对所述终端的用户账号,修改第一界面文件和第一UI元素,以使得运行修改后的第一界面文件调用修改后的第一UI元素显示所述第三推荐界面,并针对所述终端的用户账号保存修改后的第一界面文件和修改后的第一UI元素。
  32. 根据权利要求22所述的终端,其特征在于,所述获取单元,用于从网络设备获取所述一个或多个提示规则,包括:
    所述获取单元,用于:
    接收所述网络设备发送的所述一个或多个提示规则;
    或者,
    向所述网络设备发送规则查询消息,所述规则查询消息包括所述终端的用户账号,接收所述网络设备发送的规则查询响应,所述规则查询响应包括所述网络设备针对所述用户账号保存的所述一个或多个提示规则;其中,所述网络设备针对每个用户账号保存有登录对应用户账号的终端上报的提示规则。
  33. 一种网络设备,其特征在于,所述网络设备包括:
    获取单元,用于获取第一提示规则和第一提示消息,所述第一提示规则包括终端向用户推荐一个或多个应用的条件信息,所述第一提示消息用于提示在与所述第一提示规则相匹配的场景信息对应的场景下有推荐的一个或多个应用;
    发送单元,用于向所述终端发送所述第一提示消息;
    所述发送单元,还用于向所述终端发送所述第一提示规则,以使得所述终端在所述当前场景信息与所述第一提示规则相匹配时,显示所述第一提示消息。

    所述修改单元,用于响应于所述通知消息,针对所述终端的用户账号修改所述第一界面文件和所述第一UI元素,以使得运行所述修改后的第一界面文件以调用所述修改后的第一UI元素时显示第二推荐界面,并针对所述终端的用户账号保存修改后的第一界面文件和修改后的第一UI元素;
    其中,所述第二推荐界面相对于所述第一推荐界面而言,增加或者减少了一个或多个应用的推荐项。
  36. 根据权利要求33-35中任意一项所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述网络设备还包括:接收单元和存储单元;
    所述接收单元,用于在所述发送单元向终端发送所述第一提示规则之后,接收所述终端发送的规则修改消息,所述规则修改消息中包括修改后的第一提示规则和所述终端的用户账号;
    所述存储单元,用于响应于所述接收单元所述规则修改消息,针对所述用户账号保存所述修改后的第一提示规则。
  37. 根据权利要求33-36中任意一项所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述网络设备还包括:接收单元;
    所述接收单元,用于接收所述终端发送的第二获取请求;
    所述发送单元,用于向所述终端发送所述第一提示消息,包括:
    所述发送单元,用于响应于所述接收单元接收到所述终端发送的第二获取请求,根据所述第二获取请求向所述终端发送所述第一提示消息。
  38. 一种网络设备,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收终端发送的当前场景信息;
    匹配单元,用于将所述当前场景信息与一个或多个提示规则进行匹配;
    指示单元,用于确定所述当前场景信息与所述一个或多个提示规则中的第一提示规则相匹配时,
    向所述终端发送与所述第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息;或者
    指示所述终端显示与所述第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息,所述终端存储有所述第一提示消息;
    其中,所述第一提示消息用于提示在所述当前场景信息对应的场景下有推荐的应用。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述网络设备还包括:
    接收单元,用于在所述指示单元向所述终端发送与所述第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息,或者指示所述终端显示与所述第一提示规则对应的第一提示消息之后,接收所述终端发送的第一获取请求,根据所述第一获取请求向所述终端发送第一界面文件和第一用户界面UI元素;
    其中,所述第一UI元素包括第一推荐界面的界面元素,所述第一界面文件用于在 被运行时调用所述第一UI元素以显示所述第一推荐界面,所述推荐界面包括所述第一提示消息提示的应用的推荐项。
  40. 根据权利要求39所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述网络设备还包括:输入单元;
    所述输入单元,用于在所述发送单元响应于所述第一获取请求,向所述终端发送第一界面文件和第一用户界面UI元素之前,接收运营人员配置的所述第一界面文件和所述第一UI元素。
  41. 一种计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机存储介质包括计算机指令,当所述计算机指令在终端上运行时,使得所述终端执行如权利要求1-12中任意一项所述的方法。
  42. 一种计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机存储介质包括计算机指令,当所述计算机指令在管理设备上运行时,使得所述管理设备执行如权利要求13-20中任意一项所述的方法。
  43. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,当所述计算机程序产品在计算机上运行时,使得所述计算机执行如权利要求1-20中任意一项所述的方法。
