Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de plaques de formes variées à partir de blocs de roches ornementales et/ou de matériaux divers, permettant avantageusement la production de plaques à mise en forme de type mosaïque, de plaques identiques et en série. À cet effet, le procédé comprend quatre étapes, puis encore deux pour les conceptions spécifiques, de sorte que : la première consiste à définir la conception souhaitée pour le bloc (1) de la roche ; la deuxième étape consiste à exécuter (7) la conception, appliquée au bloc (1) ; la troisième consiste à effectuer la manipulation 3D du bloc selon l'angle de coupe des plaques découpées (3) ; et, enfin, le bloc (1) préparé entre dans la ligne de traitement classique (sciage, revêtement et finition). Pour des conceptions spécifiques, la production présente des étapes similaires, seule une partie du procédé étant différente pour s'adapter à la conception souhaitée, les étapes (A) et (B) étant mises en oeuvre, d'abord avec la préparation de l'équipement, puis avec l'application de la conception au bloc (1), et le remplissage des espaces vides (6), le bloc (1) étant ainsi prêt pour l'étape suivante, une rotation 3D étant appliquée au bloc (1), lequel est positionné en vue de la coupe des plaques (3). Après la coupe des plaques (3), ces dernières sont acheminées vers l'opération de traitement classique, avec application de la finition souhaitée. Enfin, l'exécution du procédé susmentionné permet la fabrication de plaques de matériaux ornementaux avec davantage de rigueur, avec une mise en forme pré-établie pour les plaques, selon un mode identique, avec des formes diverses et en série.
