借由上述技术方案,本申请提供的移动终端定位方法、装置及收视记录处理方法、装置、系统,可以根据信号接收设备获得的无线信号的信号强度确定移动终端与信号接收设备之间的距离,进而确定移动终端与收视标志点之间的距离;根据该距离确定移动终端是否位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域。在此基础上,本申请可以将用户位于有效收视区域内的时间段内的收视记录确定为有效收视记录。本申请实现了收视记录的有效性识别,提高了收视率的准确度。同时,本申请不需要用户主动提供其收视记录,简单方便。

如图1所示,本申请实施例提供的一种移动终端定位方法,可以包括:
S110、根据信号接收设备获得的无线信号的信号强度确定移动终端与所述信号接收设备之间的距离,其中,所述无线信号由所述移动终端发出;
本申请实施例提供的一种移动终端定位方法可以应用于信号接收设备中,也可以应用于移动终端,也可以应用于与信号接收设备通信连接的其他设备(如路由器或服务器)中。
其中,信号接收设备可以为网关(Gateway),网关又称网间连接器、协议转换器,它可以在通信协议不同的两个设备或两个系统间实现网络互连。
可选的,所述信号接收设备的数量可以为一个或多个。在信号接收设备的数量可以为一个时,信号接收设备可以设置在收视标志点处。收视标志点是可以用于划定有效收视区域的标志点,例如:电视机所在位置可以为收视标志点。本申请可以根据电视机所在位置确定有效收视区域。
本申请实施例中的收视标志点可以位于视频播放设备的视频展示区域内,视频展示区域可以为视频播放设备中用于播放视频的屏幕、幕布等,也可以为机顶盒等临近视频播放设备的标志物,或,收视标志点可以位于坐卧具所在区域内。其中,视频播放设备可以为电视机、电脑、手机、平板电脑、投影仪、多屏幕播放设备、全息投影设备等,相应地,有效收视区域即为能够收看到上述视频播放设备所播放的视频的区域;坐卧具可以为:沙发、椅子、凳子、床、榻榻米、浴缸等。如图2所示,收视标志点003可以位于电视机005的中心点。
移动终端可以为用户经常随身携带的电子设备,例如:手机等通讯设备或手环等智能穿戴设备。移动终端也可以为用户观看视频时经常使用的电子设备,如遥控器等。
在实际应用中,信号接收设备可以首先和移动终端进行匹配,以互相记录彼此的设备标识并根据记录的设备标识进行通信。具体的,移动终端可以按照预设的时间周期向进行过匹配的信号接收设备发送无线信号。移动终端发送的无线信号的形式可以有多种,如蓝牙、红外线、射频识别(RFID,Radio Frequency Identification)等。其中,移动终端发送的无线信号的信号内容可以任意,本申请在此不做限定。
在实际应用中,通过两个设备间无线信号的信号强度确定两个设备间的距离的方法有多种,下面示例性提供其中一种:

计算得到移动终端与信号接收设备之间的距离D,其中,RSSI为信号接收设备接收的无线信号(该无线信号由移动终端发出)的信号强度,A为移动终端和信号接收设备相隔参考距离时信号接收设备获得的无线信号(该无线信号由移动终端发出)的信号强度,n为环境衰减因子。
可选的,上述参考距离可以有多种,如1米。n可以通过测试得到,n的取值范围可以在3.25至4.5之间。
在实际应用中,当信号接收设备有多个时,本申请可以确定移动终端分别到各信号接收设备的距离。
S120、根据所述移动终端与所述信号接收设备之间的距离确定所述移动终端与收视标志点之间的距离;
当信号接收设备设置在收视标志点处时,移动终端与信号接收设备之间的距离即为移动终端与收视标志点之间的距离。

具体的,所述第一信号接收设备、所述第二信号接收设备、所述收视标志点三者之间的位置关系可以包括:第三距离、第四距离和第五距离,所述第三距离为所述收视标志点与所述第一信号接收设备之间的距离,所述第四距离为所述收视标志点与所述第二信号接收设备之间的距离,所述第五距离为所述第一信号接收设备与所述第二信号接收设备之间的距离。
在实际应用中,上述第一距离至第五距离可以均为水平距离,由于视频播放设备(如电视机)的设置高度和用户观看视频时携带的移动终端的高度相近,因此本申请可以通过将信号接收设备设置在和视频播放设备在同一高度的位置上来减小高度差对计算结果的影响。当然,在本申请另一实施例中,本申请还可以将高度考虑进来,在三维空间内根据第一信号接收设备、所述第二信号接收设备、所述收视标志点三者之间的位置关系以及第一距离、第二距离确定移动终端与收视标志点之间的距离。
在实际应用中,第一距离至第五距离可以由用户或技术人员进行实际测量获得。当然,本申请也可以通过将移动终端和信号接收设备放置于某距离对应的两个点上来获得该距离,例如:如图2A所示,将移动终端004放置于收视标志点003所在位置即可通过第一信号接收设备001和第二信号接收设备002获得的由该移动终端004发出的无线信号的信号强度确定D 3和D 4。当然,除移动移动终端004外,也可以移动第一信号接收设备001和第二信号接收设备002来测量其他距离。
为方便理解,下面结合附图进行说明:在第一距离至第五距离均为水平距离时,如图3A至图3D所示,图中001为第一信号接收设备,002为第二信号接收设备,003为收视标志点,004为移动终端。则当已知四个点之间所有六条连接线中的五条连接线的长度时,可以根据余弦定理求出剩余一条连接线的长度。即:无论移动终端004移动到哪个位置,本申请都可以在已知第一距离至第五距离的情况下,根据余弦定理确定移动终端与所述收视标志点之间的距离。
当然,在实际应用中,本申请可以通过调整第一信号接收设备和第二信号接收设备的设置位置来使得移动终端与收视标志点之间的距离的计算过程得到简化。
例如:如图2A所示,第一信号接收设备001的设置位置、所述第二信号接收设备002的设置位置和所述收视标志点003位于同一直线上,所述第一信号接收设备001和所述第二信号接收设备002分别设置在所述收视标志点003两侧。在此基础上,上述根据所述第一信号接收设备、所述第二信号接收设备、所述收视标志点三者之间的位置关系以及根据第一距离、第二距离确定所述移动终端与所述收视标志点之间的距离的过程,就可以包括:

在实际应用中,本申请可以根据视频播放设备的设置位置、坐卧具所在区域、视频播放设备的可视角度等条件中的一个或多个确定该视频播放设备的有效收视区域。具体的,本申请中有效收视区域可以有多种确定方式,下面示例性提供其中几种方式:
方式一、在收视标志点位于视频播放设备的视频展示区域内时,本申请可以根据视频播放设备的可视角度及坐卧具所在区域确定有效收视区域。如图2A至图2C所示,收视标志点003位于电视机所在位置,则根据电视机的可视角度(即标号007所示角度)可以确定如图2A至图2C中虚线三角形所示的有效收视区域。可以理解的是,有效收视区域可以将坐卧具所在区域包括在内。
方式二、在收视标志点位于视频播放设备的视频展示区域内时,本申请可以根据坐卧具所在区域、视频播放设备的最大可视角度和最佳可视角度确定主要有效收视区域和次要有效收视区域。如图5所示,收视标志点003位于电视机所在位置,则根据电视机的最佳可视角度(∠BCD所示角度)可以确定如图5中虚线三角形BCD所示的主要有效收视区域。相应的,本申请可以根据电视机的最大可视角度(∠ACE所示角度)以及最佳可视角度(∠BCD所示角度)确定如图5中由虚线三角形ACB和虚线三角形DCE共同构成的次要有效收视区域。可以理解的是,主要有效收视区域可以将坐卧具所在区域包括在内。
其中,用户在最佳可视角度内获得的观看效果较好,用户在最佳可视角度至最大可视角度之间的角度中获得的观看效果较差。因此,本申请可以根据最大可视角度和最佳可视角度确定主要有效收视区域和次要有效收视区域,从而更精确的确定移动终端是否位于有效收视区域以及位于哪个有效收视区域。
方式三、在收视标志点位于坐卧具所在区域内时,方式三仍可以根据与方式一相同的方法获得如图4A所示的虚线三角形。如图4A所示,收视标志点003位于沙发006的中心线上。由于收视标志点位于 坐卧具所在区域内,因此如图4A所示,方式三可以将该虚线三角形内的半圆形区域确定为有效收视区域。该半圆形的圆心为收视标志点且半径为收视标志点到虚线三角形的腰的垂线距离。
方式四、在收视标志点位于坐卧具所在区域内时,本申请可以根据坐卧具所在区域、视频播放设备的最大可视角度和最佳可视角度确定主要有效收视区域和次要有效收视区域。如图6所示,收视标志点003位于沙发006的中心线上,则根据电视机的最佳可视角度(∠BCD所示角度)可以确定如图6中虚线三角形BCD所示区域。相应的,本申请可以根据电视机的最大可视角度(∠ACE所示角度)确定如图6中由虚线三角形ACE所示区域。使用与方式三相同的半圆形确定方法,本申请可以获得如图6所示的半径分别为R 1和R 2两个同心半圆形。其中,半径为R 2可的半圆形所示区域为主要有效收视区域,上述两个半圆形构成的半圆环所示区域为次要有效收视区域。
在实际应用中,本申请在获得有效收视区域后,可以通过距离或角度对比来确定移动终端是否位于有效收视区域内。
下面首先对使用距离对比确定移动终端是否位于有效收视区域内的方案进行说明:
对于通过方式一和方式三确定的有效收视区域,本申请步骤S130可以包括:
确定所述移动终端与所述收视标志点之间的距离是否位于预设距离范围内,如果是,则确定所述移动终端位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域。
具体的,预设距离范围可以根据视频播放设备的设置位置、坐卧具所在区域和视频播放设备的可视角度确定。在实际应用中,当收视标志点的位置变化时,本申请确定预设距离范围的方式也可以发生变化。例如:当收视标志点位于视频播放设备的视频展示区域内时,本申请可以根据视频播放设备所在位置和视频播放设备的可视角度确定预设距离范围。当收视标志点位于坐卧具所在区域内时,本申请可以根据坐卧具所在区域和视频播放设备的可视角度确定预设距离范围。
下面首先对收视标志点位于视频播放设备的视频展示区域内时确定预设距离范围的方案进行说明:如图2A至图2C所示,根据视频播放设备005所在位置和视频播放设备005的可视角度007,本申请可以确定如图2A至图2C中虚线三角形(等腰三角形)所示的有效收视区域,相应的,本申请可以确定预设距离范围为:虚线三角形的垂线008的长度至虚线三角形的腰009的长度。这样,当d位于该预设距离范围内时,本申请可以确定移动终端004位于虚线三角形内,即:位于有效收视区域内。可以理解的是,图2A中的d可以根据公式

下面对收视标志点位于坐卧具所在区域内时确定预设距离范围的方案进行说明:如图4A及图4B所示,预设距离范围可以为零至半圆形的半径R。
对于通过方式二和方式四确定的有效收视区域,本申请步骤S130可以包括:
确定所述移动终端与所述收视标志点之间的距离是否位于第一距离范围内,如果是,则确定所述移动终端与所述收视标志点之间的距离是否位于第二距离范围内;
如果所述移动终端与所述收视标志点之间的距离位于第一距离范围内且位于第二距离范围内,则确定所述移动终端位于视频播放设备的主要有效收视区域;
如果所述移动终端与所述收视标志点之间的距离位于第一距离范围内且位于第二距离范围外,则确定所述移动终端位于视频播放设备的次要有效收视区域。其中,第一距离范围的上限可以大于第二距离范围的上限。
当收视标志点位于视频播放设备的视频展示区域内时,如图5所示,第一距离范围可以为:虚线三角形ACE的垂线008的长度至虚线三角形ACE的腰009的长度,本申请可以确定第二距离范围为:虚线三角形BCD的垂线008的长度至虚线三角形BCD的腰011的长度。
当收视标志点位于坐卧具所在区域内时,如图6所示,第一距离范围可以为:[0,R 1];第二距离范围可以为:[0,R 2]。
下面对使用角度对比确定移动终端是否位于有效收视区域内的方案进行说明:
对于通过方式一确定的有效收视区域,本申请步骤S130可以包括:
根据所述移动终端与所述收视标志点之间的距离确定第一线段与第二线段之间的夹角,其中,所述第一线段为所述移动终端所在位置与所述收视标志点的连接线,所述第二线段为所述收视标志点与所述第一信号接收设备的设置位置的连接线;
确定所述夹角是否在预设角度范围内,如果是,则确定所述移动终端位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域。
其中,预设角度范围可以为:[(90°-0.5α),(90°+0.5α)],其中,α为视频播放设备的可视角度。
为方便理解,下面结合图2A对根据角度来确定移动终端是否位于有效收视区域内的方案进行说明:
如图2A所示,收视标志点003位于视频播放设备005的视频展示区域内。由于已知D 1和D 3的长度,因此当获得移动终端与所述收视标志点之间的距离d时,可以根据余弦定理计算得到第一线段与第二线段之间的夹角010的角度。从图2A中可以看出,当角度010在[(90°-0.5α),(90°+0.5α)]的角度范围内时,可以确定移动终端004位于有效收视区域。
对于通过方式二确定的有效收视区域,本申请步骤S130可以包括:
根据所述移动终端与所述收视标志点之间的距离确定第一线段与第二线段之间的夹角,其中,所述第一线段为所述移动终端所在位置与所述收视标志点的连接线,所述第二线段为所述收视标志点与所述第一信号接收设备的设置位置的连接线;
确定所述夹角是否在第一角度范围内,如果是,则确定所述夹角是否位于第二角度范围内;
如果所述夹角位于第一角度范围内且位于第二角度范围内,则确定所述移动终端位于视频播放设备的主要有效收视区域;
如果所述夹角位于第一角度范围内且位于第二角度范围外,则确定所述移动终端位于视频播放设备的次要有效收视区域。其中,第一角度范围的上限可以大于第二角度范围的上限。
其中,第一角度范围可以根据视频播放设备的最大可视角度确定,第二角度范围可以根据视频播放设备的最佳可视角度确定。如图5所示,第一角度范围可以为[(90°-0.5β 1),(90°+0.5β 1)];第二角度范围可以为[(90°-0.5β 2),(90°+0.5β 2)]。其中,β 1为视频播放设备的最大可视角度,β 2为视频播放设备的最佳可视角度。
在实际应用中,步骤S130还可以记录移动终端位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域内的时间区间,或者记录移动终端进入有效收视区域的进入时刻以及移动终端离开有效收视区域的离开时刻。
由于移动终端经常被用户随身携带,因此当移动终端004位于有效收视区域内时,本申请就可以确定用户也位于有效收视区域内。由于用户在有效收视区域内可以正常观看到视频播放设备播放的视频,因此本申请可以将用户位于有效收视区域内的时间段内的收视记录确定为有效收视记录。
当然,当有效收视区域包括:主要有效收视区域和次要有效收视区域时,本申请也可以将用户位于主要有效收视区域内的时间段内的收视记录确定为主要有效收视记录,将用户位于次要有效收视区域内的时间段内的收视记录确定为次要有效收视记录。
现有的许多视频播放设备可以将其播放的视频信息及对应的时间点进行记录从而生成收视记录。但本申请发明人在实现本申请的过程中发现:视频播放设备播放了某视频并不代表用户有效观看了该视频,因此本申请通过确定用户经常随身携带的移动终端是否位于有效收视区域内就可以识别收视记录中的有效收视记录。这样,本申请就可以充分和准确的利用现有的收视记录,无需主动告知即可获得用户的准确的收视情况。
当某时间段内用户位于有效收视区域外时,该时间段内播放的视频该用户无法有效观看,因此本申请可以不将该时间段内的收视记录确定为有效收视记录或将该时间段内的收视记录确定为无效收视记录。这样,本申请就实现了收视记录的有效性识别,提高了收视率的准确性。同时,本申请不需要用户主动提供其收视记录,简单方便。
如图7所示,本申请实施例还提供了一种收视记录处理方法,可以包括:
S210、获得移动终端位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域内的时刻信息,其中,所述移动终端是否位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域内由本申请实施例提供的移动终端定位方法确定;
其中,上述有效收视区域可以包括:主要有效收视区域和次要有效收视区域。
其中,步骤S210可以具体包括:
记录移动终端进入视频播放设备的有效收视区域的至少一个进入时刻以及移动终端离开视频播放设备的有效收视区域的至少一个离开时刻;
将所述进入时刻和所述离开时刻划分到至少一个时刻组中,每个时刻组中均包含一个进入时刻和一个晚于该进入时刻的离开时刻,同一时刻组中的进入时刻和离开时刻之间不存在其他进入时刻和离开时刻。
S220、根据所述时刻信息对所述视频播放设备的收视记录进行处理,获得有效收视记录。
本申请在获得有效收视记录后,可以将有效收视记录与移动终端的设备标识进行对应存储,或者,将有效收视记录与移动终端的用户的标识进行对应存储。
其中,步骤S220可以具体包括:
确定每个时刻组中离开时刻和进入时刻之间的时间间隔;
将时间间隔不小于预设时长的时刻组确定为有效时刻组;
对每个所述有效时刻组,将该有效时刻组中的离开时刻和进入时刻之间的所述视频播放设备的收视记录确定为有效收视记录。
在实际应用中,用户常携带移动终端进行走动(例如到客厅拿一下东西等),如果不进行上述预设时长的限制,可能会使得用户并未观看的收视记录被确定为有效收视记录。因此,本申请通过时间间隔和预设时长的对比就可以避免这种情况,从而提高有效收视记录的准确性。
现有技术下,电视节目的收视记录仅和家庭对应,这就导致无法根据现有的电视节目的收视记录确 定一个家庭中具体是哪些家庭成员在观看某个电视节目。由于移动终端具有用户属性,不同用户的移动终端一般不同(例如每个用户都有自己的手机、手环),因此本申请通过确定移动终端是否位于电视的有效收视区域可以确定该移动终端的用户是否位于电视的有效收视区域,即使有多个家庭成员都在收看电视节目,也能确定收看电视节目的每一个家庭成员的属性。
具体的,本申请可以通过移动终端的设备标识(例如通用唯一识别码(UUID,Universally Unique Identifier))来识别各移动终端,进而识别各用户。这样,本申请就可以生成每一个用户的有效收视记录,使得收视记录更加精准。例如:从12点至13点,某个家庭的女主人携带着手机坐在沙发上看A节目。从13点至14点,该家庭的男主人戴着手环在电视机旁的跑步机上一边运动一边看B节目。现有技术会生成在12点至14点内的A节目和B节目的收视记录并将该收视记录与该家庭(例如C小区1号楼1单元101)对应,但无法精准的确定收视记录和家庭中不同用户的对应关系。而本申请便可以生成该家庭中与女主人对应的在12点至13点内的A节目的收视记录以及与男主人对应的在13点至14点内的B节目的收视记录。
在收视记录和用户对应后,本申请就可以根据用户的信息(例如身份信息、收入信息、地理位置信息等)对不同类型的用户喜好的视频进行统计和分析,从而更准确的确定不同用户的喜好。
当然,在实际应用中,本申请还可以通过移动终端的设备标识或移动终端中存储的用户标识将电视节目的收视记录与用户在电脑、手机等其他视频播放设备上观看视频生成的记录进行对应,从而获得同一个用户在全网(各种网络的通称,至少包括:互联网、有线电视网、移动网络等)环境中的收视记录。这样,本申请就可以对该用户在全网环境中的收视记录进行分析。由于用户在全网环境中的收视记录更完整和准确的体现了用户的收视行为特征,因此本申请的分析结果也更加准确。
在实际应用中,本申请可以记录移动终端位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域内的时间区间,或者记录移动终端进入有效收视区域的进入时刻以及移动终端离开有效收视区域的离开时刻。具体的,本申请可以周期性的确定移动终端是否位于有效可视区域内并在每次确定时均可以生成一个区域记录,该区域记录中可以包括:移动终端是否位于有效收视区域的指示信息以及区域记录生成时刻信息。本申请可以逐条读取各条区域记录以确定进入时刻和离开时刻并获得上述时刻组。
相应的,本申请还可以获得多条收视记录并依次读取每条收视记录以获得各收视记录的生成时刻,从而确定生成时刻位于有效时刻组之间的有效的收视记录。进一步,本申请还可以根据生成时刻位于有效时刻组之间的有效的收视记录确定该有效的收视记录的收视时长。

当通过移动终端中运行的应用程序需要用户长时间注视屏幕时,则该应用程序运行期间用户无法对视频播放设备播放的视频进行有效观看。例如:用户在沙发上打游戏,此时电视在播放节目,该用户将受到游戏的影响而无法有效观看该节目。
可见,本申请可以根据移动终端中运行的应用程序的信息确定收视记录中的有效收视记录。
具体的,本申请可以根据所述时刻信息对所述视频播放设备的收视记录进行处理,获得第一待确认收视记录。相应的,本申请可以根据所述运行时段信息对所述视频播放设备的收视记录进行处理,获得第二待确认收视记录。然后对比第一待确认收视记录和第二待确认收视记录,根据对比结果确定有效收视记录。
例如:本申请可以将第一待确认收视记录和第二待确认收视记录中均存在的收视记录确定为有效收 视记录。
具体的,本申请还可以通过移动终端采集用户的生物特征信息,之后根据所述时刻信息和所述生物特征信息对所述视频播放设备的收视记录进行处理,获得有效收视记录。
其中生物特征信息可以包括用户的心跳信息、指纹信息、虹膜信息等。如果通过对移动终端定位判断用户进入视频播放设备的有效收视区域,且用户停留时长超过预设时长,这时还需进一步判断移动终端是否采集到了用户的生物特征信息,只有采集到了用户的生物特征信息,才会确定此种情况对应的收视记录为有效收视记录,避免了用户未随身佩戴移动终端而移动终端恰好被放置于有效收视区域时收视记录的误统计。当同一个家庭用户间交叉使用他人的移动终端时,通过用户的指纹信息和虹膜信息等用户唯一的生物特征信息,也能确定出移动终端对应的真实用户属性,确保收视记录统计结果的准确。
与本申请实施例提供的一种移动终端定位方法实施例相对应,本申请还提供了一种移动终端定位装置。

如图2A所示,收视标志点003位于视频播放设备005的视频展示区域内。由于已知D 1和D 3的长度,因此当获得移动终端与所述收视标志点之间的距离d时,可以根据余弦定理计算得到第一线段与第二线段之间的夹角010的角度。从图2A中可以看出,当角度010在[(90°-0.5α),(90°+0.5α)]的角度范围内时,可以确定移动终端004位于有效收视区域。
当然,当有效收视区域包括:主要有效收视区域和次要有效收视区域时,本申请也可以将用户位于主要有效收视区域内的时间段内的收视记录确定为主要有效收视记录,将用户位于次要有效收视区域内的时间段内的收视记录确定为次要有效收视记录。
现有的许多视频播放设备可以将其播放的视频信息及对应的时间点进行记录从而生成收视记录。但本申请发明人在实现本申请的过程中发现:视频播放设备播放了某视频并不代表用户有效观看了该视频,因此本申请通过确定用户经常随身携带的移动终端是否位于有效收视区域内就可以识别收视记录中的有效收视记录。这样,本申请就可以充分和准确的利用现有的收视记录,无需主动告知即可获得用户的准确的收视情况。
当某时间段内用户位于有效收视区域外时,该时间段内播放的视频该用户无法有效观看,因此本申请可以不将该时间段内的收视记录确定为有效收视记录或将该时间段内的收视记录确定为无效收视记录。这样,本申请就实现了收视记录的有效性识别,提高了收视率的准确性。同时,本申请不需要用户主动提供其收视记录,简单方便。
与图1所示实施例相对应,本申请实施例还提供了一种移动终端定位装置,可以包括:处理器和通讯接口,所述通讯接口和信号接收设备通讯连接,
所述处理器通过所述通讯接口获取信号接收设备获得的无线信号的信号强度,其中,所述无线信号 由所述移动终端发出;

可选的,所述第一信号接收设备、所述第二信号接收设备、所述收视标志点三者之间的位置关系包括:第三距离、第四距离和第五距离,所述第三距离为所述收视标志点与所述第一信号接收设备之间的距离,所述第四距离为所述收视标志点与所述第二信号接收设备之间的距离,所述第五距离为所述第一信号接收设备与所述第二信号接收设备之间的距离。
可选的,所述第一信号接收设备的设置位置、所述第二信号接收设备的设置位置和所述收视标志点位于同一直线上,所述第一信号接收设备和所述第二信号接收设备分别设置在所述收视标志点两侧,
所述根据所述第一信号接收设备、所述第二信号接收设备、所述收视标志点三者之间的位置关系以及根据第一距离、第二距离确定所述移动终端与所述收视标志点之间的距离,包括:

根据所述移动终端与所述收视标志点之间的距离确定第一线段与第二线段之间的夹角,其中,所述第一线段为所述移动终端所在位置与所述收视标志点的连接线,所述第二线段为所述收视标志点与所述第一信号接收设备的设置位置的连接线;
确定所述夹角是否在预设角度范围内,如果是,则确定所述移动终端位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域。
一种收视记录处理方法,包括:
获得移动终端位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域内的时刻信息,其中,所述移动终端是否位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域内由上述的任一种移动终端定位方法确定;
根据所述时刻信息对所述视频播放设备的收视记录进行处理,获得有效收视记录。
可选的,所述获得移动终端位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域内的时刻信息,包括:
记录移动终端进入视频播放设备的有效收视区域的至少一个进入时刻以及移动终端离开视频播放设备的有效收视区域的至少一个离开时刻;
将所述进入时刻和所述离开时刻划分到至少一个时刻组中,每个时刻组中均包含一个进入时刻和一个晚于该进入时刻的离开时刻,同一时刻组中的进入时刻和离开时刻之间不存在其他进入时刻和离开时刻。
可选的,所述根据所述时刻信息对所述视频播放设备的收视记录进行处理,获得有效收视记录,包括:
确定每个时刻组中离开时刻和进入时刻之间的时间间隔;
将时间间隔不小于预设时长的时刻组确定为有效时刻组;
对每个所述有效时刻组,将该有效时刻组中的离开时刻和进入时刻之间的所述视频播放设备的收视记录确定为有效收视记录。
可选的,还包括:获得所述移动终端中运行的应用程序的信息;
所述根据所述时刻信息对所述视频播放设备的收视记录进行处理,获得有效收视记录,包括:
根据所述时刻信息和所述应用程序的信息对所述视频播放设备的收视记录进行处理,获得有效收视记录。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种移动终端定位方法,其特征在于,包括:
    根据信号接收设备获得的无线信号的信号强度确定移动终端与所述信号接收设备之间的距离,其中,所述无线信号由所述移动终端发出;
    根据所述移动终端与所述信号接收设备之间的距离确定所述移动终端与收视标志点之间的距离;
    根据所述移动终端与收视标志点之间的距离确定所述移动终端是否位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信号接收设备的数量为一个,所述信号接收设备设置在所述收视标志点处。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信号接收设备至少包括:设置在不同位置的第一信号接收设备和第二信号接收设备,
    所述根据所述移动终端与所述信号接收设备之间的距离确定所述移动终端与收视标志点之间的距离,包括:
    根据所述第一信号接收设备、所述第二信号接收设备、所述收视标志点三者之间的位置关系以及第一距离、第二距离确定所述移动终端与所述收视标志点之间的距离,其中,所述第一距离为所述移动终端与所述第一信号接收设备之间的距离,所述第二距离为所述移动终端与所述第二信号接收设备之间的距离。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信号接收设备、所述第二信号接收设备、所述收视标志点三者之间的位置关系包括:第三距离、第四距离和第五距离,所述第三距离为所述收视标志点与所述第一信号接收设备之间的距离,所述第四距离为所述收视标志点与所述第二信号接收设备之间的距离,所述第五距离为所述第一信号接收设备与所述第二信号接收设备之间的距离。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信号接收设备的设置位置、所述第二信号接收设备的设置位置和所述收视标志点位于同一直线上,所述第一信号接收设备和所述第二信号接收设备分别设置在所述收视标志点两侧,
    所述根据所述第一信号接收设备、所述第二信号接收设备、所述收视标志点三者之间的位置关系以及根据第一距离、第二距离确定所述移动终端与所述收视标志点之间的距离,包括:

  7. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述移动终端与收视标志点之间的距离确定所述移动终端是否位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域,包括:
    确定所述移动终端与所述收视标志点之间的距离是否位于预设距离范围内,如果是,则确定所述移动终端位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域。
  8. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述移动终端与收视标志点之间的距离确定所述移动终端是否位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域,包括:
    根据所述移动终端与所述收视标志点之间的距离确定第一线段与第二线段之间的夹角,其中,所述第一线段为所述移动终端所在位置与所述收视标志点的连接线,所述第二线段为所述收视标志点与所述第一信号接收设备的设置位置的连接线;
    确定所述夹角是否在预设角度范围内,如果是,则确定所述移动终端位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域。
  9. 一种收视记录处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获得移动终端位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域内的时刻信息,其中,所述移动终端是否位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域内由权利要求1至8中任一项所述的移动终端定位方法确定;
    根据所述时刻信息对所述视频播放设备的收视记录进行处理,获得有效收视记录。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获得移动终端位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域内的时刻信息,包括:
    记录移动终端进入视频播放设备的有效收视区域的至少一个进入时刻以及移动终端离开视频播放设备的有效收视区域的至少一个离开时刻;
    将所述进入时刻和所述离开时刻划分到至少一个时刻组中,每个时刻组中均包含一个进入时刻和一个晚于该进入时刻的离开时刻,同一时刻组中的进入时刻和离开时刻之间不存在其他进入时刻和离开时刻。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述时刻信息对所述视频播放设备的收视记录进行处理,获得有效收视记录,包括:
    确定每个时刻组中离开时刻和进入时刻之间的时间间隔;
    将时间间隔不小于预设时长的时刻组确定为有效时刻组;
    对每个所述有效时刻组,将该有效时刻组中的离开时刻和进入时刻之间的所述视频播放设备的收视记录确定为有效收视记录。
  12. 根据权利要求9至11中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:获得所述移动终端中运行的应用程序的信息;
    所述根据所述时刻信息对所述视频播放设备的收视记录进行处理,获得有效收视记录,包括:
    根据所述时刻信息和所述应用程序的信息对所述视频播放设备的收视记录进行处理,获得有效收视记录。
  13. 一种移动终端定位装置,其特征在于,包括:第一距离确定单元、第二距离确定单元和区域确定单元;
    所述第一距离确定单元,用于根据信号接收设备获得的无线信号的信号强度确定移动终端与所述信号接收设备之间的距离,其中,所述无线信号由所述移动终端发出;
    所述第二距离确定单元,用于根据所述移动终端与所述信号接收设备之间的距离确定所述移动终端与收视标志点之间的距离;
    所述区域确定单元,用于根据所述移动终端与收视标志点之间的距离确定所述移动终端是否位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域。
  14. 一种收视记录处理装置,其特征在于,包括:时刻信息获得单元和有效记录获得单元,
    所述时刻信息获得单元,用于获得移动终端位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域内的时刻信息,其中,所述移动终端是否位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域内由权利要求13所述的移动终端定位装置确定;
    所述有效记录获得单元,用于根据所述时刻信息对所述视频播放设备的收视记录进行处理,获得有效收视记录。
  15. 一种移动终端定位装置,其特征在于,包括:处理器和通讯接口,所述通讯接口和信号接收设备通讯连接,
    所述处理器通过所述通讯接口获取信号接收设备获得的无线信号的信号强度,其中,所述无线信号由所述移动终端发出;
    所述处理器根据所述信号强度确定移动终端与所述信号接收设备之间的距离,根据所述移动终端与所述信号接收设备之间的距离确定所述移动终端与收视标志点之间的距离,根据所述移动终端与收视标志点之间的距离确定所述移动终端是否位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域。
  16. 一种收视记录处理装置,其特征在于,包括:处理器和通讯接口,
    所述处理器通过所述通讯接口获得移动终端位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域内的时刻信息,其中,所述移动终端是否位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域内由权利要求15所述的移动终端定位装置确定;
    所述处理器根据所述时刻信息对所述视频播放设备的收视记录进行处理,获得有效收视记录。
  17. 一种收视记录处理系统,其特征在于,包括:移动终端、信号接收设备和服务器,
    所述移动终端发出无线信号;
    所述信号接收设备获得所述无线信号并确定获得的所述无线信号的信号强度,将所述信号强度发送至所述服务器;
    所述服务器根据接收的信号强度确定所述移动终端与所述信号接收设备之间的距离,根据所述移动终端与所述信号接收设备之间的距离确定所述移动终端与收视标志点之间的距离,根据所述移动终端与收视标志点之间的距离确定所述移动终端是否位于视频播放设备的有效收视区域;
    所述服务器根据所述移动终端位于所述视频播放设备的有效收视区域内的时刻信息对所述视频播放设备的收视记录进行处理,获得有效收视记录。
