Description

一种可净化油烟的烧烤炉 技术领域
本发明涉及烧烤炉的技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种可净化油烟的烧烤炉。
背景技术
现有技术已经存在家用电烧烤炉,但是在日常使用过程中,由于在用餐室内使用时通常没有配备相应的吸油烟机装置,因而容易造成油烟对室内环境的污染,因而,基于以上技术问题,有必要对家用烧烤炉进行油烟净化方面的改进。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述现有技术所述的至少一种缺陷,提供一种可净化油烟的烧烤炉,该烧烤炉能够有效的对烧烤中产生的油烟进行净化。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:一种可净化油烟的烧烤炉,包括底壳、加热装置和高压静电发生装置;所述的加热装置安装在底壳上,并能够进行加热;所述的烧烤炉有能够与外部环境通风的进风区和出风区;所述的高压静电发生装置设置在底壳内部加热装置的下部并靠近进风区,所述的高压静电发生装置包括风机和高压静电发生器,其能够通过高压静电吸附油烟中的油污,风机转动能够将烧烤产生的油烟从进风区吸入,依次经过高压静电发生器和风机后从出风区吹出。该烧烤炉具备正常的电源系统,加热装置与电源系统连接后可以实现加热的功能,也可以实现常用的调整温度、定时、高温自动断电等功能。风机与高压静电发生器之间可以是可拆卸的连接。风机启动后,烧烤产生的油烟从进风区被吸入到底壳内部,经过高压静电发生装置将油烟中的油污吸附在高压静电发生装置上,净化后的气流通过出风区重新回到外部环境中,由此实现对油烟的净化过程。
进一步的,所述的高压静电发生器包括多块高压电极板,多块高压电极板层叠设置,所述的高压电极板设置有通风孔。多级设置能够提高净化效果,油烟经过第一层时使得油烟中的油污颗粒带上固定电荷,带了电荷的油污颗粒在电场力的作用下定向聚集到下一个高压电极板上,由此实现了对油烟的净化。优选的,高压电极板可以设置为两块。
进一步的,多块高压电极板中靠近进风区的为外层高压电极板,所述的外层高压电极板包括多个平行设置的齿状叶片,所述的齿状叶片能够进行尖端静电放电。尖端静电放电能够促进电离效果,因而能够进一步的提高吸油效率提高吸油效果。
进一步的,所述的高压静电发生装置可拆卸。其具体的安装位置可以是在底壳上,也可以是在加热装置上,并不限于这些位置,优选的,安装在加热装置上。
进一步的,所述的烧烤炉还包括导油架、集油盒,所述的加热装置包括平行设置的多个发热管,所述的导油架设置在发热管的下部并在高压静电发生装置的上部,所述的导油架上有漏油孔,所述的集油盒设置在导油架的下部并能够收集漏油孔中漏下的油。导油架的设置能够使得食物在加热过程中产生的油滴集中的被收集到集油盒内,这样一方面便于优化底壳内部结构,另一方面,也能够防止油滴的洒落在底壳内部的其他元件上而造成污染。
进一步的,所述的加热装置上设置有电源固定插孔,所述的高压静电发生装置上设置有电源触点,所述的电源触点能够与电源固定插孔可拆卸的固定连接,使得高压静电发生装置与电源电连接。
进一步的,所述的导油架包括侧面和底面,所述的侧面向上凸起并在边缘处与底壳固定,所述的进风区和出风区分别位于导油架侧面中相对的两侧,所述的风机启动后,气流从出风区吹出后能够再次进入至进风区而形成对流。这样进风区和出风区相对使得气流形成对流,在气流能够更加快速的循环,从而使得油烟能够更加快速的被净化,提高净化效率。
进一步的,所述的导油架底部集油孔以外的部分向集油盒的方向下凹。这样能够更加方便油滴流向集油孔处,类似漏斗的形式。
进一步的,所述的底壳对应于高压静电发生装置的部分设置有可开合的盖体,所述的盖体打开能够将连接有高压静电发生装置拆卸取出,这样更方便对高压静电发生装置进行单独清理。
与现有技术相比,有益效果是:该装置能够有效的净化烧烤时产生的油烟;高压静电发生装置设置为多级,净化效果更好;该装置设置导油架一方面能够优化底壳内部的空间结构,另一方面能够进一步的保障滴下的油滴不会落入到底壳内部的其他元件上;将进风区和出风区设置在导油架相对的两侧上能够使得气流形成对流从而更加促进净油的效率;高压静电发生装置能够被拆下取出能够方便及时维护清洗。

本实施例其他部分与实施例相同,进一步的,本实施例中高压静电发生器包括多块高压电极板,多块高压电极板层叠设置,所述的高压电极板设置有通风孔。多块高压电极板中靠近进风区8的为外层高压电极板,所述的外层高压电极板包括多个平行设置的齿状叶片,所述的齿状叶片能够进行尖端静电放电。优选的,所述的多块高压电极板为两块。所述的高压静电发生装置可以设置成可拆卸的形式。
