一种新型金属探测仪,包括LC开环谐振电路、整流滤波电路、放大电路、MCU电路、供电电路以及报警电路。其中,MCU电路分别与放大电路、整流滤波电路、供电电路以及报警电路相连,LC开环谐振电路分别与放大电路、整流滤波电路相连。利用大部分金属影响磁场磁力线分布,大部分非金属不影响磁场,通过线圈电感感应磁场的变化的原理,再与MCU电路发出的模版波形成共振达到选频共振的效果,将共振信号放大后由MCU电路出发报警信号。该新型金属探测仪操作简单、结构简洁、实用性强,可作为日常生活工作中使用的金属探测装置。

Description

新型金属探测仪 技术领域
本发明属于金属探测技术领域,尤其涉及一种金属探测仪。
背景技术
金属探测仪作为新时代的产物,在多个领域发挥着前人无法想象的作用,大到矿产发掘、小到警察刑侦。其中,手持金属探测器被设计用来探测人或物体携带的金属物。它可以探测出人所携带或包裹、行李、信件、织物等内所带武器、炸药或小块金属物品。
通常,金属探测仪内部分布着三组线圈,即中央发射线圈和两个对等的接收线圈,通过中间的发射线圈所连接的振下落式金属探测仪荡器来产生高频可变磁场,空闲状态时两侧接收线圈的感应电压在磁场未受干扰前相互抵消而达到平衡状态。一旦金属杂质进入磁场区域,磁场受到干扰,这种平衡就被打破,两个接收线圈的感应电压就无法抵消,未被抵消的感应电压经由控制系统放大处理,并产生报警信号。
但是市面上的探测仪往往精度越高价格越昂贵,普通人完全接触不到,因此,亟需一种价格适中但是效果很好的金属探测仪。

技术解决方案
为了解决现有技术中问题,本发明提供了一种新型金属探测仪,以更为实用的结构达到一样的效果,让更多人能够使用到这种仪器。本发明通过如下技术方案实现:
一种新型金属探测仪,包括LC开环谐振电路、整流滤波电路、放大电路、MCU电路、供电电路以及报警电路。其中,MCU电路分别与放大电路、整流滤波电路、供电电路以及报警电路相连,LC开环谐振电路分别与放大电路、整流滤波电路相连;所述MCU电路输出PWM方波信号,用于模拟交流信号,PWM方波信号的频率逐级增加或减少,作为频率模板;所述LC开环谐振电路包括电感和电容,电感为线圈形的电感;若被检测体为金属,所述电感靠近被检测体时,被检测体与所述电感形成磁场互感,使感应电动势发生变化,通过不同频率的交流信号表现出来;当输出的频率模板与被检测体的频率特征相同时,就会在所述LC开环谐振电路形成共振,使所述交流信号的电流放大,通过整流、滤波变成比较稳定的直流输出信号;将所述输出信号输入到MCU电路的输入端口,所述MCU电路判断所述输出信号电流的变化,若被检测体为金属,所述MCU电路触发报警电路。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述报警电路包括LED和蜂鸣器。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述供电电路还为放大电路、LC开环谐振电路提供电源。
作为本发明的进一步改进,电源为干电池。
作为本发明的进一步改进,电源为可充电锂电池。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的新型金属探测仪操作简单、结构简洁、实用性强,可作为日常生活工作中使用的金属探测装置。本发明节能环保,实现方式简单,应用方便,便于推广。

下面结合附图说明及具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
本发明设计的新型金属探测仪利用大部分金属影响磁场磁力线分布,大部分非金属不影响磁场,通过线圈电感感应磁场的变化的原理,再与MCU电路发出的模版波形成共振达到选频共振的效果,然后将共振信号放大后由MCU电路出发报警信号。
本发明的金属探测仪,其实现方式如附图1-4所示,包括LC开环谐振电路、整流滤波电路、放大电路、MCU电路、供电电路以及报警电路。其中,MCU电路分别与放大电路、整流滤波电路、供电电路以及报警电路相连,LC开环谐振电路分别与放大电路、整流滤波电路相连。所述供电电路还为放大电路、LC开环谐振电路提供电源。
图1中,A为LC开环谐振电路、B为整流滤波电路B、C为放大电路。
所述MCU电路输出PWM方波信号(图2中的PW_OUT),用于模拟交流信号,PWM方波信号的频率逐级增加或减少,我们把它作为检测金属的频率样本。电感和电容形成LC开环谐振电路,电感的外观如图5所示,该线圈形的电感形成磁场,若被检测体为金属,该线圈形的电感靠近被检测体时,被检测体与该线圈形的电感形成磁场互感,使感应电动势发生变化,通过不同频率的交流信号表现出来,我们把它作为被检测体的频率特征。当输出的频率模板与被检测体的频率特征相同时,就会在LC开环谐振电路形成共振,使所述交流信号的电流放大,通过整流、滤波变成比较稳定的直流输出(图1中的SN_CHECK),通过MCU电路的AD输入端口进行分析,通过判断SN_CHECK信号电流的变化作为金属与非金属的依据。当检测到金属时,本金属探测仪指示LED灯发光并出发蜂鸣器U2发出鸣叫声。
本发明的新型金属探测仪操作简单、结构简洁、实用性强,可作为日常生活工作中使用的金属探测装置。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种新型金属探测仪,其特征在于:所述金属探测仪包括LC开环谐振电路、整流滤波电路、放大电路、MCU电路、供电电路以及报警电路;其中,MCU电路分别与放大电路、整流滤波电路、供电电路以及报警电路相连,LC开环谐振电路分别与放大电路、整流滤波电路相连;所述MCU电路输出PWM方波信号,用于模拟交流信号,PWM方波信号的频率逐级增加或减少,作为频率模板;所述LC开环谐振电路包括电感和电容,电感为线圈形的电感;若被检测体为金属,所述电感靠近被检测体时,被检测体与所述电感形成磁场互感,使感应电动势发生变化,通过不同频率的交流信号表现出来;当输出的频率模板与被检测体的频率特征相同时,就会在所述LC开环谐振电路形成共振,使所述交流信号的电流放大,通过整流、滤波变成比较稳定的直流输出信号;将所述输出信号输入到MCU电路的输入端口,所述MCU电路判断所述输出信号电流的变化,若被检测体为金属,所述MCU电路触发报警电路。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的金属探测仪,其特征在于:所述报警电路包括LED和蜂鸣器。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的金属探测仪,其特征在于:所述供电电路还为放大电路、LC开环谐振电路提供电源。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的金属探测仪,其特征在于:电源为干电池。
