本发明属于救生装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种救生气囊。
背景技术
常见的救生设备一般有三种,分别是水中救生设备、陆地救生设备和空中救生设备。常用的水中救生设备和陆地救生设备有救生气囊,常见的空中救生设备有降落伞和直升机。但是,无论是哪种救生设备,都具有体积大、携带不便的问题;另一方面,这些救生设备都只能在单一的救生环境中使用,却无法在水陆、陆空或水空任两种场所中交替使用。

为了解决现有技术中问题,本发明提供了一种新型救生气囊,能够能够实现救生气囊的快速膨胀,并能在危急关头提供呼吸用的氧气。本发明通过如下技术方案实现:
一种新型救生气囊,包括液化气体罐和包覆在所述液化气体罐外面的可伸缩膨胀的膨胀套,在液化气体罐包覆膨胀套的那一端设置第一单向放气嘴,在液化气体罐的另一端设置第二单向放气嘴,拉环与第一单向放气嘴的保险阀相连,放气开关与第二单向放气嘴的阀门相连;第二单向放气嘴不同于第一单向放气嘴,第二单向放气嘴所采用的阀门控制放气嘴放气的速度远小于第一单向放气嘴的保险阀。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述膨胀套的外层由可防刺的纳米材料组成,内层涂覆橡胶材料,在防止气体外泄的同时,具有一定的防刺穿能力。
作为本发明的进一步改进,平时氧气或者空气以液态形式存储在金属材质的液化气体罐中,当发生危险情况时,拉开一端的启动拉环,使气体通过第一单向放弃嘴进入膨胀套,在充气作用下,膨胀套伸展开来变大;如需要氧气进行呼吸时,遇险人员按压放气开关,通过第二单向放弃嘴释放一定量的氧气出来。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述放气开关为弹性开关,用力按压时触发第二单向放气嘴的阀门,松手后,放气开关弹起,第二单向放气嘴的阀门关闭。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明的本发明新型救生气囊能够实现救生气囊的快速膨胀,可适用于水面、陆地、低空缓冲救援。同时,在水下求生时,能够提供一定量的氧气,实现了水上水下救生工具的融合,还能适用于其他需要氧气提供呼吸的救援场景。本发明设计制造方便、应用范围广,救生能力强。

本发明的新型救生气囊,如附图1所示,其包括液化气体罐1和包覆在所述液化气体罐1外面的可伸缩膨胀的膨胀套2,膨胀套2的外层由可防刺的纳米材料组成,内层涂覆橡胶材料,在防止气体外泄的同时,具有一定的防刺穿能力。在液化气体罐1包覆膨胀套2的那一端设置第一单向放气嘴3,在液化气体罐1的另一端设置第二单向放气嘴5,拉环4与第一单向放气嘴3的保险阀相连,放气开关6与第二单向放气嘴5的阀门相连。第二单向放气嘴5不同于第一单向放气嘴3,第二单向放气嘴5所采用的阀门控制放气嘴放气的速度远小于第一单向放气嘴3的保险阀。所述放气开关6为弹性开关,用力按压时触发第二单向放气嘴5的阀门,松手后,放气开关6弹起,第二单向放气嘴5的阀门关闭。
平时氧气(或者空气)以液态形式存储在金属材质的液化气体罐1中,体积小巧,便于存放及随身携带。当发生危险情况时,拉开一端的启动拉环4,气体通过第一单向放弃嘴3进入膨胀套2,在充气作用下,膨胀套2伸展开来变大,如附图2所示,可作为救生漂浮物使用,也可以作为缓冲垫使用。当处于被困水下等需要氧气进行呼吸的场景时,遇险人员可按压放气开关6,通过第二单向放弃嘴释放一定量的氧气出来,通过嘴进行呼吸换气,延长水下存活时间,等待救助人员,或者有能力进行自救。
本发明能够实现救生气囊的快速膨胀,可适用于水面、陆地、低空缓冲救援。同时,在水下求生时,能够提供一定量的氧气,实现了水上水下救生工具的融合,还能适用于其他需要氧气提供呼吸的救援场景。本发明设计制造方便、应用范围广,救生能力强。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种新型救生气囊,其特征在于:所述救生气囊包括液化气体罐和包覆在所述液化气体罐外面的可伸缩膨胀的膨胀套,在液化气体罐包覆膨胀套的那一端设置第一单向放气嘴,在液化气体罐的另一端设置第二单向放气嘴,拉环与第一单向放气嘴的保险阀相连,放气开关与第二单向放气嘴的阀门相连;第二单向放气嘴不同于第一单向放气嘴,第二单向放气嘴所采用的阀门控制放气嘴放气的速度远小于第一单向放气嘴的保险阀。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的救生气囊,其特征在于:所述膨胀套的外层由可防刺的纳米材料组成,内层涂覆橡胶材料,在防止气体外泄的同时,具有一定的防刺穿能力。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的救生气囊,其特征在于:平时氧气或者空气以液态形式存储在金属材质的液化气体罐中,当发生危险情况时,拉开一端的启动拉环,使气体通过第一单向放弃嘴进入膨胀套,在充气作用下,膨胀套伸展开来变大;如需要氧气进行呼吸时,遇险人员按压放气开关,通过第二单向放弃嘴释放一定量的氧气出来。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的救生气囊,其特征在于:所述放气开关为弹性开关,用力按压时触发第二单向放气嘴的阀门,松手后,放气开关弹起,第二单向放气嘴的阀门关闭。
