Description

电器盒及具有其的空调器 技术领域
本发明涉及空调器领域,具体而言,涉及一种电器盒及具有其的空调器。
背景技术
空调器的生产与运行都要求其具有相当的可靠性,因此,在目前的生产中必须做到出厂前的全检运转测试,以保证每一台空调器在出厂时处于良好的运转状态。这也使得运转测试环节成为限制生产线生产效率提升的重要因素。由于空调器电器盒部分设计时,顶部设计有敞开的开口,开口与面板体上设计的装配腔对应装配,便于运转测试接线与售后接线。当前空调器生产线运转测试多是采用如下的方式进行:
1、在总装线上装配好电器盒部件与整体外观件。
2、整机到检测房后打开面板,接线做整机运转测试,测试后断开连接线。
3、装配面板体的电器盒盖子,将装配腔体封盖住,盖上空调器面板。
整个检测过程需要开合面板、接线、装封电器盒盖子等操作,繁琐的操作非常不便于整机的运转测试,严重限制了生产线的生产效率提升。而且装配后的整机电器盒部件部分存在较大的配合间隙,电器盒封装不严密,存在较大的电气安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种电器盒及具有其的空调器,以解决现有技术中的空调器在检测过程中电器盒接线效率较低的问题。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种电器盒,包括电器盒本体,电器盒还包括:接线板,接线板设置在电器盒本体上;检测线,检测线的第一端设置在接线板上,检测线的第二端连接用于与接线板相连接的检测设备。
进一步地,电器盒本体上设置有走线孔,检测线的第二端穿过走线孔,以使至少部分的检测线位于电器盒本体的外部。
进一步地,电器盒本体上设置有用于支撑部分的检测线的走线部,走线部与走线孔相连通。
进一步地,走线部的至少部分为凹槽。

在本实施例中,通过将电器盒设置在面板组件70内,电器盒的检测线30的第二端位于 面板组件70的外部,在检测过程中,直接使位于面板组件70的外部的检测线30与检测设备连接。
优选地,面板组件70的底端设置有出线孔,检测线30的第二端穿过出线孔。
优选地,如图6和图7所示,面板组件70包括:面板本体71;导风板部件72,导风板部件72与面板本体71相连接;出风口部件73,出风口部件73与导风板部件72相连接,导风板部件72设置在出风口部件73与面板本体71之间;其中,出风口部件73遮挡部分的检测线30。
优选地,面板组件70还包括:基座75,面板本体71设置在基座75上,出风口部件73与基座75相连接,基座75上设置有出线孔,检测线30的第二端穿过出线孔。
优选地,面板组件70还包括:侧板体74,侧板体74成对设置,成对的两个侧板体74设置在面板本体71的两端;侧板体74与导风板部件72和面板本体71均可拆卸地连接。
优选地,导风板部件72与面板本体71可拆卸地相连接。
优选地,出风口部件73与面板本体71可拆卸地相连接,出风口部件73与基座75可拆卸地相连接。
本发明的空调器是一种快捷的外接检测线方式,以此完成整机在生产线的快速运转检测。由于采用外接检测线的设计,电器盒部件的设计可以采用更好的封闭结构,大大提升整机的电气防火性能。
从图2可以看出,在预装时采用螺钉组合件,将检测线(检测线30)固定在接线板20上;固线的螺钉组合件带有压线的金属片(导电压片50),增大与线体的接触面积的同时能够更加有效的压紧接线端。
根据整机的检测需求,按照电气设计要求,预先在电器盒部件预装时将所需要的检测线与接线板20连接好,然后通过压线夹(压线部40)压紧线,顺着电器盒的出线槽(走线部11)延伸到电器盒部件外部。
火线与信号线这几根检测线,可能还会存在由于整机运转检测需要而设计的其他检测线,比如外机供电时需要的内机与外机检测线、地线等其他为运转检测预留的线都属于检测线30所考虑的外接检测线范畴。
带有检测线的电器盒部件装配到整机后,由于的外接检测线预装时已经在电器盒部件内部理顺走线,检测线会顺着电器盒走线槽的出线口向下,在出风口部件的背后走线到整机底部,然后从下部伸出接线端子。
整机装配完成后,只有外接检测线接线端子部分伸出到整机外部,在生产线完成此装配后流转到检测房里,只需按照设计的运转检测要求,将外接检测线的接线端子分别与检测工装连接,即可上电完成运转测试。测试完成后快速断开连接,整机带着外接的检测线直接流转到打包段打包完成生产,无需传统设计的开合面板,装配封装电器盒盖子等繁琐操作。
电器盒本体10上的出线口小且采用了曲路走线方式,使得电器盒部件装配后封闭性非常好,做到空间密封。装配完成后只有出线口一个开口,且是曲路折弯向下开口设计,这大大提升了整机的电气防火性能,有效防止主板因电气失火时危害到整机,产生其它电气安全问题。对于整机性能而言,采用外接检测线的电器盒部件是一种优秀的设计,它能在有效提升生产效率的同时保证电气安全的可靠性。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:
本发明的电器盒通过在接线板20上设置有检测线30,从而可以方便空调器在性能检测时,接线板20上的检测线30与检测设备或其他导电线体电连接。其中,接线板20设置在电器盒本体10上,检测线30的第一端设置在接线板20上。在具体性能检测时,由于检测线30的存在,可以直接通过检测线30与检测设备或其他导电线体电连接,从而实现接线板20与检测设备或其他导电线体电连接。本发明的电器盒通过在接线板20上设置有检测线30,从而可以方便空调器在性能检测时,接线板20上的检测线30与检测设备或其他导电线体电连接,解决了现有技术中的空调器在检测过程中电器盒接线效率较低的问题。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种电器盒,包括电器盒本体(10),其特征在于,所述电器盒还包括:
    接线板(20),所述接线板(20)设置在所述电器盒本体(10)上;
    检测线(30),所述检测线(30)的第一端设置在所述接线板(20)上,所述检测线(30)的第二端连接用于与所述接线板(20)相连接的检测设备。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电器盒,其特征在于,所述电器盒本体(10)上设置有走线孔,所述检测线(30)的第二端穿过所述走线孔,以使至少部分的所述检测线(30)位于所述电器盒本体(10)的外部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电器盒,其特征在于,所述电器盒本体(10)上设置有用于支撑部分的所述检测线(30)的走线部(11),所述走线部(11)与所述走线孔相连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电器盒,其特征在于,所述走线部(11)的至少部分为凹槽。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电器盒,其特征在于,所述走线部(11)为弯折部,以使所述检测线(30)弯曲走线。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电器盒,其特征在于,所述电器盒还包括:
    压线部(40),所述压线部(40)设置在所述电器盒本体(10)上,所述检测线(30)穿设在所述压线部(40)上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电器盒,其特征在于,所述电器盒本体(10)上设置有用于放置部分的所述检测线(30)的走线部(11),所述压线部(40)为多个,多个所述压线部(40)沿所述走线部(11)的延伸方向间隔设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电器盒,其特征在于,所述电器盒还包括:
    导电压片(50),所述导电压片(50)设置在所述接线板(20)上,所述检测线(30)的第一端与所述导电压片(50)电连接;
    紧固件(60),所述紧固件(60)穿设在所述导电压片(50)与接线板(20)上。
  9. 一种空调器,包括电器盒,其特征在于,所述电器盒为权利要求1至8中任一项所述的电器盒。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述空调器还包括:
    面板组件(70),所述电器盒设置在所述面板组件(70)内;
    其中,所述电器盒的检测线(30)的第二端位于所述面板组件(70)的外部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述面板组件(70)的底端设置有出线孔,所述检测线(30)的第二端穿过所述出线孔。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述面板组件(70)包括:
    面板本体(71);
    导风板部件(72),所述导风板部件(72)与所述面板本体(71)相连接;
    出风口部件(73),所述出风口部件(73)与所述导风板部件(72)相连接,所述导风板部件(72)设置在所述出风口部件(73)与所述面板本体(71)之间;
    其中,所述出风口部件(73)遮挡部分的所述检测线(30)。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述面板组件(70)还包括:
    基座(75),所述面板本体(71)设置在所述基座(75)上,所述出风口部件(73)与所述基座(75)相连接,所述基座(75)上设置有出线孔,所述检测线(30)的第二端穿过所述出线孔。
