背景技术
生耳是手表专业术语的词语,是指表壳与表带之间的链接钢棒,或者是表带中间调节长短位置的那根钢棒。现有手表的设计结构,通常是在表壳与表带之间通过一只生耳进行固定连接,其需要在表壳上设置有表耳,表耳及表带的两端要加工出连通的穿耳孔,通过将生耳卡设于穿耳孔内使表带固定在表耳上。
这样的结构由于钻孔较深,不仅加工麻烦,加工精度要求较高,而且一旦孔轴的偏差较大时会难以装配;另外,表带使用时间长了之后外观可能会有影响,但用户想要自行更换手表表带时,却无法自行拆卸、更换,需要到钟表店找专业人员求助,极其不方便。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种表带连接结构,该表带连接结构能够使用户通过简单的操作即可自行更换表带,有效解决了上述问题。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种表带连接结构,其包括:表壳,其两端设置有表耳,所述表耳为U形卡条,所述表耳的两端连接于所述表壳上;表带,其两端连接有固定环,所述固定环上设有定位凹槽,所述表耳卡设于所述定位凹槽内;压环,其一端与所述固定环固定连接,另一端与所述固定环紧贴且将所述表耳压在所述定位凹槽内。

进一步地,为了避免将压环拆卸下来后,表耳与固定环立刻分离可能造成表盘从高处跌落,所以在固定环上设有缺口,缺口的宽度小于表耳的宽度,缺口的两端设有卡槽;装配时,将表耳从缺口压入并卡入卡槽内,使表耳即使在拆卸压环后仍能与固定环保持一定的连接,减低拆装表带时表盘跌落的可能性。
进一步地,由于缺口的宽度小于表耳的宽度,为了避免将表耳压入缺口时因碰撞而造成损坏,固定环由具有弹性的金属材料制成,通过使固定环的稍微 变形使缺口的宽度变大,使缺口的宽度便于表耳压入,避免碰撞。

具体地,所述固定环4上设有缺口42,所述缺口42的宽度小于所述表耳2的宽度,且所述缺口42的两端设置有卡块43;装配时,所述表耳2通过所述卡块43卡设于所述缺口42内。
优选地,所述固定环4由具有弹性的金属材料制成,装配时,用户可以用手使固定环4稍微变形,进而使缺口42的宽度稍微大于表耳2的宽度,使表耳2在进入缺口42时避免发生碰撞。
具体地,所述固定环4呈圆弧形设置。
优选地,所述固定环4的内侧设有第一安装缺口,所述表耳2上设有第二安装缺口,当所述表耳2卡设于所述定位凹槽41时,所述第一安装缺口与第二安装缺口连通形成压环安装槽6,所述压环5嵌设于所述压环安装槽6中,且所述压环5的下表面与所述固定环4的下表面相匹配,则压环5嵌设于压环安装槽6后不会凸出。
具体地,所述表耳2和固定环4相交的位置上分别设有避空槽7,当表耳2与固定环4相互交错连接或是固定环4与固定环4相互交错连接时,两者相交的部分可以嵌入避空槽7,使表带的连接更加平滑,增加产品的美感且提高用户的舒适度。
具体地,所述表耳2与表壳1一体化成形。

    表带,其两端连接有固定环,所述固定环上设有定位凹槽,所述表耳卡设于所述定位凹槽内;
    压环,其一端与所述固定环固定连接,另一端与所述固定环紧贴且将所述表耳压在所述定位凹槽内。

    所述表耳为U形卡条,所述表耳的两端连接于所述表壳上,其中部与所述表壳之间的间隙形成所述表耳的连接孔;
    所述压环通过螺钉连接于所述固定环上。

    所述固定环上设有缺口,所述缺口的宽度小于所述表耳的宽度,且所述缺口的两端设置有卡槽;
