Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de micropuce à réseau tridimensionnel pour la détection et l'analyse de séquences d'ADN et des kits comprenant des composants de celui-ci. Dans le système, un support solide comporte une pluralité de lieurs polymères bifonctionnels, éventuellement dotés d'une étiquette fluorescente, ayant chacun un domaine supérieur et une extrémité inférieure jointe à celui-ci au niveau de ladite l'extrémité inférieure et une pluralité de sondes d'acide nucléique jointes au domaine supérieur de la pluralité de lieurs polymères bifonctionnels. Un procédé de fabrication du système de micropuce et des procédés pour détecter et identifier des pathogènes dans un échantillon végétal ou pour déterminer le nombre de copies d'un ADN pathogène dans un échantillon d'acide nucléique non purifié à l'aide d'un nombre de copies connu d'ADN synthétique à titre d'étalon interne sont en outre décrits.
