La présente invention concerne des robots de nettoyage pour nettoyer de grandes surfaces lisses présentant une inclinaison et une élévation par rapport au sol, plus particulièrement un dispositif de nettoyage robotisé pour nettoyer des panneaux solaires inclinés. Les robots selon la présente invention peuvent se déplacer dans n'importe quelle direction dans une surface bidimensionnelle et peuvent effectuer des virages. En outre, les hauteurs des brosses de nettoyage sont ajustables. Le système permet aux brosses d'avoir une hauteur variable par rapport au sol, augmentant et diminuant ainsi l'impact de la brosse. Les robots peuvent également étendre et comprimer la longueur, et ainsi le système robotisé selon l'invention peut avoir de multiples longueurs sans aucune modification matérielle. Les robots peuvent être utilisés conjointement avec des rails de guidage, les rails pouvant maintenir le robot lorsque l'inclinaison du robot est plus grande, et les robots peuvent être utilisés conjointement avec un drone, le robot pouvant être manœuvré avec le drone et un autre système pouvant être développé de telle sorte que des surfaces qui sont normalement accessibles manuellement peuvent être nettoyées.
