本实施例的一种插座,主体结构与实施例1-5任一实施例主体结构基本相同,其不同之处在于:所述腔体(401)内设置有卡槽(4011)。所述卡槽(4011)可位于连接孔(403)两侧的腔体(401)底面或腔体(401)侧壁上。相应的,插座座体(2)上设置有与卡槽(4011)位置相适应的卡脚。所述卡槽(4011)与插座座体(2)上的卡脚相卡接的位置,可在插座座体(2)底部、插座座体(2)顶部或插座座体(2)中部。
实施例7
如图5-7所示,本实施例的一种插座,主体结构与实施例1-6中任一实施例主体结构基本相同,其不同之处在于:所述插座上壳(4)上设置有面板槽(402)。所述面板槽(402)面积大于腔体(401)面积。所述腔体(401)有一个、两个或多个,且两个或多个腔体(401)之间可设置有绝缘隔断结构,从而对各个腔体(401)中的插座座体(2)进行隔离。所述腔体(401)位于面板槽(402)底部位置上。所述面板(1)面积与面板槽(402)面积相适应。所述面板槽(402)或腔体(401)内设置有卡槽(4012)。相应的,所述面板(1)上设置有可卡接于卡槽(4012)内的卡脚(102),从而使面板(1)可卡接于面板槽(402)内。
实施例8
本实施例的一种插座盒,主体结构与实施例1-7中任一实施例主体结构基本相同,其不同之处在于:还包括插座下壳;所述插座下壳为与插座上壳(4)相适应的腔体(401)结构。通过插座上壳(4)与插座下壳的固定连接,将导电连片(5)及插座进线头部封闭于插座内部。
实施例9
本实施例的一种插座盒,主体结构与实施例8基本相同,其不同之处在于:所述两个或多个腔体(401)之间,可设置有锁定孔或管状体;从而可将插座上壳(4)与插座下壳进行锁定,或对插座座体(2)进行隔离。所述管状体可为位于腔体(401)内,与腔体(401)深度相适应的,开口于插座底面的盲管或两端开口的通管。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种插座,包括插座盒(3)、插座座体(2)和面板(1),其特征在于:所述插座盒包括插座上壳(4)和导电连片(5);所述插座上壳(4)内设置有开口朝向插座上表面的腔体(401);所述腔体(401)底部设置有连接孔(403);所述导电连片(5)与腔体(401)分别位于连接孔(403)两侧与连接孔(403)相应位置上;
    所述面板(1)面积大于腔体(401)开口处面积,且所述面板(1)可与插座上壳(4)固定可拆卸连接,以盖住腔体(401)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种插座,其特征在于:所述面板(1)上,在与插座座体(2)相应位置处,设置有可使插头插脚穿过而插座座体(2)无法穿过的插孔(101)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种插座,其特征在于:所述导电连片(5)在朝向连接孔(403)的一侧上,设置有与连接孔(403)同轴的螺纹孔;相应的,所述插座座体(2)上,设置有用于安装螺丝的孔(201);插座座体(2)通过螺丝与导电连片(5)电连接,同时实现相互锁定。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种插座,其特征在于:所述导电连片(5)在朝向连接孔(403)的一侧上,设置有可穿过连接孔(403)的弹脚;所述弹脚可穿过连接孔(403)与插座座体(2)电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种插座,其特征在于:所述导电连片(5)为位于连接孔(403)下方,与连接孔(403)相应位置处的接线端子,或直接与接线端子电连接的导体。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种插座,其特征在于:所述插座还包括开关,所述导电连片(5)为固定连接于连接孔(403)下方,与连接孔(403)相应位置上的金属片;所述导电连片(5)连接于开关出线端,或作为开关的静触点。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种插座,其特征在于:所述插座上壳(4)在与导电连片(5)同侧位置上,可有用于固定导电连片(5)的固定结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种插座,其特征在于:所述插座上壳(4)设置有面板槽(402),所述面板槽(402)面积大于腔体(401)面积;所述腔体(401)至少有一个。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种插座,其特征在于:所述腔体(401)有多个;且多个腔体(401)之间可设置有绝缘隔断结构;所述腔体(401)位于面板槽(402)底部;多个腔体(401)之间可设置有孔,或在腔体(401)内,设置有与腔体(401)深度相适应的管状结构。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种插座,其特征在于:所述面板(1)面积与面板槽(402)面积相适应;所述面板槽(402)或腔体(401)内设置有卡槽(4012),所述面板(1)上有可卡接于卡槽(4012)的卡脚(102)。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种插座,其特征在于:所述腔体(401)内,在位于连接孔(403)两侧的腔体底面或侧壁上,设置有卡槽(4011);相应的,插座座体(2)上,设置有可卡接于卡槽(4011)的卡脚。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的一种插座,其特征在于:所述插座还包括插座下壳,所述插座下壳为与插座上壳(4)相适应的腔体结构,通过插座上壳(4)与插座下壳的固定连接,将导电连片(5)封闭于插座内部。
