Description

跑步机作为一种家用的健身器材,因不受外部天气气候的影响受到锻炼者喜爱。现有的跑步机包括扶手、机架、跑步台、操作台等,锻炼者只要踏在跑步台上就可以进行跑步练习。
但现有的跑步机在操作台上设置有多个按键,锻炼者通过按压多个按键对跑步机进行操控,使得操作繁琐。

应用本发明的技术方案,该跑步机包括:跑台组件、立柱和操控台。其中,跑台组件包括驱动部、控制部和运动组件,控制部与驱动部电连接,驱动部与运动组件驱动连接。立柱设置在跑台组件上。操控台设置在立柱上,操控台具有旋钮,旋钮可转动地设置在操控台上,旋钮与控制部电连接。使用该跑步机,用户通过旋转该旋钮即可方便地调节跑步机的运行状态,不需要进行繁琐的调节操作。因此,采用该跑步机能够解决现有技术中的跑步机操作繁琐的问题。

如图1所示,本发明实施例提供一种跑步机,该跑步机包括:跑台组件100、立柱200和操控台300。其中,跑台组件100包括驱动部110、控制部和运动组件130,控制部与驱动部110电连接,驱动部110与运动组件130驱动连接。立柱200设置在跑台组件100上,具体的,在本实施例中立柱200设置在运动组件130的两侧。操控台300设置在立柱200上,操控台300具有旋钮310,旋钮310可转动地设置在操控台300上,旋钮310与控制部电连接。
使用本实施例提供的跑步机,用户可通过旋转或按压两种操作方式进行操控,如此可将不同指令功能集成在一个控制旋钮上。具体的,控制部通过驱动部110能够控制运动组件130的运动速度。因此,采用本实施例提供的跑步机,用户仅通过旋转旋钮310即可完成对运动组件130运动速度的控制,而不需要进行繁复的按键调节,从而解决现有技术中的跑步机操作繁琐的问题。
如图2所示,旋钮310包括:安装座311和第一壳体312。其中,安装座311设置在操控台300上。第一壳体312设置在安装座311上,第一壳体312可相对安装座311转动,并且通过转动第一壳体312能够向控制部传输相应的控制信号。
具体的,第一壳体312可相对安装座311移动。本实施例中的第一壳体312具有相对安装座311转动的转轴,第一壳体312在沿转轴方向上可相对安装座311移动,并且通过移动第一壳体312能够向控制部传输相应的控制信号。
具体的,本实施例中的控制部包括第一控制组件,第一控制组件设置在安装座311上且与第一壳体312连接,这样,第一控制组件通过第一壳体312的运动便可控制驱动部110运行。
具体的,本实施例中的第一控制组件包括:控制板、电位器以及接触开关。具体的,控制板、电位器以及接触开关均设置在安装座311内。电位器与第一壳体312连接,接触开关与控制板电连接,且接触开关位于第一壳体312相对安装座311移动的轨迹上。通过上述结构,第一壳体312在相对安装座311转动时可触发电位器,电位器将信号传递至控制板,控制板根据第一壳体312的转动角度发出相应指令。第一壳体312在相对安装座311移动时可触发接触开关,接触开关将信号传递至控制板,控制板根据第一壳体312的按压量、按压次数或按压时间发出相应指令。
具体的,该旋钮还包括导向件,导向件设置在第一壳体312与安装座311之间。通过设置导向件,以对第一壳体312的运动进行导向,防止第一壳体312与安装座311脱离。
其中,旋钮还包括指示灯,指示灯设置在第一壳体312上,指示灯与第一控制组件电连接。通过设置指示灯可在进行不同操作时,指示灯有不同变化,如此可直观提醒使用者。具体的,该指示灯为环形结构,指示灯环形设置在第一壳体312的周缘。
在本实施例中,该旋钮还包括复位件,该复位件设置在第一壳体312和安装座311之间,通过复位件可复位第一壳体312相对安装座311的转动位置,或者复位第一壳体312相对安装座的移动位置,或者将第一壳体312相对安装座的转动位置以及移动位置均复位。具体的,该复位件可以为扭簧或弹簧。
具体的,旋钮310还包括第一屏幕313,第一屏幕313设置在安装座311上,第一屏幕313与控制部电连接,第一壳体312上设置有避让孔,第一屏幕313位于避让孔内,第一屏幕313用于显示跑步机运行状态。其中,第一控制组件设置在安装座311上且与第一壳体312连接,第一控制组件通过第一壳体312的运动控制驱动部110运行。
采用这样的设置,通过转动第一壳体312即可完成对运动组件130的控制,以控制跑步机的速度。通过按压第一壳体312可以使跑步机处于开始、暂停等不同的状态。本实施例中的旋转操控台300上还设置有WI-FI按钮、USB充电口,以方便用户的使用,满足用户的多种使用需求。具体的,第一屏幕313上可以显示开始状态、暂停状态、WI-FI连接状态、APP同步状态、计时状态、速度状态、升级状态、还原状态等不同的状态,通过显示不同的工作状态以方便用户的多功能使用,从而能够为用户提供有用的操作信息和数据指示。
具体的,操控台300上设置有第二屏幕320,第二屏幕320与控制部电连接,第二屏幕320用于显示运动组件130的运行状态。采用这样的设置,用户可通过第二屏幕320清楚地知道跑步的速度、时间、消耗的卡路里以及公里数等不同的数据。同时,第二屏幕320比第一屏幕313的屏幕面积大,这样以便于用户清楚地了解自己的运动情况,提升了用户体验。
为了使跑步机整体轻量化,立柱200为由铝型材制成的管柱结构。采用这样的设置,通过将立柱200设置为铝型材的管柱结构,能够提高跑步机整体的美观程度。具体的,本实施例中的铝型材的管柱结构内可以走线,以便于跑步机内部的线路连接。
如图3所示,控制部还包括第二控制组件120,跑台组件100还包括底架140,驱动部110、第二控制组件120以及运动组件130均设置在底架140上。本实施例中的驱动部110为马达。采用这样的设置,第二控制组件120控制马达的运转,马达带动运动组件130转动,从而能够通过第二控制组件120实现对运动组件130的控制。具体的,本实施例中的跑台组件100还包括皮带150,马达通过皮带150带动运动组件130运动。
具体的,第二控制组件120包括控制器和处理器,其中,控制器用于控制驱动部110的运转速度,处理器用于计算用户的运动时间、运动路程、消耗的卡路里等数据。同时,本实施例中的底架还包括导柱,导柱设置在底架的前端,这样,铝型材的管柱结构可以套设在导柱上以完成连接。
具体的,运动组件130包括:跑板131、前滚筒132、后滚筒133和跑带134。其中,跑板131设置在底架140上。前滚筒132和后滚筒133分别位于跑板131的两端,前滚筒132和后滚筒133均可转动地设置在底架140上。跑带134套设在前滚筒132、后滚筒133以及跑板131上。采用这样的设置,用户可在该运动组件130上进行跑步。
具体的,本实施例中的运动组件130还包括:跑带导向片136和跑板间隔垫137。采用这样的设置,跑带导向片136能够方便地引导跑带134的运动。
为了提升用户使用的安全感,本实施例中将跑带134的上表面至运动组件130底部的距离设置在小于100mm的范围内,优选的,将跑带134的上表面到运动组件130底部的距离设 置为70mm,这样,当用户在运动过程中觉得不舒适时能够快速且安全地离开跑步机,避免摔倒。
为了提升用户的使用舒适度,可以将跑带134的长度范围在1000mm至1500mm的范围内,跑带134的宽度范围在400mm至600mm的范围内。优选的,本实施例中的跑带134长1200mm、宽520mm,这样,通过增加跑步区域能够提高用户的使用舒适度。同时,为了便于用户操控操控台300,可以将操控台300距离地面的高度设置在900至1200mm的范围内。优选的,为了满足各个身高人群的使用方便,本实施例中将操控台300距离地面的高度设置为1035mm,且该操控台300为倾斜设置,如此以便于用户的操作。
为了使驱动部110更稳定地带动前滚筒132运转,本实施例中的驱动部110与前滚筒132通过皮带驱动连接。
在本实施例中,该运动组件130还包括缓冲件135,缓冲件135设置在跑板131与底架140之间,以通过缓冲件135对跑板131进行缓冲,减缓使用者在跑步过程中的震动,并且能够通过缓冲件135对底架140进行保护。具体的缓冲件135包括减震垫、胶套等。将多个缓冲件135均布在跑板131和底架140之间。
具体的,该跑步机还包括:第二壳体400和边框500。其中,驱动部110和控制部均设置在第二壳体400内,通过第二壳体400防止杂质进入驱动部或控制部内,以保护驱动部110和控制部。边框500为两个,两个边框分别套设在底架140的两侧,以通过边框500对底架140进行保护,防止杂质进入运动组件130内。具体的,本实施例中的第二壳体400上还设置有搬运轮410和电源开关420,以便于用户的使用和操作。
其中,该跑步机还包括安全锁600,安全锁600设置在操控台300上,安全锁600与驱动部110电连接。通过设置安全锁,可在使用者在意外摔倒或出现其它情况时紧急停止跑步机,保证使用者的安全。
具体的,该安全锁600具体包括磁吸结构、安全夹以及控制件,磁吸结构有两个,其中一个设置在操控台300上并与控制件电连接,该控制件与驱动部110电连接,另一个磁吸结构与安全夹可通过连接绳连接。当两个磁吸结构吸附时,控制件不采取操作,当两个磁吸结构脱开时,控制件将停止驱动部110工作。
在本实施例中,该跑步机还包括支架700和前扶手800,该支架700可拆卸地设置在操控台300上,支架700用于固定电子设备。通过该结构,可以在使用者跑步时,利用支架700固定手机、平板电脑等电子设备。前扶手800设置在立柱200上,以方便用户的操作。
具体的,支架700和操控台300之间可设置快拆结构,例如在支架700上设置卡扣结构,在操控台300上设置卡槽结构,以便于支架700与操控台300快速拆装。

Claims (14)
- 一种跑步机,其特征在于,所述跑步机包括:跑台组件(100),包括驱动部(110)、控制部和运动组件(130),所述控制部与所述驱动部(110)电连接,所述驱动部(110)与所述运动组件(130)驱动连接;立柱(200),设置在所述跑台组件(100)上;操控台(300),设置在所述立柱(200)上,所述操控台(300)具有旋钮(310),所述旋钮(310)可转动地设置在所述操控台(300)上,所述旋钮(310)与所述控制部电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的跑步机,其特征在于,所述旋钮(310)包括:安装座(311),设置在所述操控台(300)上;第一壳体(312),设置在所述安装座(311)上,所述第一壳体(312)可相对所述安装座(311)转动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的跑步机,其特征在于,所述第一壳体(312)可相对所述安装座(311)移动。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的跑步机,其特征在于,所述控制部包括第一控制组件,所述第一控制组件设置在所述安装座(311)上且与所述第一壳体(312)连接,所述第一控制组件通过所述第一壳体(312)的运动控制所述驱动部(110)运行。
- 根据权利要求2所述的跑步机,其特征在于,所述旋钮(310)还包括:第一屏幕(313),设置在所述安装座(311)上,所述第一屏幕(313)与所述控制部电连接,所述第一壳体(312)上设置有避让孔,所述第一屏幕(313)位于所述避让孔内,所述第一屏幕(313)用于显示所述跑步机运行状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的跑步机,其特征在于,所述操控台(300)上设置有第二屏幕(320),所述第二屏幕(320)与所述控制部电连接,所述第二屏幕(320)用于显示所述运动组件(130)的运行状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的跑步机,其特征在于,所述立柱(200)为由铝型材制成的管柱结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的跑步机,其特征在于,所述控制部还包括第二控制组件(120),所述跑台组件(100)还包括:底架(140),所述驱动部(110)、所述第二控制组件(120)以及所述运动组件(130)均设置在所述底架(140)上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的跑步机,其特征在于,所述运动组件(130)包括:跑板(131),设置在所述底架(140)上;前滚筒(132)和后滚筒(133),所述前滚筒(132)和所述后滚筒(133)分别位于所述跑板(131)的两端,所述前滚筒(132)和所述后滚筒(133)均可转动地设置在所述底架(140)上;跑带(134),套设在所述前滚筒(132)、所述后滚筒(133)以及所述跑板(131)上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的跑步机,其特征在于,所述驱动部(110)与所述前滚筒(132)通过皮带驱动连接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的跑步机,其特征在于,所述运动组件(130)还包括:缓冲件(135),设置在所述跑板(131)与所述底架(140)之间。
- 根据权利要求8所述的跑步机,其特征在于,所述跑步机还包括:第二壳体(400),所述驱动部(110)和所述控制部设置在所述第二壳体(400)内;边框(500),套设在所述底架(140)的两侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的跑步机,其特征在于,所述跑步机还包括:安全锁(600),设置在所述操控台(300)上,所述安全锁(600)与所述驱动部(110)电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的跑步机,其特征在于,所述跑步机还包括:支架(700),可拆卸地设置在所述操控台(300)上,所述支架(700)用于固定电子设备。
