所述存储器用于统计所述提示装置发出告警信号的总次数,并记录所述提示装置每次发出告警信号的时间。

所述无线通信装置用于将所述告警信号通过互联网发送至服务器,以使其他终端设备通过所述服务器获取所述告警信号。

本发明提供一种传感器,包括:片式合成纸、导电层、连接线和提示装置;导电层设置在片式合成纸的第一面,导电层包括平行设置的第一导电线和第二导电线,第一导电线和第二导电线通过连接线连接提示装置;当第一导电线和第二导电线被液体导通,导电层、连接线和提示装置构成回路,提示装置发出告警信号。本发明提供的传感器,通过在片式合成纸上设置的导电层实现对液体的检测,并且当片式合成纸上的 导电层被液体导通后提示装置发出告警信号,通过合成纸而不是纽扣或夹子方式使得固定传感器使用过程中不会损伤衣物,并且避免了金属材质的纽扣或夹子多次使用后存在生锈的隐患,提高了传感器的用户体验并提高了传感器的使用寿命。

现有技术中,一种遗尿传感器实施方式为,纽扣式传感器,即遗尿传感器中用于检测遗尿的传感器部分的两个端口通过纽扣的方式,扣合在患者或儿童的衣物如内裤中。传感器的两个端口通过连接线连接提示装置的两个端口,因此当衣物存在遗尿后,遗尿液体将传感器的两个端口通过连接线与提示装置的两个端口之间的回路导通,使得提示装置发出告警信号。
在上述现有技术中,会造成如下不足:1、使用过程可能会损伤衣物;2、可导通的面积小,导致不能及时反映遗尿的情况;3、操作不简便,例如掰开纽扣不便捷;4、导通材质使用的是金属类材质,多次使用后存在生锈的隐患。
现有技术中的另一种遗尿传感器实施方式为,夹子式传感器,即遗尿传感器中用于检测遗尿的传感器部分的两个端口通过夹子扣合的方式,扣合在患者或儿童的衣物如内裤中。传感器的两个端口通过连接线连接提示装置的两个端口,因此当衣物存在遗尿后,遗尿液体将传感器的两个端口通过连接线与提示装置的两个端口之间的回路导通,使得提示装置发出告警信号。
在上述现有技术中,会造成如下不足:1、使用过程可能会损伤衣物;2、可导通的面积小,导致不能及时反映遗尿的情况;3、导通材质使用的是金属类材质,多次使用后存在生锈的隐患。
本实施例提供的传感器为了解决现有技术的遗尿传感器中,通过纽扣或夹子方式固定的遗尿传感器使用过程中会损伤衣物,并且金属材质的纽扣或夹子多次使用后存在生锈的隐患,导致遗尿传感器的用户体验较差且使用寿命较低的问题,通过片式合成纸、导电层、连接线和提示装置;导电层设置在片式合成纸的第一面,导电层包括平行设置的第一导电线和第二导电线,第一导电线和第二导电线通过连接线连接提示装置;当第一导电线和第二导电线被液体导通,导电层、连接线和提示装 置构成回路,提示装置发出告警信号。本发明提供的传感器,通过在片式合成纸上设置的导电层实现对液体的检测,并且当片式合成纸上的导电层被液体导通后提示装置发出告警信号,通过合成纸而不是纽扣或夹子方式使得固定传感器使用过程中不会损伤衣物,并且避免了金属材质的纽扣或夹子多次使用后存在生锈的隐患,提高了传感器的用户体验并提高了传感器的使用寿命。特别地,本发明各实施例提供的传感器均为遗尿传感器,则传感器检测的液体为遗尿液体。相应地,本发明各实施例提供的传感器还可以应用于其他领域的液体检测中,在此不做限定。
下面以具体地实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。下面这几个具体的实施例可以相互结合,对于相同或相似的概念或过程可能在某些实施例不再赘述。
图1为本发明传感器实施例一的结构示意图。如图1所示,本实施例提供的传感器包括:
片式合成纸、导电层、连接线和提示装置;
导电层设置在片式合成纸的第一面,导电层包括平行设置的第一导电线和第二导电线,第一导电线和第二导电线通过连接线连接提示装置;
当第一导电线和第二导电线被液体导通,导电层、连接线和提示装置构成回路,提示装置发出告警信号。
具体地,本实施例提供的传感器由合成纸作为载体,并通过在合成纸的第一面印制导电层的方式,由片式合成纸及其上的导电层作为液体检测装置。其中,通过将片式载体的设计,较现有技术中的传感器能够扩大可导通或可传递信息的面积,并且传感器的面积和平面形状可以按照用户需求和喜好进行变化。
在实际使用时,当传感器为遗尿传感器时,可以将片式合成纸设置导电层的第一面放置在需要遗尿检测的患者或儿童的衣物如内裤内。而为了增加片式合成纸的稳定位置,还可以在片式合成纸的第一面未设置导电层的区域设置粘合区域,通过胶粘的方式将片式合成纸贴合在衣物的固定位置。从而本实施例提供的传感器中用于检测遗尿液体的片式合成纸在设置时无需机械结构,无需繁琐的扣合操作,而只需要放入衣物中即可实现检测,同时对于衣物没有损害。
如图1所示的实施例中,导电层为最基础的一种实施方式,即通过第一导电线和第二导电线印刷在片式合成纸上。其中,第一导电线和第二导电线平行设置,从而增加了第一导电线和第二导电线之间的可导通面积。在实际使用时,若第一导电线和第二导电线之间的任意位置出现液体,液体范围一旦同时解除第一导电线和第二导电线,则第一导电线和第二导电线被导通,而第一导电线、第二导电线、连接线和提示装置组成的回路被导通,使得提示装置发出告警信号。
其中,第一导电线和第二导电线分别通过两根导线连接提示装置的两个端口,而在实际工程实现中,为了减少遗尿传感器不同位置的连接线,简化用户接触到的结构并方便使用,可以将连接导电线和提示装置的两根导线设置在同一连接线内,即第一导电线和第二导电线分别连接的两根导线通过在连接线内并行的方式至提示装置后在分别连接提示装置的两个端口。并且可选地,提示装置的两个端口可以是供电装置和告警装置的连接端口,当提示装置的两个端口导通后,提示装置内的供电装置向告警装置供电,提示装置内的告警装置发出告警信号。上述举例仅为示例,本发明不对提示装置的具体提示装置做出限定,告警信号可以是响铃声音、震动提示或者指示灯闪烁提示等告警方式。
综上,本实施例提供的传感器为了解决现有技术的问题,遗尿传感器包括:片式合成纸、导电层、连接线和提示装置;导电层设置在片式合成纸的第一面,导电层包括平行设置的第一导电线和第二导电线,第一导电线和第二导电线通过连接线连接提示装置;当第一导电线和第二导电线被液体导通,导电层、连接线和提示装置构成回路,提示装置发出告警信号。本发明提供的遗尿传感器,通过在片式合成纸上设置的导电层实现对液体的检测,并且当片式合成纸上的导电层被液体导通后提示装置发出告警信号,通过合成纸而不是纽扣或夹子方式使得固定遗尿传感器使用过程中不会损伤衣物,并且避免了金属材质的纽扣或夹子多次使用后存在生锈的隐患,提高了遗尿传感器的用户体验并提高了传感器的使用寿命。同时,上述实施例提供的遗尿传感器带来了如下的有益效果:1、合成纸采用片式设计,扩大可导通的面积。2、合成纸采用的片式设计,无需机械结构固定,避免了损伤衣物的风险。3、片式合成纸 的使用过程无需繁琐的扣合操作,简化了操作。
图2为本发明传感器实施例二的结构示意图。如图2所示的遗尿传感器,在图1所示的实施例一的基础上,导电层还包括:
N根垂直连接第一导电线的第三导电线和M根垂直链接第二导电线的第四导电线,N和M为正整数;N根第三导电线和M根第二导电线交替间隔预设距离设置。
具体地,为了进一步增加片式合成纸上的导电层的可导通面积,在第一导电线和第二导电线之间设置N根第三导电线和M根第四导电线。其中第三导电线可以是单独设置,或者为第一导电线的延伸部分,每根第三导电线的第一端均与第一导电线垂直连接,第二端空置并与第二导电线间隔预设距离;同时,第四导电线也可以是单独设置或者为第二导电线的延伸部分,每根第四导电线的第一端与第二导电线垂直连接,第二端控制并与第一导电线间隔预设距离。如图2所示的示例中,包括4根垂直连接第一导电线的第三导电线和3根垂直连接第二导电线的第四导电线,并且,4根第三导电线和3根第四导电线交替间隔预设距离设置,优选地,每根导电线之间的距离相同。
因此,本实施例提供的片式合成纸上的导电层上分布了多个回路,只需要其中的任一回路被导通,即可使得第一导电线、第二导电线、连接线和提示装置组成的回路被导通,使得提示装置发出告警信号。例如:如图2中所示的最左侧的一个第三导电线与其右侧的第四导电线之间存在遗尿液体而被导通,则第一导电线、第二导电线、连接线和提示装置组成的回路被导通,使得提示装置发出告警信号。使得遗尿液体面积较小时不需要第一导电线和第二导电线之间完全覆盖也可将第一导电线和第二导电线导通,增大了遗尿传感器的灵敏度,优化了传递导通信号的及时性和准确性。
综上,本实施例提供的传感器包括:片式合成纸、导电层、连接线和提示装置;导电层设置在片式合成纸的第一面,导电层包括平行设置的第一导电线和第二导电线,第一导电线和第二导电线通过连接线连接提示装置;当第一导电线和第二导电线被液体导通,导电层、连接线和提示装置构成回路,提示装置发出告警信号。本发明提供的传感器,通 过在片式合成纸上设置的导电层实现对液体的检测,并且当片式合成纸上的导电层被遗尿液体导通后提示装置发出告警信号,通过合成纸而不是纽扣或夹子方式使得固定遗尿传感器使用过程中不会损伤衣物,并且避免了金属材质的纽扣或夹子多次使用后存在生锈的隐患,提高了传感器的用户体验并提高了遗尿传感器的使用寿命,并且使得液体面积较小时不需要第一导电线和第二导电线之间完全覆盖也可将第一导电线和第二导电线导通,增大了传感器的灵敏度,优化了传递导通信号的及时性和准确性。同时,上述实施例提供的传感器带来了如下的有益效果:1、合成纸采用片式设计,扩大可导通的面积,并且在片式的传感器上形成多个回路,以优化传递导通信号的及时性和准确性。2、合成纸采用的片式设计,无需机械结构固定,避免了损伤衣物的风险。3、片式合成纸的使用过程无需繁琐的扣合操作,简化了操作。
进一步地,在上述各实施例中,导电层为印刷在片式合成纸第一面的导电银浆。
具体地,由于现有技术中的导电层多为金属类材料,长时间或多次使用后,金属类材料会出现生锈而影响遗尿传感器的正常使用。因此,为了解决上述问题,本实施例中的导电层通过导电银浆的材料实现,具体地通过印刷的方式,通过导电银浆印刷在片式合成纸上的预设部位,并印刷出上述实施例中的各导电线。其中,导电银浆能够在实现导电功能的同时,避免多次使用后造成的生锈等原因造成的设备不能使用。
因此,本实施例提供的传感器,通过导电银浆作为导电层,使得遗尿传感器的片式合成纸及导电层能够通过清洗进行反复使用,同时避免了生锈的隐患。
可选地,在上述实施例中,片式合成纸的第二面印刷预设图案。其中,预设图案可以是以下的一种或多种:卡通人物、定制照片、传感器品牌名称和使用说明。
具体地,本实施例提供的传感器的片式合成纸上,除了通过第一面印刷导电层外,片式合成纸的第二面还可以印刷各种图案,图案可以针对用户的喜好或者市场的需求进行定制。例如:印刷传感器的品牌名称、使用方式等产品信息,使得用户更为方便地使用。或者,为了增加 儿童使用遗尿传感器的趣味性,也可以在第二面印刷卡通图案,增加儿童的使用体验。
可选地,在上述实施例中,片式合成纸的形状为:圆形、矩形、椭圆形、正方形、三角形、菱形、梯形、五边形或六边形。
其中,本实施例提供的传感器的片式合成纸的形状可以根据用户的喜好或者实际的使用情况进行调整,并设置为不同的形状以满足不同用户的需求。
综上,本实施例提供的传感器共带来了以下的有益效果:1、本实施例采用片式设计,扩大可导通的面积。在片式的传感器上形成多个回路,以优化传递导通信号的及时性和准确性。2、本实施例采用的片式设计,无需机械结构固定,避免了损伤衣物的风险。3、本实施例的使用过程无需繁琐的扣合操作,简化了操作。4、本实施例的导电物质使用的是银浆导电层,银浆导电层与常见的金属配件(如镀镍纽扣)的优势在于可重复清洗且不易生锈。5、本实施例的合成纸材质除了可以印刷导电层外,另外一面也可以印刷各种图案,为市场提供多样化外观的选择。
可选地,在上述实施例中的遗尿传感器,还包括:存储器;其中,存储器用于统计提示装置发出告警信号的总次数,并记录提示装置每次发出告警信号的时间。具体地,存储器可以设置在片式合成纸上,或者优选地设置在提示装置上,当每次提示装置发出告警信号,则存储器进行加1的计数。并且可选地,当提示装置通过USB或蓝牙等方式连接电脑时,用户可以通过电脑读取存储器中存储的遗尿传感器发出告警信号的总次数,及每次发出告警信号的时间,将遗尿传感器进一步人性化设计。
可选地,在上述实施例中的遗尿传感器,还包括:无线通信装置;其中,无线通信装置用于将告警信号通过互联网发送至服务器,以使其他终端设备通过服务器获取告警信号。具体地,无线通信装置可以是蓝牙模块、无线保真Wifi模块等,使得提示装置可以通过无线的防止发出告警信号,减少发出告警信号时对距离及环境的限制。
可选地,在上述实施例中的遗尿传感器,还包括:尿液检测装置;其中,尿液检测装置用于检测片式合成纸上的尿液的成分。可选地,尿液检测装置可以是设置在片式合成纸上的尿液试纸,如尿糖试纸、尿蛋白试纸等, 可以在患者或儿童发生遗尿的同时检测尿液的成分。一旦尿液成分异常,可以立即获知并及时就诊。可选地,尿液试纸可以进行更换,通过胶粘的方式粘贴在片式合成纸上。
可选地,在上述实施例中的遗尿传感器,还包括:计时装置;其中,计时装置用于在计时期满后,提示遗尿传感器的用户对片式合成纸和导电层进行清洗。具体地,计时装置可以设置在提示装置内,当倒计时时间结束,通过响铃或闪烁指示灯等方式提示用户对片式合成纸和导电层进行清洗。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种传感器,其特征在于,包括:片式合成纸、导电层、连接线和提示装置;
    所述导电层设置在所述片式合成纸的第一面,所述导电层包括平行设置的第一导电线和第二导电线,所述第一导电线和所述第二导电线通过所述连接线连接所述提示装置;
    当所述第一导电线和所述第二导电线被液体导通,所述导电层、所述连接线和所述提示装置构成回路,所述提示装置发出告警信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的传感器,其特征在于,所述导电层还包括:
    N根垂直连接所述第一导电线的第三导电线和M根垂直链接所述第二导电线的第四导电线,所述N和M为正整数;
    所述N根第三导电线和所述M根第二导电线交替间隔预设距离设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的传感器,其特征在于,
    所述导电层为印刷在所述片式合成纸第一面的导电银浆。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的传感器,其特征在于,
    所述片式合成纸的第二面印刷预设图案。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的传感器,其特征在于,
    所述预设图案为以下的一种或多种:卡通人物、定制照片、传感器品牌名称和使用说明。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的传感器,其特征在于,
    所述片式合成纸的形状为:圆形、矩形、椭圆形、正方形、三角形、菱形、梯形、五边形或六边形。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的传感器,其特征在于,还包括:存储器;
    所述存储器用于统计所述提示装置发出告警信号的总次数,并记录所述 提示装置每次发出告警信号的时间。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的传感器,其特征在于,还包括:无线通信装置;
    所述无线通信装置用于将所述告警信号通过互联网发送至服务器,以使其他终端设备通过所述服务器获取所述告警信号。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的传感器,其特征在于,还包括:液体检测装置;
    所述液体检测装置用于检测所述片式合成纸上的液体的成分。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的传感器,其特征在于,还包括:计时装置;
    所述计时装置用于在计时期满后,提示所述传感器的用户对所述片式合成纸和所述导电层进行清洗。
