Detailed Description of the Invention
Figure -1 shows perspective view of mobile packaging machine (10) disclosed under the invention. Invention discloses development of a mobile packaging machine (10) used for packaging of bricks and similar products after piling them specially and in various ways at manufacturing facility and tying them by strips. Figure 1 1 shows schematic view of mobile packaging method (A) by which mobile packaging machine (10) is achieved. Mobile packaging method (A) consists of, methods steps, of respectively, telescopic extension (B) separation (C), conversion (D), sequencing (E), waiting (F), holding (G), transferring (H), stacking (I), striping (J), packaging (K), stripping retraction (L) Mobile packaging machine
(10) can be easily moved to any desired place and/or area by means of wheel group (20) located thereon. Mobile packaging machine (10) can be moved to any desired place by a forklift, tower or a similar vehicle. Brick and similar materials are carried to the place where final process before packaging is conducted and the products to be packaged are kept, thanks to mobile feature of mobile packaging machine (10).
Figure -2 shows perspective view of telescopic conveyor module (1 1 ) of the mobile packaging machine (10) disclosed under the invention. After it takes required position for operation, extension booms (21 ) of telescopic conveyor module (1 1 ) conveyor belt (25) which is extendable can extend by means of driving of extension boom rack and pinion group (24) by extension boom driving engine (23) by means of use of the buttons on operator’s control panel (22) in order to put the bricks and similar products into the packaging process. Telescopic extension and/or shortening constitutes the telescopic extension (B) step which is the start of mobile packaging method (A). When extending telescopic conveyor module (1 1 ) gets closer to bricks and similar products adequately, bricks and similar products are placed on the telescopic conveyor module (1 1 ) by means of men, machine or robot like instruments. The products are carried onto separator chain module (12) from where they are, upon start of motion belt driving engine (26) on the conveyor belt (25).
Figure -3 shows perspective view of separator chain module (12) of the mobile packaging machine (10) disclosed under the invention. In addition, after the products coming one by one on the conveyor belt (25) by help of separator chain (27) moved by chain driving engine (28) are put in order on the separator chain module (12) in the required numbers, perpendicular conveying rollers (29) lift up by help of perpendicular conveying rollers up- down motion piston (31 ) and lift the products up on the separator chain (27) and take them onto themselves and thus constitutes separation (C) method step. Then perpendicular conveying rollers (29) carry the product onto converter chain module (13) at ninety degrees (901) by help of perpendicular conveying rollers dr iving engine (30).
Figure -4 shows perspective view of converter chain module (13) of the mobile packaging machine (10) disclosed under the invention. Converter chain (32) transfers the product group to converter sheet (34) from separator chain module (12) upon movement of converter chain driving engine (33). Converter sheet (34) rotates ninety degrees on horizontal axis perpendicular to going direction in each group required to be converted by help of converter sheet driving engine (35) and thus rotates the product group ninety degrees. According to converting (D) method step, converter sheet is removed from movement area by means of elevation of converter sheet (34) by help of up-down motion of converter sheet (34) of converter sheet up-down piston (36) when converter sheet (34) is required not to work. Products undergoing required operations on the converter chain module (13) are carried onto sequencing roller module (14) by converter chain (32) and conversion (D) step is completed.
Figure -5 shows perspective view of sequencing roller module (14) of the mobile packaging machine (10) disclosed under the invention. In the sequencing method step, product groups in the number of required sequences and in direction perpendicular to modules are brought into required package sequence ranking in movement direction according to sequencing rollers (37) moved by sequencing rollers driving engine (38). After completion of sequencing (E), products are supplied onto terminal conveyor (15) in group. Figure -6 shows perspective view of terminal conveyor (15) of the mobile packaging machine (10) disclosed under the invention. In the step of waiting (F) process, terminal conveyor belt (39) takes the product group by help of terminal conveyor driving engine (40) and provides making it wait for next operation. Next step is the holding pliers module (17) which is the next operation after waiting (F) method step and holding (G) method. The next step following holding (G) method step is transferring (FI) step.
Figure -7 shows perspective view of holding conveyor module (16) of the mobile packaging machine (10) disclosed under the invention. To hold and lift products in order to perform piling onto each other which is stacking (I) procedure, holding pliers module (17) moves holding conveyor module (16) backward and downward. Figure -8 shows perspective view of holding pliers module (17) of the mobile packaging machine (10) disclosed under the invention. Holding conveyor module (16) can move back and forth by holding conveyor driving engine (41 ) and holding conveyor wheel group (42) and up and down by holding pliers vertical motion chain (43) and holding pliers vertical motion chain driving engine (44). Holding (G) and transferring (FI) method steps and capabilities and holding pliers module (17) holds the products waiting on terminal conveyor (15) by means of moving holding pliers comb group (47) of holding pliers comb motion piston (48) by holding pliers vertical motion wheel housing group (51 ). In addition, in holding pliers module (17) the distance between holding pliers stacking space wedge (49) and holding pliers stacking space wedge adjustment lever (50) is adjusted according to stacking type for areas required to form space in stacking ordering as per product package shape, and thus desired space is formed. In continuation of transfer (FI) method step, the products are piled onto package conveyor (19) by movement capabilities of holding conveying module (16) and holding pliers chassis (46) holding pliers angular motion driving engine (45) angular movement. The method steps up to here are continued until required product package is completed in bulk automatically.
Figure -9 shows perspective view of strip adding module (18) of the mobile packaging machine (10) disclosed under the invention. When bulk is completed package conveyor (19) takes the product bulk put in order on the package lower sheet (58) to stripping module (18) automatically by package conveyor movement driving engine (59) power. At this stage, stripping (J) method step is started. Following strip establishment process started manually and/or automatically, stripping blades (52) carry the product bulk coming in front of stripping module (18) on the stripping blade movement slide set (54) connected to stripping fixed chassis (55) by effects of stripping blade movement driving engine (53) to the personnel to conduct strip tying by means of sliding the strips from lower upper right and left. Ends of Strips brought to personnel are tied by strip tying hand tools and/or automatic machine and thus packaging (K) method step is completed. After packaging (K) operation, stripping blades (52) is retracted by stripping blade movement driving engine (53) effect. At this stage, strip windings loaded in stripping strip winding housing (56) are prepared for the next operation and strips sliding in stripping blade (52) do not come back thanks to strip single direction lock (57) and stripping retraction (L) method is completed.
Figure -10 shows perspective view of package conveyor (19) of the mobile packaging machine (10) disclosed under the invention. Upon completion of above mentioned procedures, product bulk packaged before stripping module (18) is carried to package conveyor (19) terminal part by package lower sheet (58) driven by package conveyor motion driving engine (59) and thus packaging (K) method step is completed. Thus mobile packaging (K) method and steps are completed. Packaged product bulk positioned on package conveyor (19) are taken by vehicles such as forklifts by approaching from side or front of package conveyor (19) and carried to storing area.
Figure 12 shows complete perspective view of fully automatic vertical stripping modules (60) and horizontal stripping modules (61 ) integrated to mobile packaging machine (10) disclosed under the invention. In addition to current model, vertical stripping module (60) and horizontal stripping module (61 ) perform duties of stripping module (18) completely automatically and personnel need is thus eliminated.
