Abstract
Elektromotor (1) umfassend ein Gehäuse (3) und einen Stator (5), der aus einem Statorkern mit einer Vielzahl von Zähnen (6) besteht und aus Drähten, die um die Zähne (6) gewickelt sind, wobei der Statorkern und die Drähte mit einem thermisch leitenden Material (7) ummantelt sind, wobei das thermisch leitende Material (7) eine thermische Verbindung zwischen dem Gehäuse (3) und zumindest den Drähten oder den Zähnen (6) herstellt.
Description
Elektromotor mit vergossenem Stator
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Elektromotor mit einem vergossenen Stator und ein Herstellungsverfahren für einen solchen Elektromotor.
Stand der Technik
Elektromotoren sind allgemein bekannt und bestehen aus einem Stator und einem Rotor. Der Stator weist mindestens eine Spule mit mindestens einer Windung auf. Beim Betrieb des Elektromotors entsteht Wärme, die aus dem Elektromotor herausgeführt werden muss.
Aufgabe und Lösung
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, die thermischen Eigenschaften eines Elektromotors zu verbessern.
Gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch einen Elektromotor gemäß dem unabhängigen Anspruch und ein Herstellungsverfahren gemäß dem Nebenanspruch. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
Der erfindungsgemäße Elektromotor umfasst ein Gehäuse und einen Stator, der aus einem Statorkern mit einer Vielzahl von Zähnen und Drähten, die um die Zähne gewickelt sind, besteht, wobei der Statorkern und die Drähte mit einem thermisch leitenden Material ummantelt sind, wobei das thermisch leitende Material eine thermische Verbindung zwischen dem Gehäuse und zumindest den Drähten oder den Zähnen oder dem Statorkern herstellt.
In vorteilhafter Weise kann die Wärme, die sich innerhalb des Stators an den Drähten, Zähnen, Wicklungskopf oder dem Statorkern bildet, über das thermisch leitfähige Material an das Gehäuse weitergeleitet werden. Das Gehäuse wiederum
gibt die Wärme an die Umgebung ab und erhöht dadurch die Leistungsfähigkeit des Elektromotors.
Als thermisch leitfähiges Material eignet sich insbesondere BMC, ungesättigte Polyesterharze, die beispielsweise ungefähr 50% mineralische Füllstoffe und ungefähr 25% Glasfaseranteil beinhalten.
Bevorzugt kann das thermisch leitende Material mindestens eine Ausnehmung für die Drähte aufweisen.
In vorteilhafter Weise können die Drähte, die die Drähte in den Wicklungen mit Strom versorgen, durch diese Ausnehmungen nach außen geführt werden. Das thermisch leitfähige Material kann dadurch den Wicklungskopf überragen und eine großflächige Verbindung mit dem Gehäuse hersteilen.
Weiter bevorzugt kann im thermisch leitenden Material ein Thermosensor angeordnet sein.
In vorteilhafter Weise wird der Sensor bereits in das flüssige thermisch leitende Material eingebracht, sodass trotz des thermisch leitenden Materials eine
Temperaturmessung direkt an den Drähten oder Zähnen möglich ist.
In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung können die Zähne paarweise eine Vielzahl von Nuten bilden, in denen die Drähte die Zähne umlaufen und diese Nuten eine Öffnung zu einem Rotor aufweisen, wobei das thermisch leitende Material diese Öffnung verschließt.
Die Drähte können durch die Öffnungen leichter um die Zähne gewickelt werden.
In vorteilhafter Weise verschließt das thermisch leitende Material diese Öffnungen. Normalerweise befindet sich in dieser Öffnung Luft, die ein schlechter Wärmeleiter ist. Das thermisch leitende Material hingegen verbessert die Leitfähigkeit durch diese Öffnung und steigert dadurch die Leistungsfähigkeit des Motors.
Bevorzugt kann das thermisch leitende Material die Drähte in den Öffnungen fixieren.
In vorteilhafter Weise umspült das thermisch leitende Material die Drähte oder presst diese zusammen. Ferner wird etwaige zwischen den Leitern direkt oder zwischen den Leitern und den Zähnen vorhandene Luft verdrängt und durch das thermisch leitende Material ersetzt. Dies erhöht wiederum das Ableiten von Wärme aus den Drähten oder den Zähnen, da der schlechte Wärmeleiter Luft ersetzt wurde.
Weiter bevorzugt kann das thermisch leitende Material aus schwach elektrisch leitendem oder elektrisch isolierendem Material bestehen.
In vorteilhafter Weise kann ein solches Material die Robustheit des Elektromotors erhöhen. Die Drähte sind zwar mit einem isolierenden Lack überzogen, jedoch kann dieser durch thermische oder mechanische Belastung beschädigt werden. Das isolierende Material erhöht die Isolationswirkung des Lacks und erhöht dadurch die Lebensdauer des Elektromotors.
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Elektromotors, umfassend ein Gehäuse und einen Stator, der aus einem Statorkern mit einer Vielzahl von Zähnen und Drähten, die um die Zähne gewickelt sind, besteht, wobei der
Statorkern und die Drähte mit einem thermisch leitendem Material ummantelt sind, weist folgende Schritte auf, Einfüllen eines flüssigen thermisch leitenden Materials in den Stator, bis die Drähte umschwemmt sind und das thermisch leitende
Material in Kontakt mit dem Gehäuse ist, Aushärten des flüssigen thermisch leitenden Materials durch Abkühlen, Trocknen oder mittels UV-Licht.
In vorteilhafter Weise kann der Elektromotor funktionstüchtig aufgebaut werden und anschließend mit einem flüssigem Material in einem Vergussverfahren vergossen werden.
Nachdem das flüssige Material in den Stator gegossen wurde, erfolgt das
Aushärten des Materials. Dies kann mit bekannten Verfahren erfolgen.
Bevorzugt kann vor dem Einfüllen eine Flüssigkeitsbremse in den Stator eingelegt werden, die rund ausgebildet ist und als Außendurchmesser einen
Außendurchmesser eines Luftspaltes zwischen Stator und Rotor aufweist. Das thermisch leitende Material erstreckt sich dann von der Gehäuseinnenkante bis zum Beginn des Luftspalts zum Rotor. Der Stator kann daher komplett durch das thermisch leitende Material umschlossen sein.
In vorteilhafter Weise kann dadurch der Statur bis zum vorgesehenen Luftspalt zum Rotor vergossen werden.
Erfindungsgemäß weist ein Fahrzeug einen Elektromotor gemäß einer
bevorzugten Ausgestaltung auf.
Figurenbeschreibung
Figur 1 zeigt den mit einem thermisch leitfähigen Material umschlossenen Stator eines Elektromotors.
Figur 2 zeigt die Sicht ins Innere eines mit einem thermisch leitfähigen Material umschlossenen Stators eines Elektromotors.
Figur 1 zeigt einen Elektromotor 1 mit einem Gehäuse 3 und einem darin angeordneten Stator 5. Der Stator 5 ist komplett mit einem thermisch leitfähigen Material 7 umschlossen. Das thermisch leitfähige Material 7 wird in einem heißen, flüssigen Zustand in den Stator 5 gegossen und ausgehärtet durch Abkühlen, Trocknen oder UV-Licht.
Das thermisch leitfähige Material 7 umschließt zusätzlich den Wicklungskopf mit den Drahtbündeln der sechs Phasen 1 1 , die aus dem thermisch leitfähigen Material 7 mittels Ausnehmungen 13, 15 herausgeführt werden.
Durch das Umschließen des Wicklungskopfes mit dem thermisch leitfähigen Material 7 wird eine thermisch leitende Verbindung zwischen den Drähten, Zähnen und dem Gehäuse hergestellt. Die Wärme innerhalb des Stators kann daher über das Gehäuse effizient an die Umgebung abgegeben werden und dadurch die Leistungsfähigkeit des Elektromotors erhöht werden.
Das thermisch leitende Material 7 endet am Außendurchmesser 9 eines vorgesehenen Luftspalts zu einem Rotor, damit dieser ohne Kollisionsgefahr mit dem thermisch leitenden Material im Stator 5 rotieren kann.
In dem thermisch leitfähigen Material 7 ist ein Temperatursensor angeordnet, dessen Verbindungskabel 12 ebenfalls durch eine Ausnehmung in dem thermisch leitfähigen Material 7 herausgeführt wird.
Die Ausnehmungen 13, 15, 17 sind durch eine Metallhülse 21 , 23, 25 verstärkt, die ein Herausbrechen von Ecken auf dem thermisch leitfähigen Material 7 verhindern.
Das Gehäuse 3 weist ferner an einem Falz Löcher 19 auf, die ein Verschließen des Gehäuses 3 nach Einsatz eines Rotors ermöglichen.
Figur 2 zeigt eine Einsicht in den Stator 5 eines Elektromotors 1 , wobei das thermisch leitende Material 7 vor den Zähnen 6 transparent dargestellt ist, um eine Sicht auf die Zähne 6 und die mit Draht gefüllten Nuten 8 zu ermöglichen.
Das thermisch leitende Material 7 umschließt den Stator 5 vollständig und erstreckt sich zwischen 10 Stator 5 und Gehäuse 3 über den Wicklungskopf bis zum Beginn des Luftspalts 9 zum Rotor.
Das Gehäuse 3 kann zusätzlich Kühlrippen 27 an der Außenfläche aufweisen und dadurch die Oberfläche des Gehäuses vergrößern. Ferner kann das Gehäuse 3 einen Falz mit Löchern 19 aufweisen, die eine Befestigung an beispielsweise Fahrzeugkomponenten ermöglichen.
Das thermisch leitende Material 7 weist Ausnehmungen 15 für die Drähte der sechs Phasen 11 auf, sowie eine weitere Ausnehmung für das Kabel 12 eines Temperatursensors, der im thermisch leitenden Material angeordnet ist.
Claims
1. Elektromotor (1 ) umfassend ein Gehäuse und einen Stator, der aus einem Statorkern mit einer Vielzahl von Zähnen besteht und aus Drähten, die um die Zähne gewickelt sind, wobei der Statorkern und die Drähte mit einem thermisch leitenden Material ummantelt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das thermisch leitende Material eine thermische Verbindung zwischen dem
Gehäuse und zumindest den Drähten oder den Zähnen herstellt.
2. Elektromotor (1 ) gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das thermisch leitende Material zumindest die Drähte oder die Zähne umschließt.
3. Elektromotor (1 ) gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das thermisch leitende Material mindestens eine Ausnehmung für die Drähte aufweist.
4. Elektromotor (1 ) gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei im thermisch leitenden Material ein Temperatursensor angeordnet ist.
5. Elektromotor (1 ) gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Zähne paarweise eine Vielzahl von Nuten bilden, in denen die Drähte die Zähne umlaufen und diese Nuten eine Öffnung zu einem Rotor aufweisen, wobei das thermisch leitende Material diese Öffnung verschließt.
6. Elektromotor (1 ) gemäß Anspruch 4, wobei das thermisch leitende Material die Drähte in den Öffnungen fixiert.
7. Elektromotor (1 ) gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das thermisch leitende Material aus schwach elektrisch leitendem oder elektrisch isolierendem Material besteht.
8. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Elektromotors (1 ), umfassend ein
Gehäuse und einen Stator, der aus einem Statorkern mit einer Vielzahl von Zähnen besteht und aus Drähten, die um die Zähne gewickelt sind, wobei der Statorkern und die Drähte mit einem thermisch leitenden Material ummantelt sind, gekennzeichnet durch die Schritte:
- Einfüllen eines flüssigen thermisch leitenden Materials in den Stator, bis die Drähte umschwemmt sind und das thermisch leitende Material in Kontakt mit dem Gehäuse ist,
- Aushärten des flüssigen thermisch leitenden Materials durch Abkühlen, Trocknen oder mittels UV-Licht.
9. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Elektromotors (1 ) gemäß Anspruch 8, wobei vor dem Einfüllen eine Flüssigkeitsbremse in den Stator eingelegt wird, die rund ausgebildet ist und als Außendurchmesser einen Außendurchmesser eines Luftspaltes zwischen Stator und Rotor aufweist.
10. Fahrzeug mit einem Elektromotor (1 ) gemäß einem der vorherigen
Ansprüche.
