Abstract
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Verbrennungskraftmaschine mittels einer Emulsion aus zwei Flüssigkeiten und eine Anordnung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens zu schaffen, welche zuverlässig, einfach und Kostengünstig sind. Zudem ist es die Aufgabe eine geeignete, einfache und zuverlässige Vorrichtung zur Herstellung der Emulsion zu schaffen, wobei die Emulsion eine hohe Stabilität besitzt und in welcher zugleich der Einsatz an Tensiden reduziert ist. Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Verbrennungskraftmaschine (14), wobei Kraftstoff (17) mit Wasser (18) unter Bildung einer Emulsion durch zumindest einen Emulsator (1) geleitet werden, wobei in dem Emulsator (1) das Wasser (18) und der mit Wasser (18) an sich nicht mischbare Kraftstoff (17) durch zumindest eine Mischstufe (2, 9) strömen und so oft als möglich und so lange als möglich bewegt und/oder mit einander vermischt werden und die dabei gebildete Emulsion der Verbrennungskraftmaschine (14) zugeführt und in zumindest einen Brennraum auf an sich bekannte Weise eingespritzt wird, wobei eine Zirkulation (16) überschüssiger Emulsion erfolgt, wobei vor dem Zuführen und/oder Einspritzen der Emulsion eine Vorwärmung der Emulsion erfolgt. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Emulsion, wobei in einem Gehäuse (1), Rohr (1) oder Kanal (1) zumindest eine Mischstufe (2) vorhanden ist, welche magnetisierbare Metallendlosspäne (3) und zumindest einen Magneten (4) als Primärmagnet (6) und/oder Glasgranulat (11) oder ein mineralisches Granulat (11) umfasst, wobei zwei an sich nicht mischbare Fluide oder ein Gemisch aus zwei nicht mischbaren Fluiden durch die Metallendlosspäne (3) durchleitbar und an dem zumindest einen Magneten (4) und vorbeileitbar und/oder durch das Glasgranulat (11) oder das mineralisches Granulat (11) durchleitbar sind und die beiden Fluide oder das Gemisch aus den beiden Fluiden unter Tröpfchenbildung bewegbar und vermischbar sind.
