有益效果:
1、拖地效率高。由于本发明用逆向思维巧妙地在拖把上创新地设计了万向转动装置,从而能将传统的设置在平板背面的“万向转动头”彻底地去除掉或有效替代,因而其平板不仅两面都可以被拖布平整的覆盖,而且还可自由地绕平板转动轴转动。显然,本发明的拖把能有效做到双面使用,拖地效率自然高。
2、拖地手感好、效果好。由于本发明的拖把设置了万向转动装置,使得其拖把杆在拖地时不仅相对平板可以“万向转动”,而且还能将其施力有效地传递给压板(其施力传递,属基本的物理知识,此处无需进行受力分析),因此拖地过程自然是操作灵便、手感好、效果好。根本不存在如专利号为ZL2017300825969的开有缺口的平板拖把因平板的左右两边与地面产生的摩擦力不均而易发生偏转导致手感不好的问题;也不存在如专利号为ZL2013102590935的平板拖把因无‘万向转动’功能而经常导致平板上翘而影响拖地效果的问题等。
3、清洗和脱干拖布不脏手。由于本发明的拖把设置了万向转动装置,从而能将传统的设置在平板背面的“万向转动头”彻底地去除掉或有效替代,使得被拖布包裹的压板的两面因无任何阻挡而能很好地做到标准的平整,因而能相应设计出各种配套地且能有效处理拖布的拖把清洁装置,如本发明的几种拖布清洁装置,均能有效地清洗、脱干拖布且不脏手。
4、操作简单、舒适。无论是清洗、挤干还是拖地,都无需特殊技巧,简简单单地操作就可完成,舒适感强。
5、成本和维修率低。本发明产品的结构极为简单,所用的零部件和制造材料不仅数量少,而且均为简单的几何零部件,因而成本和维修率都较低。

实施例1(A型产品;参见图1至图12):

其使用方法(步骤)如下:
步骤一、拖地。操作者只需手持拖把杆8,将压板1的任一面放置在地面上,就可像普通平板拖把一样全方位地自由拖地。
换压板另一面拖地:手持拖把杆8,适当抬起压板1,用脚轻踩压板一侧边沿,使压板1绕压板转动轴6转动直至压板的背面翻转朝下;然后下放拖把杆将压板放于地上,即完成压板的换面;随后用该面正常拖地。(本发明的拖把在实际使用过程中,让压板翻面的方法其实有很多,也很简单,如用压板一侧轻触地面让压板绕压板转动轴翻转,也可实现压板的翻面;又如直接转动拖把杆,让压板整体绕拖把杆转动也可实现压板的翻面。)
步骤二、清洗拖布。首先,将卡片12卡入卡口7中,使拖把杆8被锁定在万向转动装置10A上(在实际操作过程中,该步骤只需通过操作者上扬拖把杆8到一定角度,使万向转动装置10A在重力的作用下自动下落而绕拖把杆转动轴5A转动,如此便能自动锁入);然后,操作者手握拖把杆8并让压板1通过拖布清洗导入口18A插入盛有清水的拖布清洗腔26上方的拖布清洗装置31中并全程地上提下插几次,压板1两面的拖布9则会在两块拖布清洗刮片21的刮擦作用下得到有效清洗。(受平板1摩擦力的作用,平板的上提下插会带动拖布清洗刮片21在一定角度范围内绕刮片转动轴28A转动。刮片限位台33限制拖布清洗刮片21的最小开度;而刮片限位柱34则限制拖布清洗刮片21的最大开度)
拖把杆解锁方法:由于卡片12仅仅是靠弹簧的力度卡入卡口7中而实现对拖把杆的锁定的,所以,只需用方向相反的适当的外力(包括惯性力等)就能让卡片从卡口中退出,从而达到对拖把杆有效解锁的目的。
步骤三、脱干拖布。操作者只需手握拖把杆8并让压板1通过拖布脱干导入口19A插入拖布脱干腔27上方的拖布脱干装置32中并全程地上提下插几次,压板1两面的拖布9则会在两块拖布挤干刮片22的刮擦作用下有效脱干,如图12。
更优实施,可在靠拖布清洗装置31一边的底壳25上开若干漏水孔29,以确保清洗拖布时,拖布清洗刮片21刮出的污水能快速流进拖布清洗腔26中,同时可确保脱干拖布时,拖布挤干刮片22刮出的清水能通过导流通道30流入拖布清洗腔26中,从而能减少拖布脱干腔27中的积水。为防止平板转动轴6从平板中脱落,可在平板转动轴尾端开槽并用卡环14A将其卡住。
为提高清洗和脱干拖布时操作的舒适度,拖布处理装置17A中的两对刮片 均采用“单向刮水”的方法刮水,即压板上提时,拖布清洗刮片21会在拖布摩擦力的带动下将绕刮片转动轴28A转动使开度变大,利于压板1能轻松上提;而压板1下插时,拖布清洗刮片21会在拖布摩擦力的带动下将绕刮片转动轴28A反向转动使开度变小而适度挤紧拖布,从而达到拖布被拖布清洗刮片21有效刮水的目的。原理一样,拖布挤干刮片22能绕刮片转动轴28B转动,起到轻松刮干拖布的目的。建议设每对刮片的最大间距(即每对刮片的张开度)比拖布最大厚度多1-2mm,而最小间距(即每对刮片的闭合度)以能有效清洗或挤干拖布且下插力度适中为佳。
在清洗和脱干拖布过程中,可不一定要求万向转动装置10A与平板1如图5或图12一样相互垂直,因为在实际操作过程中,适当允许拖把杆左右摆动不仅不影响拖布清洗和拖干的效果,反而操作更灵活自然,适应性更强。所以,无需增设“控制拖把杆在清洗和脱干过程中不相对平板转动的装置”。当然,根据操作者使用习惯,也可用简单的现有技术增设一实现此功能的装置。
实施例2(参见图1及图13-图21):
对拖把的设计:所述拖把包括一平板1、一拖布9、一万向转动装置10B、一拖把杆8;所述平板1整体呈长方体,将所述拖布9套在所述平板1上,使所述平板的上下两面都被所述拖布9平整覆盖;所述万向转动装置10B设有平板转动轴6和拖把杆转动轴5B;定义所述平板的长、宽、高分别为a、b、c,并将由b、c所形成的一个面定义为bc面4;在所述bc面4上垂直地向所述平板1内开设一平板转动孔15B,将所述平板转动轴6嵌在所述平板转动孔15B中,使所述万向转动装置10B能绕所述平板转动轴6转动,也能让所述平板1绕所述平板转动轴6转动;将所述平板1的a边的中垂面定义为a边中垂面2;让所述拖把杆转动轴5B的轴心线在所述a边中垂面2的范围内运动;将所述拖把杆8的端头连接在所述拖把杆转动轴5B上,使所述拖把杆8能绕所述拖把杆转动轴5B转动。

进一步优化:将所述万向转动装置10B整体形状设计为“匚”状,其中底部的“一”为所述平板转动轴6,而顶部的“一”为所述万向头转动轴43B;将所述万向头46B通过所述万向头转动孔44B嵌在“匚”状顶部的“一”的末端。
进一步优化:所述拖把37B设有一固定装置64B;所述固定装置能使拖把杆被固定在所述万向转动装置10B上而不能再绕所述拖把杆转动轴5B转动直至被外力解锁。

对拖把清洁装置设计:所述拖把清洁装置为一拖把桶36B,所述拖把桶36B包括一拖把桶本体16和一拖布处理装置17B;所述拖把桶本体16由一拖布清洗腔26和一拖布脱水腔27组成;所述拖布处理装置17B由一拖布清洗导入口18B、一拖布脱干导入口19B、两块拖布刮洗板47和两块拖布刮干板48一体组成;让两块所述拖布刮洗板47对称的有一定间距的位于所述拖布清洗导入口18B下方;让两块所述拖布刮干板48对称的有一定间距的位于所述拖布脱干导入口19B下方;将所述拖布处理装置17B安装在所述拖把桶本体16上,使所 述拖布清洗导入口18B位于所述拖布清洗腔26的上方,而拖布脱干导入口19B则位于所述拖布脱水腔27的上方。
为防止平板转动轴6从平板中脱落,可在平板转动轴尾端开槽并用卡环14B将其卡住。
本实施例中的平板转动孔,无需一定设在1/4b位置,可适当左右调整,同时相应调整万向头转动轴的转动半径,做到万向头能正好压在平板的几何中心上方进行拖地即可,当然适当偏移也可。
其使用方法(步骤)如下:
步骤一、拖地。操作者只需手持拖把杆8,将压板1的任一面放置在地面上并将万向头46B压在压板1上,就可像普通平板拖把一样全方位地自由拖地。
换压板另一面拖地:首先手持拖把杆8,适当抬起压板1,等压板1绕压板转动轴6自动转动至竖立状态时,再顺势摆动一下拖把杆8使压板1沿刚才转动的方向继续翻转直至平板的另一面朝下;然后下放拖把杆8将压板1放于地上,即完成压板的换面;随后用该面正常拖地。(由于该拖把的平板转动孔15B不在平板的对称轴上,因此每当压板1换面或抬起时,压板都会先绕平板转动轴6旋转而自动处于竖立状态。在实际使用过程中,充分利用这一特点,不但不影响拖地,反而能快速实现平板的换面,提高拖地效率。)
步骤二、清洗拖布。首先,将卡勾42卡入卡子45中,使拖把杆8被锁定在万向转动装置10B上(在实际操作过程中,该步骤只需通过操作者上扬拖把杆8到一定角度,使万向转动装置10B在重力的作用下下落并绕拖把杆转动轴5B转动,便能自动锁入);然后,操作者手握拖把杆8并让压板1通过拖布清洗导入口18B插入盛有清水的拖布清洗腔26上方的两块拖布刮洗板47中并全程地上提下插几次,压板1两面的拖布9则会在两块拖布刮洗板47的刮擦作用下得到有效清洗,见图21。(拖把杆解锁方法:由于卡子45仅仅是用适当的力度夹紧卡勾42来实现对拖把杆的锁定的,所以,只需用方向相反的适当的力就能对拖把杆进行有效解锁。)
步骤三、脱干拖布。操作者只需手握拖把杆8并让压板1通过拖布脱干导入口19B插入拖布脱干腔27上方的两块拖布刮干板48中并全程地上提下插几次,压板1两面的拖布9则会在两块拖布刮干板48的刮擦作用下有效脱干。
为满足不同操作者的使用习惯,本实施例中的拖把,可用简单的常规技术在平板转动轴上增设一控制平板转动的部件,使其在拖地过程中当平板被拖把杆抬起时,平板不能自由地绕平板转动轴旋转,仅当有适当外力作用在平板上时,平板才能绕平板转动轴旋转。如靠摩擦力或夹持力等方式来控制平板的转动进行设计,都能实现。
在清洗和脱干拖布过程中,可不一定要求万向转动装置10B与平板1如图16或图21一样处在一个平面上,因为在实际操作过程中,适当允许拖把杆左右摆动不仅不影响拖布清洗和拖干的效果,反而操作更灵活自然,适应性更强。所以,无需增设“控制拖把杆在清洗和脱干过程中不相对平板转动的装置”。当然,根据操作者使用习惯,也可用简单的现有技术增设一实现此功能的装置。
实施例3(参见图22-图25):
本实施例中所设计的拖把与实施例1所设计的拖把完全一样,所以请参考实施例1,这里不再累述。
挤水器:所述拖把清洁装置为一挤水器41,所述挤水器41包括一对挤水条40、一挤水壳体38和一手柄39;将所述一对挤水条40对称的有一定间距的安装在所述挤水壳体38内;将所述挤水器41套在所述拖把杆8上。
其使用方法(步骤)如下:
步骤一、拖地。操作者只需手持拖把杆,将压板的任一面放置在地面上,就可向普通平板拖把一样全方位地自由拖地。
换压板另一面拖地:手持拖把杆,适当抬起压板,用脚轻踩压板一侧边沿,使压板绕压板转动轴转动直至压板的背面翻转朝下,然后下放拖把杆将压板放于地上,即完成压板的换面,随后用该面正常拖地。
步骤二、清洗拖布。首先,将卡片12卡入卡口7中,使拖把杆8被锁定在万向转动装置10A上;然后,操作者手握手柄39向下推,将平板1带入挤水壳体38中,且让两块挤水条40夹住拖布;之后开启水龙头,让清洗水流在拖布上,同时手握手柄39来回推拉挤水器41,直至挤水器有效刮净拖布。步骤三、脱干拖布。首先关闭水龙头,然后手握手柄来回推拉挤水器,直至挤水器有效刮干拖布。
实施例4(参见图1及图26-图33):
对拖把的设计:所述拖把包括一平板1、一拖布9、一万向转动装置10C、一拖把杆8;所述平板1整体呈长方体,将所述拖布9粘贴在所述平板1上,使所述平板的上下两面都被所述拖布9平整覆盖;所述万向转动装置10C设有平板转动轴6和拖把杆转动轴5C;定义所述平板的长、宽、高分别为a、b、c,并将由b、c所形成的一个面定义为bc面4;在所述bc面4上垂直地向所述平板1内开设一平板转动孔15C,将所述平板转动轴6嵌在所述平板转动孔15C中,使所述万向转动装置10C能绕所述平板转动轴6转动,也能让所述平板1绕所述平板转动轴6转动;将所述平板1的a边的中垂面定义为a边中垂面2;让所述拖把杆转动轴5C的轴心线在所述a边中垂面2的范围内运动;将所述拖把杆8的端头连接在所述拖把杆转动轴5C上,使所述拖把杆8能绕所述拖把杆转动轴5C转动。
进一步优化:所述万向转动装置10C包括一万向转动主体49C、一万向头46C;所述平板转动轴6设在所述万向转动主体49C上,所述拖把杆转动轴5C设在所述万向头46C上;在所述bc面4上定义两条辅助线L1;L2,其中一条辅助线L1为c边的中垂线,而另一条辅助线L2与一c边平行且与该c边间距1/4b;在所述两条辅助线L1、L2的相交点位置开设所述平板转动孔15C;在所述万向转动主体49C上设一万向头转动轴43C,所述万向头转动轴43C平行于所述平板转动轴6并能绕其转动,转动半径略大于1/4b;所述万向头46C包括一万向头转动孔44C,所述万向头转动孔44C紧靠所述拖把杆转动轴5C并相互垂直;将所述万向头46C通过所述万向头转动孔44C安装在所述万向头转动轴43C上,使所述拖把杆转动轴5C能绕所述万向头转动轴43C转动。
进一步优化:将所述万向转动装置10C整体形状设计为“匚”状,其中底部的“一”为所述平板转动轴6,而顶部的“一”为所述万向头转动轴43C;将所述万向头46C通过所述万向头转动孔44C嵌在“匚”状顶部的“一”的末端。
进一步优化:所述拖把37C设有一固定装置64C;所述固定装置能使拖把杆被固定在所述万向转动装置10C上而不能再绕所述拖把杆转动轴5C转动直至被外力解锁。
进一步优化:所述固定装置64C包括一卡位体50和一倒钩件51;在所述 卡位体50上开设一定位凹槽55;将所述倒钩件51设在所述卡位体50内,所述倒钩件51可自动复位或依靠弹簧复位,确保当所述万向头转动轴43C绕所述拖把杆转动轴5C转动到所述卡位体50内后,所述万向头转动轴43C既被所述定位凹槽55限位,又被所述倒钩件51卡紧,从而使所述拖把杆8不能再绕所述拖把杆转动轴5C转动直至被外力解锁。
对拖把清洁装置设计:所述拖把清洁装置为一拖把桶36C;所述拖把桶包括第二桶体57、第一桶体56、拖布清洗器60和拖布刮干器61;将所述第二桶体57放置在所述第一桶体56中;所述拖布清洗器60与第一桶体配合用于清洁拖把;所述拖布刮干器61与第二桶体配合用于脱干拖把。将所述拖布清洗器60安装在所述第一桶体56上方;将所述拖布刮干器61安装在所述第二桶体57上方。
进一步优化:所述拖布清洗器60包括一对清洗板58、一组滑杆62-1、一组弹性元件63-1;所述拖布刮干器61包括一对刮干板59、一组滑杆62-2、一组弹性元件63-2;一壳体35C;将所述拖布清洗器60安装在所述壳体上,使所述一对清洗板相互有一定间距并能在所述滑杆上滑动,所述弹性元件用于复位清洗板,所述清洗到入口18C小于平板上下两面的拖布之间的距离,同时确保所述清洗板清洗拖布时的力度由所述弹性元件控制;将所述拖布刮干器61安装在所述壳体上,使所述一对刮干板相互有一定间距并能在所述滑杆上滑动,弹性元件用于复位刮干板59,所述刮干导入口19C小于平板上下两面的拖布之间的距离,同时确保所述刮干板脱干拖布时的力度由所述弹性元件控制;将所述壳体安装在所述拖把桶上。
进一步优化:将所述一对清洗板58的上平面进行倒角,形成拖布清洗导入口18C;将所述一对刮干板59的上平面进行倒角,形成拖把刮干导入口19C。
进一步优化:所述一对清洗板58上设有刮齿65;所述一对刮干板59上设有刮条54和让水孔66。
进一步优化:一对壳体卡子53;将所述壳体卡子53安装在所述壳体35C上;当所述壳体卡子卡在拖把桶上后能确保所述壳体被固定在所述拖把桶上。
为防止平板转动轴6从平板中脱落,可在平板转动轴尾端开槽并用卡环14C将其卡住。
为防止万向头转动轴43C从万向头转动孔44C中脱落,可在万向头46C中部开槽并用U型卡52将其卡住。
其使用方法(步骤):鉴于本实施例的使用方法(步骤)很简单,完全可以参照实施例1和实施例2得以实现,所以此处无需累述。
强调:由于本实施例按“将第二桶体放在第一桶体内”的方式设计拖把桶,可使刮干板刮出的清洗水跨越第二桶体而自然而然地流进第一桶体中;由于所述一对刮干板被弹性元件挤压控制,所以拖把在第二桶体内向上提出的过程中会被刮干板有效刮水,根据受力分析,大部分的清洗水会跨越第二桶体朝下排进第一桶体中,这相对“现有的单向刮板式拖把桶存在清洗水容易向上飞溅出拖把桶外问题”来说,又是一大优点。
根据加工工艺不同,第一桶体与第二桶体可以一体设计加工,也可以独立加工。
根据实施例4,也可设计另一款式的拖把桶:
所述拖把桶包括一第二桶体、一第一桶体、一具有清洗功能的拖布刮干器;将所述第二桶体放置在所述第一桶体中;将所述拖布刮干器安装在所述第二桶体上方。
进一步设计:所述拖布刮干器包括一对刮干板、一组滑杆、一组弹性元件;一壳体;将所述拖布刮干器安装在所述壳体上,使所述一对刮干板相互有一定间距并能在所述滑杆上滑动,同时确保所述刮干板脱干拖布时的力度由所述弹性元件控制;将所述壳体安装在所述拖把桶上。
进一步设计:在所述第二桶体的侧面或底部开设一进水孔。
进一步设计:增设一控制所述进水孔进水的控制装置。
在本发明总的技术方案和实施例的综合启发下,还可运用简单的机械技术,设计出更多的具体产品,或对产品的部分结构进行细节性的优化。
例如,拖布清洗装置和拖布脱干装置在壳体中,即可横向排列,也可竖向排列,甚至可以“八字形”排列等,其它部件相应调整即可实现同样的功能。
又如,对拖把杆进行固定,还可利用万向转动装置10A与拖把杆头13自身结构,并采用“靠摩擦力卡紧的方法”进行设计。如此可以做到不单独增设固定装置。
又如,可在平板的另一bc面再对称地增设一个万向转动装置并将两个万向转动装置合为一体,其材质可优选弹性和强度都较高的塑性材料。
又如,为迎合市场需要,可利用现有技术以及简单的组合、变形、位置调整等方式设计多款拖把桶:如将拖把桶整体设计为圆筒状或花瓣状等;如将拖布脱水腔进行小型化的变形设计然后放置在拖布清洗腔的中间区域等;若拖把桶为单桶设计,桶内可只设一个挤水装置等。
又如,由于实施例1中的拖把,其平板具有对称性,所以完全可以用电动旋转的方式对拖布进行脱水处理。优选设计:让电机的转动轴与平板转动轴处在一条轴心线线上;只需让平板在脱水腔内转动,而拖把杆和万向转动装置固定不动。也可用普通的现有技术在拖把杆上设置让平板旋转的旋转装置,同样能达到旋转脱水的目的。
又如,从成本角度、消费层次及使用习惯等综合考虑,本发明的拖把可不配拖把清洁装置而独立销售。如使用者可用普通水桶和刮板对拖布进行简单的清洗和脱水处理。
又如,平板转动轴的长度不一定是固定的,优选是平板长度的一半。
又如,为方便万向转动装置的安装及产品注塑,包括对成本的控制等,所述平板可以一体加工,也可分成上下两半加工,再组合为一体。
又如,不一定按全包裹平板的方式设计拖布,如平板的侧面可以不全封,甚至不封。
又如,实施例2中,对刮洗拖布力度的调整,可以靠调整两排刮板的间距及塑料件自身的弹性实现,也可用“在刮板背面加顶簧”的方式来加以实现。
又如,所述拖把清洁装置为拖布刮干器,拖布刮干器固定在墙面或用支架安装放在地面上,可对应设置水管,清洗时打开水管,脱干时关闭水管即可。
总之,根据上述总的技术方案、实施例及附图等,本领域的普通技术人员就可通过常规思维变换出很多种具体产品。因此,依照本发明总的技术方案变换出来的各种等同产品、改劣产品(如仅缩短万向头转动轴的长度所加工的产品等),都属于本发明的权利保护范围。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种地面清洁工具,包括一拖把,特征在于:所述拖把(37A、37B、37C)包括平板(1)、拖布(9)、万向转动装置(10A;10B;10C)、拖把杆(8);所述拖布(9)至少覆盖在所述平板(1)的上下两面;所述万向转动装置(10A;10B;10C)包括平板转动轴(6)和拖把杆转动轴(5A;5B;5C);所述平板转动轴(6)转动设在平板(1)的侧面,所述平板(1)绕所述平板转动轴(6)转动;所述拖把杆(8)与所述拖把杆转动轴(5A;5B;5C)连接,所述拖把杆(8)绕所述拖把杆转动轴(5A;5B;5C)转动;所述平板转动轴(6)与所述拖把杆转动轴(5A;5B;5C)连接;所述拖把杆转动轴(5A;5B;5C)在平板(1)上的投影与平板转动轴(6)垂直,所述平板(1)可绕平板转动轴(6)翻面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种地面清洁工具,特征在于:所述拖把(37A、37B、37C)设有固定装置(64A、64B、64C);所述拖把杆(8)可通过固定装置(64A、64B、64C)固定在所述万向转动装置(10A、10B、10C)上锁定,锁定时拖把杆(8)不能绕所述拖把杆转动轴(5A、5B、5C)转动直至被外力解锁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种地面清洁工具,特征在于:所述固定装置(64A)包括卡口(7)、弹簧(11)和卡片(12);将所述卡口(7)设在所述万向转动装置(10A)上;将所述弹簧(11)和卡片(12)设在所述拖把杆(8)内,所述弹簧(11)用于复位所述卡片(12),所述卡片(12)随所述拖把杆(8)转动到所述卡口(7)位置时,所述卡片(12)可在弹簧(11)的作用下卡进卡口(7)中而对所述拖把杆(8)进行锁定直至被外力解锁。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种地面清洁工具,特征在于:所述固定装置(64B)包括卡勾(42)和卡子(45);将所述卡勾(42)设在万向转动装置(10A)上;将所述卡子(45)安装在所述拖把杆(8)上,确保所述卡子(45)随所述拖把杆(8)转动到所述卡勾(42)位置时,所述卡子(45)能夹紧卡勾(42)使所述拖把杆(8)不能再绕所述拖把杆转动轴(5B)转动直至被外力解锁。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种地面清洁工具,特征在于:所述固定装置(64C)包括卡位体(50)和倒钩件(51);在所述卡位体(50)上开设定位凹槽(55);将所述倒钩件(51)设在所述卡位体(50)内,所述倒钩件(51)可自动复 位或依靠弹簧复位,所述万向头转动装置(10C)绕所述拖把杆转动轴(5C)转动到所述卡位体(50)内后,所述万向头转动装置(10C)既被所述定位凹槽(55)限位,又被所述倒钩件(51)卡紧,从而使所述拖把杆(8)不能再绕所述拖把杆转动轴(5C)转动直至被外力解锁。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种地面清洁工具,特征在于:所述平板(1)整体呈长方体,定义所述平板的长、宽、高分别为a、b、c,并将由b、c所形成的一个面定义为bc面(4);在所述bc面(4)的几何中心位置开设有平板转动孔(15A),所述平板转动轴(6)安装在所述平板转动孔(15A)中;将所述平板(1)的a边的中垂面定义为a边中垂面(2);让所述拖把杆转动轴(5A)的轴心线在所述a边中垂面(2)的范围内运动;定义一辅助圆(3),使其所在面与所述a边中垂面(2)重合,且圆心与所述平板(1)的几何中心重合,辅助圆的直径大于所述bc面(4)的对角线的长度;所述拖把杆转动轴(5A)始终与辅助圆相切。
  7. 根据权利要1所述的一种地面清洁工具,特征在于:所述平板(1)整体呈长方体,定义所述平板的长、宽、高分别为a、b、c,并将由b、c所形成的一个面定义为bc面(4);在所述bc面(4)上定义两条辅助线(L1;L2),辅助线(L1)为c边的中垂线,辅助线(L2)与c边平行,所述辅助线(L2)与bc面中其中一个c边的距离小于所述辅助线(L2)与bc面中另一个c边的距离,在所述两条辅助线(L1;L2)的相交点位置开设有平板转动孔(15B、15C),所述平板转动轴(6)安装在所述平板转动孔(15B;15C)中;将所述平板(1)的a边的中垂面定义为a边中垂面(2);让所述拖把杆转动轴(5B;5C)的轴心线在所述a边中垂面(2)的范围内运动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种地面清洁工具,特征在于:所述万向转动装置(10B、10C)还包括万向头(46B、46C);所述拖把杆转动轴(5B、5C)设在所述万向头(46B、46C)上,所述万向头(46B、46C)包括万向头转动孔(44B、44C);所述万向头转动孔(44B、44C)安装有万向头转动轴(43B、43C),使所述拖把杆转动轴(5B、5C)能绕所述万向头转动轴(43B、43C)转动,所述万向头转动轴(43B、43C)通过万向转动主体(49B、49C)与所述平板转动轴(6)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种地面清洁工具,特征在于:所述辅助线(L2)与bc面中其中一个c边的距离为b的长度的四分之一,所述万向头转动轴(43B、43C)与所述平板转动轴(6)平行且两者之间的距离大于b的长度的四分之一。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种地面清洁工具,特征在于:所述万向转动装置(10B、10C)呈“匚”状。
  11. 根据权利要求6或7所述的一种地面清洁工具,特征在于:所述万向转动装置(10A)呈“匚”状,其中底部的“一”为所述平板转动轴(6),所述拖把杆转动轴(5A)则设在顶部的“一”的末端且与“匚”整体所形成的平面垂直。

  13. 根据权利要求1所述的一种地面清洁工具,特征在于:所述拖把清洁装 置为一拖把桶(36B),所述拖把桶(36B)包括一拖把桶本体(16)和一拖布处理装置(17B);所述拖把桶本体(16)由一拖布清洗腔(26)和一拖布脱水腔(27)组成;所述拖布处理装置(17B)由一拖布清洗导入口(18B)、一拖布脱干导入口(19B)、两块拖布刮洗板(47)和两块拖布刮干板(48)一体组成;让两块所述拖布刮洗板(47)对称的有一定间距的位于所述拖布清洗导入口(18B)下方;让两块所述拖布刮干板(48)对称的有一定间距的位于所述拖布脱干导入口(19B)下方;将所述拖布处理装置(17B)安装在所述拖把桶本体(16)上,使所述拖布清洗导入口(18B)位于所述拖布清洗腔(26)的上方,而拖布脱干导入口(19B)则位于所述拖布脱水腔(27)的上方。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的一种地面清洁工具,特征在于:所述拖把清洁装置为拖把桶(36C);所述拖把桶包括第一桶体(56)、第二桶体(57)、拖布清洗器(60)和拖布刮干器(61);将所述第二桶体(57)放置在所述第一桶体(56)中;所述拖布清洗器(60)与第一桶体配合用于清洁拖把;所述拖布刮干器(61)与第二桶体配合用于脱干拖把。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种地面清洁工具,特征在于:所述拖布清洗器(60)包括一对清洗板(58)、一组滑杆(62-1)、一组弹性元件(63-1);所述清洗板(58)可滑动地设在所述滑杆(62-1)上,所述弹性元件用于复位所述清洗板(58)。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的一种地面清洁工具,特征在于:将所述一对清洗板(58)上设有倒角形成拖布清洗导入口(18C),所述清洗导入口(18C)小于所述平板(1)上下两面的拖布之间的距离。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的一种地面清洁工具,特征在于:所述一对清洗板(58)上设有刮齿(65)。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的一种地面清洁工具,特征在于:所述拖布刮干器(61)包括一对刮干板(59)、一组滑杆(62-2)、一组弹性元件(63-2);所述刮干板(59)可滑动地设在所述滑杆(62-2)上,所述弹性元件(63-2)用于复位所述刮干板(59)。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的一种地面清洁工具,特征在于:所述一对刮干板 (59)上设有倒角形成拖把刮干导入口(19C),所述刮干导入口(19C)小于所述平板(1)上下两面的拖布之间的距离。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的一种地面清洁工具,特征在于:所述一对刮干板(59)上设有刮条(54)和让水孔(66)。
