本实用新型涉及包装工艺技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种便捷式包装。
背景技术
随着现代工业的高速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对包装盒的需求量将会不断增加短版活件增加、提高加工质量、降低生产成本同样是纸盒包装企业所面临的市场压力和难题,这就要求在包装生产过程中应用新技术,不断提高设备的自动化程度、降低设备的调整时间和活件的辅助准备时间。只有不断适应市场的新变化、满足不同用户的要求,才能提高包装盒包装企业的竞争力。
包装盒现已被广泛应用于电子、食品、饮料、酒类、茶品、卷烟、医药、保健品、化妆品、小家电、服装、玩具、体育用品等行业和产品包装配套等行业,是一个不可缺少的行业。而最常见的就是食品包装领域,现今社会,各种快餐、小吃的快速兴起,人们对食品的包装要求也越来越高。而目前包装圆筒式、棍棒式、方块式、盒式食品的包装方式是用包装纸滚筒式包装、或是用塑料包装,食用时打开纸包装需要把滚筒式包装慢慢翻开,有时会造成食品散开、或是拆开纸的过程造成不便。
因此,如何制作一种便捷式、易撕开的包装,便于所装食物的食用或取用,成为本领域人员所需要解决的重要技术问题。
实用新型内容
为至少在一定程度上克服相关技术中存在的问题,本实用新型提供了一种便捷式包装。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种便捷式包装,易于撕开,便于其所装食物的食用和取用。
本实用新型提供了一种便捷式包装,包括筒状本体,所述筒状本体的侧壁包括多个条状部分,两两相邻的所述条状部分的连接处设置有易撕线,所述易撕线包括多个压痕缝,两两相邻的所述压痕缝之间留有间距,且所述易撕线沿所述筒状本体的顶端向底端的方向设置。
优选地,所述易撕线的形状为波浪形、锯齿折线形或螺旋形其中的一种。
优选地,所述条状部分与所述易撕线为一体式结构。
优选地,所述易撕线贯穿所述筒状本体的顶端至所述筒状本体的底端。
优选地,所述易撕线贯穿所述筒状本体的顶端至所述筒状本体的二分之一处或所述筒状本体的三分之一处。
优选地,所述条状部分的顶端设置有易撕部,且所述易撕部的两端均与所述易撕线相连接。
优选地,所述易撕部的形状为弧形结构或者波浪形或者锯齿形。
优选地,两两相邻的所述易撕线的间距为0-10cm。
优选地,所述压痕缝的长度为0-5mm。
优选地,所述筒状本体的材质为牛皮纸或白卡纸,且所述筒状本体的内外表面均设置有食品级薄膜。

参照附图1,本具体实施方式提供的一种便捷式包装,如图1所示, 包括筒状本体1,筒状本体1的侧壁包括多个条状部分2,筒状本体1上设置有易撕线3,易撕线3设置在两两相邻的条状部分2的连接处,易撕线3包括多个压痕缝,每个相邻的压痕缝之间都留有间距,使其两两相邻的条状部分2能够相互连接,在盛放食物时而不会断裂,并且易撕线3沿筒状本体1的顶端向底端的方向设置,使其在使用时能够快捷方便地撕开。
需要说明的是,上述压痕缝可以为贯穿筒状本体1壁厚的缝隙,也可以为贯穿筒状本体1壁厚的凹槽缝,并且凹槽缝的深度略小于筒状本体1的壁厚,可根据实际情况而定。
进一步地,条状部分2和易撕线3是一体式结构,如此,制作时更加方便快速,并且能够节省成本。
本实施例中,筒状本体1的材质可以是牛皮纸或者白卡纸,并且筒状本体1的内外表面均设置有食品级的薄膜,当然筒状本体1的材质也可以是对人体安全无害的塑料材质。
如此设置,使用该便捷式包装盛放食物后,能够快捷方便地撕开,以便食用或取出食物,并且不容易使食物掉落。
本实施例中,易撕线3的形状可以为波浪形、锯齿形或者螺旋形其中的一种或者多种,可根据实际情况选择,当然也可以为其他美观好看的形状。如此设置,一方面是便于撕拉,另一方面是使包装看起来更加美观。
进一步地,上述压痕缝的形状可以为直线形,也可以为锯齿折线形,或者波浪形,或者为其他形状。如此设置,一方面是便于撕拉,另一方面是使易撕线在筒状本体上呈现出更美观的效果。
需要说明的是,压痕缝可以是能够贯穿筒状本体1的细小通孔,也可以是长度为0-5mm的直线缝隙,可以根据实际情况来设置直线缝隙的长度,可以优选为2mm或4mm。
本实施例的优选方案中,易撕线3从筒状本体1的顶端到底端贯穿,即易撕线3是从筒状本体1的顶端到底端设置,即易撕线3的长度为筒状本体1的顶端到底端的长度。如此设置,使用者可以根据所盛放食物的量 来决定撕拉的长度,可以随吃随撕。

本实用新型提供的一种便捷式包装,包括筒状本体1,筒状本体1的材质是牛皮纸或者白卡纸,并且筒状本体1的内外表面均设置有食品级的薄膜,筒状本体1的侧壁包括多个条状部分2,筒状本体1上设置有易撕线3,条状部分2和易撕线3是一体式结构,并且易撕线3设置在两两相邻的条状部分2的连接处,易撕线3包括多个压痕缝,每个相邻的压痕缝之间都留有间距,使其两两相邻的条状部分2能够相互连接,易撕线3的形状可以为波浪形、锯齿形或者螺旋形其中的一种或者多种;易撕线3从筒状本体1的顶端到底端贯穿或者从筒状本体1的顶端到筒状本体1的二分之一处筒状本体1的三分之一处贯穿;条状部分2的顶端设置有易撕部4,易撕部4的两端均与易撕线3相连接,易撕部4的形状可以为弧形结构。
如此设置,使用该便捷式包装盛放食物后,能够快捷方便地撕开,以便食用或取出食物,并且不容易使食物掉落。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的便捷式包装,其特征在于,所述易撕线(3)贯穿所述筒状本体(1)的顶端至所述筒状本体(1)的底端。
