本实用新型具体内容如下:一种模组式可调角度广告灯,包括外框和发光装置,还包括LED散热装置和铁板,所述外框包括两条对称的导轨和两个对称的堵头,导轨的两端通过堵头连接在一起,发光装置设置在外框内;LED散热装置的两端设有延伸出来的旋转轴,两边的导轨对应位置设有通孔,旋转轴插入通孔并通过螺丝固定在导轨上,LED散热装置绕旋转轴旋转;所述发光装置包括电源、安装有LED灯珠的铝基板和透镜,所述电源设置在LED散热装置的一侧,LED散热装置上方依次设有铝基板和透镜;铁板设置在LED散热装置下方和电源的上下方。
在使用时,通过旋转轴将LED散热器旋转合适的角度,即可改变光照的方向,将LED散热器固定好后,整灯的发光面在灯体里就已经固定好照射所需要的角度,与外界的广告牌连接时无需在灯具固定支架后再调节照射角度,能够简化操作。同时广告灯的结构紧凑,外观平整优美,具有很高的观赏性。
进一步的,广告灯的一端设有直杆连接头,直杆连接头与堵头相连,直杆连接头上设有插孔,广告牌支架的安装位插入插孔中。这样设置能够实现便捷式安装,在使用时将直杆连接头插入广告招牌上预留的支架位并且通过直杆连接头上预留的螺丝孔将锁紧螺丝拧紧即可将广告灯固定,实现一步到位的安装。

本实施例优选的,透镜5包括高幅透镜和宽幅透镜中的一种或两种。透镜5经过专业的配光,使透明的PC透镜5射出均匀度非常高的矩形光形。高幅透镜射出纵向完满矩形光形,满足高度高的户外广告招牌;宽幅透镜射出横向完满矩形光形,满足宽度宽的户外广告招牌;根据广告招牌的不同尺寸,选择不同幅度的透镜5。本实施例中选择的是宽幅透镜。
本实施例优选的,LED散热装置7的两端的底面为圆弧形,若干个LED散热装置7并排排列;LED散热装置7两端的侧面上设有第一固定孔71、第二固定孔72和第三固定孔73,第一固定孔71的中心线和旋转轴70中心线所在的平面与灯具的上表面平行,第二固定孔72的中心线和旋转轴70中心线所在的平面与灯具的上表面形成锐角夹角,第三固定孔73的中心线和旋转轴70中心线所在的平面与灯具的上表面形成锐角夹角;第一固定孔71和第二固定孔72的中心线位于经过旋转轴70的中心线且与灯具上表面相垂直的平面的一侧,第三固定孔73位于经过旋转轴70的中心线且与灯具上表面相垂直的平面的另一侧,导轨上旋转轴70对应位置的两侧分别设于1个通孔。
圆弧形的地面保证LED散热装置7在旋转时不受影响,同时节省外框内的空间。第一固定孔71、第二固定孔72和第三固定孔73用于灯具调整好光照角度后更牢固地固定,实际使用中可以通过螺丝插入导轨上的通孔和对应的固定孔之间来固定住灯具。本实施例中,选择的是通过M4螺丝插入第一固定孔71中将LED散热装置7固定的,最终的灯具中LED散热模组表面与灯具的表面齐平。
本实施例优选的,LED散热装置7的两端高于中央部,铝基板6和透镜5设置在中央部,透镜5的表面与LED散热装置7的两端齐平,中央部两端设有通孔,铝基板6和透镜5通过PG头3固定在LED散热装置7上。这样设置能够使广告灯表面平整,更加美观。
实施例2
结合图1、图2和图8,本实施例中,透镜5为高幅透镜,其余的技术特征与实施例1相同,在此不做赘述。
实施例3
结合图1、图2、图9和图10,本实施例中选择的是通过M4螺丝插入第二固定孔72中将LED散热装置7固定的。并且本实施例中第二固定孔72的中心线和旋转轴70中心线所在的平面与灯具的上表面形成的锐角夹角为45°,最终LED散热模组相比于水平方向逆时针旋转了45°,光照角度也随之变化。其余的技术特征与实施例1相同,在此不做赘述。
实施例4
结合图1、图2、图11和图12,本实施例中,选择的是通过M4螺丝插入第三固定孔73中将LED散热装置7固定的,并且第三固定孔73的中心线和旋转轴70中心线所在的平面与灯具的上表面形成锐角夹角为15°,最终LED散热模组相比于水平方向顺时针旋转了15°。其余的技术特征与实施例1相同,在此不做赘述。
实施例5
结合图1、图2和图13,本实施例中,LED散热模组和发光装置的数量均为1,其他的技术特征与实施例3相同,在此不做赘述。
实施例6
结合图1、图2和图14,本实施例中,LED散热模组和发光装置的数量均为2,其他的技术特征与实施例3相同,在此不做赘述。
实施例7
结合图1、图2和图15,本实施例中,LED散热模组和发光装置的数量均为3,其他的技术特征与实施例3相同,在此不做赘述。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种模组式可调角度广告灯,包括外框和发光装置,其特征在于:还包括LED散热装置和铁板,所述外框包括两条对称的导轨和两个对称的堵头,导轨的两端通过堵头连接在一起,发光装置设置在外框内;LED散热装置的两端设有延伸出来的旋转轴,两边的导轨对应位置设有通孔,旋转轴插入通孔并通过螺丝固定在导轨上,LED散热装置绕旋转轴旋转;所述发光装置包括电源、安装有LED灯珠的铝基板和透镜,所述电源设置在LED散热装置的一侧,LED散热装置上方依次设有铝基板和透镜;铁板设置在LED散热装置下方和电源的上下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的模组式可调角度广告灯,其特征在于:广告灯的一端设有直杆连接头,直杆连接头与堵头相连,直杆连接头上设有插孔,广告牌支架的安装位插入插孔中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的模组式可调角度广告灯,其特征在于:所述LED散热装置和发光装置的数量不小于1。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的模组式可调角度广告灯,其特征在于:所述透镜包括高幅透镜和宽幅透镜中的一种或两种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的模组式可调角度广告灯,其特征在于:所述LED散热装置的两端的底面为圆弧形,若干个LED散热装置并排排列;LED散热装置两端的侧面上设有第一固定孔、第二固定孔和第三固定孔,第一固定孔的中心线和旋转轴中心线所在的平面与灯具的上表面平行,第二固定孔的中心线和旋转轴中心线所在的平面与灯具的上表面形成锐角夹角,第三固定孔的中心线和旋转轴中心线所在的平面与灯具的上表面形成锐角夹角;第一固定孔和第二固定孔的中心线位于经过旋转轴的中心线且与灯具上表面相垂直的平面的一侧,第三固定孔位于经过旋转轴的中心线且与灯具上表面相垂直的平面的另一侧,导轨上旋转轴对应位置的两侧分别设于1个通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的模组式可调角度广告灯,其特征在于:所述LED散热装置的两端高于中央部,铝基板和透镜设置在中央部,透镜的表面与LED散热装置的两端齐平,中央部两端设有通孔,铝基板和透镜通过PG头固定在LED散热装置上。
