Description
ASSEMBLY OF TELESCOPIC TUBES CONFIGURED TO MOVE A WASHING/DRYING NOZZLE IN CONTAINER WASHING MACHINES
The object of the invention is an assembly of telescopic tubes configured to move a washing/drying nozzle in container washing machines. The assembly includes telescopic tubes and a shifting mechanism, wherein, while in use, the internal parts of the telescopic tubes are pushed by means of a movable part of the shifting mechanism into a closed chamber in the interior of a washing machine, while the connecting parts of the telescopic tubes remain fixed and fastened on the immovable part of the shifting mechanism.
The technical problem that is successfully solved by the proposed assembly of telescopic tubes configured to move a washing/drying nozzle in container washing machines is a construction and execution of the movement of the washing/drying nozzle in the washing machines without flexible inlet hoses.
In all machines for washing containers and similar vessels, washing and drying nozzles need to be pushed in a closed chamber into the interior of a container to various heights and continuously moved in height during the operation. There are known solutions, in which a tube with a large diameter having centrally arranged a tube with a smaller diameter (washing, rinsing, blowing out) is fastened outside a chamber, wherein a pneumatic or motor drive provide for the vertical movement of the nozzle system. The passage between the metallic chamber and the tube is sealed by a seal. In such solutions, the supply of media to vertically movable nozzle systems must be executed by flexible hoses. This consequently causes bending arcs of the flexible hoses and retention of water in arcs; in fact, the water is always blown out by compressed air, however, this is not reliable and the situation is hard to detect. The occurrence of arcs could be eliminated by
vertically orienting the flexible hoses, however, plenty of space in height would be needed, while the height is normally limited.
A solution to execution of a system of nozzles in combination with a telescopic tube and a spring is also known. Here, the external part of a telescopic tube is integrated in the chamber, such that the bottom part with nozzles is inserted into a metallic cover of the chamber, while the external part is arranged above the chamber. The supply of media can be carried out with fixed pipes and adequate inclinations and the retention of water in flexible hoses is thus eliminated. A shift of the pipe downwards is rendered possible by the pressure of water or air and extracts all segments of the telescopic assembly to the bottom point. During spraying and water supply to the lower rotating nozzle the telescopic assembly is extracted and arranged in the same bottom position during the entire period of spraying. This is a huge drawback of the solution since a movable nozzle is needed for efficient washing to reach various heights - sizes of containers or individual critical areas on the product to be cleaned. Once the media supply is discontinued, the springs integrated in the telescopic assembly return the telescope to its original assembly.
The assembly of the invention includes telescopic tubes and a shifting mechanism, wherein, while in use, the internal parts of the telescopic tubes are pushed by means of a movable part of the shifting mechanism into a closed chamber into the interior of a washing machine, while the connecting parts of the telescopic tubes remain firmly fastened on the immovable part of the shifting mechanism.The invention will be explained in more detail on the basis of an embodiment and the belonging drawings, in which:

view;
Figure 2 assembly of telescopic tubes of the invention in cross-section in the basic, non-extracted position;

Figure 5 detail of the bottom washing/drying part of the assembly.
The proposed assembly of telescopic tubes configured to move a washing/drying nozzle in container washing machines of the invention makes it possible that hot air inlet and media inlet are stable without flexible inlet hoses.
The structural solution to the assembly of telescopic tubes configured to move the washing and drying nozzle of a container washing machine of the invention is represented in the figures.
Extraction of telescopic segments of telescopic tubes 1 , 2 and consequently movement of an end washing/drying nozzle 5 for spraying and supply of drying air is made possible by a shifting mechanism 3 outside of the washing machine. A connecting part 1 a and an external part 1 b of the telescopic tube 1 and a connecting part 2a and an external part 2b of the telescopic tube are firmly fastened to the immovable part of the shifting mechanism 3 on a support panel outside of the washing machine such that inclination of the telescopic tubes 1 , 2 is prevented, consequently loads on both vertical side guides 4 are prevented.
The assembly of the invention consists of two telescopic tubes 1 , 2 arranged outside of the container washing machine and a shifting mechanism 3, wherein, while in use, the internal part 1 c of the telescopic tube 1 and the internal part 2c of the telescopic tube 2 are pushed by means of the movable part of the shifting mechanism 3 and the vertical side guides 4 into a closed chamber into the
interior of a washing machine, while the connecting part 1a of the tube 1 and the connecting part 2a of the tube 2 remain firmly fastened on the immovable part of the shifting mechanism 3.
The internal telescopic tube 2 is arranged within the external telescopic tube 1. The external telescopic tube 1 consists of the connecting part 1a, the external part 1b and the internal part 1c, while the internal telescopic tube 2 consists of the connecting part 2a, the external part 2b and the internal part 2c.
The external telescopic tube 1 has a larger diameter than the internal telescopic tube 2.
The external telescopic tube 1 with a larger diameter serves for the flow and intake of drying air, while, within said tube, the telescopic tube 2 with a smaller diameter is integrated and is used for the execution of spraying with media and blowing out with compressed air, such that from the end of the internal part 1a of the external telescopic tube 1 drying air is supplied into the container washing machine, while the end of the internal part 2c of the internal telescopic tube 2 terminates with an end washing/drying nozzle 5 for the spraying with media and with a drying air intake.
Extraction of the telescopic segments of the telescopic tubes 1 , 2 and consequently the movement of the end washing/drying nozzle 5 for spraying and supply of drying air is made possible by the shifting mechanism 3. The connecting part 1a of the telescopic tube 1 is firmly fastened on the immovable part of the shifting mechanism 3 outside of the washing machine, while the external part 1b of the telescopic tube 1 and the external part 2b of the telescopic tube 2 are firmly fastened to the movable part of the shifting mechanism 3 that travels along the vertical side guides 4.
Such firm arrangement of the connecting part 1 a of the tube 1 and the connecting part 2a of the tube 2 on the immovable part of the shifting mechanism 3 provides for the fact that the media intake is carried out by means of firmly arranged tubes and not, unlike known variants, by vertically movable nozzle systems consisting of flexible hoses.
The shifting mechanism 3 thus enables the washing/drying nozzle 5 used for spraying and supply of drying air that is arranged at the end of the telescopic tubes 1 , 2 to reach various heights in the washing machine and to continuously move in height during its operation.
The vertical side guides 4 enter the chamber of the washing machine by the movement of the internal parts 1 c and the internal part 2c of the telescopic tubes 1 , 2 and are therefore identically exposed to heat and chemicals. Said loads of the shifting mechanism 3 are thus eliminated, normally, said loads are less harmful to the guides than the shifting mechanism 3 itself.
The shifting mechanism 3 can be configured as a pistonless cylinder or as a linear drive while in more demanding washing machines, in which the movement is longer and numerous positionings on the vertical axis are required, a motor drive is possible as well.
Said execution of the assembly of telescopic tubes configured to move a washing/drying nozzle in the container washing machines of the invention meets the requirements for cleanness, tightness and media retention within the nozzle system, which media are retained within the washing machine and may be potentially harmful for the products to be cleaned.
