Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de plus d'un gant sur un gabarit. Plus particulièrement, le procédé de production de deux gants discrets sur un gabarit comprend les étapes consistant à : (a) revêtir un gabarit d'un premier coagulant et le sécher ; (b) plonger le gabarit dans un premier caoutchouc mélangé comprenant un agent anticollant et former un premier film de caoutchouc sur le gabarit ; (c) traiter le premier film de caoutchouc par un agent d'enfilage chloré et le durcir partiellement ; et (d) revêtir le premier film de caoutchouc d'un deuxième coagulant et le sécher ; (e) plonger le premier film de caoutchouc dans un deuxième caoutchouc mélangé comprenant un agent anticollant et former un deuxième film de caoutchouc sur le premier film de caoutchouc ; (f) traiter le deuxième film de caoutchouc par un agent d'enfilage polymère et le durcir, le coefficient de frottement entre le premier et le deuxième film de caoutchouc allant de 0,39 à 0,54 µk de telle sorte qu'ils sont pelables en gants discrets par la suite.
