本発明の一態様は、移動局装置に関する。

従来より、標準化団体3GPP(3rd Generation Parnership Project)において、第3世代の移動通信方式を進化させたEvolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access(「EUTRA」もしくは「LTE」とも呼称される)と、更にその発展形である第4世代の移動通信方式であるAdvanced EUTRA(「LTE-Advanced」もしくは「LTE-A」とも呼称される)の仕様規格化が行われ、それを利用した移動体通信の商用化が各国で行われている(非特許文献1)。また近年、3GPPでは第5世代移動通信方式の技術の検討および仕様規格化が進んでいる(非特許文献2)。
スケジューリング(通信リソース割り当て)技術の一つとして、セミパーシステントスケジューリング(SPS:Semi-Persistent Scheduling)による通信リソースの周期的な割り当て方法がある。これは、サブフレーム毎に通信リソースの割り当てを上りリンクグラントまたは下りリンクアサインメントと呼ばれるシグナリングで行うダイナミックスケジューリングとは異なり、予め決められた設定(時間間隔、変調方式、開始タイミング、繰り返し回数など)で通信リソースの割り当てを行うことにより上りリンクグラントおよび下りリンクアサインメントを省くことができ、制御信号によるオーバヘッドを少なくして効率的な通信を可能とする技術である。SPSは従来のLTEおよびLTE-Advancedでも採用されており、音声サービスなどリアルタイム性を要求される通信に利用されてきたが、第5世代移動通信方式でもSPSのさらなる進化を目的とした検討および仕様規格化が進んでいる。また、上りリンクのSPSを応用し、基地局装置から移動局装置に対して割り当てられる上りリンクグラントがなくても、移動局装置から基地局装置に上りリンクデータ送信が可能となる上りリンクグラントフリー(GF:Grant Free)による通信方式についても、検討および仕様規格化が進んでいる。

SPSもしくはGFの通信中において、サービングセルの状態が適切に管理されない場合があると、通信異常が発生するなどの懸念がある。
本発明の一態様はこのような事情を鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的は、SPSもしくはGFの通信中においても、サービングセルの状態を適切に管理し、正常に通信を行うことができる移動局装置を提供することにある。
(1)この発明の一態様は上述した課題を解決するためになされたもので、本発明の一態様による基地局装置、および前記基地局装置から設定された複数サービングセルを同時に用いたキャリアアグリゲーションによって通信を行う移動局装置を少なくとも含む通信システムの移動局装置であって、前記サービングセルに設定された構成済み上りリンクグラントで示されるタイミングで前記サービングセルのデアクティベーションタイマの再起動を行う。
(2)また、本発明の一態様による移動局装置は上記の移動局装置であって、前記サービングセルに設定された前記構成済み上りリンクグラントで示されるタイミングで上りリンクデータの送信を行った場合に、前記サービングセルの前記デアクティベーションタイマの再起動を行う。
(3)また、本発明の一態様による基地局装置、および前記基地局装置から設定された複数サービングセルを同時に用いたキャリアアグリゲーションによって通信を行う移動局装置を少なくとも含む通信システムの移動局装置であって、構成済み上りリンクグラントが前記サービングセルに設定された場合に前記サービングセルのデアクティベーションタイマを停止し、前記構成済み上りリンクグラントが解放された場合に前記サービングセルのデアクティベーションタイマを再起動する。
(4)また、本発明の一態様による移動局装置は上記の移動局装置であって、前記構成済み上りリンクグラントのアクティベーションを行う下り制御信号を前記基地局装置から受信した場合に、前記サービングセルのデアクティベーションタイマを停止する。
(5)また、本発明の一態様による移動局装置は上記の移動局装置であって、前記構成済み上りリンクグラントのデアクティベーションを行う下り制御信号を前記基地局装置から受信した場合に、前記サービングセルのデアクティベーションタイマを起動する。
(6)また、本発明の一態様による基地局装置、および前記基地局装置から設定された複数サービングセルを同時に用いたキャリアアグリゲーションによって通信を行う移動局装置を少なくとも含む通信システムの移動局装置であって、前記サービングセルに設定された構成済み下りリンクアサインメントで示されるタイミングで前記サービングセルのデアクティベーションタイマの再起動を行う。
(7)また、本発明の一態様による移動局装置は上記の移動局装置であって、 前記サービングセルに設定された前記構成済み下りリンクアサインメントで示されるタイミングで下りリンクデータの受信を行った場合に、前記サービングセルのデアクティベーションタイマの再起動を行う。
(8)また、本発明の一態様による基地局装置、および前記基地局装置から設定された複数サービングセルを同時に用いたキャリアアグリゲーションによって通信を行う移動局装置を少なくとも含む通信システムの移動局装置であって、構成済み下りリンクアサインメントが前記サービングセルに設定された場合に前記サービングセルのデアクティベーションタイマを停止し、

(第1の実施形態)
以下、図面を参照して、本発明の一態様である第1の実施形態について説明する。図1は本実施形態における移動局装置内のMACエンティティの構成の一例である。図1において、101は制御部であり、すべての構成部を制御する。102は上位レイヤインタフェース部であり、PDCPおよびRLC、およびRRCなどの上位レイヤとの論理チャネルの設定および管理を行い、その論理チャネルを通じて上りリンクデータおよび下りリンクデータの送受信を行う。103は上りリンクPDU(Protocol Data Unit)構成部であり、論理チャネルを通じて受信した上位レイヤからの上りリンク送信データにヘッダ付加や、複数の論理チャネルのデータの結合などを行い、上りリンクPDUを構成する。104は送信処理部であり、上りリンクPDU構成部103が作成した上りリンクPDUに誤り訂正符号化処理や変調処理などを行い、上りリンクリソース管理部106から指示された上りリンク物理リソースにマッピングを行う。105はサービングセル状態管理部であり、移動局装置に割り当てられているすべてのサービングセルに関する状態を管理する。上りリンクリソース管理部106は、基地局装置から割り当てられた上りリンク物理リソースの管理を行い、上りリンクPDUと上りリンク物理リソースのマッピングの制御を行う。受信処理部107は、無線インタフェース部109からの受信信号に対して復調や誤り訂正符号の復号を行い、下りリンクPDUの再構成を行う。下りリンクPDU分離部108は、受信処理部107から受信した下りリンクPDUから一つもしくは複数のデータに分離し、ユーザデータや制御データは上位レイヤインタフェース部102を介して上位レイヤに送り、CE(Control Element)データは制御部101に送る。110は下りリンクリソース管理部であり、基地局装置から割り当てられた下りリンク物理リソースの管理を行う。無線インタフェース部109は、基地局装置と無線信号の送受信を行う。
以下、図面を参照して、本発明の一態様である第1の実施形態について説明する。図1は本実施形態における移動局装置内のMACエンティティの構成の一例である。図1において、101は制御部であり、すべての構成部を制御する。102は上位レイヤインタフェース部であり、PDCPおよびRLC、およびRRCなどの上位レイヤとの論理チャネルの設定および管理を行い、その論理チャネルを通じて上りリンクデータおよび下りリンクデータの送受信を行う。103は上りリンクPDU(Protocol Data Unit)構成部であり、論理チャネルを通じて受信した上位レイヤからの上りリンク送信データにヘッダ付加や、複数の論理チャネルのデータの結合などを行い、上りリンクPDUを構成する。104は送信処理部であり、上りリンクPDU構成部103が作成した上りリンクPDUに誤り訂正符号化処理や変調処理などを行い、上りリンクリソース管理部106から指示された上りリンク物理リソースにマッピングを行う。105はサービングセル状態管理部であり、移動局装置に割り当てられているすべてのサービングセルに関する状態を管理する。上りリンクリソース管理部106は、基地局装置から割り当てられた上りリンク物理リソースの管理を行い、上りリンクPDUと上りリンク物理リソースのマッピングの制御を行う。受信処理部107は、無線インタフェース部109からの受信信号に対して復調や誤り訂正符号の復号を行い、下りリンクPDUの再構成を行う。下りリンクPDU分離部108は、受信処理部107から受信した下りリンクPDUから一つもしくは複数のデータに分離し、ユーザデータや制御データは上位レイヤインタフェース部102を介して上位レイヤに送り、CE(Control Element)データは制御部101に送る。110は下りリンクリソース管理部であり、基地局装置から割り当てられた下りリンク物理リソースの管理を行う。無線インタフェース部109は、基地局装置と無線信号の送受信を行う。
ダイナミックスケジューリングの上りリンクグラントをダイナミックグラントと呼称するのに対して、上りリンクのSPSおよびGFの上りリンクグラントは、予め決められた設定に従って通信リソースの割り当てを行うという意味合いから、構成済みグラントもしくは構成済み上りリンクグラントと呼称される。同様に、下りリンクSPSでは、構成済みアサインメントもしくは構成済み下りリンクアサインメントと呼称される。3GPPの第5世代移動体通信方式の仕様規格化においては、上りリンクSPSとGFおよび下りリンクSPSを合わせて「Transmission/Reception without dynamic scheduling」と呼称し、下りリンクのSPSを「DL-SPS」、GFおよび上りリンクのSPSをそれぞれ「configured grant Type 1」、「configured grant Type 2」と呼称する方向で仕様規格化が進められている。なお、以下の説明においては、便宜的に「configured grant Type 1」をGF、「configured grant Type 2」をUL-SPS、下りリンクのSPSをDL-SPSと記載する。
LTEおよびLTE-Aでは、UL-SPSおよびDL-SPSの設定はスペシャルセル(SpCell)と呼ばれるプライマリセル(PCell)およびプライマリセカンダリセル(PSCell)上にのみ設定が許可されていたが、3GPPの第5世代通信方式仕様においては、セカンダリセル(SCell)上にもDL-SPS、UL-SPSおよびGFの設定ができるようになった。セカンダリセルはネットワークによりアクティブ状態・非アクティブ状態を制御され、非アクティブ状態では送受信ともに行われない。セカンダリセルをアクティブ状態にするアクティベーション、および非アクティブ状態にするデアクティベーションは、基地局装置から移動局装置に送信されるSCell Activation/Deactivation MAC Control Element(CE)によって指示される。さらに、各セカンダリセルにはsCellデアクティベーションタイマ(sCellDeactivationTimer)が設定される。sCellデアクティベーションタイマは、そのセカンダリセルのアクティベーションまたはデアクティベーションを指示するSCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CEを基地局装置から受信した場合に起動もしくは再起動される。また、そのセカンダリセルのPDCCH(Physical Downlink Control CHannel;物理下りリンク制御チャネル)で上りリンクグラントや下りリンクアサインメントを受信した場合や、他のサービングセルのPDCCHでそのセカンダリセルに関する上りリンクグラントや下りリンクアサインメントを受信した場合にも再起動される。また、sCellデアクティベーションタイマが満了した場合、それが設定されているセカンダリセルはデアクティベートされ、次にアクティベートされるまで、上りリンク上での制御信号とデータ送信、および下りリンク上での制御信号とデータ受信は一切行われなくなる。
なお、サービングセル上に複数のBWP(Bandwidth Part)が設定された場合、デフォルトの下りリンクBWP(デフォルトの下りリンクBWPが設定されない場合は初期下りリンクBWP)以外の下りリンクBWPがアクティブ状態のときは、BWPインアクティビティタイマ(bandwidthPartInactivityTimer)が設定および起動される。BWPインアクティビティタイマはそれが設定されているアクティブ下りリンクBWPのPDCCH(Physical Downlink Control CHannel;物理下りリンク制御チャネル)で上りリンクグラントや下りリンクアサインメントを受信した場合に再起動されるが、他のサービングセルのPDCCHでそのアクティブ下りリンクBWPに関する上りリンクグラントや下りリンクアサインメントを受信した場合には再起動は行われない。また、BWPインアクティビティタイマが満了した場合、それが設定されている下りリンクBWPからデフォルトの下りリンクBWP(デフォルトの下りリンクBWPが設定されない場合は初期下りリンクBWP)にスイッチされ、そのサービングセル上での通信は継続される。なお、BWPは上りリンクと下りリンクでそれぞれ設定されるが、上りリンクBWPと下りリンクBWPは1対1でペアリングされ、下りリンクのBWPのスイッチが行われると、それにペアリングされている上りリンクのBWPもスイッチされる。
しかしながら、セカンダリセルにDL-SPS、UL-SPSまたはGFが設定され、それらによる通信がアクティベートされている場合、それらに関する上りリンクグラントや下りリンクアサインメントをPDCCHで移動局装置が受信することはなくsCellデアクティベーションタイマが再起動されないため、通信中にsCellデアクティベーションタイマが満了し、セカンダリセルがデアクティベートされ、通信ができなくなる懸念がある。
本発明の一態様は前記課題に鑑み、DL-SPS、UL-SPSまたはGFがセカンダリセルに設定され、それらによる通信中においても、意図しないセカンダリセルのデアクティベートを防止するための方策を講じる。
図2を用いて、本発明の一態様として、UL-SPSに適用した場合の、各時間における基地局装置と移動局装置のメッセージおよびデータの送受信の流れと、sCellデアクティベーションタイマの管理方法の例を説明する。まず、時間t01にてSCellのアクティベートを指示するメッセージm201(SCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CE)が基地局装置から移動局装置に送信される。メッセージm201を受信した移動局装置は、SCellをアクティベートし、sCellデアクティベーションタイマを起動する。次に、時間t02にてSCellにUL-SPSを追加設定するためのメッセージm202(RRC Reconfiguration)が基地局装置から移動局装置に送信される。メッセージm202を受信した移動局装置は、SCell上にUL-SPSを構成するための処理を行い、時間t03でメッセージm202の応答メッセージm203(RRC Reconfiguration Complete)を基地局装置に送信する。次に時間t04にて、SCell上に設定されたUL-SPSをアクティベートするためのレイヤ1下りリンク制御情報m204が基地局装置から移動局装置に送信される。レイヤ1下りリンク制御情報m204を受信した移動局装置は、UL-SPSの構成済み上りリンクグラントをアクティベートし、時間t05にて応答メッセージm205(Configured Grant Confirmation MAC CE)を基地局装置に送信する。なお、メッセージm202からm205までの送受信タイミング(t02からt05まで)において、sCellデアクティベーションタイマの再起動を行ってもよい。そして、メッセージm202で設定されたタイミング(t10、t11、t12、t13)で構成済み上りリンクグラントが発生する。なお、図2ではt13までしか記載していないが、t13以降も次にUL-SPSがデアクティベートされるまで構成済み上りリンクグラントの発生は継続する。移動局装置は、構成済み上りリンクグラントが発生したら、sCellデアクティベーションタイマを再起動する。そして、時間t50にて基地局装置がSCellをデアクティベートするメッセージm210(SCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CE)を移動局装置に送信する。メッセージm210を受信した移動局装置は、SCellのデアクティベートを行い、sCellDeactivationTimerを停止する。
なお、図3で示すように、構成済み上りリンクグラントが発生し、かつ基地局装置に上りリンクデータ送信(メッセージm206)を行ったタイミング(t12)でのみsCellデアクティベーションタイマを再起動してもよい。また、各メッセージ(SCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CE、RRC Reconfiguration、RRC Reconfiguration Complete、Configured Grant Confirmation MAC CE)はこれに限るものではなく、同等の動作を指示したり応答する内容のメッセージであれば、それらを使用してもよい。
以上説明したとおり、本発明の一態様を適用することによって、セカンダリセル上のUL-SPS通信中においても、セカンダリセルの状態を適切に管理できるようになり、不用意な通信停止を防止することができる。

図4は、本実施形態における、各時間における基地局装置と移動局装置のメッセージおよびデータの送受信の流れと、sCellデアクティベーションタイマの管理方法の例を図示している。メッセージm401、m403、m406およびm410は、図2におけるメッセージm201、m203、m206およびm210と同様であり、説明を省略する。メッセージm202(RRC Reconfiguration)は、SCellにGFを追加設定するために基地局装置から移動局装置に送信される。そして、メッセージm402で設定されたタイミング(t10、t11、t12、t13)で構成済み上りリンクグラントが発生する。なお、図4ではt13までしか記載していないが、t13以降も次にGFが解放されるまで構成済み上りリンクグラントの発生は継続する。移動局装置は、構成済み上りリンクグラントが発生したら、sCellデアクティベーションタイマを再起動する。そして、時間t50にて基地局装置がSCellをデアクティベートするメッセージm410(SCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CE)を移動局装置に送信する。メッセージm410を受信した移動局装置は、SCellのデアクティベートを行い、sCellDeactivationTimerを停止する。
なお、図5で示すように、構成済み上りリンクグラントが発生し、かつ基地局装置に上りリンクデータ送信(メッセージm406)を行ったタイミング(t12)でのみsCellデアクティベーションタイマを再起動してもよい。また、各メッセージ(SCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CE、RRC Reconfiguration、RRC Reconfiguration Complete、Configured Grant Confirmation MAC CE)はこれに限るものではなく、同等の動作を指示したり応答する内容のメッセージであれば、それらを使用してもよい。また、メッセージm402または403、あるいはその両方の送受信タイミング(t02、t03)において、sCellデアクティベーションタイマの再起動を行ってもよい。
以上説明したとおり、本発明の一態様を適用することによって、セカンダリセル上のGF通信中においても、セカンダリセルの状態を適切に管理できるようになり、不用意な通信停止を防止することができる。
(第3の実施形態)
次に、本発明の一態様として、UL-SPS通信中においてsCellデアクティベーションタイマを停止する手順について、第3の実施形態として説明する。

図6は、本実施形態における、各時間における基地局装置と移動局装置のメッセージおよびデータの送受信の流れと、sCellデアクティベーションタイマの管理方法の例を図示している。まず、時間t01にてSCellのアクティベートを指示するメッセージm601(SCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CE)が基地局装置から移動局装置に送信される。メッセージm601を受信した移動局装置は、SCellをアクティベートし、sCellデアクティベーションタイマを起動する。次に、時間t02にてSCellにUL-SPSを追加設定するためのメッセージm602(RRC Reconfiguration)が基地局装置から移動局装置に送信される。メッセージm602を受信した移動局装置は、SCell上にUL-SPSを構成するための処理を行い、時間t03でメッセージm602の応答メッセージm603(RRC Reconfiguration Complete)を基地局装置に送信する。次に時間t04にて、SCell上に設定されたUL-SPSをアクティベートするためのレイヤ1下りリンク制御情報m604が基地局装置から移動局装置に送信される。レイヤ1下りリンク制御情報m604を受信した移動局装置は、UL-SPSの構成済み上りリンクグラントをアクティベートし、時間t05にて応答メッセージm605(Configured Grant Confirmation MAC CE)を基地局装置に送信した後、sCellデアクティベーションタイマを停止し、起動/再起動禁止状態にする。sCellデアクティベーションタイマが起動/再起動禁止状態のときは、それが設定されているSCell上で、上りリンクデータおよび制御情報の送信、または下りリンクデータおよび制御情報の受信が行われた如何なる場合において、sCellデアクティベーションタイマの起動または再起動は行われない。そして、時間t20にてSCell上に設定されたUL-SPSをデアクティベートするためのレイヤ1下りリンク制御情報m608が基地局装置から移動局装置に送信されると、移動局装置はSCellのUL-SPSの構成済み上りリンクグラントをデアクティベートし、時間t21にて応答メッセージm605(Configured Grant Confirmation MAC CE)を基地局装置に送信し、sCellデアクティベーションタイマの起動/再起動禁止状態を解除して起動する。その後、時間t50にて基地局装置がSCellをデアクティベートするメッセージm610(SCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CE)を移動局装置に送信する。メッセージm610を受信した移動局装置は、SCellのデアクティベートを行い、sCellDeactivationTimerを停止する。
なお、各メッセージ(SCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CE、RRC Reconfiguration、RRC Reconfiguration Complete、Configured Grant Confirmation MAC CE)はこれに限るものではなく、同等の動作を指示したり応答する内容のメッセージであれば、それらを使用してもよい。
以上説明したとおり、本発明の一態様を適用することによって、セカンダリセル上のUL-SPS通信中においても、セカンダリセルの状態を適切に管理できるようになり、不用意な通信停止を防止することができる。

図7は、本実施形態における、各時間における基地局装置と移動局装置のメッセージおよびデータの送受信の流れと、sCellデアクティベーションタイマの管理方法の例を図示している。まず、時間t01にてSCellのアクティベートを指示するメッセージm701(SCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CE)が基地局装置から移動局装置に送信される。メッセージm701を受信した移動局装置は、SCellをアクティベートし、sCellデアクティベーションタイマを起動する。次に、時間t02にてSCellにGFを追加設定するためのメッセージm702(RRC Reconfiguration)が基地局装置から移動局装置に送信される。メッセージm702を受信した移動局装置は、SCell上にGFを構成するための処理を行い、時間t03でメッセージm702の応答メッセージm703(RRC Reconfiguration Complete)を基地局装置に送信した後、sCellデアクティベーションタイマを停止し、起動/再起動禁止状態にする。sCellデアクティベーションタイマが起動/再起動禁止状態のときは、それが設定されているSCell上で、上りリンクデータおよび制御情報の送信、または下りリンクデータおよび制御情報の受信が行われた如何なる場合において、sCellデアクティベーションタイマの起動または再起動は行われない。そして、時間t20にてSCell上に設定されたGFを解放するためのレイヤ1下りリンク制御情報m708が基地局装置から移動局装置に送信されると、移動局装置はSCellに設定されたGFを解放し、時間t21にて応答メッセージm709(RRC Reconfiguration Complete)を基地局装置に送信し、sCellデアクティベーションタイマの起動/再起動禁止状態を解除して起動する。その後、時間t50にて基地局装置がSCellをデアクティベートするメッセージm710(SCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CE)を移動局装置に送信する。メッセージm710を受信した移動局装置は、SCellのデアクティベートを行い、sCellDeactivationTimerを停止する。
なお、各メッセージ(SCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CE、RRC Reconfiguration、RRC Reconfiguration Complete)はこれに限るものではなく、同等の動作を指示したり応答する内容のメッセージであれば、それらを使用してもよい。
以上説明したとおり、本発明の一態様を適用することによって、セカンダリセル上のGF通信中においても、セカンダリセルの状態を適切に管理できるようになり、不用意な通信停止を防止することができる。
(第5の実施形態)
次に、本発明の一態様として、DL-SPSに適用した場合の手順の例を第5の実施形態として説明する。

図8は、本実施形態における、各時間における基地局装置と移動局装置のメッセージおよびデータの送受信の流れと、sCellデアクティベーションタイマの管理方法の例を図示している。まず、時間t01にてSCellのアクティベートを指示するメッセージm801(SCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CE)が基地局装置から移動局装置に送信される。メッセージm801を受信した移動局装置は、SCellをアクティベートし、sCellデアクティベーションタイマを起動する。次に、時間t02にてSCellにDL-SPSを追加設定するためのメッセージm802(RRC Reconfiguration)が基地局装置から移動局装置に送信される。メッセージm802を受信した移動局装置は、SCell上にDL-SPSを構成するための処理を行い、時間t03でメッセージm802の応答メッセージm803(RRC Reconfiguration Complete)を基地局装置に送信する。そして、メッセージm802で設定されたタイミング(t10、t11、t12、t13)で構成済み下りリンクアサインメントが発生する。なお、図8ではt13までしか記載していないが、t13以降も次にDL-SPSが解放されるまで構成済み下りリンクアサインメントの発生は継続する。移動局装置は、構成済み下りリンクアサインメントが発生したら、sCellデアクティベーションタイマを再起動する。そして、時間t50にて基地局装置がSCellをデアクティベートするメッセージm810(SCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CE)を移動局装置に送信する。メッセージm810を受信した移動局装置は、SCellのデアクティベートを行い、sCellDeactivationTimerを停止する。
なお、図9で示すように、構成済み下りリンクアサインメントが発生し、かつ基地局装置からの下りリンクデータ受信(メッセージm806)を行ったタイミング(t12)でのみsCellデアクティベーションタイマを再起動してもよい。また、各メッセージ(SCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CE、RRC Reconfiguration、RRC Reconfiguration Complete、Configured Grant Confirmation MAC CE)はこれに限るものではなく、同等の動作を指示したり応答する内容のメッセージであれば、それらを使用してもよい。また、メッセージm802またはm803、あるいはその両方の送受信タイミング(t02、t03)において、sCellデアクティベーションタイマの再起動を行ってもよい。
以上説明したとおり、本発明の一態様を適用することによって、セカンダリセル上のDL-SPS通信中においても、セカンダリセルの状態を適切に管理できるようになり、不用意な通信停止を防止することができる。
(第6の実施形態)
次に、本発明の一態様として、DL-SPS通信中においてsCellデアクティベーションタイマを停止する手順について、第6の実施形態として説明する。

図10は、本実施形態における、各時間における基地局装置と移動局装置のメッセージおよびデータの送受信の流れと、sCellデアクティベーションタイマの管理方法の例を図示している。まず、時間t01にてSCellのアクティベートを指示するメッセージm1001(SCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CE)が基地局装置から移動局装置に送信される。メッセージm1001を受信した移動局装置は、SCellをアクティベートし、sCellデアクティベーションタイマを起動する。次に、時間t02にてSCellにDL-SPSを追加設定するためのメッセージm1002(RRC Reconfiguration)が基地局装置から移動局装置に送信される。メッセージm1002を受信した移動局装置は、SCell上にDL-SPSを構成するための処理を行い、時間t03でメッセージm1002の応答メッセージm1003(RRC Reconfiguration Complete)を基地局装置に送信した後、sCellデアクティベーションタイマを停止し、起動/再起動禁止状態にする。sCellデアクティベーションタイマが起動/再起動禁止状態のときは、それが設定されているSCell上で、上りリンクデータおよび制御情報の送信、または下りリンクデータおよび制御情報の受信が行われた如何なる場合において、sCellデアクティベーションタイマの起動または再起動は行われない。そして、時間t20にてSCell上に設定されたDL-SPSを解放するためのレイヤ1下りリンク制御情報m1008が基地局装置から移動局装置に送信されると、移動局装置はSCellに設定されたDL-SPSを解放し、時間t21にて応答メッセージm1009(RRC Reconfiguration Complete)を基地局装置に送信し、sCellデアクティベーションタイマの起動/再起動禁止状態を解除して起動する。その後、時間t50にて基地局装置がSCellをデアクティベートするメッセージm1010(SCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CE)を移動局装置に送信する。メッセージm1010を受信した移動局装置は、SCellのデアクティベートを行い、sCellDeactivationTimerを停止する。
なお、各メッセージ(SCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CE、RRC Reconfiguration、RRC Reconfiguration Complete)はこれに限るものではなく、同等の動作を指示したり応答する内容のメッセージであれば、それらを使用してもよい。
以上説明したとおり、本発明の一態様を適用することによって、セカンダリセル上のDL-SPS通信中においても、セカンダリセルの状態を適切に管理できるようになり、不用意な通信停止を防止することができる。
なお、本発明を適用する通信システム、基地局装置、移動局装置、通信方法は3GPPの第5世代通信規格に限定されず、他の通信システムで使用される通信規格に適用してもよい。
なお、以上で説明した移動局装置、基地局装置の全部または一部の機能を実現するためのプログラムをコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体に記録して、この記録媒体に記録されたプログラムをコンピュータシステムに読み込ませ、実行することにより各部の処理を行ってもよい。なお、ここでいう「コンピュータシステム」とは、OSや周辺機器等のハードウェアを含むものとする。
また、「コンピュータシステム」は、WWWシステムを利用している場合であれば、ホームページ提供環境(あるいは表示環境)も含むものとする。
また、「コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、フレキシブルディスク、光磁気ディスク、ROM、CD-ROM等の可搬媒体、コンピュータシステムに内蔵されるハードディスク等の記憶装置のことをいう。さらに「コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、インターネット等のネットワークや電話回線等の通信回線を介してプログラムを送信する場合の通信線のように、短時間の間、動的にプログラムを保持するもの、その場合のサーバやクライアントとなるコンピュータシステム内部の揮発性メモリのように、一定時間プログラムを保持しているものも含むものとする。また上記プログラムは、前述した機能の一部を実現するためのものであっても良く、さらに前述した機能をコンピュータシステムにすでに記録されているプログラムとの組み合わせで実現できるものであっても良い。
また、移動局装置、基地局装置の全部または一部の機能を集積回路に集約して実現してもよい。各機能ブロックは個別にチップ化してもよいし、一部、又は全部を集積してチップ化してもよい。また、集積回路化の手法はLSIに限らず専用回路、又は汎用プロセッサで実現しても良い。また、半導体技術の進歩によりLSIに代替する集積回路化の技術が出現した場合、当該技術による集積回路を用いることも可能である。
以上、この発明の実施形態を図面を参照して詳述してきたが、具体的な構成はこの実施形態に限られるものではなく、この発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲の設計変更等も含まれる。
本発明は、有線および無線での通信システムや通信装置に用いて好適である。
Claims (8)
- 基地局装置、および前記基地局装置から設定された複数サービングセルを同時に用いたキャリアアグリゲーションによって通信を行う移動局装置を少なくとも含む通信システムの移動局装置であって、
前記サービングセルに設定された構成済み上りリンクグラントで示されるタイミングで前記サービングセルのデアクティベーションタイマの再起動を行う
ことを特徴とする、移動局装置。 - 前記移動局装置はさらに、
前記サービングセルに設定された前記構成済み上りリンクグラントで示されるタイミングで上りリンクデータの送信を行った場合に、
前記サービングセルの前記デアクティベーションタイマの再起動を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の移動局装置。 - 基地局装置、および前記基地局装置から設定された複数サービングセルを同時に用いたキャリアアグリゲーションによって通信を行う移動局装置を少なくとも含む通信システムの移動局装置であって、
構成済み上りリンクグラントが前記サービングセルに設定された場合に前記サービングセルのデアクティベーションタイマを停止し、
前記構成済み上りリンクグラントが解放された場合に前記サービングセルのデアクティベーションタイマを再起動する
ことを特徴とする、移動局装置。 - 前記移動局装置はさらに、
前記構成済み上りリンクグラントのアクティベーションを行う下り制御信号を前記基地局装置から受信した場合に、
前記サービングセルのデアクティベーションタイマを停止することを特徴とする、請求項3記載の移動局装置。 - 前記移動局装置はさらに、
前記構成済み上りリンクグラントのデアクティベーションを行う下り制御信号を前記基地局装置から受信した場合に、
前記サービングセルのデアクティベーションタイマを起動することを特徴とする、請求項3記載の移動局装置。 - 基地局装置、および前記基地局装置から設定された複数サービングセルを同時に用いたキャリアアグリゲーションによって通信を行う移動局装置を少なくとも含む通信システムの移動局装置であって、
前記サービングセルに設定された構成済み下りリンクアサインメントで示されるタイミングで前記サービングセルのデアクティベーションタイマの再起動を行う

前記サービングセルに設定された前記構成済み下りリンクアサインメントで示されるタイミングで下りリンクデータの受信を行った場合に、
前記サービングセルのデアクティベーションタイマの再起動を行うことを特徴とする、請求項6記載の移動局装置。 - 基地局装置、および前記基地局装置から設定された複数サービングセルを同時に用いたキャリアアグリゲーションによって通信を行う移動局装置を少なくとも含む通信システムの移動局装置であって、
構成済み下りリンクアサインメントが前記サービングセルに設定された場合に前記サービングセルのデアクティベーションタイマを停止し、
前記構成済み下りリンクアサインメントが解放された場合に前記サービングセルのデアクティベーションタイマを起動する
ことを特徴とする、移動局装置。
