实施例一
本实施例提供了一种纸巾润湿装置001,请参阅图1,这种纸巾润湿装置001包括壳体010,壳体010内设置有沾湿部030和出纸部050。
请参阅图1、图4和图7,沾湿部030用于沾湿部030用于沾取预设量的液体并移动向干纸巾,出纸部050用于将沾湿部030运输来的液体沾湿干纸巾,并将沾湿后的湿纸巾输出壳体010。
沾湿部030包括水箱100和输水辊200,水箱100内容置一定量的液体。输水辊200与壳体010枢接,且输水辊200的外周设置有第一齿牙部210,第一齿牙部210靠近水箱100的一侧容置于水箱100内。使用时,水箱100内的液体需要浸泡第一齿牙部210的外沿部分。壳体010内第一齿牙部210与水箱100内的液体接触的区域为沾湿区。
在本实施例中,在图1视角下,输水辊200做顺时针转动,第一齿牙部210在水箱100中沾取水后,从壳体010内的沾湿区进入壳体010内的挤压区。
请参阅图1和图3,挤压区设置有刮水辊,刮水辊用于刮下第一齿牙部210上多余的液体,刮水辊设置在压水支架330的一端,压水支架330与壳体010枢接,而刮水辊设置在压水支架330内远离压水支架330与壳体010的枢接轴的一端。使得压水支架330绕枢接轴转动时,刮水辊可以相对靠近或远离第一齿牙部210。
刮水辊的外周设置有刮水软体310,在本实施例中,刮水软体310为海绵,海绵可以吸取第一齿牙部210外表面多余的水,相应的通过调节压水支架330的位置可以调节海绵与第一齿牙部210的靠近程度,从而调节海绵的吸水量。
刮水辊远离输水辊200的一侧设置有挡板331,挡板331遮挡海绵远离输水辊200的一侧,而在遮挡板331远离的输水辊200的一面还设置有凸轮350,凸轮350与挡板331远离输水辊200的一面抵接。在本实施例中,凸轮350为渐开线凸轮350,挡板331朝向凸轮350的一面为配合凸轮350的弧形。
通过转动凸轮350抵接挡板331运动,使得压水支架330转动以调节刮水辊的位置,从而调节了海绵的吸水效率。凸轮350与壳体010通过调节轴351连接,调节轴351伸出壳体010形成调节钮,通过转动调节钮可以调节凸轮350的转动角度,从而控制刮水辊的位置。在这里调节后还需要固定调节轴351的位置,避免调节后调节轴351自动回归原位,一方面通过弧形的挡板331可以减小凸轮350回位的趋势,另一方面增大调节轴351与壳体010之间的阻尼以防止调节轴351回位。在其他实施例中,还可以通过螺纹等方式将调节轴351安装在壳体010上,以形成自锁结构,避免调节轴351回位。通 过凸轮350调节刮水辊位置的过程为无极调节过程,使得水量的调节更加细致。
同时在压水支架330的枢接轴到刮水辊的延伸段还设置有刮水杆370,刮水杆370可以刮下海绵上多余的液体,以保证海绵具有恒定的吸水能力。刮下的液体由于重力重新掉入到水箱100内。
第一齿牙部210在挤压区经过挤压吸水后,转向润纸区,将第一齿牙部210上的剩余液体传给干纸巾,沾湿干纸巾后形成湿纸巾。
同时在润纸区还对湿纸巾进行压缩,既可以保证第一齿牙部210上的液体尽量被纸巾吸取,也可以保证湿纸巾的强度。
在润纸区设置有出纸部050,出纸部050包括压纸辊400,压纸辊400的外周设置有与第一齿牙部210配合的第二齿牙部410。第二齿牙部410与第一齿牙部210挤压纸张,使得纸张被挤压成齿牙部外表的齿型,一方面改变了现有摩擦出纸的方式避免了纸张摩擦破损,另一方面使得纸张具有齿状可以提高纸张的去污能力。而且第一齿牙部210和第二齿牙部410的配合使得纸张可以尽量贴合第一齿牙部210以吸取第一齿牙部210上的液体。
在本实施例中,干纸巾为卷纸,通过卷纸放置轴510放置在壳体010内,卷纸放置轴510设置在输水辊200远离水箱100的一侧,且在输水辊200与卷纸放置轴510之间设置有隔板530。通过隔板530可以避免水箱100中的液体蒸发湿润卷纸。卷纸从隔板530远离输水辊200的一侧扯出向润纸区移动,通过压纸辊400上的第二齿牙部410和输水辊200上的第一齿牙部210共同作用带出壳体010。
在其他实施例中,也可以使用其他固定方式固定卷纸,甚至可以不使用卷纸而使用可以连续抽出的抽纸实现干纸巾的供应。
其中为了便于纸张顺利排出壳体010,出纸部050还包括压纸支架430,压纸支架430与壳体010通过压纸枢接轴411枢接,压纸辊400与压纸支架430枢接于压纸支架430远离压纸枢接轴411的一端。通过压纸支架430的转动使得压纸辊400可以相对靠近或远离输水辊200。
请参阅图4、图5和图6,第一齿牙部210和第二齿牙部410也为顺利排出纸张做出了相应的设计。第一齿牙部210包括沿输水辊200轴向间隔分布的多个输水齿轮213。输水齿轮213的齿牙宽度在1-10mm之间,以保证咬合齿牙沾取水后吸附并留存于齿牙间。第二齿牙部410包括沿压纸辊400轴向间隔分布的多个压水齿轮413,输水齿轮213与压水齿轮413配合。请参阅图2,压水齿轮413的齿牙尺寸略小于输水齿轮213的齿牙尺寸,在留给湿纸巾占位的同时,第一齿牙部210依然可以带动第二齿牙部410转动。
在本实施例中,刮水软体310也为沿刮水辊轴向间隔分布的多个海绵,海绵具有伸入第一齿牙部210的部分,海绵伸入第一齿牙部210的部分为嵌入部。根据嵌入部的大小,即海绵伸入第一齿牙部210的深度,可以调节海绵对第一齿牙部210上液体的吸取能力。海绵伸入第一齿牙部210,因此海绵与第一齿牙部210在相互的转动过程中位置紧贴发生占位,其中第一齿牙部210伸入海绵的深度占海绵直径的5%-60%。
本实施例提供的纸巾润湿装置001的使用方法为:将卷纸安装在卷纸放置轴510上,并将初始的卷纸头设置在第一齿牙部210和第二齿牙部410之间,使得第一齿牙部210转动时可以带出卷纸。在后续使用中,先调节凸轮350的位置以改变的刮水软体310在第一齿牙部210的嵌入程度,以改变刮水的效率,进而改变干纸巾的沾湿程度。随着输水辊200的转动,水箱100内的液体通过第一齿牙部210的传输至润纸区,由第一齿牙部210润湿干纸巾的同时,第一齿牙部210和第二齿牙部410共同作用将湿纸巾带出。同时对纸巾压出第一齿牙部210和第二齿牙部410形成形状的瓦楞状。
本发明提供的纸巾湿润装置,具有如下优势:
1、由于挤压区内刮水辊的设置使纸巾润湿装置001用来润湿干纸的水量在理想范围内恒久稳定。
2、刮水辊向输水辊200的移动量为无极改变,实现了可持续稳定制备不同湿度湿巾的功能和方法。
3、通过第一齿牙部210和第二齿牙部410配合出纸的形式,使得湿纸巾的制备工作更加稳定,不发生湿纸巾在制备过程中发生拉断和断裂的现象。
4、由于第一齿牙部210和第二齿牙部410表面齿牙的设置,实现了褶皱、萱软、间断湿润湿巾的制备。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种纸巾润湿装置,用于干纸巾的润湿,其特征在于,包括壳体;
    所述壳体内设置有沾湿部和出纸部;所述沾湿部包括水箱和输水辊;
    所述输水辊部分容置于所述水箱,所述输水辊的外周具有第一齿牙部;
    所述壳体内在所述输水辊的外周沿其转动方向具有与所述水箱中的水接触的沾湿区、挤压多余水量的挤压区和与所述纸巾接触的润纸区;
    所述挤压区设置有可相对靠近或远离所述输水辊的刮水辊;
    所述出纸部设置于所述润纸区。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的纸巾润湿装置,其特征在于,所述刮水辊设置于压水支架内,所述压水支架与所述壳体枢接,所述刮水辊的外周设置有刮水软体,所述刮水软体与所述第一齿牙部接触。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的纸巾润湿装置,其特征在于,所述压水支架设置有挡板,所述挡板遮挡所述刮水软体远离所述输水辊的一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的纸巾润湿装置,其特征在于,所述挡板远离所述输水辊的一面设置有凸轮,所述凸轮与所述壳体可转动连接,所述凸轮的外周作用于所述挡板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的纸巾润湿装置,其特征在于,所述凸轮与所述壳体通过调节轴连接,所述调节轴伸出所述壳体形成调节钮。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的纸巾润湿装置,其特征在于,所述出纸部包括压纸辊,所述压纸辊的外周具有与所述第一齿牙部配合的第二齿牙部;所述压纸辊与所述壳体连接,所述压纸辊可相对靠近或远离所述输水辊。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的纸巾润湿装置,其特征在于,所述出纸部包括压纸支架,所述压纸支架与所述壳体通过压纸枢接轴枢接,所述压纸辊与所述压纸支架枢接于所述压纸支架远离所述压纸枢接轴的一端。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的纸巾润湿装置,其特征在于,所述第一齿牙部包括沿所述输水辊轴向间隔分布的多个输水齿轮;所述第二齿牙部包括沿所述压纸辊轴向间隔分布的多个压水齿轮;所述输水齿轮与所述压水齿轮配合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的纸巾润湿装置,其特征在于,所述压水齿轮的齿牙尺寸小于所述输水齿轮的齿牙尺寸。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的纸巾润湿装置,其特征在于,所述刮水软体包括伸入所述第一齿牙部的齿牙间的嵌入部。
