Description

具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件 技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术,具体涉及一种贾卡安装组件,尤其涉及一种具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件。
背景技术
现有的压电贾卡安装在梳栉上,而压电贾卡的驱动电路板安装在压电贾卡上并通过外接电缆提供信号和电源。外接电缆不但不美观,而且占据大量空间,并使得贾卡的安装拆卸都不方便。
本技术领域仍需要能为压电贾卡的驱动电路板提供信号和电源更简单有效的方式,这种方式应能实现压电贾卡的方便装卸,并能节省空间,且看起来美观。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件,通过导电接触件使压电贾卡上的电路板与固定于梳栉上的线路板底板实现电连接。本发明的连接方式不但美观,而且节省大量空间,并方便压电贾卡的安装和拆卸。
应当理解,本发明中可能出现的方向性术语如但不限于“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等仅为相对概念,不应被解释为对本发明范围的限制。
本发明的具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件包括压电贾卡、与压电贾卡连接的梳栉,所述压电贾卡上设置有电路板,其特征在于,在所述电路板的下侧的输入点处连接有多个导电接触件,在所述梳栉 的朝向所述电路板的下侧的一侧固定有线路板底板,所述线路板底板上设有与所述多个导电接触件对应的接触点,所述多个导电接触件穿过设置于所述压电贾卡卡座上的多个对应孔与所述对应的接触点电连接,所述对应的接触点连接至位于所述线路板底板一端的输入接口。
在一个具体实施方案中,所述多个导电接触件为多个弹簧针,所述弹簧针的一端焊接于所述电路板的下侧的输入点处,而另一端以预紧方式与所述对应的接触点电连接。
作为另外一种选择,所述多个导电接触件为多个弹簧针,弹簧针两端皆可以预紧的方式与线路板上的输入点和线路板底板上的接触点电连接,而弹簧针同卡座注塑或胶合成为一体。
上述弹簧针的预紧方式是指弹簧针的针尖通过弹性压靠所述对应的输入点或接触点。
在一个具体实施方案中,在所述线路板底板的朝向所述电路板的下侧的一面上附有绝缘层,但所述对应的接触点是裸露的。
在一个具体实施方案中,所述接触点为9个,分别为12V+,12V-,180V+,180V-,CLK,EN,LAT,Di,Do。
在一个具体实施方案中,所述线路板底板分段固定在所述梳栉上,且每段线路板底板的朝向所述电路板的下侧的一面上设有多组对应于多个贾卡的接触点,并在所述每段线路板底板的一端设有输入接口。
通过采用本发明的具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件,由于线 路板底板直接设置在梳栉上,能够显著地节省机器结构的空间,而且可以不再使用现有技术中外接电缆提供信号输入和电源输入,从而更加美观,并且压电贾卡装卸极为方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。应该清楚,附图中所描述的本发明的具体实施例仅为说明本发明用,其并非按实际尺寸和比例严格绘制。因此,本发明中的附图不应解释为对本发明的任何限制。本发明的保护范围由权利要求书进行限定。
为简洁起见,在有些附图中并没有对所有的零部件或特征结构进行标记,因此,在阅读下面的描述时,应相互参照所有的附图,以清 楚完整地理解本发明。
参见图1、2、3、4、5、6。图1示出了本发明的具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件的一部分的侧剖视示意图,主要示出了具有导电接触件的压电贾卡100。压电贾卡100包括卡座30,固定在卡座30上的压电陶瓷片20以及固定在压电贾卡100上(如压电贾卡100的后部)并与压电陶瓷片20电连接的线路板10。本发明的一个重要的特征在于,在所述线路板10的下侧的输入点处(未示出,但对于本领域的技术人员而言是已知的)连接有多个导电接触件60-i,例如i=1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,也就是说,共有9个导电接触件,如12V+,12V-,180V+,180V-,CLK,EN,LAT,Di,Do。在压电贾卡100的卡座30上设有相应的9个孔,使得所述9个导电接触件穿过,但所述孔的尺寸不应过大,使得导电接触件不至于在其中做前、后、左、右的显著摆动。
导电接触件60-i的一个优选的例子是弹簧针,弹簧针的上端焊接于所述线路板10的下侧的输入点处,而下端的针头601-i则从压电贾卡100的卡座30上设置的相应孔中伸出,并与图2中的线路板底板80上的接触点801-i配合,实现电连接。图2为本发明中的线路板底板80的局部示意图,其中示出了设于所述线路板底板80上的接触点801-i以及位于所述线路板底板一端的输入接口802。接触点801-i的数量与所述导电接触件60-i的数量相同,且接触点801-i的位置设为与所述导电接触件60-i(如弹簧针)相对应。由于安装在梳栉90上的压电贾卡可为多个,因此固定于梳栉90上的所述线路板底板80上的接触点 801-i可为多组。为安装方便之目的以及信号分段传入之需要,所述线路板底板80可分段(未示出)固定于与所述梳栉90上。参见图3,其中示出了线路板底板80已固定在梳栉上90的局部立体示意图。至少一组接触点801-i被连接至所述线路板底板80一端的输入接口802,并通过输入接口802提供电源和信号输入。
当线路板底板80分段固定于与所述梳栉90上,在每段线路板底板的一端都设有输入接口。
图4示出了本发明的线路板底板已固定在梳栉上的侧剖视示意图。如图4所示,线路板底板80上在设有接触点801-i的一面上附有绝缘层803,但仅有所述对应的接触点801-i是裸露的,以实现接触点801-i与弹簧针60-i的针头601-i的电连接。由于弹簧针60-i的针头601-i具有可伸缩性,因此可施加预紧力使得弹簧针60-i的针头601-i分别压靠对应的接触点801-i,从而实现两者之间的可靠电连接。参见图5,其中示出了具有导电接触件60-i如弹簧针的压电贾卡100安装组件已组装完成的侧剖视示意图。如图5所示,通过锁紧螺钉50,在使压电贾卡100可靠安装于梳栉90的同时,导电接触件60-i如弹簧针压靠线路板底板80上的接触点(未示出),从而实现两者之间的可靠电连接。
作为本发明的一个优选实施方式,如图6所示,本发明的线路板底板80通过位于其一端的输入接口802(未示出)经由连接线98连接至设于梳栉90上的中央处理单元95(CPU)。通过这种方式,所述CPU经由连接线90、输入接口802、弹簧针60-i,为电路板10提供电源信 号和控制信号,从而控制压电陶瓷片按所需动作运行。
当线路板底板80分段固定于与所述梳栉90上,在每段线路板底板的一端都设有输入接口,每个输入接口都经由连接线连接至设于梳栉上的中央处理单元。
在所述梳栉90内带有用于接收来自外部气源的气体的通气孔901,以及与所述通气孔连通且与所述通气孔成一角度的至少一个出气孔902。该结构在中国专利申请公开号CN106381605A中有详细描述,在此以引证方式将该申请全部并入本申请。
应当理解,本发明的导电接触件60-i还可以采用除弹簧针以外的能实现本发明的任何形式。
还应当理解,在一个可选的实施方式中,本发明的用于接地的导电接触件如弹簧针可不与对应的接触点连接(因此,可省略这些对应的接触点),而将弹簧针直接连接到梳栉90上。这对于本领域的技术人员而言是容易实现的,在此不予赘述。
基于对本发明优选实施方式的描述,应该清楚,由所附的权利要求书所限定的本发明并不仅仅局限于上面说明书中所阐述的特定细节,未脱离本发明宗旨或范围的对本发明的许多显而易见的改变同样可能达到本发明的目的。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件,包括压电贾卡、与压电贾卡连接的梳栉,所述压电贾卡上设置有电路板,其特征在于,在所述电路板的下侧的输入点处连接有多个导电接触件,在所述梳栉的朝向所述电路板的下侧的一侧固定有线路板底板,所述线路板底板上设有与所述多个导电接触件对应的接触点,所述多个导电接触件穿过设置于所述压电贾卡卡座上的多个对应孔与所述对应的接触点电连接,所述对应的接触点连接至位于所述线路板底板一端的输入接口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件,其特征在于,所述多个导电接触件为多个弹簧针,所述弹簧针的一端焊接于所述电路板的下侧的输入点处,而另一端以预紧方式与所述对应的接触点电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件,其特征在于,所述多个导电接触件为多个弹簧针,弹簧针两端皆以预紧方式与线路板上的输入点和线路板底板上的接触点电连接,而弹簧针同卡座注塑或胶合成为一体。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件,其特征在于,在所述线路板底板的朝向所述电路板的下侧的一面上附有绝缘层,但所述对应的接触点是裸露的。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件,其 特征在于,所述接触点为9个,分别为12V+,12V-,180V+,180V-,CLK,EN,LAT,Di,Do。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件,其特征在于,所述线路板底板分段固定在所述梳栉上,且每段线路板底板的朝向所述电路板的下侧的一面上设有多组对应于多个贾卡的接触点,并在所述每段线路板底板的一端设有输入接口。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件,其特征在于,所述线路板底板通过位于其一端的输入接口经由连接线连接至设于梳栉上的中央处理单元。
