- 一种具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件,包括压电贾卡、与压电贾卡连接的梳栉,所述压电贾卡上设置有电路板,其特征在于,在所述电路板的下侧的输入点处连接有多个导电接触件,在所述梳栉的朝向所述电路板的下侧的一侧固定有线路板底板,所述线路板底板上设有与所述多个导电接触件对应的接触点,所述多个导电接触件穿过设置于所述压电贾卡卡座上的多个对应孔与所述对应的接触点电连接,所述对应的接触点连接至位于所述线路板底板一端的输入接口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件,其特征在于,所述多个导电接触件为多个弹簧针,所述弹簧针的一端焊接于所述电路板的下侧的输入点处,而另一端以预紧方式与所述对应的接触点电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件,其特征在于,所述多个导电接触件为多个弹簧针,弹簧针两端皆以预紧方式与线路板上的输入点和线路板底板上的接触点电连接,而弹簧针同卡座注塑或胶合成为一体。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件,其特征在于,在所述线路板底板的朝向所述电路板的下侧的一面上附有绝缘层,但所述对应的接触点是裸露的。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件,其 特征在于,所述接触点为9个,分别为12V+,12V-,180V+,180V-,CLK,EN,LAT,Di,Do。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件,其特征在于,所述线路板底板分段固定在所述梳栉上,且每段线路板底板的朝向所述电路板的下侧的一面上设有多组对应于多个贾卡的接触点,并在所述每段线路板底板的一端设有输入接口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有导电接触件的压电贾卡安装组件,其特征在于,所述线路板底板通过位于其一端的输入接口经由连接线连接至设于梳栉上的中央处理单元。
