Description

一种过山车轨道 【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种过山车轨道。
【背景技术】
传统的过山车都是过山车车体沿一条独立的闭合轨道运行,一条轨道同一时刻在同一位置只有一列过山车运行,这种设计已经被游客所熟知,缺乏新鲜、刺激感,而且此类双轨过山车的轨道的利用率、土地的利用率都比较低,也造成了支撑结构、驱动装置的浪费。现在也有一种将二条分离的过山车轨道装在一起,二条过山车轨道纵横交跨以节约空间用地,但是这种将独立的二条分离的过山轨道设计在一起,趣味性和刺激性并没有增加,只是稍微提高了轨道的利用率和土地的利用率。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种既可以在同一时刻、同一位置的一条轨道上有两列过山车运行,又可以使两列过山车分别驶入二条分离的轨道上运行,不但可以提高刺激感,增加趣味性,还可以提高轨道的利用率和土地的利用率,节约支撑结构、驱动装置的过山车轨道。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种过山车轨道,其包括共轨段和分离段,所述的共轨段设有至 少可供二台过山车行驶的共轨第一过山车轨道和共轨第二过山车轨道,所述的共轨第一过山车轨道和共轨第二过山车轨道由共轨支撑组件支撑;所述的分离段至少包括可供二台过山车行驶的分离第一过山车轨道和分离第二过山车轨道,分离第一过山车轨道和分离第二过山车轨道分离设置。
如上所述的一种过山车轨道,其特征在于共轨支撑组件包括共轨支撑架,共轨支撑架上固定有共轨第一轨道支架和共轨第二轨道支架,共轨第一过山车轨道固定在共轨第一轨道支架上,共轨第二过山车轨道固定在共轨第二轨道支架上。
如上所述的一种过山车轨道,其特征在于共轨第一轨道支架和共轨第二轨道支架呈上、下排列或左、右排列的固定在共轨支撑架上。
如上所述的一种过山车轨道,其特征在于共轨第一轨道支架和共轨第二轨道支架上通过支撑块支撑共轨第一过山车轨道和共轨第二过山车轨道。
如上所述的一种过山车轨道,其特征在于分离段包括相分离开的分离第一支撑架和分离第二支撑架;分离第一支撑架上固定有分离第一支架,分离第二支撑架上固定有分离第二支架,分离第一过山车轨道固定在分离第一支架上,分离第二过山车轨道固定在分离第二支架上。
如上所述的一种过山车轨道,其特征在于分离第一支架和分离第二支架通过支撑块支撑分离第一过山车轨道和分离第二过山车轨道。
如上所述的一种过山车轨道,其特征在于支撑块为三角形。
如上所述的一种过山车轨道,其特征在于分离段的分离第一过山车轨道和分离第二过山车轨道的最下游与共轨段的上游顺延连接。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明可以使二台过山车先在共轨段的固定在一起的共轨第一过山车轨道和共轨第二过山车轨道上共同一起行驶,进入分离段,二台过山车再分开在分离第一过山车轨道和分离第二过山车轨道上行驶。这样,既可以在同一时刻、同一位置的一条轨道上有两列过山车运行,又可以使两列过山车分别驶入二条分离的轨道上运行,不但可以提高刺激感,增加趣味性,还可以提高轨道的利用率和土地的利用率,节约支撑结构、驱动装置。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
一种过山车轨道,其包括共轨段1和分离段2,所述的共轨段1设有至少可供二台过山车行驶的共轨第一过山车轨道11和共轨第二 过山车轨道12,所述的共轨第一过山车轨道11和共轨第二过山车轨道12由共轨支撑组件支撑固定在一起;所述的分离段2至少包括可供二台过山车行驶的分离第一过山车轨道21和分离第二过山车轨道22,分离第一过山车轨道21和分离第二过山车轨道22分离设置。这样可以使二台过山车在共轨段1的固定在一起的共轨第一过山车轨道11和共轨第二过山车轨道12上共同一起行驶,在分离段2上,二台过山车再分开在分离第一过山车轨道21和分离第二过山车轨道22上行驶,这样,不但可以提高刺激感,增加趣味性,还可以提高轨道的利用率和土地的利用率,节约支撑结构、驱动装置。
本发明可以是先设置一段共轨段1,再在共轨段1的下游设置分离段2,再将分离段2的分离第一过山车轨道21和分离第二过山车轨道22的最下游与共轨段1的上游顺延连接。
本发明还可以是先设置一段分离段2,再在分离段2的下游设置共轨段1,再将共轨段1的下游与分离段2的分离第一过山车轨道21和分离第二过山车轨道22的上游顺延连接。
本发明还可以是将共轨段1与分离段2多次交错设置。
本发明的共轨段1包括共轨支撑架13,共轨支撑架13上呈上、下排列的固定有共轨第一轨道支架14和共轨第二轨道支架15,共轨第一过山车轨道11固定在共轨第一轨道支架14上,共轨第二过山车轨道12固定在共轨第二轨道支架15上。这样,可以使两台过山车的其中一台在共轨支撑架13的上端滑行,另一台过山车在共轨支撑架13的下端悬挂倒立滑行,其中在共轨支撑架13的下端悬挂倒立滑行 的过山车可以提高刺激感,增加趣味性,还可以提高轨道的利用率和土地的利用率,节约支撑结构、驱动装置等。

本发明的分离第一支架25和分离第二支架26可以设计成螺旋式旋转轨道、俯冲式轨道、垂直跌落式轨道、悬挂式轨道,换轨式轨道、大倾斜轨道等等结构形式。分离第一支撑架23和分离第二支撑架24可以是旋转、弯曲等形式相同,也可以是旋转、弯曲等形式不相同。
本发明的分离第一支架25和分离第二支架26可以是圆管、圆杆、方管、方杆、槽钢等结构,本实例中采用的是圆管结构,分离第一支架25和分离第二支架26通过支撑块16支撑分离第一过山车轨道21和分离第二过山车轨道22。
本发明中的支撑块16可以是三角形、方形、棱形等,最好是等腰三角形,使共轨第一过山车轨道11和共轨第二过山车轨道12与共轨第一轨道支架14和共轨第二轨道支架15的连接,及分离第一过山车轨道21和分离第二过山车轨道22与分离第一支架25和分离第二支架26连接更方便简单地控制二条轨道的平行度、高低、角度等。

  1. 一种过山车轨道,其包括共轨段(1)和分离段(2),所述的共轨段(1)设有至少可供二台过山车行驶的共轨第一过山车轨道(11)和共轨第二过山车轨道(12),所述的共轨第一过山车轨道(11)和共轨第二过山车轨道(12)由共轨支撑组件支撑;所述的分离段(2)至少包括可供二台过山车行驶的分离第一过山车轨道(21)和分离第二过山车轨道(22),分离第一过山车轨道(21)和分离第二过山车轨道(22)分离设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种过山车轨道,其特征在于共轨支撑组件包括共轨支撑架(13),共轨支撑架(13)上固定有共轨第一轨道支架(14)和共轨第二轨道支架(15),共轨第一过山车轨道(11)固定在共轨第一轨道支架(14)上,共轨第二过山车轨道(12)固定在共轨第二轨道支架(15)上。
