背景技术
目前纺织厂在用布料压印冷却系统冷却时,当湿布料经过冷却装置冷却之后,布料表面的毛绒极易与布面分离,且会随着空气漂浮在整个车间,使得工人需要经常打扫车间,同时,布料经高温烘干后,温度较高,易产生破印等病症。且因布料冷却装置所产生的温度较高,车间比较闷热,如果通风又会加剧毛绒飘散到车间的程度,从而造成车间不能通风,散热困难。
但现有的纺织压印冷却系统不能够通过引风机将装置外面的风吸引到装置主体中,使得外界的风快速进入到装置主体中,从而不能达到集风冷及水冷两种冷却方式于一体,并且现有的工作环境太过单一,在加上在冷凝剂的使用上还存在着一定的问题。
所以,如何设计一种纺织压印冷却系统,成为我们当前要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纺织压印冷却系统,以解决上述背景技术中提出风冷、水冷、工作环境单一和冷凝剂使用的问题。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该种纺织压印冷却系统,设置有水泵和引风机,通过对控制键进行控制来使水泵和引风机进入工作状态,水泵可以把水箱内部的水通过进水管快速的注入到装置内部,通过水可以快速的降低装置内部的温度,同时也采用了引风机,引风机可以将装置外部的风吸引到装置主体中,风在进入后会快速的对装置内部的温度进行降低,并且也减少了风进入装置内部所使用的时间,从而达到风冷和水冷两种冷却方式于一体,冷却能力强,能够快速的在纺织机工作时达到快速冷却的效果,也可以使承印物的工作环境保持在预期的温度范围内,确保印品有稳定的高品质,并保证纺织机内部的温度,设置有加压环,通过对控制键进行控制来使加压环进行工作状态,加压环可以快速的使冷凝料筒中的冷凝剂进入到装置内部,进入后的冷凝剂可以快速的降低装置内部的温度,能够有效的使冷却工作更加快速的进行,提高工作效率,而冷凝料筒保证了冷凝剂的供应,避免冷凝剂用尽时冷却工作的停止,保证冷却工作的有序进行。
