背景技术
相关技术中,为减少附壁效应对空调器换热效率的影响,在空调的侧壁面的端盖上设置有导流件,空调在关闭时,导流件与外侧的导风板贴合。导风板在打开或者闭合的过程中,导风板与导流件存在摩擦,容易将导流件刮花,影响其美观度,且导流件本身的结构强度较低,使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本公开旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本公开提出一种空调器的壳体组件,所述空调器的壳体组件具有结构简单、换热效率高的优点。
本公开还提出了一种空调器,所述空调器包括上述壳体组件。

如图2-图4和图7所示,端盖2为两个且分别设在面框1的左端(如图1所示的左端)和右端(如图1所示的右端),至少一个端盖2的底部具有向前且向上弯折的延伸部21(位于面框1的左端的端盖2的底部具有向前且向上弯折的延伸部21,或者位于面框1的右端的端盖2的底部具有向前且向上弯折的延伸部21,或者位于面框1的左端的端盖2和位于面框1右端的端盖2的底部均具有向前且向上弯折的延伸部21),延伸 部21位于面框1的前侧且与面框1限定出辅助出风通道,设有延伸部21的端盖2上设有与辅助出风通道连通的侧部出风口22,气流可以通过侧部出风口22进入室内。
如图3-图6所示,延伸部21的前表面具有多个间隔开的凹槽211,由于端盖2与面框1形成辅助出风通道,延伸部21的强度较弱,设置在延伸部21上的凹槽211可以增加延伸部21的结构强度,从而增加端盖2的结构强度,提高空调器1000工作的可靠性。另外,在导风板200打开和关闭的过程中,延伸部21的前表面易与导风板200的内表面产生摩擦,设置在延伸部21前表面的凹槽211可以避免导风板200在打开和闭合的过程中刮花延伸部21的前表面。此外,在延伸部21的前表面设置凹槽211,在导风板200打开的状态下,可以增加空调器1000的美观性。
根据本公开实施例的空调器1000的壳体组件100,通过在端盖2底部的延伸部21的前表面上设置多个间隔开的凹槽211,可以提高端盖2的结构强度,增强空调器1000的美观度。此外,延伸部21外侧的导风板200在闭合时,延伸部21不易被风板刮花,从而可延长延伸部21的使用寿命。
根据本公开的一些实施例,如图5-图7所示,两个端盖2均具有向前且向上弯折的延伸部21,每个延伸部21与面框1均限定出辅助出风通道,每个端盖2上均设有与相应的辅助出风通道对应连通的侧部出风口22,每个延伸部21的前表面具有多个间隔开的凹槽211。
由此,可以增加空调器1000的出风范围,增加用户的舒适性,同时可增强面框1的左端(如图5所示的左端)端盖2和右端(如图5所示的右端)端盖2的结构强度,提高空调器1000工作的可靠性。另外,在导风板200打开的状态下,可以增加空调器1000的美观性,且可以避免端盖2的延伸部21在导风板200关闭时被导风板200刮花。
根据本公开的一些实施例,如图5和图6所示,凹槽211沿左右方向(如图5所示的左右方向)延伸。由此,不仅可以提升延伸部21的结构强度,延长延伸部21的使用寿命,还可以简化端盖2的加工工序,节约生产周期,降低生产成本。当然,本公开不限于此,凹槽211还可以沿延伸部21的延伸方向延伸,或者凹槽211的延伸方向还可以与水平方向即左右方向之间存在一定的角度。
根据本公开的一些实施例,如图5和图6所示,多个凹槽211沿延伸部21的延伸方向(如图6所示的上下方向)间隔开。由此,由此,可以进一步地提升延伸部21的结构强度,延长延伸部21的使用寿命,且可以进一步地简化端盖2的加工工序,节约生产周期,降低生产成本。
根据本公开的一些实施例,如图3、图5和图7所示,面框1和端盖2中的一个上 设有卡勾3,面框1和端盖2中的另一个上设有与卡勾3配合的卡槽4。通过卡勾3与卡槽4的配合,可实现面框1和端盖2的装配,且无需使用其他零件(例如螺栓、螺钉)便可以实现面框1与端盖2的连接固定,进而可提升端盖2的装配效率,便于维修和拆卸。例如,在图3和图7所示的实施例中,端盖2上设置有卡勾3,面框1上设置有卡槽4。
根据本公开的一些实施例,如图3、图5和图7所示,卡勾3为多个,卡槽4为多个且与多个卡勾3一一对应。由此,可提升面框1和端盖2的连接强度,使得面框1与端盖2更加贴合,避免在空调器1000运行过程中端盖2与面框1之间发生晃动,进而可降低空调器1000运行过程中产生的噪音,提升用户使用的舒适感。
根据本公开的一些实施例,如图3-图7所示,面框1上设有沿左右方向(如图7所示的左右方向)延伸的导向槽5,端盖2上设有与导向槽5配合的导向凸起6。端盖2上的导向凸起6可以在面框1上的导向槽5内滑动,可以对端盖2的安装起到导向的作用,便于面框1与端盖2之间的连接。
根据本公开的一些实施例,如图1、图3和图4所示,导向凸起6设在延伸部21的自由端的端部。由此,可以使延伸部21的自由端与面框1更加贴合,避免延伸部21朝向面框1外倾斜,增加空调器1000的美观性,同时可以提高辅助出风通道的密闭性。
根据本公开的一些实施例,如图4、图5和图7所示,导向槽5的进口端的端部的至少一个侧壁具有导向斜面51。由此,面框1与端盖2在装配时,导向斜面51对导向凸起6和导向槽5之间的装配具有导向作用,进而降低了面框1与端盖2之间的装配难度,提升了装配的效率。
下面参考图1-图8描述根据本公开具体实施例的壳体组件100。值得理解的是,下述描述只是示例性的,旨在用于解释本公开,而不能理解为对本公开的限制。
如图1-图8所示,本公开实施例的壳体组件100,包括面框1和端盖2。
如图3-图8所示,面框1设有前出风口11,前出风口11靠近面框1的底部,且前出风口11沿着面框1的长度方向(如图5所示的左右方向)延伸。端盖2为两个且分别设在面框1的左端(如图5所示的左端)和右端(如图5所示的右端),每个端盖2的底部均具有向前且向上弯折的延伸部21。此外端盖2上设有多个卡勾3,面框1上设有多个卡槽4,多个卡槽4与多个卡勾3一一对应,且卡勾3与卡槽4相互配合。
如图3、图5和图7所示,延伸部21位于面框1的前侧且与面框1限定出辅助出风通道,每个端盖2上均设有与辅助出风通道连通的侧部出风口22,延伸部21的前表面具有多个沿延伸部21的延伸方向间隔开的凹槽211,且凹槽211沿壳体组件100的左右 方向(如图5所示的左右方向)延伸。
如图5-图8所示,面框1上设有沿左右方向(如图7所示的左右方向)延伸的导向槽5,导向槽5的进口端的端部的侧壁上具有导向斜面51,延伸部21的自由端的端部上设有与导向槽5配合的导向凸起6。
下面参考图1-图8描述根据本公开实施例的空调器1000。
如图1、图3和图4所示,本公开的空调器1000包括壳体组件100、导风板200、底座、前面板和后面板。其中,导风板200位于壳子组件的延伸部21的外侧,导风板200上均匀设置有多个间隔开的导风孔7。
根据本公开实施例的空调器1000,通过在端盖2底部的延伸部21的前表面上设置多个间隔开的凹槽211,可以提高端盖2的结构强度,增强空调器1000的美观度。此外,延伸部21外侧的导风板200在闭合时,延伸部21不易被风板刮花,从而可延长延伸部21的使用寿命。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空调器的壳体组件,其特征在于,包括:
    面框,所述面框设有前出风口;
    端盖,所述端盖为两个且分别设在所述面框的左端和右端,至少一个所述端盖的底部具有向前且向上弯折的延伸部,所述延伸部位于所述面框的前侧且与所述面框限定出辅助出风通道,所述至少一个端盖上设有与所述辅助出风通道连通的侧部出风口,所述延伸部的前表面具有多个间隔开的凹槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器的壳体组件,其特征在于,两个所述端盖均具有向前且向上弯折的所述延伸部,每个所述延伸部与所述面框均限定出所述辅助出风通道,每个所述端盖上均设有与相应的所述辅助出风通道对应连通的所述侧部出风口,每个所述延伸部的前表面具有多个间隔开的凹槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的空调器的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述凹槽沿左右方向延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空调器的壳体组件,其特征在于,多个所述凹槽沿所述延伸部的延伸方向间隔开。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的空调器的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述面框和所述端盖中的一个上设有卡勾,所述面框和所述端盖中的另一个上设有与所述卡勾配合的卡槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空调器的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述卡勾为多个,所述卡槽为多个且与多个所述卡勾一一对应。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的空调器的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述面框上设有沿左右方向延伸的导向槽,所述端盖上设有与所述导向槽配合的导向凸起。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的空调器的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述导向槽的进口端的端部的至少一个侧壁具有导向斜面。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的空调器的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述导向凸起设在所述延伸部的自由端的端部。
  10. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的空调器的壳体组件。
