一种智能上拉带结构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及安全座椅技术领域,尤其是一种智能上拉带结构。
背景技术
安全座椅下半部通常通过isofix硬接口固定在汽车座椅上,而上半部通过上拉带与卡扣的结构与汽车的上拉带接口配合连接。
对于安全座椅上半部是否安装到位,通常通过上拉带的张紧度来体现,上拉带张紧力达到限定值,即安全座椅上半部已安装到位。
目前,上拉带的张紧度通过颜色的改变来体现,这种方式需要通过肉眼判断,对于光线较暗或者其他原因导致无法准确判断的情况时有发生,因此,为孩子安全方面进行考虑,对上述结构进行改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术中的不足,提供了一种智能上拉带结构,其通过智能化的方式,在上拉带张紧力达到限定值时,连接件触碰到开关,随后发出提示声音,提醒用户上拉带已拉紧,结构简单,判断方式直接,消除因安全座椅安装不到位而埋藏的安全隐患。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种智能上拉带结构,包括
固定件,所述固定件与安全座椅本体配合连接;
连接件、上拉带和卡扣,所述上拉带的一端与所述卡扣相连,另一端穿过所述固定件后与所述连接件相连;
开关,所述开关设置在所述固定件上,当所述卡扣拉动所述上拉带促使所述连接件移动至设定位置时,所述连接件顶靠所述开关;
提醒装置,所述提醒装置与所述开关电气连接。
上述技术方案中,优选的,在所述固定件上设置有用于与所述连接件配合的一号弹性件,当拉动所述上拉带的力达到设定值时,所述连接件顶靠所述开关。
上述技术方案中,优选的,在所述固定件上设置有导向件,所述连接件与所述导向件配合连接。
上述技术方案中,优选的,在所述固定件上还设置有二号弹性件,所述二号弹性件受到外力后顶靠并下压所述连接件。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述提醒装置为发声装置。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述固定件上还配合设置有盖板。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型通过智能化的方式,在上拉带张紧力达到限定值时,连接件触碰到开关,随后发出提示声音,提醒用户上拉带已拉紧,结构简单,判断方式直接,消除因安全座椅安装不到位而埋藏的安全隐患。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述:参见图1,一种智能上拉带结构,包括固定件1、开关2、导向件3、连接件4、上拉带5、卡扣6、一号弹性件7、二号弹性件8、提醒装置和盖板9。
所述上拉带的一端与所述卡扣相连,另一端穿过所述固定件后与所述连接件相连,且所述开关位于所述上拉带与所述连接件相连的侧面的下方。
所述固定件1与安全座椅本体配合连接,所述开关2、所述导向件3和所述一号弹性件7均设置在所述固定件1上,所述开关2与所述提醒装置电气连接,提醒装置可以设置在任何位置处,只要设置后能够起到提醒作用即可,提醒装置为发声装置或发光装置或其他体感提醒装置等。
所述连接件4与所述导向件3配合连接,导向件3起导向作用,限定连接件4的移动方向。一号弹性件7与连接件4配合,在连接件4被上拉带5拉动时,一号弹性件7提供回弹力,使得在拉动上拉带5的力达到设定值或者连接件移动到设定位置时,连接件4顶靠所述开关2。其中,一号弹性件优选弹簧。
所述盖板9与所述固定件1配合连接。通过设置盖板与固定件配合,对连接件起保护作用。
参见图2,当上拉带采用正向的走带方式时,连接件通过上拉带和卡扣连在一起,拉动上拉带,连接件运动,当拉力达到一定力度或 连接件移动到设定位置后,连接件会触碰开关,随后发出提醒信息,代表上拉带已拉紧。
在所述固定件1上还设置有二号弹性件8,所述二号弹性件8受到外力后顶靠并下压所述连接件。
参见图3,当上拉带采用反向的走带方式时,上拉带对连接件的拉力无法达到限定值,因此需要通过二号弹性件的额外作用来促使上拉带张紧力达到限定值。上拉带张紧时施力于固定板上,当拉住卡扣,拉紧上拉带时,二号弹性件会受到一定的压力,当压力达到限定值时,二号弹性件会压到连接件上,在压缩到一定行程即可触碰开关。

  1. 一种智能上拉带结构,其特征在于:包括
    固定件,所述固定件与安全座椅本体配合连接;
    连接件、上拉带和卡扣,所述上拉带的一端与所述卡扣相连,另一端穿过所述固定件后与所述连接件相连;
    开关,所述开关设置在所述固定件上,当所述卡扣拉动所述上拉带促使所述连接件移动至设定位置时,所述连接件顶靠所述开关;
    提醒装置,所述提醒装置与所述开关电气连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能上拉带结构,其特征在于:在所述固定件上设置有用于与所述连接件配合的一号弹性件,当拉动所述上拉带的力达到设定值时,所述连接件顶靠所述开关。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种智能上拉带结构,其特征在于:在所述固定件上设置有导向件,所述连接件与所述导向件配合连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种智能上拉带结构,其特征在于:在所述固定件上还设置有二号弹性件,所述二号弹性件受到外力后顶靠并下压所述连接件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种智能上拉带结构,其特征在于:所述提醒装置为发声装置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种智能上拉带结构,其特征在于:所述固定件上还配合设置有盖板。
