技术领域
本申请涉及金融设备领域,尤其涉及一种自助式业务开通方法、系统、设备及存储介质。
背景技术
对于银行领域的现有公司而言,当客户需要去银行办理相关业务时,常见的办理方式,为去分行门店的柜台与业务人员进行沟通,最终完成相关业务的办理。
但是,鉴于柜台业务人员的人力资源有限,并且,该种客户与业务人员进行语言沟通并由业务人员直接操作银行系统完成相关业务的办理的方式,存在一定的沟通理解发生错误的风险,而导致办理效率较低;并且,由于客户不一定较为熟悉业务的办理流程,也可能从另一方面,进一步地降低了业务的办理效率。所以,客户在办理银行业务时存在业务办理效率较低的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种自助式业务开通方法、系统、设备及存储介质,旨在解决在银行业务的办理过程中存在的业务办理效率较低的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种自助式业务开通方法,所述自助式业务开通方法包括以下步骤:
服务器获取当前账户标识;
所述服务器将所述当前账户标识与本地存储的各预设账户标识进行匹配,在匹配成功时,向VTM发送信息匹配指令;
所述VTM响应于所述信息匹配指令,获取用户输入的待处理身份信息,向所述服务器发送所述待处理身份信息;
所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,在匹配成功时,向所述VTM发送业务开通指令;
所述VTM响应于所述业务开通指令,展示预设业务开通界面,以使用户通过所述预设业务开通界面进行业务的开通。
本申请中用户可自助地办理本由柜台业务人员处理的银行业务,并且,基于VTM与服务器的交互,使得用户可根据VTM机的引导完成业务的办理,从而解决了在银行业务的办理过程中存在的业务办理效率较低的技术问题。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
参照图1,图1为本申请自助式业务开通方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
在第一实施例中,所述自助式业务开通方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S10:服务器获取当前账户标识;
可以理解的是,随着互联网技术的发展,在金融设备领域,为了较好地克服业务的办理效率较低的技术问题,逐渐出现了以自动柜员机(Automatic Teller Mechine,ATM)以及更加新型的远程视频柜员机(Video Teller Machine,VTM)为代表的业务办理设备,用户可直接通过ATM机或者VTM机进行相关业务的办理。
在具体实现中,比如,当用户需要办理“网上银行业务开通”的业务时,若不通过柜员的业务人员办理而通过VTM机办理该业务,需要先确认用户的账户号码或者账户名称,即需要先获取账户标识,所述账户标识用于唯一地确定用户的银行账户,账户标识也可为一个唯一的账户编号,由数字及字母组合而言。
其中,对于获取当前账户标识的具体实现方式可为,用户可在VTM上插入用户要办理业务的银行卡,VTM机将通过插入的银行卡来获取账户标识,进而,再由VTM机发送账户标识至服务器,以使服务器获取到账户标识,本实施例对于获取当前账户标识的方式不作限制。
步骤S20:所述服务器将所述当前账户标识与本地存储的各预设账户标识进行匹配,在匹配成功时,向VTM发送信息匹配指令;
可以理解的是,当服务器在获取到VTM机发送的账户标识后,若用户通过插卡的方式来确认账户标识,不同的VTM机分属不同的银行公司,不同的银行卡也可能分属不同的银行公司,目前,在办理“网上银行业务开通”的业务以及其他与银行账户相关的增值服务时,不同银行公司的VTM机只能办理本行的业务。其中,上述业务需要与常见的通过银联的方式进行跨行取款的常规业务进行区别。
在具体实现中,由于不同银行的VTM机目前只能处理本行的“网上银行业务开通”业务,为了防止用户插入他行的银行卡来办理“网上银行业务开通”业务时造成的处理错误,可能会影响VTM机运行的稳定性,并导致本行的银行内部网络接收到错误的业务办理请求,故而,为了防止上述的情况发生,可将当前账户标识与本地存储的各预设账户标识进行匹配,在匹配成功时,即意味着用户插入的银行卡确为本行的且合法可正常使用的银行卡。在规避掉上述影响系统运行的稳定性的情况后,考虑到金融领域的特殊性,需要较好地控制业务办理过程的安全性,将对用户的个人信息进行验证,所以,将向VTM机发送信息匹配指令,以验证用户的个人信息。
步骤S30:所述VTM响应于所述信息匹配指令,获取用户输入的待处理身份信息,向所述服务器发送所述待处理身份信息;
应当理解的是,VTM机在接收到该信息匹配指令后,将提示用户在VTM机上输入待处理身份信息,该待处理身份信息包括合法用户的真实姓名、证件号码、性别、出生日期、电子邮箱及手机号码等信息。
步骤S40:所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,在匹配成功时,向所述VTM发送业务开通指令;
在具体实现中,用户在VTM机侧输入上述待处理身份信息后,可将待处理身份信息发送至服务器,以使服务器将该待处理身份信息与合法用户的真实身份信息进行匹配,以进一步完成对于用户身份的安全性验证。
比如,服务器在接收到用户输入的待处理身份信息为证件号码1234以及手机号码88888后,由于用户在获取银行卡的开始阶段将提供给银行个人身份信息以预存,所以,服务器在获取到当前账户标识后,可在本地存储中根据当前账户标识查找到对应的目标身份信息,比如,目标身份信息为证件号码1234以及手机号码88888。将上述待处理身份信息与上述目标身份信息进行匹配,由于证件号码与手机号码皆相同,可认为正在操作VTM机的用户为合法用户,服务器可向VTM发送业务开通指令,以完成“网上银行业务开通”业务的办理。
步骤S50:所述VTM响应于所述业务开通指令,展示预设业务开通界面,以使用户通过所述预设业务开通界面进行业务的开通。
在具体实现中,在账户标识匹配成功且身份信息匹配成功后,可进入“网上银行业务开通”业务的办理阶段。当VTM接收到业务开通指令后,将调用预设业务开通界面,以使用户可在预设业务开通界面上完成“网上银行业务开通”的办理。
此外,图2为本申请自助式业务开通方法第一实施例的流程图。
本实施例中用户可自助地办理本由柜台业务人员处理的银行业务,并且,基于VTM与服务器的交互,使得用户可根据VTM机的引导完成业务的办理,从而解决了在银行业务的办理过程中存在的业务办理效率较低的技术问题。
参照图3,图3为本申请自助式业务开通方法第二实施例的流程示意图,基于上述图1所示的第一实施例,提出本申请自助式业务开通方法的第二实施例。在第二实施例中,所述步骤S10,具体包括:
步骤S101:VTM响应于用户输入的业务选取指令时,生成预设二维码,并展示所述预设二维码;
可以理解的是,比之通过向VTM插入银行卡来确定当前账户标识,本实施例中采取扫描二维码的方式来获取当前账户标识,比之插卡的方式,更加方便用户操作,也无需用户随身携带银行卡。
在具体实现中,当用户在VTM上选取具体业务选项欲办理对应的业务时,若用户输入的业务选取指令对应的业务可通过扫码来确认当前账户标识,或者,当用户选取具体的业务选项,将提示用户采取银行卡、身份证或者扫码等方式来进行下一步操作。其中,通过扫码方式进行账户标识的确认的步骤具体为,VTM将自动在屏幕中生成预设二维码,该预设二维码与业务选取指令对应的业务关联,比如,若业务选取指令对应的业务为“网上银行业务开通”业务。
步骤S102:服务器在接收到与所述预设二维码对应的扫描操作信息时,从所述扫描操作信息中提取当前银行卡号,从预设账户映射关系中根据所述当前银行卡号查找对应的当前账户标识,所述预设账户映射关系中包括银行卡号与账户标识的对应关系。
可以理解的是,用户可使用用户设备对该预设二维码进行扫描,所述用户设备可将扫描操作信息发送至上述服务器。
在具体实现中,用户可使用智能手机中本行的应用程序来进行扫码,当然,用户需要预先在该应用程序中完成账户登录操作。用户在完成扫码操作后,用户的智能手机将发送与该预设二维码对应的扫描操作信息至服务器。其中,扫描操作信息中已包括银行卡号,因为,用户将预先在智能手机中运行的本行应用程序中登录了该银行卡号。在提取出当前银行卡号1234后,可根据银行卡号1234查找出对应的当前账户标识。
需要区别的是,银行卡号与账户标识不同,账户标识用于唯一地确定用户的账户,可由数字与字母组成;而银行卡号为银行卡的卡号。比如,当用户的银行卡丢失后,由于银行卡的实体卡的封面上印有银行卡号,为了便于用户可及时办理银行业务,多将丢失的银行卡号进行挂失,并将另一张卡的银行卡号与原账户标识进行绑定,即可保留用户的资金情况及客户资料等信息。
进一步地,当用户在VTM上选取“银行卡补办”业务后,可快速办理“银行卡补办”业务,所述步骤S50之后,所述自助式业务开通方法还包括:
步骤S60:所述VTM响应于用户在所述预设业务开通界面输入的业务执行信息,向所述服务器发送所述业务执行信息;
可以理解的是,当用户通过扫描二维码的方式来确认目标账户标识时,并在VTM上选取“银行卡补办”业务选项以办理该业务。
步骤S70:所述服务器从所述业务执行信息中提取目标账户标识,在所述预设账户映射关系中根据所述目标账户标识查找对应的银行卡号,删除包括所述目标账户标识与对应的银行卡号的对应关系,随机选取目标银行卡号,建立包括所述目标账户标识与所述目标银行卡号的对应关系并添加至所述预设账户映射关系。
在具体实现中,服务器将获取到该目标账户标识,由于用户当前办理的业务是“银行卡补办业务”,意味着用户已遗失原卡,此时需要补办新卡,但是,不同的银行卡的卡号存在区别。由于本实施例中的账户标识并非银行卡卡号,当确定账户标识后,可从预设账户映射关系中删除掉目标账户标识与原卡卡号的对应关系。通过随机选取本行内现有的实体卡的卡号,重新建立目标账户标识与新卡卡号的对应关系,并将重新建立的对应关系添加至预设账户映射关系,也就实现了无需迁移客户资料至新卡的条目下即可完成换卡操作,使得用户可快速完成“银行卡补办”业务。
当然,若用户希望补办的新卡卡号与原卡卡号保持一致,也可重新制作卡号相同的新卡。
本实施例中可通过用户扫描二维码完成账户标识的确认,无需使用银行卡,更加方便用户进行业务办理;同时,通过预先设置账户标识与银行卡号的对应关系,使得用户在办理“银行卡补办业务”时,无需进行客户资料的迁移即可完成银行卡号的更改,提高了银行业务办理的效率。
参照图4,图4为本申请自助式业务开通方法第三实施例的流程示意图,基于上述图1所示的第一实施例,提出本申请自助式业务开通方法的第三实施例。在第三实施例中,所述步骤S10之前,所述自助式业务开通方法还包括:
步骤S10':VTM响应于用户输入的类型确定指令时,从所述类型确定指令中提取当前业务类型,向服务器发送所述当前业务类型;
可以理解的是,由于用户可办理业务的业务类型存在多种,比如,“网上银行业务开通”业务、“银行卡补办”业务及其他业务,但是,不同的业务的开通界面存在区别,可通过发送当前业务类型以实现区别不同业务的预设业务开通界面。
相应地,所述步骤S40,具体包括:
步骤S40':所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息和所述当前业务类型时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,在匹配成功时,根据所述当前业务类型查找对应的预设业务开通界面,根据所述预设业务开通界面生成业务开通指令,向所述VTM发送业务开通指令。
在具体实现中,当身份信息匹配成功后,即验证当前操作VTM设备的用户为合法用户,可进入业务正式办理的阶段。由于不同业务的预设业务开通界面存在区别,可由VTM发送的当前业务类型来查找对应的预设业务开通界面,从而实现了对于不同业务的预设业务开通界面的选取。
进一步地,银行中用户可使用的业务功能除了基本功能外,大多需要用户主动开启方可使用,所述步骤S50之后,所述自助式业务开通方法还包括:
所述VTM响应于用户在所述预设业务开通界面输入的业务进展信息,并从所述业务开通指令中提取当前业务类型,向所述服务器发送所述业务进展信息和所述当前业务类型;
所述服务器根据所述业务进展信息确定与所述当前业务类型对应的当前业务状态,建立所述当前业务类型与所述当前业务状态的对应关系,将所述对应关系添加入预设业务映射关系,所述预设业务映射关系包括业务类型与业务状态的对应关系。
可以理解的是,当用户需要开启具体的业务功能或者关闭该业务功能时,比如,用户可在VTM上选择关闭“网上银行业务”的功能,服务器在接收到用户输入的业务进展信息即“关闭‘网上银行业务’”时,可根据该业务进展信息确定“网上银行业务”的业务状态即为“关闭状态”,并建立当前业务类型“网上银行业务”与当前业务状态“关闭状态”的对应关系,将该对应关系添加至预设业务映射关系,以便于可快速确定用户的各银行功能的业务状态。
进一步地,所述服务器根据所述业务进展信息确定与所述当前业务类型对应的当前业务状态,建立所述当前业务类型与所述当前业务状态的对应关系,将所述对应关系添加入预设业务映射关系之后,所述自助式业务开通方法还包括:所述VTM响应于用户输入的业务操作指令,从所述业务操作指令中提取待操作业务类型,向所述服务器发送所述待操作业务类型;所述服务器接收到所述待操作业务类型时,根据所述待操作业务类型在所述预设业务映射关系中查找对应的目标业务状态,判断所述目标业务状态是否为开通状态,在所述目标业务状态为所述开通状态时,展示预设业务操作界面,以供用户在所述业务操作界面进行业务的操作。
应当理解的是,在建立起业务类型与业务状态的对应关系后,当用户需要操作对应的业务时,比如,当用户关闭“网上银行业务”的业务功能后,用户再次在VTM上选取“网上银行业务”的选项进行操作时,服务器将先查找该业务类型的业务状态,因为,用户已将“网上银行业务”的业务状态设置为“关闭状态”,可提示用户无法进一步操作“网上银行业务”。只有当目标业务状态为开通状态时,才可展示预设业务操作界面以进入业务办理阶段,从而减少了误操作对于银行内部系统的干扰。
此外,图5为本申请自助式业务开通方法第三实施例的流程图。
本实施例中通过获取当前业务类型,以实现对于不同的预设业务开通界面的挑选;此外,通过建立当前业务类型与当前业务状态的对应关系,可快速确定用户的各银行功能的业务状态。
参照图6,图6为本申请自助式业务开通方法第四实施例的流程示意图,基于上述图1所示的第一实施例,提出本申请自助式业务开通方法的第四实施例。在第四实施例中,所述步骤S40,具体包括:
步骤S40'':所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,并统计匹配成功的身份数据的类型数,判断所述类型数是否大于预设类型阈值,在所述类型数大于所述预设类型阈值时,向所述VTM发送业务开通指令,所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息皆包括用于表征用户身份的各类身份数据。
可以理解的是,由于用户输入的待处理身份信息存在多种类型的信息,比如,真实姓名、证件号码、性别、出生日期、电子邮箱及手机号码等不同类型的身份数据,为了便于用户操作,可预先设置预设类型阈值,用户输入的待处理身份信息中只需匹配成功有限项的身份数据,而无需完全匹配成功,即可认为当前用户为合法用户,并继续后续业务的办理流程。
在具体实现中,比如,用户输入的待处理身份信息为“证件号码1234、手机号码88888、真实姓名张三、出生日期1月1日”,而预先设置的预设类型阈值为2,若目标身份信息为“证件号码1234、手机号码88888、以及真实姓名张三、出生日期1月10日”,通过将待处理身份信息与目标身份信息进行匹配可知,除出生日期不同,其他三类身份数据皆相同,表明匹配成功的身份数据的类型数为3。因为,该类型数3大于预设类型阈值2,所以,可认定当前用户为合法用户,并继续后续业务的办理流程。
进一步地,为了加强VTM办理业务的安全性,所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,在匹配成功时,向所述VTM发送业务开通指令,具体包括:所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,在匹配成功时,生成测试验证码,将所述测试验证码发送至与预设手机号码对应的用户设备,以使所述用户设备展示所述测试验证码;所述VTM响应于用户输入的当前验证码,向所述服务器发送所述当前验证码;所述服务器将所述当前验证码与所述测试验证码进行比对,在所述当前验证码与所述测试验证码相同时,向所述VTM发送业务开通指令
在具体实现中,在完成身份信息的匹配后,可进一步地验证用户的合法性。服务器将自动生成测试验证码1234,并将测试验证码1234发送至用户的移动手机,以使得用户可读取移动手机上的验证码信息,并在VTM上输入从移动手机上阅读出的验证码信息。服务器可将测试验证码1234与用户输入的验证码信息进行比对,当二者相同时,即可认为当前用户持有合法用户的移动手机,进而认为当前用户为合法用户。
进一步地,为了使得用户可使用关联账户进行本行业务的操作,所述VTM响应于所述业务开通指令,展示预设业务开通界面,以使用户通过所述预设业务开通界面进行业务的开通之后,所述自助式业务开通方法还包括:所述用户设备在接收到用户输入的关联账户信息时,向所述服务器发送所述关联账户信息;所述服务器从所述关联账户信息中提取登录用户名与登录密码,在预设登录映射关系中根据所述登录用户名与所述登录密码查找对应的待操作账户标识,通过所述待操作账户标识进行业务的操作,所述预设登录映射关系包括用户名、密码及账户标识之间的对应关系。
可以理解的是,在办理银行业务时,用户可通过银行卡号、证件号码或手机号来登录账户进行业务的操作,除了上述常规的登录方式来进行业务的操作外,本实施例可提供关联账户以供用户进行同样的业务操作。
在具体实现中,用户可在用户设备(比如,移动手机或个人电脑等电子设备)上登录银行授权的第三方应用程序或者第三方网站进行业务操作,比如,用户可在用户设备上输入关联账户信息,以登录服务器从而完成操作。服务器在接收到关联账户信息后,可从关联账户信息中提取出第三方应用程序的登录用户名与登录密码。
可以理解的是,银行授权的第三方应用程序的账户信息将预先保存至银行的服务器中,服务器在预先保存的预设登录映射关系中可查找到待操作账户标识。当查找到待操作账户标识后,即可如同上述常规的登录方式一样,展示预设业务开通界面,以使用户通过所述预设业务开通界面进行业务的开通。所以,通过预先建立预设登录映射关系,使得用户可通过第三方灵活地进入预设业务开通界面进行业务的办理。
本实施例中通过预先设置预设类型阈值,使得在身份信息的验证环节中,降低对于用户输入信息的准确度要求,为了在保证安全性的前提下,提高对于用户输入过多个人信息时的容错性,以提高用户体验。因为,用户在操作提供银行业务的VTM时,多需要输入较多的个人信息,而且,常见的VTM在用户重新输入信息时多不会保留用户之前输入的信息,通过本实施例中的方法可以较好地提高用户办理业务的效率。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提出一种自助式业务开通设备,其中,所述设备包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的自助式业务开通程序,所述自助式业务开通程序配置为实现如上文所述的自助式业务开通方法的步骤。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提出一种存储介质,其中,所述存储介质上存储有自助式业务开通程序,所述自助式业务开通程序被处理器执行时实现如上文所述的自助式业务开通方法的步骤。
参考图7,图7为本申请自助式业务开通系统第一实施例的结构框图。
如图7所示,本实施例提出的自助式业务开通系统包括:服务器101和VTM 102;
所述服务器101,用于获取当前账户标识;
所述服务器101,还用于将所述当前账户标识与本地存储的各预设账户标识进行匹配,在匹配成功时,向所述VTM 102发送信息匹配指令;
所述VTM 102,用于响应于所述信息匹配指令,获取用户输入的待处理身份信息,向所述服务器101发送所述待处理身份信息;
所述服务器101,还用于在接收到所述待处理身份信息时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,在匹配成功时,向所述VTM 102发送业务开通指令;
所述VTM 102,还用于响应于所述业务开通指令,展示预设业务开通界面,以使用户通过所述预设业务开通界面进行业务的开通。

  1. 一种自助式业务开通方法,其中,所述自助式业务开通方法包括以下步骤:
    服务器获取当前账户标识;
    所述服务器将所述当前账户标识与本地存储的各预设账户标识进行匹配,在匹配成功时,向VTM发送信息匹配指令;
    所述VTM响应于所述信息匹配指令,获取用户输入的待处理身份信息,向所述服务器发送所述待处理身份信息;
    所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,在匹配成功时,向所述VTM发送业务开通指令;
    所述VTM响应于所述业务开通指令,展示预设业务开通界面,以使用户通过所述预设业务开通界面进行业务的开通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的自助式业务开通方法,其中,所述服务器获取当前账户标识,具体包括:
    VTM响应于用户输入的业务选取指令时,生成预设二维码,并展示所述预设二维码;
    服务器在接收到与所述预设二维码对应的扫描操作信息时,从所述扫描操作信息中提取当前银行卡号,从预设账户映射关系中根据所述当前银行卡号查找对应的当前账户标识,所述预设账户映射关系中包括银行卡号与账户标识的对应关系。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的自助式业务开通方法,其中,所述VTM响应于所述业务开通指令,展示预设业务开通界面,以使用户通过所述预设业务开通界面进行业务的开通之后,所述自助式业务开通方法还包括:
    所述VTM响应于用户在所述预设业务开通界面输入的业务执行信息,向所述服务器发送所述业务执行信息;
    所述服务器从所述业务执行信息中提取目标账户标识,在所述预设账户映射关系中根据所述目标账户标识查找对应的银行卡号,删除包括所述目标账户标识与对应的银行卡号的对应关系,随机选取目标银行卡号,建立包括所述目标账户标识与所述目标银行卡号的对应关系并添加至所述预设账户映射关系。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的自助式业务开通方法,其中,所述服务器获取当前账户标识之前,所述自助式业务开通方法还包括:
    VTM响应于用户输入的类型确定指令时,从所述类型确定指令中提取当前业务类型,向服务器发送所述当前业务类型;
    相应地,所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,在匹配成功时,向所述VTM发送业务开通指令,具体包括:
    所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息和所述当前业务类型时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,在匹配成功时,根据所述当前业务类型查找对应的预设业务开通界面,根据所述预设业务开通界面生成业务开通指令,向所述VTM发送所述业务开通指令。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的自助式业务开通方法,其中,所述VTM响应于所述业务开通指令,展示预设业务开通界面,以使用户通过所述预设业务开通界面进行业务的开通之后,所述自助式业务开通方法还包括:
    所述VTM响应于用户在所述预设业务开通界面输入的业务进展信息,并从所述业务开通指令中提取当前业务类型,向所述服务器发送所述业务进展信息和所述当前业务类型;
    所述服务器根据所述业务进展信息确定与所述当前业务类型对应的当前业务状态,建立所述当前业务类型与所述当前业务状态的对应关系,将所述对应关系添加入预设业务映射关系,所述预设业务映射关系包括业务类型与业务状态的对应关系。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的自助式业务开通方法,其中,所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,在匹配成功时,向所述VTM发送业务开通指令,具体包括:
    所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,并统计匹配成功的身份数据的类型数,判断所述类型数是否大于预设类型阈值,在所述类型数大于所述预设类型阈值时,向所述VTM发送业务开通指令,所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息皆包括用于表征用户身份的各类身份数据。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的自助式业务开通方法,其中,所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,在匹配成功时,向所述VTM发送业务开通指令,具体包括:
    所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,在匹配成功时,生成测试验证码,将所述测试验证码发送至与预设手机号码对应的用户设备,以使所述用户设备展示所述测试验证码;
    所述VTM响应于用户输入的当前验证码,向所述服务器发送所述当前验证码;
    所述服务器将所述当前验证码与所述测试验证码进行比对,在所述当前验证码与所述测试验证码相同时,向所述VTM发送业务开通指令。
  8. 一种自助式业务开通系统,其中,所述自助式业务开通系统包括:服务器和VTM;
    所述服务器,用于获取当前账户标识;
    所述服务器,还用于将所述当前账户标识与本地存储的各预设账户标识进行匹配,在匹配成功时,向所述VTM发送信息匹配指令;
    所述VTM,用于响应于所述信息匹配指令,获取用户输入的待处理身份信息,向所述服务器发送所述待处理身份信息;
    所述服务器,还用于在接收到所述待处理身份信息时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,在匹配成功时,向所述VTM发送业务开通指令;
    所述VTM,还用于响应于所述业务开通指令,展示预设业务开通界面,以使用户通过所述预设业务开通界面进行业务的开通。
  9. 一种自助式业务开通设备,其中,所述设备包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的自助式业务开通程序,所述自助式业务开通程序配置为实现如下步骤:
    服务器获取当前账户标识;
    所述服务器将所述当前账户标识与本地存储的各预设账户标识进行匹配,在匹配成功时,向VTM发送信息匹配指令;
    所述VTM响应于所述信息匹配指令,获取用户输入的待处理身份信息,向所述服务器发送所述待处理身份信息;
    所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,在匹配成功时,向所述VTM发送业务开通指令;
    所述VTM响应于所述业务开通指令,展示预设业务开通界面,以使用户通过所述预设业务开通界面进行业务的开通。
  10. 如权利要求9的所述自助式业务开通设备,其中,所述自助式业务开通程序配置为实现如下步骤:
    VTM响应于用户输入的业务选取指令时,生成预设二维码,并展示所述预设二维码;
    服务器在接收到与所述预设二维码对应的扫描操作信息时,从所述扫描操作信息中提取当前银行卡号,从预设账户映射关系中根据所述当前银行卡号查找对应的当前账户标识,所述预设账户映射关系中包括银行卡号与账户标识的对应关系。
  11. 如权利要求10的所述自助式业务开通设备,其中,所述自助式业务开通程序配置为实现如下步骤:
    所述VTM响应于用户在所述预设业务开通界面输入的业务执行信息,向所述服务器发送所述业务执行信息;
    所述服务器从所述业务执行信息中提取目标账户标识,在所述预设账户映射关系中根据所述目标账户标识查找对应的银行卡号,删除包括所述目标账户标识与对应的银行卡号的对应关系,随机选取目标银行卡号,建立包括所述目标账户标识与所述目标银行卡号的对应关系并添加至所述预设账户映射关系。
  12. 如权利要求9的所述自助式业务开通设备,其中,所述自助式业务开通程序配置为实现如下步骤:
    VTM响应于用户输入的类型确定指令时,从所述类型确定指令中提取当前业务类型,向服务器发送所述当前业务类型;
    相应地,所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,在匹配成功时,向所述VTM发送业务开通指令,具体包括:
    所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息和所述当前业务类型时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,在匹配成功时,根据所述当前业务类型查找对应的预设业务开通界面,根据所述预设业务开通界面生成业务开通指令,向所述VTM发送所述业务开通指令。
  13. 如权利要求9的所述自助式业务开通设备,其中,所述自助式业务开通程序配置为实现如下步骤:
    所述VTM响应于用户在所述预设业务开通界面输入的业务进展信息,并从所述业务开通指令中提取当前业务类型,向所述服务器发送所述业务进展信息和所述当前业务类型;
    所述服务器根据所述业务进展信息确定与所述当前业务类型对应的当前业务状态,建立所述当前业务类型与所述当前业务状态的对应关系,将所述对应关系添加入预设业务映射关系,所述预设业务映射关系包括业务类型与业务状态的对应关系。
  14. 如权利要求9的所述自助式业务开通设备,其中,所述自助式业务开通程序配置为实现如下步骤:
    所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,并统计匹配成功的身份数据的类型数,判断所述类型数是否大于预设类型阈值,在所述类型数大于所述预设类型阈值时,向所述VTM发送业务开通指令,所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息皆包括用于表征用户身份的各类身份数据。
  15. 一种存储介质,其中,所述存储介质上存储有自助式业务开通程序,所述自助式业务开通程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    服务器获取当前账户标识;
    所述服务器将所述当前账户标识与本地存储的各预设账户标识进行匹配,在匹配成功时,向VTM发送信息匹配指令;
    所述VTM响应于所述信息匹配指令,获取用户输入的待处理身份信息,向所述服务器发送所述待处理身份信息;
    所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,在匹配成功时,向所述VTM发送业务开通指令;
    所述VTM响应于所述业务开通指令,展示预设业务开通界面,以使用户通过所述预设业务开通界面进行业务的开通。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的存储介质,其中,所述自助式业务开通程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    VTM响应于用户输入的业务选取指令时,生成预设二维码,并展示所述预设二维码;
    服务器在接收到与所述预设二维码对应的扫描操作信息时,从所述扫描操作信息中提取当前银行卡号,从预设账户映射关系中根据所述当前银行卡号查找对应的当前账户标识,所述预设账户映射关系中包括银行卡号与账户标识的对应关系。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的存储介质,其中,所述自助式业务开通程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    所述VTM响应于用户在所述预设业务开通界面输入的业务执行信息,向所述服务器发送所述业务执行信息;
    所述服务器从所述业务执行信息中提取目标账户标识,在所述预设账户映射关系中根据所述目标账户标识查找对应的银行卡号,删除包括所述目标账户标识与对应的银行卡号的对应关系,随机选取目标银行卡号,建立包括所述目标账户标识与所述目标银行卡号的对应关系并添加至所述预设账户映射关系。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的存储介质,其中,所述自助式业务开通程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    VTM响应于用户输入的类型确定指令时,从所述类型确定指令中提取当前业务类型,向服务器发送所述当前业务类型;

    所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息和所述当前业务类型时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,在匹配成功时,根据所述当前业务类型查找对应的预设业务开通界面,根据所述预设业务开通界面生成业务开通指令,向所述VTM发送所述业务开通指令。
  19. 如权利要求15所述的存储介质,其中,所述自助式业务开通程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    所述VTM响应于用户在所述预设业务开通界面输入的业务进展信息,并从所述业务开通指令中提取当前业务类型,向所述服务器发送所述业务进展信息和所述当前业务类型;
    所述服务器根据所述业务进展信息确定与所述当前业务类型对应的当前业务状态,建立所述当前业务类型与所述当前业务状态的对应关系,将所述对应关系添加入预设业务映射关系,所述预设业务映射关系包括业务类型与业务状态的对应关系。
  20. 如权利要求15所述的存储介质,其中,所述自助式业务开通程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    所述服务器在接收到所述待处理身份信息时,根据所述当前账户标识查找对应的目标身份信息,将所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息进行匹配,并统计匹配成功的身份数据的类型数,判断所述类型数是否大于预设类型阈值,在所述类型数大于所述预设类型阈值时,向所述VTM发送业务开通指令,所述待处理身份信息与所述目标身份信息皆包括用于表征用户身份的各类身份数据。
