如图1所示,该自助网银转账设备可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,通信总线1002、用户接口1003,网络接口1004,存储器1005。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的结构并不构成对自助网银转账设备的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示,作为一种存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统、数据存储模块、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及自助网银转账程序。
在图1所示的自助网银转账设备中,网络接口1004主要用于与后台服务器进行数据通信;用户接口1003主要用于与用户进行数据交互;本申请自助网银转账设备的处理器1001、存储器1005可以设置在自助网银转账设备中,所述自助网银转账设备通过处理器1001调用存储器1005中存储的自助网银转账程序,并执行本申请实施例提供的自助网银转账方法。
本申请实施例提供了一种自助网银转账方法,参照图2,图2为本申请自助网银转账方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
本实施例中,所述自助网银转账方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S10:远程视频柜员机响应于客户输入的网银转账指令,展示网银登录提示;
需要说明的是,本实施例方法的执行主体可以是一种通过远程视频方式来办理一些柜台业务的机电一体化设备,该设备多应用在银行、小贷公司等金融系统,例如:远程视频柜员机等。所述服务器可以是与远程视频柜员机连接并进行数据信息交互的网络服务器。
此处以远程视频柜员机(Virtual Teller Machine,VTM)为例,对本实施例及以下各实施例进行说明。
在具体实现中,为便于客户进行业务触发,在远程视频柜员机(以下简称VTM)的显示界面中,一般会设置不同业务的触发按钮,在客户需要办理自助网银转账业务时,可在VTM的显示界面中通过触摸屏点击网银转账对应的触发按钮,VTM响应于客户输入的网银转账指令,在显示界面上展示网银登录提示,即输入网银账号和密码提示。
步骤S20:所述远程视频柜员机接收客户输入的网银登录信息,对所述网银登录信息进行验证,在验证通过后,展示转账业务类型;
远程视频柜员机在接收到客户输入的所述网银登录信息时,会对客户输入的网银登录信息进行验证,在验证通过后,在显示界面上展示所述转账业务类型。其中,对所述网银登录信息的具体验证方式可以是将所述网银登录信息发送至服务器,由服务器进行网银账号和密码验证,然后反馈验证结果;也可以是根据网银登录信息中的网银账号在本地预存的账号密码库中查找对应的密码,然后将查找到的密码跟客户输入的密码进行比对,得出比对结果;还可以是其他的验证方式。考虑到客户的信息安全,确保客户财产信息不被泄露,本实施例优选的验证方式为:接收客户输入的网银登录信息,将所述网银登陆信息发送至服务器,以使所述服务器对所述网银登陆信息进行验证,并反馈验证结果;在所述验证结果为验证通过时,展示转账业务类型。其中,所述转账业务类型可包括:同行转账、跨行转账、定期转活期、活期转定期以及其他转账方式等,本实施例对不加以限制。
应理解的是,一般情况下,客户在开通网银时,会预留一个手机号以方便实时了解网银账户的资金动向、接收银行系统发送的动态验证码,从而在转账时输入所述动态验证码确保网银交易的安全。因此,为了确保客户能够接收到动态验证码完成后续网银转账,在本实施例中,所述步骤S10之后,所述方法还包括:根据所述网银登录信息,获取与所述网银登录信息对应的预留手机号码;根据所述预留手机号码生成相应的预留手机号码核对提示,并对所述预留手机号码核对提示进行展示,以提醒客户核对预留手机号码是否正确,从而进一步确保后续网银转账的可靠性。
步骤S30:所述远程视频柜员机响应于客户输入的业务类型选取指令,展示所述业务类型选取指令对应的转账信息输入提示;
当客户在远程视频柜员机的显示界面点选想要办理的业务时,所述远程视频柜员机响应于客户输入的业务类型选取指令,并展示所述业务类型选取指令对应的转账信息输入提示。以同行转账为例,所述远程视频柜员机在接收到客户点选的同行转账指令时,在显示界面展示:付款账号、收款方账号、收款方姓名/公司名、币种、转账金额、大写金额以及备注等转账信息的输入(填写)提示。此外,为了方便客户进行转账信息的输入,在本实施例中,可在远程视频柜员机的预设区域展示预设的软键盘以供客户进行转账信息的输入,且具体的信息的输入方式可以是键盘输入或手写输入。
步骤S40:所述远程视频柜员机接收客户输入的转账信息,并展示转账信息核对提示,在接收到客户输入的确认转账指令时,按照所述转账信息进行网银转账。
所述远程视频柜员机在接收到客户输入的转账信息后,生成相应的转账信息的核对提示,并在显示界面上展示所述转账信息,以提醒客户进行转账信息的核对,避免转账出错。当接收到客户输入的确认转账指令时,按照所述转账信息进行网银转账。
本实施例远程视频柜员机响应于客户输入的网银转账指令,展示网银登录提示;接收客户输入的网银登录信息,对所述网银登录信息进行验证,在验证通过后,展示转账业务类型;响应于客户输入的业务类型选取指令,展示所述业务类型选取指令对应的转账信息输入提示;接收客户输入的转账信息,并展示转账信息核对提示,在接收到客户输入的确认转账指令时,按照所述转账信息进行网银转账,在降低银行网点工作人员的业务办理压力的同时,充分利用了银行网点的设备资源,也提高了网银转账的安全性。
参考图3,图3为本申请自助网银转账方法第二实施例的流程示意图。
基于上述第一实施例,本实施例提出的自助网银转账方法中,在所述步骤S30之后,所述方法还包括:
步骤S301:展示账户余额查询提示;
可理解的是,在现实生活中,客户可能会忘记需要进行付款的网银账号中的可用余额,因此为了避免客户将要转账的网银账户余额与其它银行账户余额记混淆,造成后续网银转账过程中,可用余额少于转账金额导致转账失败,影响客户体验。在本实施例中,所述远程视频柜员机可在显示屏幕的预设区域展示账户余额查询提示,以提醒客户进行账户余额查询,确保后续网银转账一次性成功。
步骤S302:响应于客户输入的账户余额查询指令,展示待查询账户登录提示,所述待查询账户为网银转账的付款账户;
所述远程视频柜员机在接收到客户输入的账户余额查询指令时,在显示界面上展示待查询账户登录提示,以提示客户输入待查询账户的登录信息,其中所述待查询账户为网银转账的付款账户;
步骤S303:接收客户输入的所述付款账户登录信息,在对所述付款账户登录信息验证通过后,展示所述付款账户对应的账户余额。
所述远程视频柜员机在获取到客户输入的付款账户的登录信息时,对所述登录信息进行验证,在验证通过时,展示所述付款账户对应的账户余额,相应地,远程视频柜员机在接收到客户输入的账户余额查询退出指令时,关闭对所述付款账户对应的账户余额的展示。
本实施例中远程视频柜员机展示账户余额查询提示,响应于客户输入的账户余额查询指令,展示待查询账户登录提示,所述待查询账户为网银转账的付款账户,接收客户输入的所述付款账户登录信息,在对所述付款账户登录信息验证通过后,展示所述付款账户对应的账户余额,极大的方便了客户的转账操作,提高了客户的业务办理体验。
参考图4,图4为本申请自助网银转账方法第三实施例的流程示意图。
基于上述各实施例,本实施例提出的自助网银转账方法中,所述步骤S40,具体包括:
步骤S401:接收客户输入的转账信息,展示转账信息核对提示;
所述远程视频柜员机在接收到客户输入的转账信息后,生成相应的转账信息的核对提示,并在显示界面上展示所述转账信息,以提醒客户进行转账信息的核对。
步骤S402:响应于客户输入的确认转账指令,根据预设算法生成与所述预留手机号码对应的动态验证码;
在本步骤中,所述预设算法可以是能够随机或按一定预设规则生成验证码的算法,例如:哈希算法、消息摘要算法等,当然也可以是其他算法或规则,本实施例对此不加以限制。
在具体实现中,当接收到客户输入的确认转账指令后,所述远程视频柜员机根据预设算法生成与所述预留手机号码对应的动态验证码,所述动态验证码可以是纯数字验证码,也可以是数字加字母组合成的验证码。
步骤S403:将所述动态验证码发送至所述客户的移动终端,并展示动态验证码输入提示;
需要说明的是,所述移动终端可以是客户的手机、平板电脑或智能手环等用户设备,所述远程视频柜员机根据客户预留的手机号码在将生产的动态验证码发送至客户的移动终端后,会在显示界面提示客户输入获取到的动态验证码,即所述展示动态验证码输入提示。
步骤S404:在接收到客户输入的动态验证码时,对所述动态验证码进行验证,在验证成功时,为客户进行网银转账。
在具体实现中,所述远程视频柜员机在接收到客户输入的动态验证码时,对客户输入的动态验证码进行匹配验证,验证是否与刚刚生成的动态验证码一致;若一致,则判定验证成功,进而为客户完成网银转账。
进一步地,实际情况下,客户可能会出现移动终端的接收信号强度较弱,接收不到动态验证码,又或是在接收到动态验证码时,该动态验证码的有效时限已过,验证码无效的情况,而为了避免这种情况的发生,本实施例中,在所述步骤S403之后,所述方法还包括:在接收到客户输入的动态验证码重新发送指令时,根据所述预设算法生成与所述预留手机号码对应的新的动态验证码;将所述新的动态验证码发送至所述移动终端。在具体实现中,可通过在远程视频柜员机显示界面中设置一个“动态验证码重新发送”的 虚拟按键,以供用户点选所述虚拟按键来重新获取新的动态验证码;当然也可以通过设置物理按键来实现上述功能。本实施例对此不加以限制。
基于上述各实施例,提出本申请自助网银转账方法的第四实施例,在本实施例中,所述自助网银转账方法,还包括:接收客户输入的接通坐席指令,并将所述接通坐席指令发送至服务器,以使所述服务器响应于所述接通坐席指令为所述客户接通远程坐席。
可理解的是,对于初次使用远程视频柜员机的客户来说,可能会存在不熟悉远程视频柜员机的操作流程的情形,因此,为了避免客户由于不知道如何使用远程视频柜员机而影响业务办理体验情况的发生,本实施例中,可通过在远程视频柜员机的显示界面的某一特定区域,例如:右上角,设置一个“坐席接通”的虚拟按键,以方便用户在不知晓如何使用视频柜员机或者需要咨询相关转账流程时,可通过点击所述“坐席接通”按键输入接通坐席指令,当远程视频柜员机接收客户输入的接通坐席指令时,将所述接通坐席指令发送至服务器,以使所述服务器响应于所述接通坐席指令为所述客户接通远程坐席。
在具体实现中,所述服务器在接收到所述坐席接通指令时,可响应于所述坐席接通指令,为所述远程视频柜员机分配一个处于空闲状态的目标柜员,具体的柜员的分配的方式可以是:服务器查找当前时刻处于空闲状态的柜员,获取处于空闲状态的柜员的用户满意度;按从高到低的顺序对所述用户满意度进行排序,根据排序结果确定目标柜员,并将所述目标柜员分配至所述远程视频柜员机。
此外,本申请实施例还提出一种存储介质,所述存储介质上存储有自助网银转账程序,所述自助网银转账程序被处理器执行时实现如上文所述的自助网银转账方法的步骤。
参照图5,图5为本申请远程视频柜员机第一实施例的结构框图。
如图5所示,本申请实施例还提出一种远程视频柜员机。其中,所述远程视频柜员机包括:网银登录模块201、信息验证模块202、业务展示模块203以及网银转账模块204;
其中,所述网银登录模块201,用于响应于客户输入的网银转账指令,展示网银登录提示;

当客户在远程视频柜员机的显示界面点选想要办理的业务时,所述业务展示模块203响应于客户输入的业务类型选取指令,并展示所述业务类型选取指令对应的转账信息输入提示。以同行转账为例,所述业务展示模块203在接收到客户点选的同行转账指令时,在显示界面展示:付款账号、收款方账号、收款方姓名/公司名、币种、转账金额、大写金额以及备注等转账信息的输入(填写)提示。此外,为了方便客户进行转账信息的输入,在本实施例中,可在远程视频柜员机的预设区域展示预设的软键盘以供客户进行转账信息的输入,且具体的信息的输入方式可以是键盘输入或手写输入。

本实施例远程视频柜员机响应于客户输入的网银转账指令,展示网银登录提示;接收客户输入的网银登录信息,对所述网银登录信息进行验证,在验证通过后,展示转账业务类型;响应于客户输入的业务类型选取指令,展示所述业务类型选取指令对应的转账信息输入提示;接收客户输入的转账信息,并展示转账信息核对提示,在接收到客户输入的确认转账指令时,按照所述转账信息进行网银转账,在降低银行网点工作人员的业务办理压力的同时,充分利用了银行网点的设备资源,也提高了网银转账的安全性。

    所述远程视频柜员机接收客户输入的转账信息,并展示转账信息核对提示,在接收到客户输入的确认转账指令时,按照所述转账信息进行网银转账。

  8. 一种自助网银转账设备,其中,所述设备包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的自助网银转账程序,所述自助网银转账程序配置为如下步骤:
    远程视频柜员机响应于客户输入的网银转账指令,展示网银登录提示;
    所述远程视频柜员机接收客户输入的网银登录信息,对所述网银登录信息进行验证,在验证通过后,展示转账业务类型;
    所述远程视频柜员机响应于客户输入的业务类型选取指令,展示所述业务类型选取指令对应的转账信息输入提示;
    所述远程视频柜员机接收客户输入的转账信息,并展示转账信息核对提示,在接收到客户输入的确认转账指令时,按照所述转账信息进行网银转账。

    将所述动态验证码发送至所述客户的移动终端,并展示动态验证码输入提示;
    在接收到客户输入的动态验证码时,对所述动态验证码进行验证,在验证成功时,按照所述转账信息进行网银转账。

  20. 如权利要求19所述的存储介质,其中,所述自助网银转账程序被处理器执行时如下步骤:
    在接收到客户输入的动态验证码重新发送指令时,根据所述预设算法生成与所述预留手机号码对应的新的动态验证码;
    将所述新的动态验证码发送至所述移动终端。
  21. 如权利要求15所述的存储介质,其中,所述自助网银转账程序被处理器执行时如下步骤:
    接收客户输入的接通坐席指令,并将所述接通坐席指令发送至服务器,以使所述服务器响应于所述接通坐席指令为所述客户接通远程坐席。
  22. 一种远程视频柜员机,其中,所述远程视频柜员机包括:网银登录模块、信息验证模块、业务展示模块以及网银转账模块;
    其中,所述网银登录模块,用于响应于客户输入的网银转账指令,展示网银登录提示;
    所述信息验证模块,用于接收客户输入的网银登录信息,对所述网银登录信息进行验证,在验证通过后,展示转账业务类型;
    所述业务展示模块,用于响应于客户输入的业务类型选取指令,展示所述业务类型选取指令对应的转账信息输入提示;
    所述网银转账模块,用于接收客户输入的转账信息,并展示转账信息核对提示,在接收到客户输入的确认转账指令时,按照所述转账信息进行网银转账。
