其中,如图4所示,伸入空间12为圆拱形空间,进一步地,如图1至图3所示,握持空间11为类长方体空间,握持空间11的内壁至少包括一顶面112和与该顶面邻接的四个侧壁,握持空间11的侧壁与座垫101的连接处形成的夹角11a和握持空间11的内壁夹角11b均为圆角,且伸入空间12与座垫101的夹角(即凸部121边沿形成的角121a)也为圆角。通过设置多个圆角使得伸入空间12和握持空间11的表面没有棱角、更为圆滑,使用者的双手伸入凹部时没有阻碍、更为顺畅,且搬运座椅时凹部的表面能更好地贴合双手的表面,增大座垫与手的接触面积,减轻搬运时座椅对手的压强,使得使用者在搬运座椅时更为省力和舒适,且提升了座椅侧面的美观程度。
在一较佳的实施方式中,如图3所示,握持空间11靠近座垫101侧部的侧壁113竖直设置,使得手指弯曲90°时手指可贴于该侧壁113,从 而使得握持空间可容置向上弯曲90°的手指,凹部的形状进一步适配于手指弯曲90°时的形状,符合人们的握持习惯,从而提供了一个更好的握持力。
在另一较佳的实施方式中,握持空间11的顶部向座垫101的侧部凹陷形成有供卡握空间(图中未示出),通过该卡握空间容置手指指尖,符合人们的握持习惯,从而提供了一个更好的握持力。
如图4所示,靠背102铰接于座垫101,使得靠背102可向座垫101的方向翻折至水平位置。通过翻折靠背102使得座椅的重心从座垫101的后部移至座垫101的中心,而由于凹部位于座垫两侧的中心位置,使得使用者搬运时的施力点与座椅的重心在一直线上,有效防止抬起座椅时发生倾覆,且搬运座椅更为轻松省力。
在第一实施例中,如图6至图9所示,本发明儿童安全座椅还包括安装于多功能空间内的座椅配件,该座椅配件为杯托20,握持空间11内形成有供安装杯托20的安装结构。
结合图7和图8所示,杯托20的侧面靠近底部处设有与伸入空间12相适配的连接杆21和设于连接杆端部且向握持空间的顶面112方向凸起的连接组件22,连接杆21和连接组件22形成与凹部适配的L形结构,通过连接组件22安装于安装结构从而将杯托安装于凹部内。连接组件22为一长方体构件,连接组件22内部的顶部位置形成有一支撑件222,支撑件222与连接组件22的两侧面分别形成有间隙221,使得连接组件22的顶部形成“日”字的截面。连接组件22的两侧面均开设有两个与对应的间隙221连通的凹槽2211,每侧面的两个凹槽2211平行设置,从而使得连接组件22的两侧面上形成有卡件223,卡件223通过对应的凹槽2211和间隙221可略微向连接组件内部弯曲变形。卡件223的端部形成有抵靠件2231,抵靠件2231的截面为直角三角形。如图9所示,安装结构包括与卡件221相适配的卡口13,卡扣13包括握持空间的侧壁111和113向握持空间11内凸出形成的一对限位凸起131,限位凸起131的大小与卡件223相适配,且限位凸起131与握持空间的顶面112之间形成供容置抵靠件2231的限位空间132。在卡件223卡入卡口13的过程中,抵靠件2231的斜面抵于限位凸起131,使得限位凸起131对卡件231产生一个向连接组件内部的力,卡件231略微向连接组件内部弯曲变形使抵靠件2231伸 入限位空间132,此时卡件223恢复至原位,且抵靠件2231的底面抵靠于限位空间132的顶面,卡件223卡于卡口13内难以脱出,实现了连接组件22安装于安装结构。
进一步地,如图7至图9所示,支撑件222的顶部形成有凸于其端面的USB公接口2221,安装结构还包括与USB公接口2221相适配的USB母接口133。如图9所示,USB母接口133位于握持空间的顶面112,使得当卡件221卡设于卡口13时,USB公接口2221正好插入USB母接口133并与其连接,通过USB公接口2221使得座椅内的电池可以通过USB母接口133为杯托供电,使杯托20具有加热或制冷的功能。
需要注意的是,该实施例中杯托通过USB接口取电,但本发明并不限于通过USB接口的取电方式,该实施例中的USB接口可替换成任意电接口,该电接口包括但不限于车载电源接口、直插DC接口、音叉DC接口、micro USB接口等。
优选地,连接杆21上形成有一加强板211,伸入空间12处对应加强板211形成有一嵌槽122,当卡件221卡设于卡口13时,连接杆21穿过伸入空间12,且加强板211嵌于嵌槽122内。加强板211用于增强杯托20与连接杆21的连接强度,杯托安装后,嵌槽122对加强板211起到限位作用,防止杯托20前后摇晃。此外,在将连接组件22插入握持空间11时,通过加强板211和嵌槽122的对应,一定程度上起到连接组件22的定位作用,便于连接组件22安装至安装结构。
在第二实施例中,如图10至图12所示,本发明儿童安全座椅还包括安装于凹部内的座椅配件,该座椅配件为电池30,握持空间11的顶面112向上凹陷形成有供容置电池30的容置空间,且顶面112上形成有供将电池放入容置空间内的开口,握持空间11的顶面112上还设有供将电池30限位于容置空间内的限位结构。
其中,限位结构位于容置空间的开口处,限位结构包括凸设于开口一侧的挡板14以及设于开口另一侧的限位组件,限位组件位置可调。限位组件包括滑槽、滑设于滑槽的挡片15以及设于挡片15端部的弹簧16。安装电池30时,首先将电池30的一端倾斜地放入容置空间内靠近挡板14的一侧,然后调节挡片15的位置,以使电池30的另一端也放入容置空间内,此时由于弹簧被压缩,挡片受到一个回复的力,电池30完全放 入容置空间后放开挡片15,由于弹簧16的作用,挡片15自动回复到挡于开口处的状态,此时,挡片15与挡板14分别挡住电池30的两端,从而将电池30限位于容置空间内,实现电池的安装。
需要注意的是,电池的容置空间仅仅是握持空间11内的一部分,在安装好电池30后,该握持空间11依旧可以作为把手使用。
优选地,杯托可安装于座椅右侧的凹部内,符合多数人的用手习惯,电池可安装于座椅右侧的凹部内。需要搬运座椅时,拆除右侧的杯托,两侧的凹部即可用作把手使用。
第一实施例和第二实施例中分别对座椅配件为杯托和电池的情况进行了说明,该凹部还可用于其余不同的座椅配件,其包括但不限于置物架、书架、车载电源接口、USB接口、直插DC接口、音叉DC接口、micro USB接口等。其中,部分座椅配件还可利用类似于第一实施例中的结构与该凹部内的USB母接口(或其他电接口)连接以取电,以供加热或制冷等电功能。
本发明儿童安全座椅的有益效果为:采用在座垫的底部开设握持空间并在两侧开设与握持空间连通的伸入空间,从而使得使用者的双手可从座垫两侧的伸入空间伸入握持空间并握住座椅,此外,由于凹部位于座垫内部,较为隐蔽,该凹部还可用作安装座椅配件(杯托、电池等)的安装空间。
以上结合附图实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域中普通技术人员可根据上述说明对本发明做出种种变化例。因而,实施例中的某些细节不应构成对本发明的限定,本发明将以所附权利要求书界定的范围作为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,包括:
    一座垫,所述座垫的两侧分别向内凹陷形成凹部,以使得使用者的双手可伸入所述凹部并握住所述该儿童安全座椅。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述凹部包括靠近所述座垫的侧部的伸入空间和与所述伸入空间连通的握持空间,所述伸入空间的高度小于所述握持空间的高度。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述伸入空间为圆拱形空间。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述握持空间靠近所述座垫侧部的侧壁竖直设置。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述握持空间的顶部向所述座垫的侧部凹陷形成有卡握空间。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述凹部位于所述座垫的底部。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述凹部的内壁夹角和所述凹部的内壁与所述座垫的连接处形成的夹角均为圆角。
  8. 如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,还包括安装于所述座垫的座椅配件,所述座椅配件通过设于所述凹部内的安装结构安装于所述凹部。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述座椅配件为杯托,所述杯托的侧面靠近底部处设有与所述凹部适配的连接杆,所述连接杆端部设有卡件,所述安装结构上对应所述卡件设有卡口,通过所述卡件卡设于所述卡口从而实现将所述杯托安装于所述座垫。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,所述座椅配件为电池,所述凹部还包括供容置所述电池的容置空间,所述安装结构包括供将所述电池限位于所述容置空间内的限位结构。
