当枢转轴111配合在枢转孔2121内时,此时面板2通过枢转结构10可枢转地安装在机体1上,转动枢转座21使其绕枢转轴111的中心轴线旋转,从而使得面板2相对于机体1转动,进而可以实现面板2打开机体1或关闭机体1。当枢转轴111与枢转孔2121脱离配合后,面板2与机体1分离,此时实现面板2从机体1上拆卸下来。
如图1所示,面板2在通常情况下处于关闭机体1的状态。当需要对中央空调室外机100进行维修或维护时,可以打开面板2,此时面板2上的枢转座21绕机体1上的枢转轴111的中心轴线旋转,使面板2从图1中所示的位置转动至图2中所示的位置,由此,相对于传统的采用螺栓固定的方式,极大地缩短了打开面板2的操作时间,且操作方便,从而降低了成本。
其中,在图1的示例中,机体1的一侧(如图1和图2中的前侧)可以敞开设置,面板2可以设在机体1的上述一侧以打开和关闭机体1。
当面板2打开空间不足导致无法完全打开影响维修时,通过设置向上延伸的枢转轴111和底部敞开的枢转孔2121,可以将面板2整个向上抬起,此时枢转座21自下向上地逐渐与枢转轴111脱离配合,当枢转轴111从枢转孔2121内完全露出时,就可以将整个面板2拆卸下来(如图3所示)。安装或维修完毕后面板2归位的操作方式与之相反(如图4所示),非常方便。而且,面板2在装配至机体1上后,由于其自身的重力作用,枢转轴111可以很好地配合在枢转座21的枢转孔2121内,保证了面板2可以正常开闭。
根据本申请实施例的中央空调室外机100,通过将面板2通过上述的枢转结构10可枢转且可拆卸地连接在机体1上,在对中央空调室外机100进行维修或维护时,操作方便,且节省时间,从而可以降低人工维修或维护费用。
根据本申请的一些实施例,参照图4并结合图5,基座11的横截面积大于枢转轴111的横截面积。由此,由于基座11的尺寸相对较大,可以提高其与机体1之间的连 接强度,而且,当枢转孔2121的长度等于或大于枢转轴111的长度时,基座11可以对枢转座21起到很好的支撑作用。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图5所示,枢转轴111的顶端的横截面积从上到下逐渐增大。由此,枢转轴111的顶端对枢转孔2121的安装具有导向作用,从而可以提高面板2的安装效率。
根据本申请的一些实施例,参照图1并结合图3和图4,机体1的前侧敞开,面板2设在机体1的前侧,以打开和关闭机体1;机体1包括左右间隔设置的两个侧壁12和连接在两个侧壁12后端之间的后壁13,两个侧壁12中的至少一个的前端具有与后壁13平行且朝向机体1的中心方向延伸的延伸壁14,其中基座11设在延伸壁的前表面140上且基座11位于邻近机体1的中心的一侧,面板的前表面20具有用于设置枢转座21的安装面22,安装面22位于面板2的邻近两个侧壁12中的上述至少一个的一端,且安装面22从机体1的中心朝向两个侧壁12中的上述至少一个所在的一侧倾斜向后延伸。这里,需要说明的是,方向“前”可以理解为面向用户的方向,其相反方向被定义为“后”。由此,通过将枢转座21安装在面板2的在前后方向上倾斜设置的安装面22上,面板2相对于机体1打开的角度可以大于90°(例如,打开角度可以为140°等),从而进一步方便了对中央空调室外机100的维修和维护。可以理解的是,面板2相对于机体1的具体打开角度可以根据安装面22的倾斜角度来确定,以更好地满足实际应用。另外,通过将基座11设置在延伸壁14上且使其邻近机体1的中心,可以使面板2更加顺畅地打开和关闭机体1,避免面板2在转动过程中与延伸壁14出现干涉而导致不能打开或关闭的情况。
例如,如图1、图3和图4所示,面板的前表面20凸出延伸壁的前表面140。此时面板2的除安装面22之外的前表面与延伸壁的前表面140在前后方向上错开设置,即不重合。由此,可以使得整个中央空调室外机100的外形更加美观。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图5所示,枢转座21包括设在安装面22上的枢转基座211和设在枢转基座211的邻近延伸壁14的一侧且与面板2间隔开的枢转本体212,其中枢转孔2121形成在枢转本体212上,枢转本体212的顶面与枢转基座211的顶面平齐。枢转本体212与面板2的安装面22不直接接触,而是通过枢转基座211与面板2的安装面22间接相连。由此,使得面板2可以进一步更加顺畅地打开和关闭机体1,进一步避免了面板2在转动过程中与延伸壁14出现干涉而导致不能打开或关闭的情况。而且,通过使枢转本体212的顶面与枢转基座211的顶面保持平齐,此时枢转本体212的顶面与枢转基座211的顶面在同一水平面上,使得整个枢转座21的外形更加美观, 从而提升了整个中央空调室外机100的美观性。
例如,参照图5,枢转孔2121仅贯穿枢转座21的枢转本体212的底部,不贯穿枢转座21的枢转本体212的顶部。由此,外部的灰尘等不易进入到枢转孔2121内,从而有效保证了面板2打开和关闭机体1的顺畅性,延长了整个枢转结构10的使用寿命。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图1、图3和图4所示,面板2通过上下间隔设置的两个枢转结构10与机体1可枢转地相连。由此,一个面板2通过上下设置两个枢转结构10与机体1连接,在提高面板2与机体1连接及枢转可靠性的同时,节约了成本。
根据本申请的一些实施例,面板2上设有提手部15。提手部15用于方便用手转动面板2或者将面板2拆卸。例如,如图1-图4所示,提手部15可以由面板2的远离机体1的中心的一侧表面的一部分朝向机体1的中心的方向凹入形成(例如,提手部15可以由面板的前表面20的一部分向后凹入形成)。当然,本申请不限于此,提手部15还可以单独加工成型(例如,注塑成型等),例如,提手部15可以加工成一侧敞开且该敞开侧的边缘具有向外延伸的翻边的筒形结构,面板2上可以形成有沿其厚度方向贯通的开口,装配时,将提手部15从前向后装入上述开口处,且提手部15的翻边与面板的前表面20接触并连接以起到连接和限位的作用。由此,通过设置提手部15,当需要打开或拆下面板2时,可以将其中一只手放在提手部15处,从而极大地方便了操作者操作。
根据本申请的一些实施例,面板2为两个,两个面板2左右对开设置。由此,当将两个面板2完全打开时,可以更好地对中央空调室外机100的机体1内的部件进行维修或维护。
根据本申请实施例的中央空调室外机100,克服了只能将中央空调室外机100的面板2取下方能维修的弊端,通过枢转的方式来实现面板2的开关,此举极大地缩短了移开面板2的操作时间。
在维修时,打开面板2即可操作。若面板2打开空间不足导致无法完全打开影响维修,可通过提手部15提拉面板2使得枢转轴111脱离枢转座21,实现将面板2从中央空调室外机100上完整拆卸,装回去时,将面板2上的枢转座21对准延伸壁14上的枢转轴111,松手放下面板2即可,突显人性化设计。
根据本申请第二方面实施例的中央空调200,包括根据本申请上述第一方面实施例的中央空调室外机100。
根据本申请实施例的中央空调200,通过采用上述的中央空调室外机100,可以提升中央空调200的整体性能。
根据本申请实施例的中央空调200的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种中央空调室外机,其特征在于,包括:
    机体;
    至少一个面板,所述面板设在所述机体上以打开和关闭所述机体,所述面板的一端与所述机体通过枢转结构可枢转且可拆卸地相连,所述枢转结构包括设在所述机体上的基座和设在所述面板上的枢转座,所述基座的顶部具有与所述机体间隔开且向上延伸的枢转轴,所述枢转座上设有底部敞开且适于与所述枢转轴可分离地配合的枢转孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的中央空调室外机,其特征在于,所述基座的横截面积大于所述枢转轴的横截面积。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的中央空调室外机,其特征在于,所述枢转轴的顶端的横截面积从上到下逐渐增大。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的中央空调室外机,其特征在于,所述机体的前侧敞开,所述面板设在所述机体的前侧,所述机体包括左右间隔设置的两个侧壁和连接在两个所述侧壁后端之间的后壁,两个所述侧壁中的至少一个的前端具有与所述后壁平行且朝向所述机体的中心方向延伸的延伸壁,其中所述基座设在所述延伸壁的前表面上且位于邻近所述机体中心的一侧,所述面板的前表面具有用于设置所述枢转座的安装面,所述安装面位于所述面板的邻近两个所述侧壁中的所述至少一个的一端,且所述安装面从所述机体的中心朝向两个所述侧壁中的所述至少一个所在的一侧倾斜向后延伸。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的中央空调室外机,其特征在于,所述面板的前表面凸出所述延伸壁的前表面。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的中央空调室外机,其特征在于,所述枢转座包括设在所述安装面上的枢转基座和设在所述枢转基座的邻近所述延伸壁的一侧且与所述面板间隔开的枢转本体,其中所述枢转孔形成在所述枢转本体上,所述枢转本体的顶面与所述枢转基座的顶面平齐。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的中央空调室外机,其特征在于,所述面板通过上下间隔设置的两个所述枢转结构与所述机体可枢转地相连。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的中央空调室外机,其特征在于,所述面板上设有提手部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的中央空调室外机,其特征在于,所述提手部由所述面板的远离所述机体中心的一侧表面的一部分朝向所述机体中心的方向凹入形成。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的中央空调室外机,其特征在于,所述面板为两个,两个所述面板左右对开设置。
  11. 一种中央空调,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的中央空调室外机。
